Abstract

Description
本发明涉及一种水上娱乐装置。
尽管目前水上的娱乐产品越来越丰富,但是针对不会游泳的人来说,除了充气式的产品能让他们在水中稍微活动之外,基本没有可以让他们像会游泳的人一样在水中自由活动的辅助产品,大多数都是供使用者或躺或坐或趴的充气玩具,最常见的是游泳圈,这些器材的缺点在于没有外力的情况下几乎无法移动。申请号为201621261113.8的中国实用新型专利揭示了一种带推进装置的水上滑板,其通过双手转动手柄驱动螺旋桨旋转提供推进力,但是人的手部力量通常弱于腿部力量,因此使用时比较费力,不能运用并锻炼腿部力量,而且其结构复杂,不具备转向的功能。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于针对现有技术中的上述缺陷,提供一种可人力驱动的水上娱乐装置,该可人力驱动的水上娱乐装置由人脚驱动前进。
为实现上述发明目的,本发明采用了如下技术方案:一种可人力驱动的水上娱乐装置,包括浮体部,所述水上娱乐装置还包括划水组件,所述划水组件可相对摆动地连接于所述浮体部的一端,人脚蹬踏所述划水组件可驱动所述划水组件摇摆划水。
此外,本发明还包括如下附属技术方案:
所述划水组件包括与所述浮体部可摆动连接的摆动杆以及连接于所述摆动杆两侧的脚踏板。

相比于现有技术,本发明的优点在于:本发明的可人力驱动的水上娱乐装置不仅可以用来练习游泳,而且还能通过人脚蹬踏脚踏板驱动可人力驱动的水上娱乐装置前行;可人力驱动的水上娱乐装置结构简单,且具备转向功能;趴着使用更为省力、安全。

以下结合较佳实施例及其附图对本发明技术方案作进一步非限制性的详细说明。
实施例1:
如图1至图4所示,对应于本发明第一种实施例的可人力驱动的水上娱乐装置,包括浮体部1、连接于浮体部1前端的转向组件8和连接于浮体部1后端的划水组件3,浮体部1呈扁平的板状,其由浮力材料制成或者采用充气的结构,设计成适合人趴伏在上面使用的形状,并为人们在水中游泳娱乐时提供浮力;划水组件3可通过人脚蹬踏发生摆动,从而划动水流驱动该娱乐装置前行;转向组件8主要用于控制可人力驱动的水上娱乐装置前进的方向。
划水组件3包括脚踏板4、划水尾鳍5、摆动杆6以及转轴7。在浮体部1的后方开设有凹陷槽12,转轴7安装于凹陷槽12内,其两端分别通过轴承13与浮体部1相连,使得转轴7可以绕着轴承13的轴线旋转。摆动杆6一端与转轴7相连另一端与划水尾鳍5相连,其连接方式可以采用螺纹连接。脚踏板4设置于摆动杆6两侧,通过连杆14与摆动杆6相连,连接方式优选为螺栓连接,方便拆卸。通过踩动脚踏板4,摆动杆6将通过转轴7相对于浮体部1摆动,并带动划水尾鳍5拨动水提供动力,划水尾鳍5优选为扇形的鱼尾状,以得到更好的划水效果。摆动杆6采用可以伸缩的结构,可以根据需要调整摆动杆6的长度。图3中示出了摆动杆6的一种伸缩结构,其包括带有螺纹孔15a的第一杆15和设有与螺纹孔15a相配合的外螺纹的第二杆16,通过第二杆16旋入第一杆15的长短调整摆动杆6整体的长度。本实施例中转轴7是竖直安装的,其也可以水平安装,此时划水尾鳍5为上下摆动划水前进。
转向组件8包括把手9、导向鳍10以及连接杆11。把手9呈T字形,其包括用于人手握持的第一握持杆9a、第二握持杆9b以及与导向鳍10相连的转向杆9c,第一、第二握持杆9a、9b相互对称且可以采用伸缩结构,伸缩结构可以借鉴摆动杆6的结构。导向鳍10的形状可以采用鱼鳍状或者竖直立式的浆片状,其竖立于水中主要进行导向,也可以通过摇摆把手9使得导向鳍10拨水产生一定的推进力。连接杆11连接于把手9和浮体部1之间,其与浮体部1可通过螺栓固定连接。连接杆11与把手9为可旋转连接,连接杆11前端设置有通孔17,把手9的转动杆9c穿过通孔17与导向鳍10相连,使得把手9可以绕通孔17的轴线转动,为方便它的转动,在转动杆9c与通孔17之间也可以设置轴承(图未示)。连接杆11采用伸缩结构,其伸缩结构可以借鉴摆动杆6的结构。
使用时,人趴在浮体部1上,手握住把手9控制方向,脚踩在脚踏板4上,通过左右脚交替踩踏脚踏板4,使得划水尾鳍5左右拨动水产生推进力,驱动该娱乐装置前进。本发明的可人力驱动的水上娱乐装置,人们趴在该娱乐装置上娱乐,更为安全可靠,通过踩踏脚踏板4驱动前进,速度更快,娱乐性更强,而且,摆动杆6和连接杆11等采用伸缩结构,一方面可以适应不同身高的使用者,另一方面,可以减少存储的空间并方便携带;将转向组件8和划水组件3拆除后,本发明还可以当成常规的游泳板使用,人能够趴在游泳板上练习游泳。
实施例2
如图5至图7所示,对应于本发明第二种实施例的可人力驱动的水上娱乐装置,其在实施例1的基础上增加了活动垫18以及连接在活动垫18与浮体部1
之间的活动组件19。活动组件19可以是标准的十字滑轨或者直接用两根直线导轨十字形连接而成(十字滑轨和直线导轨优先采用标准件),使得活动垫18能够在浮体部1表面自由移动。活动组件19并不限于是十字滑轨或者直线导轨的连接,其还可以采用其他的结构。活动垫18包括胸垫22和腹垫23,分别设置在人的胸部、腹部和浮体部1相对应接触的位置,活动垫18表面贴附有柔软材料制成的接触层18a以增加舒适感。浮体部1上在胸垫22和腹垫23对应的位置开设有容纳部24,容纳部24凹陷入浮体部1上表面,用于安装活动组件19,使得胸垫22和腹垫23不至于高出浮体部1上表面过多。
人们趴在可人力驱动的水上娱乐装置上练习游泳或者蹬踏脚踏板4前进时,身体会发生扭摆,直接与浮体部1接触摩擦会降低使用舒适性甚至磨坏皮肤,通过设置胸垫22和腹垫23,使得人身体扭摆时,胸垫22和腹垫23会随着身体一起运动,减少了摩擦,而且胸垫22和腹垫23表面贴附有柔软的弹性材料,接触更为舒适。
实施例3
如图8至图9所示,对应于本发明第三种实施例,与实施例2的结构大致相同,只是浮体部1采用了可折叠的结构。本实施例中浮体部1包括前浮体部1a和后浮体部1b,前、后浮体部1a、1b上侧通过铰链24连接,下侧可通过卡扣或者螺栓25连接(铰链24及螺栓25的位置并不限定,只要能进行折叠及固定的功能即可),本实施例中通过螺栓25连接,前浮体部1a下方设置有第一凸出部26,第一凸出部26设置有螺纹孔26a,后浮体部1b下方设置有第二凸出部27,第二凸出部27内设置有通孔27a,当浮体部1在使用状态时,螺纹孔26a与通孔27a位于同一轴线上,螺栓25穿过通孔27a与螺纹孔26a相连,固定住前、后浮体部1a、1b;可人力驱动的水上娱乐装置存放或者携带时,松开螺栓25,将前、后浮体部1a、1b折叠起来可以方便携带和减少存储空间。该实施例只是表明了一种折叠方式,其还可以采用其他的折叠方法,如划水组件3、转向组件8与浮体部1的连接均可以设置成可折叠的连接方式,其具体的折叠结构也可以采用其他的方式。
综上所述,本发明的可人力驱动的水上娱乐装置具备以下优点:
1.本发明的可人力驱动的水上娱乐装置不仅可以用来练习游泳,而且还能通过人脚蹬踏脚踏板驱动可人力驱动的水上娱乐装置前行;可人力驱动的水上娱乐装置结构简单,且具备转向功能,娱乐性更强;趴着使用更为省力、安全。
2.通过设置可随身体扭摆而自由移动的胸垫22和腹垫23,减少了身体与可
人力驱动的水上娱乐装置的摩擦,使用更为舒适。
3.本发明的可人力驱动的水上娱乐装置多处设置有伸缩、折叠的结构,使得其能够适应不同身高的人使用,而且,可以减少可人力驱动的水上娱乐装置的存放空间、便于携带。
