  • FIG. 1 is a perspective view of a ceiling fan of a preferred embodiment of the present invention. FIG. 2 is an exploded view of the preferred embodiment of the present invention. FIG. 3 is a schematic view showing the operation of the preferred embodiment of the present invention. The present invention discloses a blade installation structure 100. The blade installation structure 100 is installed to a ceiling fan 200. The ceiling fan 200 has a motor unit 210. The motor unit 210 has a motor housing 220, a motor 230, and a rotating portion 240. The motor 230 is disposed in the motor housing 220. The motor 230 drives the rotating portion 240 to rotate. The blade installation structure 100 comprises a blade 10, a coupling seat 20, an elastic member 30, and a hanging member 40.
  • The blade 10 has a connecting portion 11. A pushing portion 12 is formed on the outer edge of the connecting portion 11. The connecting portion 11 has a through hole 13. The inner peripheral wall of the through hole 13 has a first surface 131.
  • The coupling seat 20 has one end fixed to the rotating portion 240 of the motor 230. The coupling seat 20 has a slot 21. A displacement space 21 a is defined in the slot 21. The coupling seat 20 has a first opening 22 and a second opening 23. The first opening 22 allows the connecting portion 11 of the blade 10 to be inserted into the slot 21 from the first opening 22 and the displacement space 21 a. The coupling seat 20 has a support portion 24 adjacent to the second opening 23. One side of the coupling seat 20, facing away from the motor 230, is formed with two first locking holes 25. • FIG. 3 and FIG. 4 are schematic views showing the operation of the preferred embodiment of the present invention. The elastic member 30 corresponding to the connecting portion 11 of the blade 10 is disposed in the slot 21 of the coupling seat 20. The elastic member 30 is inserted from the third opening 26 into the slot 21. The elastic member 30 includes an elastic portion 31 and an abutting portion 32 connected to the elastic portion 31. The elastic portion 31 has a fixed end 311 adjacent to the first opening 22 and a free end 312 away from the first opening 22. The fixed end 311 of the elastic portion 31 is fixed to the coupling seat 20. The fixed end 311 of the elastic portion 31 is formed with second locking holes 33 corresponding to the respective first locking holes 25 of the coupling seat 20. The free end 312 of the elastic portion 31 is connected to the abutting portion 32. The elastic portion 31 and the abutting portion 32 of the elastic member 30 correspond to the pushing portion 12 and the through hole 13 of the blade 10, respectively. When the elastic portion 31 is in a normal state, the elastic portion 31 is oblique from the fixed end 311 toward the free end 312, the elastic portion 31 is in the displacement space 21 a of the slot 21 corresponding to the pushing portion 12 of the blade 10, and the abutting portion 32 of the elastic member 30 is in the displacement space 21 a of the slot 21 corresponding to the through hole 13 of the blade 10, so that the elastic portion 31 and the abutting portion 32 are in a normal state position 30 a. When the elastic portion 31 is pushed and elastically displaced by the pushing portion 12 of the blade 10 to be in a stress state, the elastic portion 31 and the abutting portion 32 are in a stress state position 30 b away from the displacement space 21 a of the slot 21. When the elastic portion 31 and the abutting portion 32 are restored to be in the normal state, the abutting portion 32 abuts against the through hole 13 of the blade 10. Furthermore, the abutting portion 32 has an abutting surface 321 corresponding to the first surface 131 of the through hole 13. The abutting surface 321 is configured to be in close contact with the first surface 131. In this embodiment of the present invention, the first surface 131 and the abutting surface 321 are flat surfaces. The elastic member 30 further has a hanging portion 34 extending from the abutting portion 32. The hanging portion 34 corresponds to the second opening 23. The hanging portion 34 extends out of the second opening 23. The hanging portion 34 has a hanging hole 341. The hanging portion 34 is connected with a stop piece 342 between the second opening 23 and the hanging hole 341. The stop piece 342 is perpendicular to the hanging portion 34. The stop piece 342 extends from the hanging portion 34 to the outside of the support portion 24. When the elastic portion 31 and the abutting portion 32 are in the normal state, the stop piece 342 is supported by the support portion 24.
  • The hanging member 40 has a hook 41 corresponding to the hanging hole 341. When in use, the hook 41 is inserted in the hanging hole 341 to apply a force, so that the elastic portion 31 and the abutting portion 32 of the elastic member 30 are elastically displaced to be in the stress state position 30 b, so as to disengage the blade 10 from the slot 21 of the coupling portion 20.
  • FIG. 5 and FIG. 6 are schematic views of the preferred embodiment of the present invention when in use. When the blade installation structure 100 of the ceiling fan is to be assembled, the pushing portion 12 of the blade 10 is aligned with the slot 21 of the coupling seat 20, and the blade 10 is moved toward the first opening 22 of the coupling seat 20, so that the connecting portion 11 and the pushing portion 12 of the blade 10 are located in the displacement space 21 a of the coupling seat 20. At this time, the elastic portion 31 of the elastic member 30 is pushed and elastically displaced by the pushing portion 12 of the blade 10 to be in the stress state, the elastic portion 31 and the abutting portion 32 are in the stress state position 30 b away from the displacement space 21 a of the slot 21. Then, the pushing portion 12 of the blade 10 is further pushed toward the displacement space 21 a, so that the elastic member 30 corresponds to the through hole 13 of the blade 10. At this time, the elastic portion 31 and the abutting portion 32 are restored to be in the normal state, and the abutting portion 32 abuts against the through hole 13 of the blade 10. The elastic portion 31 is confined within the through hole 13 of the blade 10, and the abutting surface 321 is in close contact with the first surface 131, such that the blade 10 is locked and fixed to the coupling seat 20 to complete the assembly of the blade installation structure 100 of the ceiling fan quickly.
  • FIG. 7 is a schematic view of the preferred embodiment of the present invention when in use. When the blade 10 is to be disassembled or replaced, the hook 41 of the hanging member 40 is inserted in the hanging hole 341 of the hanging portion 34 to pull the elastic member 30 upward, so that the elastic portion 31 and the abutting portion 32 are elastically displaced to be in the stress state position 30 b. Thus, the blade 10 can be disengaged from the slot 21 of the coupling seat 20, so that the blade 10 can be replaced easily.
  • It is worth mentioning that the stop piece 342 is perpendicular to the hanging portion 34. The stop piece 342 extends from the hanging portion 34 to the outside of the support portion 24. When the elastic portion 31 and the abutting portion 32 are in the normal state, the stop piece 342 is supported by the support portion 24. Thereby, when the motor 230 drives the blade 10 to rotate, the blade 10 will be subjected to the outward centrifugal force. Through the stop piece 342, the elastic member 30 can be prevented from being deformed and has the effect of supporting the blade 10.
  • Although particular embodiments of the present invention have been described in detail for purposes of illustration, various modifications and enhancements may be made without departing from the spirit and scope of the present invention. Accordingly, the present invention is not to be limited except as by the appended claims.
