The invention provides a rapid mounting bracket which comprises a first bracket positioned at the front end and a second bracket positioned at the rear end, wherein a plurality of self-locking structures are arranged on the first bracket, and the second bracket is provided with a hollowed-out structure. The mounting structure of the present invention further comprises a self-locking structure 3 disposed on the front baffle assembly 2, and referring to fig. 2 and 4, the self-locking structure 3 includes a base 30 fixed on the front baffle, and the base 30 and the front baffle may be integrally formed. The self-locking structure 3 further comprises a catch 32 rotatably connected to the base 30 by elastic means.
Specifically, a shaft 31 is provided on the base 30, and the lock catch 32 is mounted on the shaft 31 such that the lock catch 32 can be deflected about the shaft 31 as a rotation axis. The elastic device of the invention can be a torsion spring 33, wherein the torsion spring 33 is sleeved on the shaft 31, one end of the torsion spring 33 is propped against the lock catch 32, and the other end of the torsion spring is propped against the base 30, so that the elastic force of the torsion spring 33 needs to be overcome when the lock catch 32 is rotated, and the torsion spring can return under the elastic restoring force of the torsion spring 33.
It will be apparent to those skilled in the art that the resilient means may also be a spring which may be mounted between the catch 32 and the base 30 to achieve the same effect as the torsion spring 33 described above. The elastic means of the present invention may also be other structures known to those skilled in the art, and will not be described in detail herein.
The catch 32 may be rectangular in shape and undergo a seesaw-like or lever-like movement under the definition of the shaft 31. For ease of description, the axis of rotation of the catch 32 will now be taken as a boundary, one end of the catch 32 being denoted as the drive end 32b and the other end being denoted as the driven end 32a. Referring to the orientation shown in fig. 4, the upper end of the shackle 32 is a drive end 32b and the lower end is a driven end 32a. When the shackle 32 deflects, the driving end 32b and the driven end 32a thereof operate synchronously.
The self-locking structure of the present invention further includes a post 34 positioned in the path of movement of the drive end 32b of the shackle 32. The post 34 may be fitted in the base 31, the post 34 being configured to: the blocking driving end 32b is restored under the elastic restoring action of the elastic means.
The post 34 fits within the base 31 adjacent the latch drive end 32b such that the drive end 32b of the latch 32 can be in contact engagement with the post 34 to prevent the latch 32 from being reset by the torsion spring 33. That is, the torsion spring 33 on the latch 32 is in a pre-tensioned state, and the cylinder 34 acts to block the return of the latch 32.
The post 34 of the present invention may be a cylinder in which relief slots 36 may be provided in a portion of the side wall of the post 34, as shown in fig. 4. The setting of the avoidance groove 36 makes it possible to change the deflection angle of the lock catch 32, when the avoidance groove 36 of the cylinder 34 is opposite to the driving end 32b of the lock catch, the lock catch 32 deflects under the elastic restoring force of the torsion spring 33 until the driving end 32b is in contact with the inner wall of the avoidance groove 36 again, thereby realizing the adjustment of the deflection angle of the lock catch 32.
And when the outer wall of the cylinder 34 and the driving end 32b are rotated, the outer wall of the cylinder 34 presses the driving end 32b to leave the avoiding groove 36, so that the reverse rotation of the lock catch is realized. The position of the relief slot 36 on the post 34 resembles the eccentric configuration, and when the post 34 is engaged with the drive end 32b at different positions, the angle of deflection of the drive end 32b is different.
This allows the driven end 32a of the catch 32 to be locked or unlocked to the locking surface 1a of the pre-mount bracket 1 during the above-described rotation by means of the structural design. Specifically, when the cylinder 34 is rotated to make the avoidance groove 36 opposite to the driving end 32b of the lock catch 32, the lock catch 32 deflects under the action of elastic restoring force until the driving end 32b of the lock catch 32 contacts with the inner wall of the avoidance groove 36 of the cylinder 34, and at this time, the driven end 32a of the lock catch 32 deflects onto the locking surface 1a of the pre-mounting bracket 1, referring to fig. 4. In the process of rotating the cylinder 34 to make the outer wall of the cylinder correspond to the driving end 32b of the latch 32, the outer wall of the cylinder 34 drives the driving end 32b of the latch 32 to deflect reversely, so that the driven end 32a of the latch 32 is disengaged from the locking surface 1a of the pre-installation bracket 1, referring to fig. 5.
The direction of deflection of the driven end 32a is dependent on the relative position between the catch 32 and the locking surface 1a on the pre-mount bracket 1, for example with reference to the direction shown in fig. 4, since the catch 32 is located inside the locking surface 1a, it is necessary to deflect the driven end 32a outwards in order to achieve locking of the catch driven end 32a to the locking surface 1 a.
In the initial position, the relief slot 36 of the post 34 mates with the drive end 32b of the shackle 32. Referring to the view direction of fig. 4, when the front baffle assembly 2 is assembled, the rear end position of the front baffle assembly is aligned and attached with the front end of the pre-installation support 1, when the self-locking structure 3 passes through the hollow cavity of the pre-installation support 1, the inner wall of the pre-installation support 1 presses the driven end 32a of the lock catch 32 to deflect the driven end 32a towards the column 34, and at the moment, the driving end 32b of the lock catch 32 is separated from the avoidance groove 36, so that the lock catch 32 passes through the hollow cavity of the pre-installation support 1 in an approximately vertical mode.
When the driven end 32a of the lock catch 32 passes through the hollow cavity of the pre-mounting bracket 1, the driven end 32a of the lock catch 32 is deflected outwards under the elastic recovery action of the torsion spring 33 due to the fact that the limit of the inner wall of the hollow cavity is lost, until the driving end 32b is in contact with the avoidance groove 36 of the column 34, and then the driven end 32a of the lock catch 32 abuts against the locking surface 1a of the pre-mounting bracket 1, so that the pre-mounting bracket 1 and the front baffle assembly 2 are locked. And the self-locking structure 3 will make a "snap" sound during locking, which is caused by the fact that the driving end 32b of the lock catch 32 is suddenly combined with the avoiding groove 36 of the cylinder 34, and the sound can remind the worker that the self-locking structure 3 is in the locked state at this time.
When it is desired to remove the front baffle assembly 2 from the pre-mount bracket 1, the post 34 is rotated. Referring to fig. 5, during rotation of the post 34, the drive end 32b of the shackle 32 is forced against the outer wall of the post 34 and is deflected in a reverse direction.
