Abstract

L'invention concerne une installation pour la production continue ou en lots de bandes et de plaques d'acier laminé à chaud, ayant une épaisseur de 0,6 mm à 50 mm, comprenant un dispositif de coulée continue (1) de plaques minces à réduction de cœur liquide, suivi d'un dispositif de chauffage par induction (2), avec une première cisaille (3) entre ceux-ci, puis un laminoir (4) suivi d'une deuxième cisaille (5) et d'une table de déroulement avec un dispositif de refroidissement (6) et un dispositif de poussée/broyage (7) pour des plaques puis une troisième cisaille (8) et une pluralité de treuils (9) et comprenant en outre un support de laminage de réduction minimale (10) disposé entre le dispositif de coulée continue (1) et la première cisaille (3), ledit support de laminage de réduction minimale (10) étant conçu pour effectuer une réduction d'épaisseur de dalle d'environ 10 % seulement et dans tous les cas ne dépassant pas 20 %.
