优选的,所述驱动装置的安装位处设有以将其定位在配合安装面上的定位头,所述定位头具有朝上套头的方向凸出设置的凸台,以及围绕在凸台外侧的凸缘,所述内芯体中心设有凹设的用以和凸台配合安装的插口,所述内芯体通过插口安装在凸台上,且所述凸台的高度小于插口的深度以形成调整间隙,所述定位头中心设有用以使所述驱动装置的输出杆贯穿设置的通孔,所述驱动装置的输出杆依次穿过通孔后与内芯体螺纹连接。
优选的,所述弹性支撑件为弹簧。
优选的,所述弹性支撑件对应于上套头和/或内芯体设置。
本发明还涉及一种便于调平的显示屏,便于调平的显示屏包括显示屏和框架,第一组件为显示屏,所述第二组件为框架,所述显示屏与框架配合安装,显示屏上设置有所述调平装置,所述调平装置为上述任意一项所述的调平装置。
优选的,所述第二组件上对应于调平装置的位置处设有用以容置调平装置的凹槽,当第一组件和第二组件配合安装时,所述调平装置刚好容置于凹槽内,以便于调平装置对第二组件的卡位。
本发明还涉及一种便于调平的显示屏,便于调平的显示屏包括显示屏和框架,第一组件为框架,第二组件为显示屏,所述框架与显示屏配合安装,框架上设置有所述调平装置,所述调平装置为上述任意一项所述的调平装置。
优选的,所述第二组件上对应于调平装置的位置处设有用以容置调平装置的凹槽,当第一组件和第二组件配合安装时,所述调平装置刚好容置于凹槽内,以便于调平装置对第二组件的卡位。
本发明还涉及一种便于调平的显示屏,便于调平的显示屏包括显示屏和框架,第一组件为显示屏,第二组件为框架,所述显示屏与框架配合安装,显示屏以及框架上均设置有所述调平装置,所述调平装置为上述任意一项所述的调平装置。
优选的,所述第二组件上对应于第一组件的调平装置的位置处,以及第一组件上对应于第二组件的调平装置的位置处,均设有用以容置调平装置的凹槽,当第一组件和第二组件配合安装时,所述调平装置刚好容置于凹槽内,以便于调平装置的卡位。
本发明的有益效果是:通过在第一组件的配合安装面上设置调平装置,调平装置包括安装在所述第一组件的配合安装面上的驱动装置,以及与驱动装置转动连接的调整头,驱动装置驱动调整头朝向其安装位以外伸出,调整头对设有其的第一组件或第二组件的各个位置朝一侧推出,使第一组件或第二组件相对于其邻侧的第一组件或第二组件保持平整的相接,避免相邻的第一组件或第二组件的显示平面产生错开的角度,出现显示效果不好的问题,并且调整的时候无需手工调整,整体使用更方。本发明的整体结构简单,生成制造方便,成本低,便于使用,适应性强,省时省力。

具体实施方式
下面详细描述本发明的实施例,所述实施例的示例在附图中示出,其中自始至终相同或类似的标号表示相同或类似的元件或具有相同或类似功能的元件。下面通过参考附图描述的实施例是示例性的,旨在用于解释本发明,而不能理解为对本发明的限制。
参照图1至图4,在本发明的以下实施例一中,将所述第一组件设置为框架,将所述第二组件设置为显示屏,框架和显示屏之间通过磁铁进行吸附,所述框架与显示屏配合安装,当显示屏和框架组装以后成为一整块便于调平的显示屏,框架上设置有所述调平装置,该实施例也是本发明在实际应用中的主要实施方式,本发明提供一种调平装置,其用于调整第一组件10和第二组件20之间的安装间隙,所述第一组件10和第二组件20分别具有配合安装面,所述第一组件的配合安装面101上设有至少一个调平装置50;所述调平装置50包括安装在所述第一组件的配合安装面101上的驱动装置501,以及与驱动装置501转动连接的调整头502,所述调整头502可相对于第一组件的配合安装面101朝上移动或朝下回缩;所述驱动装置501驱使所述调整头502朝向其安装位以外伸出,抵顶位于所述调整头502安装位对侧的第二组件20,以调整第一组件10和第二组件20之间的间距。
在上述实施例中,在具体安装使用的时候,最好是在第一组件10的各角位处设置调平装置50,从而便于调平装置50对第一组件10各角位进行调整,该调整头502可以通过驱动电机相对于第一组件的配合安装面101朝上移动或朝下回缩,当第一组件10的某一个位置低于邻侧的另一第一组件10时,调平装置50将该处顶起,以便于第一组件10邻侧的衔接,从而起到了调平的目的。
进一步地,所述调整头502包括上套头5021、内芯体5022以及弹性支撑件5023,所述上套头5021中心设有凹设的容置腔5024,所述容置腔5024的开口朝向配合安装面设置,所述内芯体5022设置在容置腔5024内,所述容置腔5024的内壁形成为朝调整头502外部方向拱起的圆弧面,所述内芯体5022的外壁为与容置腔5024的内壁球面配合安装,以使所述内芯体5022可在容置腔5024内转动,从而使内芯体5022和上套头5021的容置腔5024之间形成球面配合安装,所述弹性支撑件5023设置在上套头5021与配合安装面之间,以支撑所述内芯体5022在所述第一组件的配合安装面101上,所述驱动装置501与内芯体5022传动连接。为了使调整头502具有转动调整的作用,在调整头502的内设置内芯体5022,使内芯体5022可以在调整头502内转动,不论驱动装置501的位置如何,可以使调整头502始终与第二组件20垂直对正抵顶,保持调整头502与第二组件20具有最大的接触面。
进一步地,所述驱动装置501为电机,所述驱动装置501具有一带有外螺纹的输出杆5011,所述内芯体5022中心设有与输出杆5011螺纹连接的螺孔,所述输出杆5011与调整头502的内芯体5022螺纹转动连接。驱动装置501为与内芯体5022传动连接,当驱动装置501转动时,内芯体5022带动上套头5021伸缩移动。
进一步地,具体的为将驱动装置501设置为电机,电机输出杆5011与调整头502内芯体5022连接螺纹转动连接,当电机驱动输出杆5011转动时,内芯体5022可沿着输出杆5011移动,从而实现调整头502位置的变换,且由于内芯体5022和上套头5021球面配合安装,因此当需要进行一定的角度方向调整的时候,上套头5021可产生一定角度的偏转该种情况适用于当第一组件10或者是调平装置50本身在制作安装不正的情况下,上套头5021可以始终保持对第二组件20的对正,从而避免调平装置50倾斜的情况下调平不准确,打滑或者调平效果不好的问题产生。
进一步地,所述驱动装置501的安装位处设有以将其定位在配合安装面上的定位头503,所述定位头503具有朝上套头5021的方向凸出设置的凸台5031,以及围绕在凸台5031外侧的凸缘,所述内芯体5022中心设有凹设的用以和凸台5031配合安装的插口5025,所述内芯体5022通过插口5025安装在凸台5031上,且所述凸台5031的高度小于插口5025的深度以形成调整间隙5033,所述定位头503中心设有用以使所述驱动装置501的输出杆5011贯穿设置的通孔5032,所述驱动装置501的输出杆5011依次穿过通孔5032后与内芯体5022螺纹连接。
进一步地,为了更好的将调平装置50安装在第一组件10上,在驱动装置501上套设了一个定位头503,该定位头503的中心具有凸台5031,凸台5031外侧具有凸缘,通过在凸缘上设置连接螺丝,使定位头503通过连接螺丝定位在第一组件10上,内芯体5022中心设有凹设的用以和凸台5031配合安装的插口5025,内芯体5022通过插口5025安装在凸台5031上,并使凸台5031的高度小于插口5025的深度以形成调整间隙5033,以给出弹性支撑件5023的压缩和支撑空间。
优选的,所述上套头5021具体形状形成为帽子状,其具有一圈朝外水平延伸设置的外缘边,其中部设有凸设的用以形成为容置腔5024的主体5036,在主体5036的顶面中间设有一半径小于主体半径的顶头5036,从而在纵截面的方向看整个上套头形成左右对称且具有台阶的外轮廓,顶头5035和主体5036刚好可以容置在凹槽内,且凹槽内也设有与顶头和主体配合的台阶,这样可以有利于上套头在凹槽内的定位,定位头503朝向电机的一面设有台阶槽5037,这样可以使定位头503更好与电机定位上,定位头503的凸缘上设有螺孔,当在定位头503的螺孔内设置螺丝使定位头503与配合安装面连接时,通过凸缘压迫定位头,定位头压迫电机,从而将电机固定安装在配合安装面上,以减少电机工作时的移动和跳动。
进一步地,所述弹性支撑件5023为弹簧。该弹性支撑件5023可以使调整头502受力在顶起第二组件20时,起到缓冲力的作用,减少外力对驱动装置501的冲击。
进一步地,所述弹性支撑件5023对应于上套头5021和/或内芯体5022设置。弹性支撑件5023的尺寸范围可以只是在内芯体5022的位置处,也可以是延伸到上套头5021的位置处,还可以是只设置在上套头5021的位置处。
在本发明的实施例一中,由于第一组件10是显示屏,第二组件20是框架,因此当该调平装置50用于该种显示装置时,即获得了一种便于调平的显示屏,所述显示屏与框架配合安装,显示屏上设置有所述调平装置50,在具体的安装使用过程中,在第二组件20上对应于调平装置50的位置处设有用以容置调平装置50调整头的凹槽202,即在框架上对应于调平装置50的设置位置设有凹槽202,当显示屏和框架配合安装时,调平装置50调整头的端部刚好容置于凹槽202内,调平装置50在移动的时候可以通过凹槽202进行定位,以便于调平装置50对框架的卡位,避免在调平装置50移动的时候对框架产生相对滑动,发生调平失败的问题产生。
由于上套头5021具体形状形成为帽子状,其中部设有凸设的用以形成为容置腔5024的主体5036,并且主体5036上设有顶头5035,其整体纵截面形成台阶状的凸台,因此凹槽202也将设置为台阶孔,其尺寸与上套头5021的尺寸相适配,使上套头5021刚好可以与凹槽202的台阶槽配合卡位,以更有效的限定调整头在的位置。
在以上实施例中,每种便于调平的显示屏上还可以设置导向柱30,用于引导第一组件10在第二组件20上移动,在第一组件的配合安装面101上设有至少一个导向柱30;第二组件的配合安装面201上对应于导向柱30的位置处设有至少一个导向孔40;导向柱30插设于所述导向孔40内,当推动第一组件10时,第一组件10可以通过导向柱30沿导向孔40移动,因此当调平装置50配合导向柱30使用的时候,导向柱30可以起到对第一组件10的支撑作用,避免调平装置50调得过头了,使第一组件10和第二组件20之间的间距变大而松脱的问题产生。
所述导向柱30相对于第一组件的配合安装面101垂直设置。当然导向柱30与第一组件的配合安装面101之间也可以是其他角度,再此不加限定。导向柱30垂直于第一组件的配合安装面101设置,可以使显示屏和框架分离之后,操作者取屏的时候更加方便的从框架上将显示屏拿取下来,也便于操作者观察显示屏与框架分离之后的状态。
所述导向柱30为气压杆、液压杆或者是空气弹簧之类的缓冲器,气压杆、液压杆或者是空气弹簧之类的缓冲器的固定端为与显示屏或框架固定安装,气压杆、液压杆或者是空气弹簧之类的缓冲器的另一端由于是活动端,其可以伸缩,因此,该端为朝导向孔40设置,并当显示屏和框架装配后,活动端为位于导向孔40内,通过卸载装置的推动作用,第一组件10和第二组件20分离时,导向柱30的活动端将给第一组件10一个从第二组件20上弹出的反弹力,或者是空气弹簧将给第二组件20从第一组件10上弹出的一个反弹力,进一步增加第一组件10或第二组件20的脱离力度,使第一组件10和第二组件20之间的间距进一步拉大,从而第一组件10或第二组件20能够被方便的自动拆卸下来,也减少拆卸失败的情况发生。
所述导向柱30整体呈截面为圆形的长条的柱形体,以便于更好的加工和安装,可以有效的增加第一组件10在第二组件20上的滑行距离或第二组件20在第一组件10上的滑行距离,避免第一组件10或第二组件20直接脱落的问题产生,当然也可以是截面为矩形的长条的柱形体,或者截面为椭圆形的长条的柱形体,当然导向柱30的截面形状不限于以上所述的各种形状。
由于在第一组件10的配合安装面上设有至少一个导向柱,第二组件20的配合安装面上对应于导向柱的位置处设有至少一个导向孔40,导向柱插设于所述导向孔40内,当推动机构50抵触第二组件20时对第一组件10施加反作用力,使导向柱沿导向孔40移动。
导向柱的位置可以是设置在显示屏或框架的任意位置,例如导向柱的位置可以是在显示屏或框架的各角位处设置一个或多个,也可以是在显示屏或框架沿侧边边缘布设多个,也可以是设置在显示屏或框架的中心,导向孔40则对应导向柱的位置设置即可。
当把调平装置50按照实施例一的安装方式进行反装即获得了本发明的实施例二,在本发明的实施例二中,第一组件1是框架,第二组件20是显示屏,因此当该调平装置50用于该种显示装置时,即获得了另一种便于调平的显示屏,所述框架与显示屏配合安装,框架上设置有所述调平装置50,在具体的安装使用过程中,所述第二组件20上对应于调平装置50的位置处设有用以容置调平装置50调整头的凹槽202,即在显示屏的对应位置设凹槽202,当显示屏和框架配合安装时,调平装置50调整头的端部刚好容置于凹槽202内,调平装置50在移动的时候可以通过凹槽202进行定位,以便于调平装置50对显示屏的卡位,避免在调平装置50移动的时候对显示屏产生相对滑动,发生调平失败的问题产生。
本发明的实施例三中,所述第一组件10是显示屏,所述第二组件20为框架,因此当该调平装置50用于该种显示装置时,即获得了另一种便于调平的显示屏,所述显示屏与框架配合安装,在显示屏以及框架上均设置有所述调平装置50,在具体的安装使用过程中,第二组件20上对应于第一组件10的调平装置50的位置处,以及第一组件10上对应于第二组件20的调平装置50的位置处,均设有用以容置调平装置50调整头的凹槽202,当第一组件10和第二组件20配合安装时,调平装置50调整头的端部刚好容置于凹槽202内,调平装置50在移动的时候可以通过凹槽202进行定位,以便于调平装置50对显示屏的卡位,避免在调平装置50移动的时候对显示屏产生相对滑动,发生调平失败的问题产生。
综上所述,本发明提供的调平装置、便于调平的显示屏,结构简单,使用方便,可有效提高屏幕的调平效果。
尽管上面已经示出和描述了本发明的实施例,可以理解的是,上述实施例是示例性的,不能理解为对本发明的限制,本领域的普通技术人员在不脱离本发明的原理和宗旨的情况下在本发明的范围内可以对上述实施例进行变化、修改、替换和变型。
Claims (12)
- 一种调平装置,其用于调整第一组件和第二组件之间的安装间隙,所述第一组件和第二组件分别具有配合安装面,其特征在于:所述第一组件的配合安装面上设有至少一个调平装置;所述调平装置包括安装在所述第一组件的配合安装面上的驱动装置,以及与驱动装置转动连接的调整头,所述调整头可相对于第一组件的配合安装面朝上移动或朝下回缩;所述驱动装置驱使所述调整头朝向其安装位以外伸出,抵顶位于所述调整头安装位对侧的第二组件,以调整第一组件和第二组件之间的间距。
- 根据权利要求1所述的调平装置,其特征在于,所述调整头包括上套头、内芯体以及弹性支撑件,所述上套头中心设有凹设的容置腔,所述容置腔的开口朝向配合安装面设置,所述内芯体设置在容置腔内,所述容置腔的内壁形成为朝调整头外部方向拱起的圆弧面,所述内芯体的外壁为与容置腔的内壁球面配合安装,以使所述内芯体可在容置腔内转动,所述弹性支撑件设置在上套头与配合安装面之间,以支撑所述内芯体在所述第一组件的配合安装面上,所述驱动装置与内芯体传动连接。
- 根据权利要求2所述的调平装置,其特征在于,所述驱动装置为电机,所述驱动装置具有一带有外螺纹的输出杆,所述内芯体中心设有与输出杆螺纹连接的螺孔,所述输出杆与调整头的内芯体螺纹转动连接。
- 根据权利要求3所述的调平装置,其特征在于,所述驱动装置的安装位处设有以将其定位在配合安装面上的定位头,所述定位头具有朝上套头的方向凸出设置的凸台,以及围绕在凸台外侧的凸缘,所述内芯体中心设有凹设的用以和凸台配合安装的插口,所述内芯体通过插口安装在凸台上,所述凸台的高度小于插口的深度以形成调整间隙,所述定位头中心设有用以使所述驱动装置的输出杆贯穿设置的通孔,所述驱动装置的输出杆依次穿过通孔后与内芯体螺纹连接。
- 根据权利要求2所述的调平装置,其特征在于,所述弹性支撑件为弹簧。
- 根据权利要求2所述的调平装置,其特征在于,所述弹性支撑件对应于上套头和/或内芯体设置。
- 一种便于调平的显示屏,其特征在于,便于调平的显示屏包括显示屏和框架,第一组件为显示屏,第二组件为框架,所述显示屏与框架配合安装,显示屏上设置有所述调平装置,所述调平装置为权利要求1至6任意一项所述的调平装置。
- 根据权利要求7所述的便于调平的显示屏,其特征在于,所述第二组件上对应于调平装置的位置处设有用以容置调平装置调整头的凹槽,当第一组件和第二组件配合安装时,所述调平装置的调整头刚好容置于凹槽内,以便于调平装置对第二组件的卡位。
- 一种便于调平的显示屏,其特征在于,便于调平的显示屏包括显示屏和框架,第一组件为框架,第二组件为显示屏,所述框架与显示屏配合安装,框架上设置有所述调平装置,所述调平装置为权利要求1至6任意一项所述的调平装置。
- 根据权利要求9所述的便于调平的显示屏,其特征在于,所述第二组件上对应于调平装置的位置处设有用以容置调平装置调整头的凹槽,当第一组件和第二组件配合安装时,所述调平装置的调整头刚好容置于凹槽内,以便于调平装置对第二组件的卡位。
- 一种便于调平的显示屏,其特征在于,便于调平的显示屏包括显示屏和框架,第一组件为显示屏,第二组件为框架,所述显示屏与框架配合安装,显示屏以及框架上均设置有所述调平装置,所述调平装置为权利要求1-6任意一项所述的调平装置。
- 根据权利要求11 所述的便于调平的显示屏,其特征在于,所述第二组件上对应于第一组件的调平装置的位置处,以及第一组件上对应于第二组件的调平装置的位置处,均设有用以容置调平装置调整头的凹槽,当第一组件和第二组件配合安装时,所述调平装置的调整头刚好容置于凹槽内,以便于调平装置的卡位。
