Abstract

본 발명은 에폭시 아크릴계 광학렌즈에 관한 것으로, 특히 고상 굴절률 1.53~1.58의 투명성, 아베수, 열안정성, 내광성 및 압축강도가 좋은 에폭시 아크릴계 중굴절 광학렌즈용 수지 조성물 및 그 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에서는, 염소 함량이 100~1,700ppm인 비스페놀 A 디글리시딜 에테르와 아크릴산을 반응시켜 얻은 비스페놀 A 에폭시아크릴레이트를 50~70중량%와, 메틸메타크릴레이트 21~45중량%와, 반응성 희석제 1~17중량%를 포함하는, 고상 굴절률 1.53~1.58의 에폭시 아크릴계 중굴절 광학렌즈용 수지 조성물이 제공된다. 본 발명에 따르면, 비스페놀 A 디글리시딜 에테르의 염소 함량을 제어하고 조성물 중에 MMA를 다량 함유시킴으로써 굴절률 1.53~1.58의 중굴절 렌즈에서 압축강도를 향상시키면서 투명성·아베수·열안정성·내광성 또한 좋은 에폭시 아크릴계 중굴절 광학렌즈용 수지 조성물을 얻을 수 있다. 본 발명에 따른 에폭시 아크릴계 중굴절 광학렌즈는 기존의 중굴절 광학렌즈를 대체하여 다양한 분야에서 널리 이용될 수 있다.
