Abstract
A blade installation structure of a ceiling fan includes a blade, a coupling seat, and an elastic member. The blade has a connecting portion. The connecting portion has a through hole. The coupling seat has a slot. A displacement space is defined in the slot. The elastic member includes an elastic portion and an abutting portion connected to the elastic portion. The abutting portion abuts against the through hole of the blade, and the elastic portion is confined within the through hole of the blade, so that the blade is locked and fixed to the coupling seat. The blade installation structure of the ceiling fan has the advantages of quick installation and increased blade support.
Description
- The present invention relates to a ceiling fan, and more particularly to a blade installation structure of a ceiling fan.
- In general, a conventional ceiling fan includes a ceiling fan body and a plurality of blade frames connected to the outside of the ceiling fan body. Each blade frame is provided with a blade. Each blade is locked and fixed to the corresponding blade frame by screws to complete the assembly of the ceiling fan and the blades, so that the ceiling fan can drive the blades to rotate smoothly and stably.
- However, the assembly process is complicated, cumbersome and time-consuming. If the ceiling fan is to be moved or replaced, the large number of screws will cause inconvenience in disassembly and assembly. Accordingly, the inventor of the present invention has devoted himself based on his many years of practical experiences to solve these problems.
- The primary object of the present invention is to provide a blade installation structure of a ceiling fan, which has the advantages of quick installation and increased blade support.
- In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides a blade installation structure of a ceiling fan. The ceiling fan has a motor unit. The motor unit has a motor and a rotating portion. The motor drives the rotating portion to rotate. The blade installation structure comprises a blade, a coupling seat, and an elastic member. The blade has a connecting portion. A pushing portion is formed on an outer edge of the connecting portion. The connecting portion has a through hole. The coupling seat has one end fixed to the rotating portion of the motor. The coupling seat has a slot. A displacement space is defined in the slot. The coupling seat has a first opening for the connecting portion of the blade to be inserted into the slot from the first opening and the displacement space. The elastic member corresponds to the connecting portion of the blade and is disposed in the slot of the coupling seat. The elastic member includes an elastic portion and an abutting portion connected to the elastic portion. The elastic portion has a fixed end adjacent to the first opening and a free end away from the first opening. The fixed end of the elastic portion is fixed to the coupling seat. The free end of the elastic portion is connected to the abutting portion. The elastic portion and the abutting portion of the elastic member correspond to the pushing portion and the through hole of the blade, respectively. When the elastic portion is in a normal state, the elastic portion is oblique from the fixed end toward the free end, the elastic portion is in the displacement space of the slot corresponding to the pushing portion of the blade, and the abutting portion of the elastic member is in the displacement space of the slot corresponding to the through hole of the blade, so that the elastic portion and the abutting portion are in a normal state position. When the elastic portion is pushed and elastically displaced by the pushing portion of the blade to be in a stress state, the elastic portion and the abutting portion are in a stress state position away from the displacement space of the slot. When the elastic portion and the abutting portion are restored to be in the normal state, the abutting portion abuts against the through hole of the blade.
- In the blade installation structure of the ceiling fan provided by the present invention, the abutting portion abuts against the through hole of the blade, and the elastic portion is confined within the through hole of the blade, so that the blade is locked and fixed to the coupling seat. The blade installation structure of the ceiling fan has the advantages of quick installation and increased blade support.

The present invention discloses ablade installation structure 100. Theblade installation structure 100 is installed to aceiling fan 200. Theceiling fan 200 has amotor unit 210. Themotor unit 210 has amotor housing 220, amotor 230, and a rotatingportion 240. Themotor 230 is disposed in themotor housing 220. Themotor 230 drives the rotatingportion 240 to rotate. Theblade installation structure 100 comprises ablade 10, acoupling seat 20, anelastic member 30, and a hangingmember 40. - The
blade 10 has a connectingportion 11. A pushingportion 12 is formed on the outer edge of the connectingportion 11. The connectingportion 11 has a throughhole 13. The inner peripheral wall of the throughhole 13 has afirst surface 131. - The
coupling seat 20 has one end fixed to the rotatingportion 240 of themotor 230. Thecoupling seat 20 has aslot 21. Adisplacement space 21 a is defined in theslot 21. Thecoupling seat 20 has afirst opening 22 and asecond opening 23. Thefirst opening 22 allows the connectingportion 11 of theblade 10 to be inserted into theslot 21 from thefirst opening 22 and thedisplacement space 21 a. Thecoupling seat 20 has asupport portion 24 adjacent to the second opening 23. One side of thecoupling seat 20, facing away from themotor 230, is formed with two first locking holes 25. Theslot 21 is located below the first locking holes 25 and thesecond opening 23. Thecoupling seat 20 has athird opening 26 corresponding in position to the first locking holes 25 and opposite to the first locking holes 25. Thethird opening 26 communicates with thefirst opening 22. -
FIG. 3 andFIG. 4 are schematic views showing the operation of the preferred embodiment of the present invention. Theelastic member 30 corresponding to the connectingportion 11 of theblade 10 is disposed in theslot 21 of thecoupling seat 20. Theelastic member 30 is inserted from thethird opening 26 into theslot 21. Theelastic member 30 includes anelastic portion 31 and an abuttingportion 32 connected to theelastic portion 31. Theelastic portion 31 has a fixedend 311 adjacent to thefirst opening 22 and afree end 312 away from thefirst opening 22. Thefixed end 311 of theelastic portion 31 is fixed to thecoupling seat 20. Thefixed end 311 of theelastic portion 31 is formed with second locking holes 33 corresponding to the respective first locking holes 25 of thecoupling seat 20. Thefree end 312 of theelastic portion 31 is connected to the abuttingportion 32. Theelastic portion 31 and the abuttingportion 32 of theelastic member 30 correspond to the pushingportion 12 and the throughhole 13 of theblade 10, respectively. When theelastic portion 31 is in a normal state, theelastic portion 31 is oblique from thefixed end 311 toward thefree end 312, theelastic portion 31 is in thedisplacement space 21 a of theslot 21 corresponding to the pushingportion 12 of theblade 10, and the abuttingportion 32 of theelastic member 30 is in thedisplacement space 21 a of theslot 21 corresponding to the throughhole 13 of theblade 10, so that theelastic portion 31 and the abuttingportion 32 are in anormal state position 30 a. When theelastic portion 31 is pushed and elastically displaced by the pushingportion 12 of theblade 10 to be in a stress state, theelastic portion 31 and the abuttingportion 32 are in astress state position 30 b away from thedisplacement space 21 a of theslot 21. When theelastic portion 31 and the abuttingportion 32 are restored to be in the normal state, the abuttingportion 32 abuts against the throughhole 13 of theblade 10. Furthermore, the abuttingportion 32 has anabutting surface 321 corresponding to thefirst surface 131 of the throughhole 13. Theabutting surface 321 is configured to be in close contact with thefirst surface 131. In this embodiment of the present invention, thefirst surface 131 and theabutting surface 321 are flat surfaces. Theelastic member 30 further has a hangingportion 34 extending from the abuttingportion 32. The hangingportion 34 corresponds to thesecond opening 23. The hangingportion 34 extends out of thesecond opening 23. The hangingportion 34 has a hanginghole 341. The hangingportion 34 is connected with astop piece 342 between thesecond opening 23 and the hanginghole 341. Thestop piece 342 is perpendicular to the hangingportion 34. Thestop piece 342 extends from the hangingportion 34 to the outside of thesupport portion 24. When theelastic portion 31 and the abuttingportion 32 are in the normal state, thestop piece 342 is supported by thesupport portion 24. - The hanging
member 40 has ahook 41 corresponding to the hanginghole 341. When in use, thehook 41 is inserted in the hanginghole 341 to apply a force, so that theelastic portion 31 and the abuttingportion 32 of theelastic member 30 are elastically displaced to be in thestress state position 30 b, so as to disengage theblade 10 from theslot 21 of thecoupling portion 20. -
FIG. 5 andFIG. 6 are schematic views of the preferred embodiment of the present invention when in use. When theblade installation structure 100 of the ceiling fan is to be assembled, the pushingportion 12 of theblade 10 is aligned with theslot 21 of thecoupling seat 20, and theblade 10 is moved toward thefirst opening 22 of thecoupling seat 20, so that the connectingportion 11 and the pushingportion 12 of theblade 10 are located in thedisplacement space 21 a of thecoupling seat 20. At this time, theelastic portion 31 of theelastic member 30 is pushed and elastically displaced by the pushingportion 12 of theblade 10 to be in the stress state, theelastic portion 31 and the abuttingportion 32 are in thestress state position 30 b away from thedisplacement space 21 a of theslot 21. Then, the pushingportion 12 of theblade 10 is further pushed toward thedisplacement space 21 a, so that theelastic member 30 corresponds to the throughhole 13 of theblade 10. At this time, theelastic portion 31 and the abuttingportion 32 are restored to be in the normal state, and the abuttingportion 32 abuts against the throughhole 13 of theblade 10. Theelastic portion 31 is confined within the throughhole 13 of theblade 10, and theabutting surface 321 is in close contact with thefirst surface 131, such that theblade 10 is locked and fixed to thecoupling seat 20 to complete the assembly of theblade installation structure 100 of the ceiling fan quickly. -
FIG. 7 is a schematic view of the preferred embodiment of the present invention when in use. When theblade 10 is to be disassembled or replaced, thehook 41 of the hangingmember 40 is inserted in the hanginghole 341 of the hangingportion 34 to pull theelastic member 30 upward, so that theelastic portion 31 and the abuttingportion 32 are elastically displaced to be in thestress state position 30 b. Thus, theblade 10 can be disengaged from theslot 21 of thecoupling seat 20, so that theblade 10 can be replaced easily. - It is worth mentioning that the
stop piece 342 is perpendicular to the hangingportion 34. Thestop piece 342 extends from the hangingportion 34 to the outside of thesupport portion 24. When theelastic portion 31 and the abuttingportion 32 are in the normal state, thestop piece 342 is supported by thesupport portion 24. Thereby, when themotor 230 drives theblade 10 to rotate, theblade 10 will be subjected to the outward centrifugal force. Through thestop piece 342, theelastic member 30 can be prevented from being deformed and has the effect of supporting theblade 10. - Although particular embodiments of the present invention have been described in detail for purposes of illustration, various modifications and enhancements may be made without departing from the spirit and scope of the present invention. Accordingly, the present invention is not to be limited except as by the appended claims.
Claims (10)
1. A blade installation structure of a ceiling fan, the ceiling fan having a motor unit, the motor unit having a motor and a rotating portion, the motor driving the rotating portion to rotate, the blade installation structure comprising:
a blade, having a connecting portion, a pushing portion being formed on an outer edge of the connecting portion, the connecting portion having a through hole;
a coupling seat, having one end fixed to the rotating portion of the motor, the coupling seat having a slot, a displacement space being defined in the slot, the coupling seat having a first opening for the connecting portion of the blade to be inserted into the slot from the first opening and the displacement space;
an elastic member, corresponding to the connecting portion of the blade and being disposed in the slot of the coupling seat, the elastic member including an elastic portion and an abutting portion connected to the elastic portion, the elastic portion having a fixed end adjacent to the first opening and a free end away from the first opening, the fixed end of the elastic portion being fixed to the coupling seat, the free end of the elastic portion being connected to the abutting portion, the elastic portion and the abutting portion of the elastic member corresponding to the pushing portion and the through hole of the blade, respectively; wherein when the elastic portion is in a normal state, the elastic portion is oblique from the fixed end toward the free end, the elastic portion is in the displacement space of the slot corresponding to the pushing portion of the blade, and the abutting portion of the elastic member is in the displacement space of the slot corresponding to the through hole of the blade, so that the elastic portion and the abutting portion are in a normal state position; when the elastic portion is pushed and elastically displaced by the pushing portion of the blade to be in a stress state, the elastic portion and the abutting portion are in a stress state position away from the displacement space of the slot; when the elastic portion and the abutting portion are restored to be in the normal state, the abutting portion abuts against the through hole of the blade.
2. The blade installation structure of the ceiling fan as claimed in claim 1 , wherein the coupling seat further has a second opening, the elastic member further has a hanging portion extending from the abutting portion, the hanging portion corresponds to the second opening, the hanging portion has a hanging hole, the blade installation structure further comprises a hanging member, the hanging member has a hook corresponding to the hanging hole, when in use, the hook is inserted in the hanging hole to apply a force, so that the elastic portion and the abutting portion of the elastic member are elastically displaced to be in the stress state position, so as to disengage the blade from the slot of the coupling portion.
3. The blade installation structure of the ceiling fan as claimed in claim 2 , wherein the hanging portion extends out of the second opening, the hanging portion is connected with a stop piece between the second opening and the hanging hole, and the stop piece is perpendicular to the hanging portion.
4. The blade installation structure of the ceiling fan as claimed in claim 3 , wherein the coupling seat has a support portion adjacent to the second opening, the stop piece extends from the hanging portion to an outside of the support portion, when the elastic portion and the abutting portion are in the normal state, the stop piece is supported by the support portion.
5. The blade installation structure of the ceiling fan as claimed in claim 4 , wherein an inner peripheral wall of the through hole has a first surface, the abutting portion has an abutting surface corresponding to the first surface, and the abutting surface is configured to be in close contact with the first surface.
6. The blade installation structure of the ceiling fan as claimed in claim 5 , wherein the first surface and the abutting surface are flat surfaces.
7. The blade installation structure of the ceiling fan as claimed in claim 6 , wherein one side of the coupling seat, facing away from the motor, is formed with two first locking holes, the slot is located below the first locking holes and the second opening, and the fixed end of the elastic portion is formed with second locking holes corresponding to the respective first locking holes of the coupling seat.
8. The blade installation structure of the ceiling fan as claimed in claim 7 , wherein the coupling seat has a third opening corresponding in position to the first locking holes and opposite to the first locking holes, the third opening communicates with the first opening, and the elastic member is inserted from the third opening into the slot.
9. The blade installation structure of the ceiling fan as claimed in claim 1 , wherein an inner peripheral wall of the through hole has a first surface, the abutting portion has an abutting surface corresponding to the first surface, and the abutting surface is configured to be in close contact with the first surface.
10. The blade installation structure of the ceiling fan as claimed in claim 9 , wherein the first surface and the abutting surface are flat surfaces.
