Description

可拼接成玩具的无内胆的容器及其模具和制造方法 技术领域
本发明涉及一种容器产品,尤其是涉及一种可组装拼接成玩具的容器产品。
本发明还涉及制造所述容器产品所需的模具产品和制造所述容器产品的方法。
背景技术
现有的容器产品,例如零钱罐、储物盒、饭盒、餐碗、水壶、酒桶、饮料瓶、花盆等功能较单一,通常仅起到容器的作用,其造型一般从储存需求、是否需清洁、是否美观、是否使用方便等角度进行设计,即使有一些为了吸引少女、儿童的特殊造型及装饰,例如可爱的动物、知名卡通等形状及装饰,也主要为起到美观作用,基本不具备作为玩具使用的功能或仅具备相当有限的玩具功能,娱乐性不强。
而现有的采用空心结构的玩具,例如货车类玩具,即便具备一定的储物功能也仍主要聚焦于玩具属性,所述的储物功能一般用于娱乐使用并非具备日常实用性。即便使用者将所述玩具作为日用品和玩具同时使用,其造型也基本固定,即使包括一定的可活动部件也无法根据使用者的想象力来设计、组合、拼装、变形、装饰等,其娱乐性和益智性有较大局限,儿童通常玩一段时间后就会失去兴趣,需要花费更多的金钱购买新造型的玩具以满足儿童的好奇心和想象力。
现有的具备一定娱乐功能的容器,例如可作为滑板车使用的旅行箱,虽然同时兼备储物功能和娱乐功能,其所有配件也均是厂家预先设计好的样式,无法根据使用者的DIY需求进行拼接、变换、组合,仅具备相应单一的使用功能和娱乐功能,容器的装饰性也受到较大局限。
而现有的拼装玩具,最知名的比如乐高的积木拼接玩具,其拼接方式较单一和固定,虽然具备一定的想象力发挥空间,但拼接出的成品主要用于摆设,即便拼接出储存空间也是基于娱乐目的并通常不具备实用功能,即便出于储物功能进行拼接,则相应的缺少娱乐功能,虽然积木拼接玩具也可以拼 接出复杂造型,但众所周知,积木拼接玩具在娱乐使用过程中较容易脱落,降低了儿童玩耍的随意性、流畅性甚至安全性。
而现有的车类、坦克类、飞机类、船类、施工机械类、建筑类等玩具,通常采用较固定的造型,即使能够拼装通常某部件的拼装位置也是预设且固定的,娱乐性仍然受到限制,并不能完全根据使用者的想象力进行设计、变换、拼接、组合、变形、装饰等,且这类车类、坦克类、飞机类、船类、建筑类等玩具基本仅注重玩具属性,无合格的日常使用功能。
总之,现有产品存在的主要问题是难以同时满足容器使用功能及较强的玩具娱乐功能、益智拼接功能和/或使用者进行DIY创作的需求。
发明内容
发明目的
本发明的目的在于消除现有技术的缺点,使得日常的容器产品除具备实用的储物功能外,还具备较强的娱乐性、益智性。使用者在不影响容器日常使用功能的情况下,还能够以容器为主体根据自己的想象力来设计、拼接、装饰出不同的玩具,甚至还可自行涂色和额外装饰等,即使不考虑作为玩具使用,原有的容器本体的装饰可能性也大大增强。
技术方案
本发明涉及一种可组装拼接成玩具的容器产品,该容器包括壳体,其中壳体内壁围绕构成容器的储存空间,壳体的一端或几端包括开口,若开口有密封需求则该容器还包括盖,盖与壳体在开口处活动连接以密封所述开口,壳体的外壁和/或盖外壁预设位置预留有一个或多个第一拼接部,该容器产品还包括拼接组件,拼接组件上包含一个或多个与第一拼接部配套连接的第二拼接部,所述拼接组件通过第二拼接部和第一拼接部的配套连接组装在容器的壳体和/或盖上,通过不同的拼接组件结构形态分别构成以容器为主体的拼接玩具的车部件、船部件、飞机部件、飞船部件、火车部件、火箭部件、施工机械部件、建筑部件和/或其他军民用设施及装备模型的完整本体、本体的一部分、完整骨架或骨架的一部分。
优选的,在壳体的一个或多个开口处设活动连接的净化和/或过滤装置。
优选的,所述盖与壳体的活动连接为本领域已知的所有形式,优选包括插接、螺纹连接、卡扣连接、卡槽连接、弹珠连接、榫卯连接或强磁连接。
优选的,所述盖包括采用所述活动连接的外盖和内盖,外盖起到防尘、防雨、防护内盖和/或作为容器的至少一种作用,内盖起到保温、密封防漏、作为阀门、安装吸管和/或过滤的至少一种作用。
优选的,盖与壳体的活动连接处的相应位置设置密封件。
优选的,所述密封件的形式为本领域已知的所有形式,优选包括密封圈或密封膜或密封片。

本发明还一种可组装拼接成玩具的容器产品,其中,该容器包括多个壳体组件,多个壳体组件组装后构成完整的容器,壳体组件的外壁预设位置预留有一个或多个第一拼接部,该容器产品还包括拼接组件,拼接组件上包含一个或多个与第一拼接部配套连接的第二拼接部,所述拼接组件通过第二拼接部和第一拼接部的配套连接组装在容器的壳体组件上,通过不同的拼接组件结构形态分别构成以容器为主体的拼接玩具的车部件、船部件、飞机部件、飞船部件、火车部件、火箭部件、施工机械部件、建筑部件和/或其他军民用设施及装备模型的完整本体、本体的一部分、完整骨架或骨架的一部分。
优选的,所述壳体组件的组装为本领域已知的所有形式,优选包括螺纹连接、卡扣连接、插接、卡槽连接、榫卯连接、弹珠连接和/或强磁连接。
优选的,若有密封需求,多个壳体组件组装后构成完整且密封的容器,壳体的组装处的相应位置设置密封件。

优选的所述容器为各类形状的壶、杯、瓶、盆、碗、锅、罐、盒、箱、桶、盘、袋、抽屉等。
上述容器若为软性材料,例如软袋作为容器,则可优选采用粘扣、纽扣等实现拼接,也可以在预设拼接部的位置固定连接有硬质材料从而可使用任意拼接方式。
针对上述技术方案优选的,所述第一拼接部的形式为本领域已知的所有拼接形式,优选包括插接孔、插接凸起部件、榫卯连接部件、弹珠连接部件、铰接部件、扣环连接件、粘扣连接件、纽扣连接件、挂钩连接件、卡扣连接件、卡槽连接件、磁力连接件及多种连接形式的组合使用,相应位置的第二拼接部规格和结构形式与第一拼接部相配套。
针对上述技术方案优选的,壳体和拼接组件采用对人体无毒无害材料,所述材料为本领域已知的所有合适材料,优选包括符合标准的金属材料、合金材料、木质材料、纤维材料、皮革材料、塑料材料、植绒材料、纸质材料、树脂材料及外壁覆满对人体无毒无害镀层的其他玩具材料中的一种或多种组合。
针对上述技术方案优选的,壳体至少内壁和/或盖至少内壁采用食品级材料,所述材料为本领域已知的所有合适材料,优选包括符合标准的金属材料、合金材料、木质材料、纤维材料、塑料材料、树脂材料、晶体材料、陶瓷材料、紫砂材料、玻璃材料及至少内壁覆满食品级镀层的其他容器材料中的一种或多种组合。

针对上述技术方案优选的,在容器外部设容器保护套,该容器保护套起到的作用包括便于携带、便于识别、防污、防滑、防摔、防刮、保温和/或装饰中的至少一种。
优选的,容器保护套上设置有第一拼接部和/或外部连接机构。
本发明还涉及制造所述容器产品所需的模具,根据所述容器需要使用的壳体、壳体组件、盖、拼接组件、装饰附件、密封件和/或容器保护套的形态结构及材质特征的要求开发出的相应制造模具。
本发明还涉及制造所述容器产品方法。
方法一,根据所述容器需要使用的壳体、壳体组件、盖、拼接组件、装饰附件、密封件和/或容器保护套的形态结构及材质特征的要求开发出的相应制造模具,采用相应模具制造相应组件,根据使用需求组装出所需的产品。
方法二,不采用模具而直接采用手工或机械加工制造的方法直接制造出相应组件,根据需求组装出所需的产品。
方法三,利用3D打印系统根据容器的外壳和盖及需要使用的内胆、拼接组件和/或装饰附件的形态结构来建立数字模型,并选取合适的材质打印出相应组件,根据需求组装出所需的产品。
其中,容器保护套的制造方法包括手工直接制造、机械直接制造、模具制造、3D打印和/或纺织。
技术效果
本发明所述的产品拆除所有拼接件后,除了预留有拼接部以外与普通容器无明显区别,可作为普通容器使用,且拼接件的形式完全可以通过设计进行隐藏,即使拼接上拼接组件和装饰附件,只要合理组装,也完全并不影响其使用功能,根据需要容器也便于拆装、清洗等操作,若有密封或盛放食品的需求也完全能够根据需要进行相应设计以满足要求。
本发明的容器产品可以根据使用者的想象力来拼接和装饰玩具,即便根据同一套拼接组件和装饰组件的不同形态和不同的拼接位置,也可以拼接出完全不同的玩具形态,例如根据不同的武器装备、门窗样式、装甲样式、建材样式、装饰样式等使用者完全可以自由创作自己独有的玩具,所述包括塑 料玩具、毛绒玩具、木质玩具、金属玩具等,使用者还可以选用一种或多种材质的拼接组件和装饰组件来进行组合,并不局限于单一材质的玩具,使用者甚至可以根据标准采用3D打印等方式自己扩展拼接组件和装饰附件,还可自行涂色、自行装饰等,也可以参考成品玩具等来自行制作和装饰出近似玩具。以储物盒产品为例,不仅具备储物功能,且具备较强的娱乐性和益智性,家长仅需购买不同的配件就能使储物盒变换成不同的汽车、船、飞机、飞船、堡垒等玩具,儿童能对其保持较长的好奇心和新鲜度,可以预期该产品的实用性、娱乐性、益智性、艺术创作性兼备,且扩展性较强,具备较强的市场商用前景。
此外,作为进一步的扩展,如果使用旅行箱、储物箱等大型容器,还可拼接出适宜承载使用者的较大型的车、坦克、船、飞机造型的玩具并具备一定的娱乐或实用功能,例如拼接出动物或怪物造型的可滑动的滑板车、可供儿童乘坐的玩具坦克等。
即使不考虑该容器的娱乐性,其装饰性也得到了大大的扩展,使用者除了可以自绘和用贴画装饰容器外,因为容器预留了较多的拼接部,利用同一个容器本体,使用者完全可以通过不同的拼接组件和装饰附件组合出极具个性的容器,例如普通的饭盒可DIY装饰成汽车、普通的储物盒可以装饰为坦克、普通的水瓶可以装饰为相互链接的火车、普通的旅行箱可变身为飞船、普通的储物箱可以装饰成城堡等等。
可以预期该产品的实用性、娱乐性、益智性、艺术创作性兼备,且扩展性较强,具备较强的市场商用前景。

具体实施方式
实施例一,所述容器以最常用的储物盒、零钱罐、饰品盒、饭盒等容器为例进行说明:
一种可拼接成玩具的饼干盒,饼干盒包括壳体和内盖和外盖,内盖通过卡扣连接在壳体内以密封壳体,外盖通过卡槽连接在壳体上;壳体具有近立方体的盒状形状,壳体和盖至少内壁采用食品级材料,优选全部采用食品级材料制造,例如食品级ABS、PP、PC、PET、PE、木头、玻璃、陶瓷、树脂、不锈钢、合金等等。
壳体和外盖均有一定的壁厚以保证饼干盒具备一定的耐摔耐压耐扎强度和合适的手感重量等,壁厚优选为0.2cm-2cm范围内的以0.1cm为间隔的各点值,例如0.5cm、0.6cm、0.7cm、0.8cm、0.9cm、1.0cm等等,一定的壁厚方便预留其他结构,例如在其内壁和外壁之间可以预留有纽扣电池安装部、手动触发按钮、声光控制芯片及相应的声光装置。若容器本身无需采用较厚壁厚则至少在第一连接部具有一定的壁厚用于保证第一拼接部的设置。
壳体和外盖的外壁上预设位置均预留第一拼接部,所述预设位置优选为盖顶多处、壳体四周多处、壳体底部多处等。
所述第一拼接部优选是螺纹或插孔,进一步优选第一拼接部是内螺纹或内径大于孔口直径的插孔以方便第二拼接部卡在孔口内部不易掉出,进一步优选第一拼接部的顶端与外壳外壁齐平,进一步优选所有相同类型的第一拼接部规格一致,进一步优选螺纹或插孔适当位置嵌有强磁材料以方便第二拼接部准确对位。
该饼干盒产品还包括一套拼接组件、一套装饰附件和保护套,所述拼接 组件和装饰附件的合适位置设置有与第一拼接部配套的第二拼接部,部分拼接组件和装饰附件的合适位置还设置有第一拼接部以便进一步拼装,部分拼接组件和装饰附件上的第一拼接部形式根据需要进行选择,例如作为导弹附件的拼接方式可选择粘结或插接,方便取出,而要求平时一般固定的则可使用螺纹或卡槽等;当第一拼接部优选为插孔时,第二拼接部优选为球柱形结构,球状端部可以正好容纳入插孔,进一步优选球状端部略大于孔口略小于孔内部空间以方便在插孔内自由活动又不会脱落,进一步优选球状端部具备一定的形变能力以方便进入和移出孔口,进一步优选球状端部的形变能力通过预留形变缝实现,进一步优选部分柱形杆根据拼接位置具备相应的倾角和/或弯曲度,进一步优选球状端部采用金属和/或磁性材料制造或者也可设置有金属和/或磁性材料;当第一拼接部优选为内螺纹时,第二拼接部优选为外螺纹柱,进一步优选部分外螺纹柱底端设置有一定长度的端部,具备倾斜或弯曲度以保证相应组件在安装过程中不影响安装且最终的安装角度合适,进一步优选外螺纹柱上端部采用金属和/或磁性材料制造或者也可设置有金属和/或磁性材料,进一步优选还可包括一个或多个第三拼接部,第三拼接部的端部分别与第一拼接部配套、第二拼接部配套或与其他第三拼接部活动连接以便第一拼接部和第二拼接部之间可以根据需要保持距离和/或产生位移,也方便当第一拼接部和第二拼接部采用不配套的连接方式时进行转换连接。
其中优选的拼接方式举例如下:
外盖顶正中连接有炮台、人孔盖、护栏等,炮台上连接有炮管、导弹、雷达等,外盖前方和/或壳体前方连接有前挡风窗、壳体前方连接有防撞梁、装甲格栅、车灯等,外盖侧方和/或壳体侧方连接有车窗、壳体侧方连接有车门、装甲格栅、导弹等,外盖后方和/或壳体后方连接有后窗、壳体后方连接有排气管、尾灯、装甲格栅等,壳体底部连接有车轮、履带等、底板装饰等。
根据需要可以对所述的装饰附件进行进一步装饰、上色等操作;所述壳体、外盖、各拼接组件、各装饰附件的合适位置上可选安装有外部连接机构,例如通过螺纹、卡扣、插接连接在所述位置上的吸盘装置,方便固定饼干盒 在桌上防止跌落遗洒。
根据需要可以进一步设置保护套,保护套在相应炮管、车灯等处预留孔口,保护套可以设计成迷彩装饰等样式。
总之,饼干盒通过自行组装拼接完全可变作一辆战车,玩乐体验不次于市售的战车玩具,饼干盒功能也未受到影响,且使用者可以根据自己的想象力对战车的结构、外形、装备等进行装饰和变换,例如设置可活动的机械臂(骨架结构可参考图9)。甚至采用同样的饼干盒本体,利用不同材质、规格、式样的拼接组件和装饰附件,使得该收纳箱变为堡垒、飞船、帆船等玩具。
实施例二,所述容器以最常用的储物箱、旅行箱等大型容器为例进行说明:
一种可拼接成玩具的玩具收纳箱,玩具收纳箱包括壳体和盖,壳体具有近立方体的箱状形状,壳体和盖采用常用材料,优选采用无毒的ABS、PC、PVC、铝合金、木头等,箱子主体材质也可采用牛津布、EVA等材质,仅在预留的第一连接部所在位置和/或箱子的边角位置采用硬质的方便安装的材质。
箱壳体和盖均有一定的壁厚以保证具备一定的耐摔耐压耐扎强度和合适的手感重量等,壁厚优选为0.2cm-3cm范围内的以0.1cm为间隔的各点值,例如0.5cm、0.6cm、0.7cm、0.8cm、0.9cm、1.0cm等等,一定的壁厚方便预留其他结构,例如在其内壁和外壁之间可以预留有纽扣电池安装部、手动触发按钮、声光控制芯片及相应的声光装置。若容器本身无需采用较厚壁厚则至少在第一连接部具有一定的壁厚用于保证第一拼接部的设置。
壳体和盖的外壁上预设位置均预留第一拼接部,所述预设位置优选为盖顶多处、壳体四周多处、壳体底部多处等。
所述第一拼接部优选是卡槽,进一步优选第一拼接部的外端与壳体外壁齐平,进一步优选所有卡槽规格一致,进一步优选卡槽适当位置嵌有强磁材料以方便第二拼接部准确对位和增加粘附力。
该玩具收纳箱产品还包括一套拼接组件、一套装饰附件和保护套,所述拼接组件和装饰附件的合适位置设置有与第一拼接部配套的第二拼接部,部分拼接组件和装饰附件的合适位置还设置有第一拼接部以便进一步拼装,部 分拼接组件和装饰附件上的第一拼接部形式根据需要进行选择,例如作为绿植装饰附件的拼接方式可选择粘结或插接,方便更换,而要求平时一般固定的则可使用螺纹或卡槽或卡扣等;当第一拼接部优选为卡槽时,第二拼接部优选为卡柱,进一步优选部分卡柱底端设置有一定长度的端部,具备倾斜或弯曲度以保证相应组件的安装角度合适,进一步优选卡柱外端部采用金属和/或磁性材料制造或者也可设置有金属和/或磁性材料,进一步优选还可包括一个或多个第三拼接部,第三拼接部的端部分别与第一拼接部配套、第二拼接部配套或与其他第三拼接部活动连接以便第一拼接部和第二拼接部之间可以根据需要保持距离和/或产生位移,也方便当第一拼接部和第二拼接部采用不配套的连接方式时进行转换连接。
其中优选的拼接方式举例如下:
外盖顶正中连接有房顶、天窗、钟楼、炮台、士兵、屋顶花园等,外盖顶和/或外壳周边连接有窗户、门、墙壁、楼梯、台阶、阳台、雨水管、绿植等,外壳底部连接有滚轮等以方便移动或者连接有吸盘等方便固定。
使用者可根据需要可以对所述的装饰附件进行进一步装饰、上色等操作。
总之,玩具收纳箱通过自行组装拼接完全可变作一座城堡,玩乐体验不次于市售的城堡玩具,收纳箱功能也未受到影响,且使用者可以根据自己的想象力对城堡的结构、外形、装备等进行装饰和变换,甚至采用同样的玩具收纳箱本体,利用不同材质、规格、式样的拼接组件和装饰附件,使得该收纳箱变为坦克、战车、航空母舰等玩具。
以上拼接方式仅作为示意,由于各拼接部件的规格均优选采用一致规格,使用者可根据需要自由创作拼接。

Claims (33)

  1. 一种可组装拼接成玩具的容器产品,其中,
    该容器包括壳体,其中壳体内壁围绕构成容器的储存空间,壳体的一端或几端包括开口,若开口有密封需求则该容器还包括盖,盖与壳体在开口处活动连接以密封所述开口,其特征在于:
    壳体的外壁和/或盖外壁预设位置预留有一个或多个第一拼接部,该容器产品还包括拼接组件,拼接组件上包含一个或多个与第一拼接部配套连接的第二拼接部,所述拼接组件通过第二拼接部和第一拼接部的配套连接组装在容器的壳体和/或盖上,通过不同的拼接组件结构形态分别构成以容器为主体的拼接玩具的车部件、船部件、飞机部件、飞船部件、火车部件、火箭部件、施工机械部件、建筑部件和/或其他军民用设施及装备模型的完整本体、本体的一部分、完整骨架或骨架的一部分。
  2. 一种如权利要求1所述的容器产品,其特征在于:
    在壳体的一个或多个开口处设活动连接的净化和/或过滤装置。
  3. 一种如权利要求1-2之一所述的容器产品,其特征在于:
    所述盖与壳体的活动连接包括插接、螺纹连接、卡扣连接、卡槽连接、弹珠连接、榫卯连接或强磁连接。
  4. 一种如权利要求3所述的容器产品,其特征在于:
    所述盖包括采用所述活动连接的外盖和内盖,外盖起到防尘、防雨、防护内盖和/或作为容器的至少一种作用,内盖起到保温、密封防漏、作为阀门、安装吸管和/或过滤的至少一种作用。
  5. 一种如权利要求1-4之一所述的容器产品,其特征在于:
    盖与壳体的活动连接处的相应位置设置密封件。
  6. 一种如权利要求5所述的容器产品,其特征在于:
    所述密封件的形式包括密封圈或密封膜或密封片。
  7. 一种如权利要求1-6之一所述的容器产品,其特征在于:
    壳体包括多个壳体组件,多个壳体组件组装构成完整的包含有开口的壳体。
  8. 一种可组装拼接成玩具的容器产品,其中,
    该容器包括多个壳体组件,多个壳体组件组装后构成完整的容器,其特征在于:
    壳体组件的外壁预设位置预留有一个或多个第一拼接部,该容器产品还包括拼接组件,拼接组件上包含一个或多个与第一拼接部配套连接的第二拼接部,所述拼接组件通过第二拼接部和第一拼接部的配套连接组装在容器的壳体组件上,通过不同的拼接组件结构形态分别构成以容器为主体的拼接玩具的车部件、船部件、飞机部件、飞船部件、火车部件、火箭部件、施工机械部件、建筑部件和/或其他军民用设施及装备模型的完整本体、本体的一部分、完整骨架或骨架的一部分。
  9. 一种如权利要求7或8所述的容器产品,其特征在于:
    所述壳体组件的组装包括螺纹连接、卡扣连接、插接、卡槽连接、榫卯连接、弹珠连接和/或强磁连接。
  10. 一种如权利要求7-9之一所述的容器产品,其特征在于:
    若有密封需求,多个壳体组件组装后构成完整且密封的容器,壳体的组装处的相应位置设置密封件。
  11. 一种如权利要求10所述的容器产品,其特征在于:
    所述密封件的形式包括密封圈或密封膜或密封片。
  12. 一种如权利要求1-11之一所述的容器产品,其特征在于:
    一个或多个所述拼接组件上还包含一个或多个第一拼接部。
  13. 一种如权利要求1-12之一所述的容器产品,其特征在于:
    该容器用于盛放液体和/或固体,所述壳体形态包括壶状、瓶状、碗状、盆状、罐状、盒状、箱子状、桶状、杯状、球形、圆柱形、方柱形、收腰柱形、扁形容器形状或不规则容器形状。
  14. 一种如权利要求1-13之一所述的容器产品,其特征在于:
    所述第一拼接部的形式包括插接孔、插接凸起部件、榫卯连接部件、弹珠连接部件、铰接部件、扣环连接件、挂钩连接件、卡扣连接件、卡槽连接件、粘扣连接件、纽扣连接件、磁力连接件及多种连接形式的组合使用,相应位置的第二拼接部规格和结构形式与第一拼接部相配套。
  15. 一种如权利要求1-14之一所述的容器产品,其特征在于:
    壳体和拼接组件采用对人体无毒无害材料,包括符合标准的金属材料、合金材料、木质材料、纤维材料、皮革材料、塑料材料、植绒材料、纸质材料、树脂材料及外壁覆满对人体无毒无害镀层的其他玩具材料中的一种或多种组合。
  16. 一种如权利要求1-15之一所述的容器产品,其特征在于:
    壳体至少内壁和/或盖至少内壁采用食品级材料,包括符合标准的金属材料、合金材料、木质材料、纤维材料、塑料材料、树脂材料、晶体材料、陶瓷材料、紫砂材料、玻璃材料及至少内壁覆满食品级镀层的其他容器材料中的一种或多种组合。
  17. 一种如权利要求1-16之一所述的容器产品,其特征在于:
    该产品进一步包括装饰附件,所述装饰附件包括一个或多个与第一拼接部配套连接的第二拼接部,通过拼接所述装饰附件对该以容器为主体的拼接玩具进行装饰,所述装饰附件包括武器装备、装甲样式、建材样式、装饰样式、车轮附件或模型、履带附件或模型、灯附件或模型、踏板附件或模型、滑轮附件或模型、滑板附件或模型、手柄附件或模型、方向盘附件或模型、机械臂模型、抓斗模型、推铲模型、吊钩模型、碾轮模型、门模型、窗模型、座椅模型、排气管模型、螺旋桨模型、机翼模型、船帆模型、发动机模型、工具用品模型、车类模型装饰、火车模型装饰、火箭类模型装饰、坦克模型装饰、船舰模型装饰、飞机模型装饰、飞船模型装饰、日用品模型、办公用品模型、食物模型、宠物模型和/或植物模型的整体或部分。
  18. 一种如权利要求17所述的容器产品,其特征在于:
    一个或多个所述装饰附件上还包含一个或多个第一拼接部,用于组装连接其他拼接组件和装饰附件。
  19. 一种如权利要求17或18所述的容器产品,其特征在于:
    所述装饰附件的材质与壳体和/或拼接组件之一的可选材质属 于同一种类。
  20. 一种如权利要求1-19之一所述的容器产品,其特征在于:
    多个预留的第一拼接部采用相同的规格和形式,相应的多个第二拼接部采用彼此相同且与第一拼接部配套的规格和形式,以方便根据使用需求自由拼接组合。
  21. 一种如权利要求1-20之一所述的容器产品,其特征在于:
    壳体和/或拼接组件和/或盖和/或装饰附件上设一个或多个外部连接机构用于与容器产品以外的物品进行连接该容器产品通过外部连接机构临时固定在其他物品上。
  22. 一种如权利要求21所述的容器产品,其特征在于:
    所述外部连接机构包括螺纹、卡扣、弹珠件、卡槽、挂扣、钥匙环、扣带、铰链、粘扣、纽扣、吸盘、拉链、绳索和/或挂钩及组合使用。
  23. 一种如权利要求1-22之一所述的容器产品,其特征在于:
    第一拼接部和第二拼接部是通过一个或多个独立的第三拼接部实现拼接的,第三拼接部的拼接端部分别与第一拼接部和/或第二拼接部和/或其他第三拼接部配套。
  24. 一种如权利要求1-23之一所述的容器产品,其特征在于:
    所述壳体和/或盖内集成有发光和/或发声装置及相应的控制装置。
  25. 一种如权利要求24所述的容器产品,其特征在于:
    所述控制装置为芯片控制装置或手动控制装置。
  26. 一种如权利要求1-25之一所述的容器产品,其特征在于:
    所述以容器为主体的拼接玩具的成品形态包括车态玩具、坦克态玩具、船舰态玩具、火车态玩具、火箭态玩具、飞机态玩具、飞船态玩具、施工机械类玩具、堡垒类玩具、建筑类玩具和相应的拼接中间状态构成的玩具。
  27. 一种如权利要求1-26之一所述的容器产品,其特征在于:
    在容器外部设容器保护套,该容器保护套起到的作用包括便于携带、便于识别、防污、防滑、防摔、防刮、保温和/或装饰中的至少一种。
  28. 一种如权利要求27所述的容器产品,其特征在于:
    容器保护套上设置有第一拼接部和/或外部连接机构。
  29. 一种制造权利要求1-28之一所述容器产品的模具,其特征在于:
    根据所述容器需要使用的壳体、壳体组件、盖、拼接组件、装饰附件、密封件和/或容器保护套的形态结构及材质特征的要求开发出的相应制造模具。
  30. 一种制造如权利要求1-26之一所述容器产品的方法,其特征在于:
    制造出如权利要求29所述的相应模具,采用相应模具制造相应组件,根据使用需求组装出所需的产品;
  31. 一种制造如权利要求1-26之一所述容器产品的方法,其特征在于:
    不采用模具而直接采用手工或机械加工制造的方法直接制造出相应组件,根据需求组装出所需的产品。
  32. 一种制造如权利要求1-26之一所述容器产品的方法,其特征在于:
    利用3D打印系统根据容器的外壳和盖及需要使用的内胆、拼接组件和/或装饰附件的形态结构来建立数字模型,并选取合适的材质打印出相应组件,根据需求组装出所需的产品。
  33. 一种制造如权利要求27或28所述容器产品的方法,其特征在于:
    采用如权利要求30-32之一的方法制造容器产品,而容器保护套的制造方法包括手工直接制造、机械直接制造、模具制造、3D打印和/或纺织。
