具体实施方式
实施例1
一种空调器,其包括具有叶轮轴的叶轮和具有电机输出轴的电机,在所述叶轮轴和所述电机输出轴之间设置有一连接装置,所述连接装置包括分别与叶轮和电机连接的两个连接件,本实施例为分别为与叶轮的叶轮轴一体连接的第一连接件和与电机输出轴一体连接的第二连接件,两个所述连接件之间具有非圆配合的传动连接结构和对准矫正机构,本实施例中所述传动连接结构具有沿电机输出轴线方向延伸的柱形部件11和适于所述柱形部件11插入的套筒12。对准矫正机构设置在两个所述连接件之间,引导所述传动连接结构相对旋转至配合状态,如图1-3所示。本实施例中所述对准矫正机构包括成型在第一连接件端部且轴向凸出的凸舌和设置在第二连接件上的导 型结构。本实施例中所述导型结构具有与电机输出轴线垂直设置的导销22,本实施例中导销可转动的设置在第二连接件上,所述凸舌引导所述导销22带动第二连接件与第一连接件相对旋转到预定位置,即凸舌与导销接触时,受轴向力的作用,连接件两者中的一个或两个均转动至预定位置,从而完成配合。
所述凸舌与所述柱形部件11一体连接,所述导销22设置在所述套筒12的轴向孔121内,所述导销22径向贯穿所述轴向孔121;所述凸舌具有弧形端部211,所述弧形端部211适于伸入所述套筒12侧壁和所述导销22之间。所述套筒12的所述轴向孔121自由端122上设置有倒角123。
进一步,本实施例在上述实施例的基础上,所述柱形部件11与所述套筒12之间设置有插接后防止脱出的锁定装置,所述锁定装置包括径向螺纹连接在所述套筒12上的螺钉30,和所述柱形部件11上与所述螺钉30内端端面抵接的弦向的平面112。所述平面112和所述锁定装置的数量与所述凸舌相等,其数量为一个,所述平面112设置在所述凸舌轴向延伸的位置上。
当然,导销也可固定或一体成型在所述第二连接件上。
实施例2
一种空调器,其包括具有叶轮轴的叶轮和具有电机输出轴的电机,在所述叶轮轴和所述电机输出轴之间设置有一连接装置,所述连接装置包括分别与叶轮和电机连接的两个连接件,分别为与叶轮可拆卸固定连接的第一连接件和与电机输出轴可拆卸固定连接的第二连接件,两个所述连接件之间具有非圆配合的传动连接结构和对准矫正机构。对准矫正机构设置在两个所述连接件之间,引导所述传动连接结构相对旋转至配合状态的对准矫正机构,如图4-6所示,本实施例中所述对准矫正机构包括成型在所述第二连接件端部且轴向凸出的凸舌和设置在第一连接件上的导型结构。本实施例中所述传动连接结构具有沿电机输出轴线方向延伸的柱形部件11;以及适于所述柱形部件11插入的套筒12,所述凸舌与所述套筒12一体连接,所述导销22设置在所述柱形部件11的外侧;本实施例中所述导型结构具有与电机输出轴 线垂直设置的导销22,所述凸舌引导所述导销22带动第一连接件与第二连接件相对旋转到预定位置。
本实施例中所述凸舌为两个且对称设置,相对的两个所述凸舌之间具有在插接时所述导销22卡入的卡入空间。
本实施例中所述柱形部件11与所述套筒12之间设置有插接后防止脱出的锁定装置,所述锁定装置包括径向螺纹连接在所述套筒12上的螺钉30,和所述柱形部件11上与所述螺钉30内端端面抵接的弦向的平面112。
所述弦向的平面112和所述锁定装置的数量与所述凸舌相等且所述弦向的平面112设置在所述凸舌轴向延伸的位置上,本实施例中所述弦向的平面112数量为两个且对称设置。
实施例3
一种空调器,其包括具有叶轮轴的叶轮和具有电机输出轴的电机,在所述叶轮轴和所述电机输出轴之间设置有一连接装置,所述连接装置包括分别与叶轮和电机连接的两个连接件,分别为与叶轮固定连接的第一连接件和与电机输出轴固定连接的第二连接件,两个所述连接件之间具有非圆配合的传动连接结构;以及设置在两个所述连接件之间,引导所述传动连接结构相对旋转至配合状态的对准矫正机构。所述传动连接结构由沿电机输出轴线方向延伸的柱形部件11,适于所述柱形部件11插入的套筒12,以及固定在柱形部件11和套筒12两者之一上的所述凸舌与固定在两者另一个上的所述导型结构配合构成。本实施例中套筒12为六角套筒,柱形部件11为与所述六角套筒相适配的六角柱配合,凸舌21设置在六角柱上。
上述实施例中所述非圆配合为除了仅圆和圆的配合形式的所有其他传动配合,包括但不限于多边形传动配合、异形孔与异形柱配合、圆筒和圆筒套合后打孔破坏其圆的完整性后用柱销连接的传动配合方式等。
显然,上述实施例仅仅是为清楚地说明所作的举例,而并非对实施方式的限定。对于所属领域的普通技术人员来说,在上述说明的基础上还可以做出其它不同形式的变化或变动。这里无需也无法对所有的实施方式予以穷 举。而由此所引伸出的显而易见的变化或变动仍处于本发明创造的保护范围之中。

Claims (15)

  1. 一种用于叶轮与电机的连接装置,其特征在于,其包括分别与叶轮和电机连接的两个连接件,两个所述连接件之间具有适于传动配合的传动连接结构;以及设置在两个所述连接件之间,用于引导所述传动连接结构相对旋转至传动配合状态的对准矫正机构。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的连接装置,其特征在于,所述传动连接结构为非圆配合结构。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的连接装置,其特征在于,所述对准矫正机构包括成型在所述连接件之一的端部且轴向凸出的凸舌和设置在另一连接件上的导型结构。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的连接装置,其特征在于,所述导型结构具有与电机输出轴线垂直设置的导销,所述凸舌引导所述导销带动所述传动连接结构中各部件转动到预定位置。
  5. 根据权利要求3或4所述的连接装置,其特征在于,所述传动连接结构由
    沿电机输出轴线方向延伸的柱形部件;
    适于所述柱形部件插入的套筒,以及
    固定在柱形部件和套筒两者之一上的所述凸舌与固定在两者另一个上的所述导型结构配合构成。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的连接装置,其特征在于,所述凸舌与所述柱形部件一体连接,所述导销设置在所述套筒的轴向孔内,所述导销径向贯穿所述轴向孔;所述凸舌具有弧形端部,所述弧形端部适于伸入所述套筒侧壁和所述导销之间。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的连接装置,其特征在于,所述套筒的所述轴向孔自由端上设置有倒角。
  8. 根据权利要求5所述的连接装置,其特征在于,所述凸舌与所述套筒一体连接,所述导销设置在所述柱形部件的外侧。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的连接装置,其特征在于,所述凸舌为两个或偶数个且对称设置,相对的两个所述凸舌之间具有在插接时所述导销卡入的卡入空间。
  10. 根据权利要求1-9任一所述的连接装置,其特征在于,所述两个连接件上设置有插接后防止其脱出的锁定装置。
  11. 根据权利要求5-9任一项所述的连接装置,其特征在于,所述柱形部件与所述套筒之间设置有插接后防止脱出的锁定装置。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的连接装置,其特征在于,所述锁定装置包括径向螺纹连接在所述套筒上的螺钉,和所述柱形部件上与所述螺钉内端端面抵接的弦向的平面。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的连接装置,其特征在于,所述平面和所述锁定装置的数量与所述凸舌相等且所述平面设置在所述凸舌轴向延伸的位置上。
  14. 根据权利要求1或2所述的连接装置,其特征在于,所述传动连接结构由
    沿电机输出轴线方向延伸的柱形部件,
    适于所述柱形部件插入的套筒,以及
    固定在柱形部件和套筒两者之一上的所述凸舌与固定在两者另一个上的所述导型结构配合构成。
  15. 一种空调器,其包括具有叶轮轴的叶轮和具有电机输出轴的电机, 其特征在于,在所述叶轮轴和所述电机输出轴之间设置有权利要求1-13任一所述的连接装置。
