[0002] 吸盘安装板是用来安装吸盘的, 吸盘用来吸起玻璃或塑料屏幕, 但是目前在移 动屏幕的流水线上高速移动吋, 经常会发生掉屏的现象, 而这个现象一直被认 为是吸盘的真空压力不够大所致。 本申请团队在实际研发过程中, 发现其掉屏 原因主要是由于吸盘安装的高低不一致, 造成屏幕在吸起的吋候具有细微的倾 斜角, 即不在水平面上。 如果发现一个吸盘安装板有这个问题, 而为了克服这 个问题, 就需要重新制作一个安装板, 因此也就造成了很大浪费, 即一次测试 需要制作很多安装板的原因。

[0017] 具体的使用吋, 通过固定块 11将第一固定板 1连接机械手, 由于四个角区域设 有第一弹簧安装柱 81、 第二弹簧安装柱 82以及压缩弹簧 83的原因, 第二固定板 2 基本会与第一固定板 1保持平衡, 即水平, 但是由于机械手的震动或者机器的震 动导致第一固定板 1发生不平衡的事情比较常见, 当第一固定板 1倾斜角度不大 的吋候, 压缩弹簧 83和第二固定板 2自身重力原因, 会使得第二固定板 2有一定 的平衡自我调整能力。 当第一固定板 1倾斜角度过大的吋候, 平衡传感器 4, 可 以是陀螺仪芯片, 其感应到倾斜角后, CPU立即打幵相应电磁线圈 5, 由于相斥 或者相吸的作用, 来调整第二固定板 2的角度, 从而实现第二固定板 2的最终平 衡。 举个例子, 设定打幵线圈电源后是与磁铁 6相吸, 即吸引, 那么当第二固定 板 2某个角倾斜的吋候, 只要打幵对角的电磁线圈 5即可使其平衡。 反之亦然, 包括相斥情况下亦可实现该功能。 在第二固定板的顶面设有两个绝缘阻隔墙, 每个阻隔墙 9位于两个相邻的磁铁中间, 用于减少电磁线圈对相邻磁铁的影响。
