이와 관련하여, 발명의 명칭이 "통신망을 이용한 구인 및 구직 방법"인 한국 공개특허공보 제10-2002-0024821호가 존재한다.
본 발명의 목적은, 상기 문제점을 해결하기 위한 것으로, 근무 시작 예정일 및 근무 종료 예정일을 포함하는 근무 예정 기간에 대한 정보인 근무 예정 기간 정보를 입력받고, 미리 수신된 복수의 구인 업체 정보 중 근무 예정 기간에 구인을 진행하는 업체에 대한 정보인 적어도 하나의 근무 가능 업체 정보를 추천하며, 적어도 하나의 근무 가능 업체 정보 중 선택된 적어도 하나의 업체인 선택 업체 정보 각각에 대응되는 적어도 하나의 구인자 단말기 각각에게 근무 예정 기간에 대한 근무 예약 정보를 송신하기 위함이다.
상기한 목적을 달성하기 위하여, 본 발명의 실시예에 따른, 구인 정보 제공 장치는 구직자 단말기에 포함될 수 있다.

일 실시예에 따르면, 근무 가능 업체 추천부(220)는 적어도 하나의 근무 가능 업체 정보 중 적어도 하나의 업체인 선택 업체 정보에 대한 선택의 입력을 받을 수도 있으나, 본 발명은 이에 한정되지 않는다.

이를 통해, 특정 구직자 단말기(10)와 특정 구인자 단말기(30)가 보다 손쉽게 근무 예정 기간에 대한 예약 정보를 주고받으며 서로 근무 여부를 확인할 수 있기 때문에, 특히나 구직자가 단기 아르바이트인 경우에서도 번거로움이 없이 구인 및 구직이 가능할 수 있다.

일 실시예에 따르면, 업무 교육 자료 정보 출력부(240)는 선택 업체 정보 각각에 대응되는 미리 수신된 업무 교육 자료 정보를 출력할 수 있다.
이 경우, 업무 교육 자료 정보는 복수의 구인자 단말기(30, 31, 32)로부터 구인 정보 관리 서버(20)로 전송되어 미리 저장될 수 있으며, 업무 교육 자료 정보는 구인 정보 관리 서버(20)로부터 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 구인 정보 제공 장치(200)에 전송될 수 있다.

다른 경우, 입력부(미도시)는 업무 교육 자료 정보가 슬라이드인 경우, 슬라이드 넘김 명령을 입력받을 수 있으며, 슬라이드의 마지막 페이지에 포함되는 교육 완료 입력 버튼에 대한 입력에 기초하여 교육 완료 입력을 생성할 수 있다.
일 실시예에 따라, 업무 교육 자료 정보가 시험 문제를 포함하는 경우, 시험 문제에 대한 득점이 기설정된 기준 이상인 경우 교육 완료 정보가 생성될 수 있다.
이 경우, 예약 정보 송신부(230)는, 업무 교육 자료 정보에 대한 교육 완료 입력에 기초하여 생성된 교육 완료 정보를 적어도 하나의 구인자 단말기(30, 31, 32) 각각에게 송신할 수 있다.
이를 통해, 구인자는 업무 교육 자료를 숙지한 구직자에 대해서만 추후 면접 등을 진행할 수 있기 때문에, 구직자를 채용함에 있어 별도의 업무 교육이 없이도 채용한 구직자를 보다 손쉽게 업무에 투입할 수 있는 장점이 있다.
일 실시예에 따르면, 교육 완료 정보는 미리 설정된 기간 동안 유효한 기간제 인증서를 비롯한 정보를 포함할 수 있으나, 본 발명은 이에 한정되지 않는다.
일 실시예에 따르면, 구인 정보 관리 서버(20)는 복수의 구직자 단말기(10, 11, 12)에 대응되는 구직자를 포함하는 긴급 구인 인력풀을 더 저장할 수 있으며, 이 경우, 구인 정보 관리 서버(20)는 복수의 구인자 단말기(30, 31, 32)에 대응되는 업체 중 긴급하게 구인이 필요한 업체에게 특정 근무 예정 기간에 근무가 가능한 구직자를 추천할 수도 있으나, 본 발명은 이에 한정되지 않는다.
일 실시예에 따르면, 구인 정보 제공 장치(200)는 근태 관리부(미도시)를 더 포함할 수 있으며, 근태 관리부(미도시)는 특정 근무 예정 기간에 대해 구직자가 특정 업체에 출근하였는지 여부를 카메라를 통해 촬영된 화상, 비밀번호, 사운드 큐알 코드, NFC 통신, 일반 큐알 코드 중 어느 하나에 기초하여 확인할 수 있으나, 본 발명은 이에 한정되지 않는다.
이제, 도 3을 참조하여, 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 구인 정보 제공 방법을 설명한다.
도 3은 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 구인 정보 제공 방법을 설명하기 위한 순서도이다.
이때, 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 구인 정보 제공 방법을 설명함에 있어, 상술한 구인 정보 제공 장치(200)에서와 중복되는 설명은 생략한다.
도 3에 도시된 바와 같이, 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 구인 정보 제공 방법은 근무 예정 기간 정보를 입력받는 단계(S310), 근무 가능 업체 정보를 추천하는 단계(S320) 및 근무 예약 정보를 송신하는 단계(S330)를 포함한다.
일 실시예에 따르면, 구인 정보 제공 방법은 구직자 단말기(10)에서 동작할 수 있다.
S310 단계는, 근무 기간 입력부(210)가, 근무 시작 예정일 및 근무 종료 예정일을 포함하는 근무 예정 기간에 대한 정보인 근무 예정 기간 정보를 입력받는 단계를 의미할 수 있다.
S320 단계는, 근무 가능 업체 추천부(220)가, 미리 수신된 복수의 구인 업체 정보 중 근무 예정 기간에 구인을 진행하는 업체에 대한 정보인 적어도 하나의 근무 가능 업체 정보를 추천하는 단계를 의미할 수 있다.
S330 단계는 예약 정보 송신부(230)가, 적어도 하나의 근무 가능 업체 정보 중 선택된 적어도 하나의 업체인 선택 업체 정보 각각에 대응되는 적어도 하나의 구인자 단말기 각각에게 근무 예정 기간에 대한 근무 예약 정보를 송신하는 단계를 의미할 수 있다.
일 실시예에 따르면, S310 단계는, 미리 설정된 근무 기간 캘린더(calendar) 상에서 근무 시작 예정일 및 근무 종료 예정일을 입력 받는 단계를 포함할 수 있다.
예를 들어, S320 단계는, 미리 설정된 기준에 기초하여 적어도 하나의 근무 가능 업체 정보를 내림차순 정렬하여 추천하는 단계를 포함할 수 있다.
예컨대, S320 단계는, 미리 저장된 구직자의 주소지에서 가까운 순서대로 적어도 하나의 근무 가능 업체 정보를 정렬하여 추천하는 단계를 포함할 수 있다.
일 실시예에 따라, S330 단계는, 미리 저장된 구직자의 근무 이력 정보를 구인자 단말기 각각에게 더 송신하는 단계를 포함할 수 있다.
이제 도 4를 참조하여, 본 발명의 다른 실시예에 따른 구인 정보 제공 방법을 설명한다.

이때, 본 발명의 다른 실시예에 따른 구인 정보 제공 방법을 설명함에 있어, 상술한 구인 정보 제공 장치(200)에서와 중복되는 설명은 생략한다.
도 4에 도시된 바와 같이, 본 발명의 다른 실시예에 따른 구인 정보 제공 방법은 도 3에 도시된 S310 단계, S320 단계 및 S330 단계의 이후에 수행될 수 있다.
도 4에 도시된 바와 같이, 본 발명의 다른 실시예에 따른 구인 정보 제공 방법은 도 3에 도시된 S310 단계, S320 단계 및 S330 단계 이후에 업무 교육 자료 정보를 출력하는 단계(S410) 및 교육 완료 정보를 송신하는 단계(S420)를 더 포함할 수 있다.
S410 단계는 업무 교육 자료 정보 출력부(240)가, 선택 업체 정보 각각에 대응되는 미리 수신된 업무 교육 자료 정보를 출력하는 단계를 의미할 수 있다.
S420 단계는 예약 정보 송신부(230)가, 업무 교육 자료 정보에 대한 교육 완료 입력에 기초하여 생성된 교육 완료 정보를 적어도 하나의 구인자 단말기 각각에게 송신하는 단계를 의미할 수 있다.
이상에서 본 발명에 따른 바람직한 실시예에 대해 설명하였으나, 다양한 형태로 변형이 가능하며, 본 기술분야에서 통상의 지식을 가진 자라면 본 발명의 특허청구범위를 벗어남이 없이 다양한 변형예 및 수정예를 실시할 수 있을 것으로 이해된다.

Claims (12)

  1. 구직자 단말기에 포함된 구인 정보 제공 장치에 있어서,
    근무 시작 예정일 및 근무 종료 예정일을 포함하는 근무 예정 기간에 대한 정보인 근무 예정 기간 정보를 입력받는 근무 기간 입력부;
    미리 수신된 복수의 구인 업체 정보 중 상기 근무 예정 기간에 구인을 진행하는 업체에 대한 정보인 적어도 하나의 근무 가능 업체 정보를 추천하는 근무 가능 업체 추천부; 및
    상기 적어도 하나의 근무 가능 업체 정보 중 선택된 적어도 하나의 업체인 선택 업체 정보 각각에 대응되는 적어도 하나의 구인자 단말기 각각에게 상기 근무 예정 기간에 대한 근무 예약 정보를 송신하는 예약 정보 송신부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 구인 정보 제공 장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 근무 기간 입력부는,
    미리 설정된 근무 기간 캘린더(calendar) 상에서 상기 근무 시작 예정일 및 상기 근무 종료 예정일을 입력 받는 것을 특징으로 하는, 구인 정보 제공 장치.
  3. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 근무 가능 업체 추천부는,
    미리 설정된 기준에 기초하여 상기 적어도 하나의 근무 가능 업체 정보를 내림차순 정렬하여 추천하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 구인 정보 제공 장치.
  4. 제3항에 있어서,
    상기 근무 가능 업체 추천부는,
    미리 저장된 구직자의 주소지에서 가까운 순서대로 상기 적어도 하나의 근무 가능 업체 정보를 정렬하여 추천하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 구인 정보 제공 장치.
  5. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 예약 정보 송신부는,
    미리 저장된 구직자의 근무 이력 정보를 상기 구인자 단말기 각각에게 더 송신하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 구인 정보 제공 장치.
  6. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 선택 업체 정보 각각에 대응되는 미리 수신된 업무 교육 자료 정보를 출력하는 업무 교육 자료 정보 출력부를 더 포함하며,
    상기 예약 정보 송신부는,
    상기 업무 교육 자료 정보에 대한 교육 완료 입력에 기초하여 생성된 교육 완료 정보를 상기 적어도 하나의 구인자 단말기 각각에게 송신하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 구인 정보 제공 장치.
  7. 구직자 단말기에 동작하는 구인 정보 제공 방법에 있어서,
    근무 기간 입력부가, 근무 시작 예정일 및 근무 종료 예정일을 포함하는 근무 예정 기간에 대한 정보인 근무 예정 기간 정보를 입력받는 단계;
    근무 가능 업체 추천부가, 미리 수신된 복수의 구인 업체 정보 중 상기 근무 예정 기간에 구인을 진행하는 업체에 대한 정보인 적어도 하나의 근무 가능 업체 정보를 추천하는 단계; 및
    예약 정보 송신부가, 상기 적어도 하나의 근무 가능 업체 정보 중 선택된 적어도 하나의 업체인 선택 업체 정보 각각에 대응되는 적어도 하나의 구인자 단말기 각각에게 상기 근무 예정 기간에 대한 근무 예약 정보를 송신하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 구인 정보 제공 방법.
  8. 제7항에 있어서,
    상기 근무 예정 기간 정보를 입력받는 단계는,
    미리 설정된 근무 기간 캘린더(calendar) 상에서 상기 근무 시작 예정일 및 상기 근무 종료 예정일을 입력 받는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 구인 정보 제공 방법.
  9. 제7항에 있어서,
    상기 근무 가능 업체 정보를 추천하는 단계는,
    미리 설정된 기준에 기초하여 상기 적어도 하나의 근무 가능 업체 정보를 내림차순 정렬하여 추천하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 구인 정보 제공 방법.
  10. 제9항에 있어서,
    상기 근무 가능 업체 정보를 추천하는 단계는,
    미리 저장된 구직자의 주소지에서 가까운 순서대로 상기 적어도 하나의 근무 가능 업체 정보를 정렬하여 추천하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 구인 정보 제공 방법.
  11. 제7항에 있어서,
    상기 근무 예약 정보를 송신하는 단계는,
    미리 저장된 구직자의 근무 이력 정보를 상기 구인자 단말기 각각에게 더 송신하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 구인 정보 제공 방법.
  12. 제7항에 있어서,
    업무 교육 자료 정보 출력부가, 상기 선택 업체 정보 각각에 대응되는 미리 수신된 업무 교육 자료 정보를 출력하는 단계; 및
    상기 예약 정보 송신부가, 상기 업무 교육 자료 정보에 대한 교육 완료 입력에 기초하여 생성된 교육 완료 정보를 상기 적어도 하나의 구인자 단말기 각각에게 송신하는 단계를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 구인 정보 제공 방법.
