The invention relates to the technical field of display, in particular to a rear cover module, a display device with the rear cover module and an assembling method of the display device.
Background
As one of the mainstream display devices, liquid crystal display screens are widely used in display devices such as computer monitors, drawing boards, POS devices, and televisions. The main functional components of the display device include a liquid crystal display, a backlight module, a front frame, a circuit board, a power module, etc., which are usually assembled together to form a front half display module. The rear half of the display device is usually a large flat thin-shell rear cover, four edges of the rear cover structure are engaged or locked with four edges of the display module by means of snap grooves and screws, and the center area of the rear cover is usually desired to be designed for aesthetic reasons, so that the design department does not want other screws to appear on the surface of the center area of the rear cover except for wall hanging screw holes for wall hanging racks or suspension racks.
However, if the large thin shell rear cover is locked only by clamping grooves on four sides or screws and the front half part, when the wall-mounted frame is locked in a wall-mounted screw hole in the center of the rear cover, the strength of the rear cover thin shell is insufficient, so that the deformation of the whole machine is easily caused, the probability that a display module deforms to generate light spots (mura) and light leakage is increased easily, and for a drawing board and a POS machine user using a touch screen, the screen can shake due to insufficient structural rigidity when the touch screen is pressed.
If the screw is added to the central area of the thin-shell rear cover to directly lock the rear cover and the front half display module occupying the main body weight, the stress of the wall hanging frame can transmit shear flow and forward force to the display module through the screw, so that the rigidity of the whole machine is improved, and the risks of touch shaking, light leakage and the like of a light spot can be improved. The key point of the research of the invention is to lock the central area of the rear cover and the display module by screws to increase the structural strength of the body on the basis of not increasing new holes except the original wall hanging holes of the rear cover.

In addition, in a preferred embodiment, the rear cover module further has a pre-limiting mechanism, so that the adjusting screw 40 cannot freely move in the axial direction while connecting the rear cover 10 and the sliding frame 20, so as to avoid the situation that the adjusting screw extends into the machine body too much to damage components, and the adjusting screw cannot be pulled out of the machine body, and only drives the sliding frame 12 to move in the linear direction under the action of an external force (for example, when the adjusting screw 40 is rotated). For example, as shown in fig. 3 and 4, the screw head bearing surface of the adjusting screw 40 abuts against the first rotation opening 16, and an E-shaped gasket or a C-shaped gasket is disposed at the other end, i.e. near the second end 42, as a stop 43, and the stop 43 abuts against the third side 122 of the first retaining wall 12 so that it cannot be pulled out of the machine body.
As shown in fig. 4, the number of the second openings 21 and the number of the auxiliary openings 22 are 4, and the 4 second openings 21 and the 4 auxiliary openings 22 are respectively distributed at four corners of the sliding frame 20, where the sliding frame 20 is, for example, a quadrilateral frame structure; wherein each second opening 21 is disposed adjacent to each auxiliary opening 22. In addition, the auxiliary opening 22 can be used to pre-accommodate the first fixing member 60 (as shown in fig. 8).
As shown in fig. 5 and 6, the fixing frame 30 of the rear cover module is stacked on the sliding frame 20, and the fixing frame 30 is fixedly connected to the rear cover 10. After the rear cover module and the display module 50 are assembled, the fixing frame 30 and the display module 50 are fixedly connected by the first fixing member 60 (as shown in fig. 10).
The fixing frame 30 is provided with at least one first fixing hole (not shown), the rear cover 10 is correspondingly provided with at least one second fixing hole 15 (as shown in fig. 2), and the bolt 35 is inserted into the first fixing hole and the second fixing hole 15 to lock the fixing frame 30 to the rear cover 10. The at least one first fixing hole and the at least one second fixing hole 15 are in one-to-one correspondence, and the second fixing holes 15 are threaded holes.
The fixing frame 30 further includes a plurality of extending portions 33, and the plurality of extending portions 33 enter the plurality of notches 12a formed in the first retaining wall 12, so that the first frame 12 can limit the fixing frame 30, and the convenience of assembling the fixing frame 30 and the rear cover 10 is improved. The extending portion 33 enters the notch 12a, so that the first fixing hole and the second fixing hole 15 are aligned quickly.
In this embodiment, the fixed frame 30 is, for example, a sheet metal frame, the edge of the stamped sheet metal frame forms a folding structure 32, the folding structure 32 protrudes out of the edge and extends toward the display module 50, and the third opening 31 is disposed on the folding structure 32. When the sliding frame 20 is slid to the first position, the third opening 31 is aligned with the auxiliary opening 22 and the first opening 11; when the sliding frame 20 is slid to the second position, the first opening 11, the second opening 21 and the third opening 31 are aligned.
In order to clearly understand the process of assembling the rear cover module and the display module 50 together, the following detailed description will be made with reference to fig. 7 to 12 of the drawings. Fig. 7 is a schematic cross-sectional view of a sliding frame of a display device according to the present invention in a first position; FIG. 8 is an enlarged schematic view of region C of FIG. 7; FIG. 9 is a schematic cross-sectional view illustrating a fixing frame and a display module of the display device according to the present invention; FIG. 10 is an enlarged schematic view of region D of FIG. 9; FIG. 11 is a schematic cross-sectional view of a sliding frame of a display device according to the present invention in a second position; fig. 12 is an enlarged schematic view of region D in fig. 11.
As shown in fig. 7 to 10, the back surface of the display module 50 has a protruding fourth opening 51, and the fourth opening 51 extends toward the back cover module, wherein the fourth opening 51 is, for example, a threaded hole.
When the rear cover module and the display module 50 are assembled with each other, the fourth opening 51 is aligned with the third opening 31 of the fixing frame 30 in the rear cover module. The adjusting screw 40 is rotated in the third direction, so that the sliding frame 20 slides to the first position, at this time, the auxiliary opening 22 on the sliding frame 20 is located between the third opening 31 and the first opening 11, the auxiliary opening 22 and the third opening 31 are aligned in sequence.
In this embodiment, the first screw 60 is disposed in the auxiliary opening 22 in advance. The first screw 60 includes a threaded portion 62 and a screw head 61. When assembling, firstly, the screwdriver passes through the first opening 11 and enters the auxiliary opening 22, and the front end of the screwdriver is combined with the screw head 61; secondly, the threaded portion 62 is pushed through the third opening 31 into the fourth opening 51; then, the screw portion 62 is screwed into the fourth opening 51, and at this time, the screw head 61 presses against the upper side of the turnover structure 32 of the fixed frame 30, so as to fix the fixed frame 30 and the display module 50 to each other; that is, the third opening is a bearing surface of the first screw, and the fourth opening is an internal threaded hole capable of being locked with the thread of the first screw. Wherein, the first screw 60 pre-installed in the auxiliary opening 22 and the back cover module are defined to form a pre-installed module; the preassembled module is assembled with the display module 50, and the first screw 60 is fastened to the fixing frame 30 and the display module 50. In the above-mentioned back cover module, the central region of the back cover 10 is fixedly connected with the fixed frame 30 in advance, and then the display module 50 is fixedly connected with the fixed frame 30 in the central region of the back cover 10, compared with the way that the edge of the display module 50 and the edge region of the back cover 10 are mutually clamped in the prior art, the mutual locking of the fixed frame 30 and the central region of the display module 50 significantly improves the strength of the central region of the back cover 10, after the back cover module is fixedly connected with the display module 50, the stress of the first opening 11 can be transmitted to the fourth opening 51 (threaded hole) of the display module in a shorter distance, and the whole structure of the whole display device is enhanced, and the problems of light spots (mura) and light leakage caused by the overweight of the whole structure and deformation of the body are not easy to occur in use.
In addition, if the screw head diameter of the selected first screw is larger than the first opening, the first screw 60 may be pre-set in the auxiliary opening 22, and after all the components of the rear cover module are assembled, the first screw preset in the module is locked by penetrating the first opening 11 with an external tool after the rear cover is covered.
In other embodiments of the present invention, if the screw head diameter of the first screw is smaller than the first opening 11, the first screw may not be disposed in the auxiliary opening of the sliding frame in advance. During the equipment, the double-screw bolt of screw passes first trompil, supplementary trompil and third trompil in proper order, and the lock is fixed in the dorsal fourth trompil of display module assembly.
It should be noted that, in the above embodiment, the auxiliary opening 22 is not a requirement of the present invention, and the design consideration is to satisfy the requirement of the first screw for increasing the thread size. In general, the first screw with larger thread size can increase the strength, but the diameter of the screw head of the first screw is larger than the size of the first opening, so that the first screw needs to be preset in the rear cover module, and thus a part of the first screw is preset in the auxiliary opening 22. If according to actual need, the first screw chooses for use a bit for use, then can just put into first screw in order to lock solid from first trompil after covering the back lid, supplementary trompil can play and avoid first screw to fall into in the back lid module because of error when the equipment this moment. In summary, the auxiliary opening 22 can be omitted as long as the first screw can fix the frame and the display module.
That is, the slide frame of the present invention may be provided with only the second opening (the internal threaded hole) to be engaged with the first opening of the rear cover and the third opening of the fixed frame. When the sliding frame slides to a first position, the first opening and the third opening are aligned with each other, and the first opening and the second opening are not aligned; when the sliding frame slides to a second position, the first opening and the second opening are aligned with each other, wherein the projections of the first position and the second position on the back of the display module are located at different positions.
As shown in fig. 11 to 12, after the assembly of the fixed frame 30 and the display module 50 on the back side of the rear cover module is completed, the adjusting screw 40 is continuously rotated in the fourth direction, so that the sliding frame 20 slides from the first position to the second position, and when the sliding frame 20 slides to the second position, the first opening 11 and the second opening 21 are aligned with each other, at this time, the assembly procedure is completed. If the user chooses to use the wall hanger (conventional iron) to fix the display unit after purchase, a second screw (not shown) provided on the wall hanger may be used, the second screw including a second stud having an external thread and a second screw head at an end of the second stud. During assembly, the front end of the screwdriver is combined with the second nut to push the second stud to pass through the opening of the wall-hanging rack, then pass through the first opening 11 and enter the second opening 21, and the second screw is screwed in the second opening 21, so that the wall-hanging rack, the sliding frame 20 and the rear cover 10 are fixedly connected. The third direction is opposite to the fourth direction.
As can be seen from fig. 7 to 12 and the above description, in the process of fixedly assembling the back cover module and the back side of the display module 50, the first opening 11 on the back cover 10 is used twice, the first opening 11 is used for the first time to fixedly connect the fixed frame 30 and the back side of the display module 50, and the first opening 11 is used for the second time to fixedly connect the wall hanger, the sliding frame 20 and the back cover 10, so that the fixed connection between the back cover and the display module is realized without adding a new fixed opening on the existing back cover 10, and the connection strength between the back cover and the display module is improved, thereby overcoming the problems of light spot (mura) and light leakage caused by the shaking of the machine when a user touches the display screen and the deformation of the display screen body.
