目前,随着旅游业的不断发展,人们越来越热衷于去风景优美的海边、湖边游玩或者度假,水上游玩或者运动的项目也越来越丰富,划水运动为其中一类。划水运动通常由人站立在划水板上,通过拉把、牵引绳与船艇相连,由游艇拖曳运动。
目前的划水板通常体积较大不易携带,且只能单人站立式操作,专业性很强,普通大众娱乐时难以上手。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种便携式划水板,其结构简单,安全性较高,且其为可折叠式结构,收纳或者携带时,可将其进行折叠,便于携带,并且其折叠方式可参照现有的折叠式自行车的折叠方式,使用便捷。
为解决上述问题,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种便携折叠式划水板,包括浮力装置、把手、脚踏板和坐垫,所述浮力装置包括头部浮力部件和身体部浮力部件;所述头部浮力部件包括第一头部浮力件和第二头部浮力件,其间为可摆动式连接;所述第二头部浮力件可折叠的连接于所述身体部浮力部件前端;所述把手通过第一伸缩杆连接于所述头部浮力部件上;所述坐垫通过第二伸缩杆连接于所述身体部浮力部件上。
此外,本发明还提出如下附属技术方案:
所述第二头部浮力件和所述身体部浮力部件的下侧通过第一铰链连接,上侧采用第一螺栓连接。
所述第一头部浮力件和所述第二头部浮力件之间通过第二铰链连接。
所述身体部浮力部件两侧还对称连接有侧边浮力件。
所述脚踏板安装在所述侧边浮力件上。
所述脚踏板其形状为与脚型贴合且凹陷入所述侧边浮力件内。
所述浮力装置的材料为固体浮力材料。
所述第一头部浮力件前方和所述身体部浮力部件后方分别设置有第一挂钩和第二挂钩。
本发明提供了一种便携折叠式划水板,相对于现有技术,具有以下优点:
1.该划水板多处利用可折叠式连接,且把手、坐垫与划水板采用伸缩杆连接,因此可通过折叠、压缩方便存放与携带。
2.可通过调整坐垫与把手的高度进行站立划水或坐着划水。
3.可通过可使用绳索、连杆等与划水板的挂钩相连,使得多人可以同时划水娱乐。

具体实施方式
以下结合较佳实施例及其附图对本发明技术方案作进一步非限制性的详细 说明。
实施例1:
如图1和图2所示,该划水板包括浮力装置9、把手2、脚踏板3和坐垫5。浮力装置9由头部浮力部件1和身体部浮力部件13组成;头部浮力部件1包括第一头部浮力件1c和第二头部浮力件1d,其间通过第二铰链28连接,可相对彼此转动;第二头部浮力件1d下侧与身体部浮力部件13下侧通过第一铰链26连接,上侧与身体部浮力部件13上侧通过第一螺栓25连接,使用时将第一螺栓25旋紧紧固彼此,需要折叠时松开螺栓即可;在身体部浮力部件13的两侧对称连接有侧边浮力件27;侧边浮力件27的一端与所述身体部浮力部件13前端通过铰链连接,其可绕竖直轴在一定角度内旋转;浮力装置9的材料优选为固体浮力材料。
在身体部浮力部件13内装有轴承(图未示),连接坐垫5的伸缩杆15由轴承支撑,并穿过轴承与后固定架组4连接,后固定架组4下方可折叠的连接有尾鳍6,尾鳍6优选为一侧与后固定架组4铰接,另一侧通过螺栓连接的结构。尾鳍6的形状优选为立式扇形的鱼尾状。为进一步增强其拨水效果,在后固定架组4下方连接有一片划水片8,其形状为竖直立式的桨片状。通过扭动臀部即可带动后固定架组4及其连接的尾鳍6转动拨水。
把手2通过第一伸缩杆14连接于第一头部浮力件1c上;连接坐垫5的第二伸缩杆15由身体部浮力部件13内的轴承支撑。伸缩杆结构与折叠式自行车类似,通过调整把手与坐垫的高度,人们可以选择坐姿或者站姿。
脚踏板3设置于侧边浮力件27上,其陷入侧边浮力装置27内,且形状与人的脚型贴合,这样可以防止打滑。
在头部浮力部件1下方连接有前鳍7,前鳍7相对于头部浮力部件1可以折叠。其形状为竖直立式的桨片状,由两片桨片状部件前后排列而成,以增加其导向能力和拨水效果。当然采用一片或多片均在本专利保护范围之内。
为更好的增加其拨水效果,在侧边浮力件27下方还连接有小鳍11,小鳍11的形状为竖直立式的的桨片状。
在第一头部浮力件1c前方设置有第一挂钩16,身体部浮力部件13后方设置有第二挂钩17,通过绳索或者连杆等物件可以将多艘划水板相连,使得多人可以同时划水,增加了趣味性。
使用时,人们将脚踩入脚踏板3内,通过张开、收回双腿的动作带动侧边 浮力装置27在扇形范围内来回摆动,其下方的小鳍11将拨动水流产生推进力。其原理类似于小孩玩的八字形的三轮滑车。同时人们可以来回转动把手2带动其下方的前鳍7拨水,以及扭动臀部带动后固定架组4后方的尾鳍6及划水片8拨水产生更大的推动力。制动时,可将两脚撑开,使左右侧的侧边浮力装置27成一直线,即可增大划水板对水的阻力,达到制动效果。
实施例2:
如图3所示,该划水板包括浮力装置9、把手2、脚踏板3和坐垫5。
其中,浮力装置9由头部浮力部件1、身体部浮力部件13、后固定架组4和尾部浮力部件18构成;浮力装置9的材料为固体浮力材料。
头部浮力部件1连接于身体部浮力部件13前部,其包括第一头部浮力件1c和第二头部浮力件1d。第一头部浮力件1c和第二头部浮力件1d之间为可摆动的铰链连接,第二头部浮力件1d与身体部浮力部件13前部为可折叠式连接,采用一侧为铰链连接,另一侧为螺栓连接的结构。
后固定架组4包括第一后固定架4a和第二后固定架4b,第一后固定架4a和身体部浮力部件13之间为折叠式连接,其一侧采用铰链连接,另一侧采用螺栓连接。第一后固定架4a和第二后固定架4b之间通过铰链连接,其可相对于彼此绕竖直轴在一定角度内摆动。
把手2通过伸缩杆14连接于第一头部浮力件1c;坐垫5通过伸缩杆15连接于第二后固定架4b上;伸缩杆结构与折叠式自行车类似,通过调整把手2与坐垫5的高度,人们可以选择坐姿或者站姿。在尾部浮力部件18后连接有尾鳍6,两者一侧通过铰链连接,另一侧通过螺栓连接,达到可折叠的效果;尾鳍6的形状为立式扇形的鱼尾状。
尾部浮力部件18采用可伸缩式结构,其由多个由大到小的中空圆筒构成,所述较小圆筒可缩入较大圆筒之内,使用时可将其拉出,不用时将其压缩。
脚踏板3对称的通过连杆固连于第二后固定架4b上,连杆可以增大人踩踏时的力臂,从而节省人的体力。
在第一头部浮力件1c下方设置有前鳍7,其对称布置于头部浮力部件1左右两侧,前鳍7可以方便划水板的导向。
在第二后固定架4b下方设置有后鳍31,其对称布置于后固定架组4下方左右两侧,后鳍31可在第二后固定架4b摆动时拨水,从而提供一定的推进力。
使用时,人们通过踩踏脚踏板给第二后固定架4b施加一个或左或右方向的 力,由于第二后固定架4b与第一后固定架4a之间可通过铰链转动,所以第二后固定架4b将会左右摇摆,从而带动尾部浮力部件18和尾鳍6摆动拨水,产生前进的动力。同时,人们也可以左右旋转把手2使之驱动第一头部浮力件1c做左右摆动,从而带动下方连接的前鳍7拨水提供部分推动力。
在第一头部浮力件1c前方和第二后固定架4b后方分别设置有第一挂钩16和第二挂钩17,通过绳索或者连杆等物件可以将多艘划水板相连,使得多人可以同时划水,增加了趣味性。
实施例3
如图4所示,在实施例2所述划水板下方安装有电力推进装置,该装置由防水容器32、马达(图未示)、蓄电池(图未示)、控制柄(图未示)和螺旋桨33构成。马达和蓄电池安装在防水容器32内,控制柄安装在把手2上,螺旋桨33与马达轴连接。蓄电池为马达提供电力,控制柄控制马达的启停,马达驱动螺旋桨33转动,从而产生向前的驱动力。该装置可减轻人力划水的负担,并能提高速度和舒适性。
实施例4
如图5和图9所示,在实施例2所述划水板下方安装有电力推进装置,该装置包括防水容器32、马达20、蓄电池(图未示)、控制柄(图未示)和摇摆机构。马达20与蓄电池安装于防水容器32内,马达20后连接有摇摆机构。如图9所示,摇摆机构包括摇摆轮21、连杆24、和鱼尾部件22,鱼尾部件22为内部中空的结构,其中空截面呈椭圆形,且其内安装有固定环23。摇摆轮21的中心连接在马达轴上,由马达20驱动其转动。连杆24为L形,其含有一短边1a和一长边1b,长短边互成锐角。短边1a沿着马达轴直径安装在摇摆轮21上。其长边1b穿过固定环23深入鱼尾部件22内。当马达20启动时,摇摆轮21带动连杆24旋转,连杆24通过固定环23在鱼尾部件22内转动,连杆24末端轨迹为圆形,由于鱼尾部件22中空截面为椭圆形,且该椭圆形的短边长度设计成小于连杆24末端轨迹所成的圆形直径的长度,所以鱼尾部件22将在连杆24带动下做左右摇摆运动。控制柄安装在把手2上,用于控制马达20的启停。蓄电池为马达20提供能量,马达20驱动摇摆机构,摇摆机构驱动鱼尾部件22摇摆前行。该装置可减轻人力划水的负担,并能提高速度和舒适性。
实施例5
如图6所示,本发明的划水板包括浮力装置9、把手2、脚踏板3和坐垫5。 浮力装置9由头部浮力部件1、身体部浮力部件13、后固定架组4和尾部浮力部件18组成;
头部浮力部件1包括第一头部浮力件1c和第二头部浮力件1d,其间通过铰链连接,可绕竖直轴做一定角度的转动;第二头部浮力件1d和身体部浮力部件13之间一侧采用铰链连接,另一侧通过螺栓连接;使用时将螺栓连接彼此,需要折叠时将螺栓松开,即可折叠。在第一头部浮力件1c下方左右两侧对称安装有前驱动部件25,其优选为硬质的浆片状。
后固定架组4包括第一后固定架4a和第二后固定架4b,其间通过铰链连接,可绕竖直轴做一定角度的转动;第一后固定架4a和身体部浮力部件13之间为可折叠连接方式,其一侧采用铰链连接,另一侧通过螺栓连接;使用时将螺栓连接彼此,需要折叠时将螺栓松开,即可折叠。第二后固定架4b与尾部浮力部件18相连,且其中下方左右两侧对称安装有后驱动部件26,后驱动部件26优选为硬质的浆片状。
尾部浮力部件18为可伸缩式结构,其结构优选为由多个由大到小的中空圆筒构成,且所述较小圆筒可缩入较大圆筒之内,使用时可将其拉出,不用时将其压缩。
尾部浮力部件18后还可折叠的连接有尾鳍6,尾鳍6一侧通过铰链与尾部浮力部件18连接,另一侧通过螺栓与之相连。使用时,将螺栓旋紧连接彼此,折叠时松开螺栓即可折叠。尾鳍6的形状优选为扇形立式的鱼尾状。
把手2通过伸缩杆14连接于第一头部浮力件1c上;坐垫5通过伸缩杆15安装于第二后固定架4b上;通过调整把手2和坐垫5的高度,人们可选择站立划水或坐着划水。
在第一头部浮力件1c前方和第二后固定架4b后方分别设置有第一挂钩16和第二挂钩17,通过绳索或者连杆等物件可以将多艘划水板相连,使得多人可以同时划水,增加了趣味性。
脚踏板3通过连杆固连于第二后固定架4b上,连杆可使人在脚踩的时候增大其力臂,从而能更为省力。
使用时,人们踩踏左边的脚踏板使第二后固定架4b向左前下方弯曲扭转,带动其左边的后驱动部件26向左前下方插入水和/或泥沙中,同时人们可以向左后下方转动把手,使其带动第一头部浮力件1c弯曲扭转,在第一头部浮力件1c上左部安装的前驱动部件25将向左后下方拨动水和/或泥沙;同理,当人们向右 前下方踩踏右边的脚踏板时,左边的后驱动部件26将向后方拨水和/或泥沙,右边的后驱动部件26将向右前下方插入水和/或泥沙中;同时,人们可以将把手向右后下方旋转,使右侧的前驱动部件25拨动水和/或泥沙。在此过程中,尾鳍6将会被迫左右摆动,从而拨动水和/或泥沙。重复此过程,即可使划水板以模仿鳄鱼等动物通过扭爬式的形态向前行进,该划水板在水和/或泥沙地都能前行。
在第一头部浮力件1c前方和第二后固定架4b后方分别设置有第一挂钩16和第二挂钩17,通过绳索或者连杆等物件可以将多艘划水板相连,使得多人可以同时划水,增加了趣味性。
实施例6
如图7所示,在实施例5所述划水板下方安装有电力推进装置,该装置由防水容器32、马达(图未示)、蓄电池(图未示)、控制柄(图未示)和螺旋桨33构成。马达20和蓄电池安装在防水容器32内,控制柄安装在把手2上,螺旋桨33与马达轴连接。蓄电池为马达20提供电力,控制柄控制马达20的启停,马达20驱动螺旋桨33转动,从而产生向前的驱动力。该装置可减轻人力划水的负担,并能提高速度和舒适性。
实施方式7
如图8和图9所示,在实施例5所述划水板下方安装有电力推进装置,该装置包括防水容器32、马达20、蓄电池(图未示)、控制柄(图未示)和摇摆机构。马达20与蓄电池安装于防水容器32内,马达20后连接有摇摆机构。如图9所示,摇摆机构包括摇摆轮21、连杆24、和鱼尾部件22,鱼尾部件22为内部中空的结构,其中空截面呈椭圆形,且其内安装有固定环23。摇摆轮21的中心连接在马达轴上,由马达20驱动其转动。连杆24为7字形,其含有一短边1a和一长边1b,长短边互成锐角。短边1a沿着马达轴直径安装在摇摆轮21上。其长边1b穿过固定环23深入鱼尾部件22内。当马达20启动时,摇摆轮21带动连杆24旋转,连杆24通过固定环23在鱼尾部件22内转动,连杆24末端轨迹为圆形,由于鱼尾部件22中空截面为椭圆形,且该椭圆形的短边长度设计成小于连杆24末端轨迹所成的圆形直径的长度,所以鱼尾部件22将在连杆24带动下做左右摇摆运动。控制柄安装在把手2上,用于控制马达20的启停。蓄电池为马达20提供能量,马达20驱动摇摆机构,摇摆机构驱动鱼尾部件22摇摆前行。该装置可减轻人力划水的负担,并能提高速度和舒适性。
需要指出的是,上述较佳实施例仅为说明本发明的技术构思及特点,其目的在于让熟悉此项技术的人士能够了解本发明的内容并据以实施,并不能以此限制本发明的保护范围。凡根据本发明精神实质所作的等效变化或修饰,都应涵盖在本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims (8)

  1. 一种便携折叠式划水板,包括浮力装置(9),其特征在于:其还包括把手(2)、脚踏板(3)和坐垫(5),所述浮力装置(9)包括头部浮力部件(1)和身体部浮力部件(13);所述头部浮力部件(1)包括第一头部浮力件(1c)和第二头部浮力件(1d),其间为可摆动式连接;所述第二头部浮力件(1d)可折叠的连接于所述身体部浮力部件(13)前端;所述把手(2)通过第一伸缩杆(14)连接于所述头部浮力部件(1c)上;所述坐垫(5)通过第二伸缩杆(15)连接于所述身体部浮力部件(13)上。
  2. 按照权利要求1所述便携折叠式划水板,其特征在于:所述第二头部浮力件(1d)和所述身体部浮力部件(13)的下侧通过第一铰链(26)连接,上侧采用第一螺栓(25)连接。
  3. 按照权利要求1所述便携折叠式划水板,其特征在于:所述第一头部浮力件(1c)和所述第二头部浮力件(1d)之间通过第二铰链(28)连接。
  4. 按照权利要求1所述便携折叠式划水板,其特征在于:所述身体部浮力部件(13)两侧还对称连接有侧边浮力件(27)。
  5. 按照权利要求4所述便携折叠式划水板,其特征在于:所述脚踏板(3)安装在所述侧边浮力件(27)上。
  6. 按照权利要求5所述便携折叠式划水板,其特征在于:所述脚踏板(3)其形状为与脚型贴合且凹陷入所述侧边浮力件(27)内。
  7. 按照权利要求1所述便携折叠式划水板,其特征在于:所述浮力装置(9)的材料为固体浮力材料。
  8. 按照权利要求1所述便携折叠式划水板,其特征在于:所述第一头部浮力件(1c)前方和所述身体部浮力部件(13)后方分别设置有第一挂钩(16)和第二挂钩(17)。
