本发明涉及按摩器技术领域,尤其是指一种按摩器的单向自锁装置。
背景技术
现有技术中,按摩器结构各式各样,而且按摩器功能多样。申请号为201620154219.1公开一种多功能按摩器,包括机芯主体及设于机芯主体上的摇摆臂,电机设于机芯主体中,电机带动传动组件,传动组件传动摇摆臂,使摇摆臂左右偏摆实现拍打式按摩。传动组件由小皮带轮、皮带、大皮带轮、传动轴、偏转座、轴承以及轴承座组成,小皮带轮设置在电机的电机轴上,通过皮带把动力传给大皮带轮,大皮带轮与传动轴连接,偏转座采用两个相间隔安装在传动轴上,偏转座与轴承和轴承座连接,摇摆臂的两端连接在轴承座上,大皮带轮带动传动轴,传动轴传动偏转座,使偏转座带动摇摆臂上下偏摆。
为实现传动轴的单向自锁功能,如图1所示,在传动轴10上安装单向轴承20,大皮带轮30固定安装在传动轴10上,电机通过皮带驱使大皮带轮30连动传动轴10转动,由单向轴承20实现传动轴10的单向自锁功能。
然而,所述单向自锁结构的缺陷在于:单向轴承20在运动过程中噪音较大,且单向轴承20的使用成本较高。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种按摩器的单向自锁装置,其通过扭簧内径的缩小与放大实现单向自锁,结构简单,安全可靠,成本较低。
为达成上述目的,本发明的解决方案为:
一种按摩器的单向自锁装置,包括传动轴、轴套、扭簧和大皮带轮;传动轴可转动安装在按摩器的壳体中,大皮带轮可转动套接在传动轴上,大皮带轮由动力机构驱使连动传动轴圆周转动,传动轴通过偏转件驱使按摩件动作;轴套固定安装在传动轴上,扭簧套接在轴套上,扭簧由主体部及设置在主体部两侧的第一连接部和第二连接部组成,扭簧的第一连接部搭接在轴套上与轴套过盈配合,扭簧的主体部套接在轴套上与轴套间隙配合,扭簧的第二连接部与大皮带轮固定连接。
进一步,扭簧的材质为琴钢丝。
进一步,轴套上设置挡垣,扭簧的第一连接部轴向限位于挡垣的一侧。
进一步,扭簧的第一连接部设置为U型。
进一步,扭簧的第二连接部设置为钩部,该钩部卡在大皮带轮的凸块上,螺丝锁在大皮带轮上并限位固定扭簧的第二连接部。

动力机构驱使大皮带轮逆时针运动时,大皮带轮带动扭簧旋紧,扭簧的主体部内径缩小,使得扭簧内周面与轴套外周面之间呈过盈配合,扭簧与轴套之间的产生摩擦力加大,从而形成二者之间的自锁;动力机构驱使大皮带轮顺时针运动时,大皮带轮带动扭簧旋松,扭簧内径变大,扭簧内周面与轴套外周面之间的配合由过盈配合转为间隙配合,从而解除二者之间的自锁。
本发明通过扭簧内径的缩小与放大实现单向自锁,结构简单,精度要求降低,安全可靠,成本较低。同时,自然状态下,扭簧的第一连接部搭接在轴套上与轴套过盈配合,扭簧的主体部套接在轴套上与轴套间隙配合,从而把运动过程中的噪音降到最低。

传动轴1可转动安装在按摩器的壳体5中,如图7及图8所示,通常,在传动轴1两端通过轴承可转动安装在壳体5中。
大皮带轮4可转动套接在传动轴1上,大皮带轮4由动力机构6驱使连动传动轴1圆周转动,传动轴1通过偏转件7驱使按摩件8动作,具体为:传动轴1上固定安装偏转件7,偏转件7随传动轴1运动,偏转件7驱使按摩件8动作。如图7及图8所示,动力机构6为电机,电机通过皮带61驱使大皮带轮4连动传动轴1圆周转动。按摩件8可以为摇臂,传动轴1通过偏转件7驱使摇臂动作。电机还同时驱动揉捏按摩头。
轴套2固定安装在传动轴1上,通常借助销孔和销轴配合固定安装在传动轴1上。扭簧3套接在轴套2上,扭簧3的材质优选为琴钢丝。
扭簧3由主体部31及设置在主体部31两侧的第一连接部32和第二连接部33组成,扭簧3的第一连接部32搭接在轴套2上与轴套2过盈配合,扭簧3的主体部31套接在轴套2上与轴套2间隙配合,扭簧3的第二连接部33与大皮带轮4固定连接。
扭簧3的第一连接部32设置为U型。扭簧3的第二连接部33设置为钩部,该钩部卡在大皮带轮4的凸块41上,如图3所示,螺丝9锁在大皮带轮4上并限位固定扭簧3的第二连接部33。
如图2所示,轴套2上设置挡垣21,扭簧3的第一连接部32轴向限位于挡垣21的一侧。
电机驱使大皮带轮4逆时针运动时,大皮带轮4带动扭簧3旋紧,扭簧3的主体部31内径缩小,使得扭簧3内周面与轴套2外周面之间呈过盈配合,扭簧3与轴套2之间的产生摩擦力加大,从而形成二者之间的自锁;电机驱使大皮带轮4顺时针运动时,大皮带轮4带动扭簧3旋松,扭簧3内径变大,扭簧3内周面与轴套2外周面之间的配合由过盈配合转为间隙配合,从而解除二者之间的自锁。
本发明通过扭簧3内径的缩小与放大实现单向自锁,结构简单,精度要求降低,安全可靠,成本较低。同时,自然状态下,扭簧3的第一连接部32搭接在轴套2上与轴套2过盈配合,扭簧3的主体部31套接在轴套2上与轴套2间隙配合,从而把运动过程中的噪音降到最低。
以上所述仅为本发明的优选实施例,并非对本案设计的限制,凡依本案的设计关键所做的等同变化,均落入本案的保护范围。

Claims (5)

  1. 一种按摩器的单向自锁装置,其特征在于:包括传动轴、轴套、扭簧和大皮带轮;传动轴可转动安装在按摩器的壳体中,大皮带轮可转动套接在传动轴上,大皮带轮由动力机构驱使连动传动轴圆周转动,传动轴通过偏转件驱使按摩件动作;轴套固定安装在传动轴上,扭簧套接在轴套上,扭簧由主体部及设置在主体部两侧的第一连接部和第二连接部组成,扭簧的第一连接部搭接在轴套上与轴套过盈配合,扭簧的主体部套接在轴套上与轴套间隙配合,扭簧的第二连接部与大皮带轮固定连接。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的一种按摩器的单向自锁装置,其特征在于:扭簧的材质为琴钢丝。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的一种按摩器的单向自锁装置,其特征在于:轴套上设置挡垣,扭簧的第一连接部轴向限位于挡垣的一侧。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的一种按摩器的单向自锁装置,其特征在于:扭簧的第一连接部设置为U型。
  5. 如权利要求1所述的一种按摩器的单向自锁装置,其特征在于:扭簧的第二连接部设置为钩部,该钩部卡在大皮带轮的凸块上,螺丝锁在大皮带轮上并限位固定扭簧的第二连接部。
