具体实施方式
考虑到相关技术中的自助售票设备的票据分发成功率不高,本实施例提供了一种票据分发方法及装置,应用于票据分发设备以进行票据分发,可以提高票据分发的成功率,有效解决了相关技术中的自助售票设备可能出现票据分发失败的问题。
由于本实施例中的方法和装置用于控制票据分发设备,因此下面介绍本实施例涉及的票据分发设备的具体结构和功能。本实施例涉及的票据分发设备可以安装在自助售票设备上,设置为分发票据带上的票据。其中,票据带位于票 据分发设备内部,包括首尾相连的多张票据,相邻的两张票据之间设有由穿孔形成的分离线。
图2是根据一实施例的票据分发设备的模块组成示意图。如图所示,票据分发设备1包括控制器10、通信装置11、存储器12、输送装置13、压票装置14和检测装置15。
控制器10设置为控制其他多个装置执行工作及进行数据的计算和处理,比如,控制通信装置11执行票据分发设备1与票据分发请求装置(如与票据分发设备1连接的计算机以及网络设备等)之间的数据传输、控制输送装置13驱动票据带移动等。
通信装置11设置为执行票据分发设备1与票据分发请求装置之间的数据传输,比如,通信装置11接收票据分发请求装置发送的票据分发命令。
存储器12设置为存储票据分发设备1的控制程序以及程序运行过程中生成的数据和变量,比如,存储器12设置为存储第一长度L1、第二长度L2、第一预设距离D1、第二预设距离D2、第三预设距离D3和偏移量ΔS,其中,第一长度L1为一张票据的长度,第二长度L2为票据分发设备的刀具的撕离刃的长度,第一预设距离D1为对票据带进行撕割前驱动票据带沿票据发出方向移动的距离,第二预设距离D2为对票据带进行撕割时驱动票据带沿后退方向移动的距离,第三预设距离D3为票据分发设备1的输送通道中票据加载位置到撕割位置之间的固定距离,偏移量ΔS为驱动票据带沿票据发出方向移动时的偏移值。
输送装置13设置为驱动票据带在票据分发设备1的输送通道中移动。输送装置13包括输送电机驱动器131、输送电机132和输送辊组件133,输送电机驱动器131设置为根据控制器10输出的控制信号向输送电机132提供工作电流,以驱动输送电机132的输出轴转动,输送电机132的输出轴与设置在输送通道中的输送辊组件133的输送辊传动连接,当输送电机132的输出轴转动时,输送辊组件133的输送辊随之转动,从而驱动票据带在输送通道中移动。
压票装置14包括驱动部件141和压板142,驱动部件141设置为根据控制器10输出的控制信号向压板142提供驱动力,压板142与驱动部件141传动连接,在驱动部件141提供的驱动力作用下,压板142可绕压板142的枢接轴转动,压板142具有初始位置和压票位置,初始位置与压票位置之间相距设定距离,其中,当压板142位于初始位置时,压板142与票据分发设备的刀具之间保持设定距离,票据分发设备的出票通道顺畅,当压板142位于压票位置时, 压板142封闭票据分发设备的出票通道。当压板142绕压板142的枢接轴由初始位置向压票位置转动时,如果待分发票据位于出票通道中,压板142挤压待分发票据,当压板142绕压板142的枢接轴由压票位置向初始位置转动时,压板142与待分发票据分离。压板142具有导向面,当压板142的导向面向靠近待分发票据的方向转动时,可将位于出票通道内的待分发票据沿设定方向折弯。驱动部件141可以包括电机组件或电磁铁组件,本实施例中,驱动部件141包括电机组件,可以是包括压票电机驱动器1411和压票电机1412,压票电机驱动器1411根据控制器10输出的控制信号向压票电机1412提供工作电流,以驱动压票电机1412的输出轴转动,压票电机1412与压板142传动连接,当压票电机1412的输出轴转动时,压板142随之转动,压板142的导向面随压票电机1412的转动向靠近待分发票据或远离待分发票据的方向转动。
检测装置15包括第一传感器151、第二传感器152和第三传感器153。
第一传感器151和第二传感器152设置为检测票据带的前沿在输送通道中的位置。可选的,第一传感器151和第二传感器152均为光电传感器,以下将二者统称为光电传感器,对二者的工作原理进行说明。光电传感器包括光发生器和光接收器,光接收器接收光发生器发射的光并将光发生器发射的光转化为电信号,当有票据位于光电传感器的检测位置和没有票据位于光电传感器的检测位置两种情况时,光接收器输出不同的信号,比如,当没有票据位于光电传感器的检测位置时,光接收器输出第一信号,当有票据位于光电传感器的检测位置时,光接收器输出第二信号,控制器10通过检测光电传感器的光接收器输出的信号判断是否有票据位于光电传感器的检测位置,并判断票据带的前沿是否到达光电传感器的检测位置。本实施例中,第一传感器151的检测位置位于票据分发设备1的输送通道的入口,当控制器10检测到第一传感器151的检测位置由没有票据变化为有票据时,判定票据带的前沿被送入输送通道的入口;第二传感器152的检测位置位于输送通道中的票据加载位置,当控制器10检测到第二传感器152的检测位置由没有票据变化为有票据时,判定票据带的前沿到达票据加载位置。
第三传感器153设置为检测压板142的位置,当压板142位于初始位置和压板142位于压票位置两种情况时,第三传感器153输出不同的信号,比如,当压板142位于初始位置时,第三传感器153输出第三信号,当压板142位于压票位置时,第三传感器153输出第四信号,控制器10通过检测第三传感器153 输出的信号即可判断压板142的位置,比如,当控制器10检测到第三传感器153输出的信号由第三信号变化为第四信号时,判定压板142到达压票位置,当控制器10检测到第三传感器153输出的信号由第四信号变化为第三信号时,判定压板142到达初始位置。
图3是根据一实施例的票据分发设备的第一剖面图,如图所示,票据分发设备1还包括刀具21,如图所示,沿箭头22所示的票据带的前进方向,即票据发出方向,第一传感器151、第二传感器152、刀具21以及压板142依次设置在票据分发设备1的输送通道23中。
第一传感器151和第二传感器152均为透射传感器,第一传感器151位于输送通道23的入口,第一传感器151的光发生器151a和光接收器151b相对设置并分别位于输送通道23的两侧,第二传感器152位于输送通道23的票据加载位置,第二传感器152的光发生器152a和光接收器152b相对设置并分别位于输送通道23的两侧。
输送辊组件133包括第一输送辊组件、第二输送辊组件和第三输送辊1333,其中,沿票据带24的前进方向,第一输送辊组件和第二输送辊组件位于第一传感器151和第二传感器152之间,第三输送辊1333位于第二传感器152下游,且与刀具21相对设置,第三输送辊1333和刀具21分别位于输送通道23的两侧,输送电机132转动时带动第一输送辊组件的主动辊1331a、第二输送辊组件的主动辊1332a以及第三输送辊1333转动,第一输送辊组件的主动辊1331a带动第一输送辊组件的从动辊1331b转动,第二输送辊组件的主动辊1332a带动第二输送辊组件的从动辊1332b转动,从而驱动票据带24在输送通道23中移动。在本实施例以及下述实施例中,下游是指沿票据发出方向,靠近票据出口处(如压板142所在位置)的一侧。
刀具21固定安装在票据分发设备1的机架上,刀具21上表面位于输送通道23中,压板142位于刀具21下游,且压板142与刀具21之间形成出票通道25的入口,如图所示,出票通道25与输送通道23呈夹角设置,可选的,该夹角为90度。
刀具可以是仅包括撕离刃的机械式刀具,也可以是包括固定刀片、可动刀片以及驱动机构的电动式刀具,其中,固定刀片与可动刀片相对设置,驱动机构与可动刀片传动连接,设置为驱动可动刀片向靠近或远离固定刀片的方向移动,初始状态下,可动刀片和固定刀片保持设定距离,二者之间形成可供票据 带穿过的通道,对票据带进行撕割时,控制驱动机构驱动可动刀片向靠近固定刀片的方向移动,可动刀片切割待分发票据与票据带分离。本实施例中,刀具可以是仅包括撕离刃的机械式刀具。
如上所述,压板142具有初始位置和压票位置,其中,当压板142位于初始位置时,如果驱动票据带24在输送通道23中沿前进方向移动,当待分发票据的前沿(也即,待分发票据沿前进方向移动时待分发票据的位于前面的一个沿)经过刀具21继续移动时,在压板142的导向面1422的导向下,待分发票据开始沿箭头26所示方向向下移动并进入出票通道25,此时,如果驱动压板142由初始位置向压票位置转动,压板142的导向面1422向待分发票据施加作用力,从而将待分发票据向刀具21方向折弯,当压板142到达压票位置时,待分发票据与相邻的票据之间呈锐角。
本实施例中,待分发票据为沿前进方向,票据带中最前面的一张票据,与待分发票据相邻的票据是指沿票据带的前进方向,票据带中位于待分发票据后面的一张票据,沿前进方向,待分发票据位于相邻的票据的下游。
图4是根据一实施例的票据分发设备的第二剖面图,如图所示,驱动部件141还包括蜗杆1413、蜗轮1414和驱动柱(图中未显示),其中,蜗杆1413与压票电机1412的输出轴固定连接,蜗轮1414与蜗杆1413啮合连接,蜗轮1414与票据分发设备的机架枢接,驱动柱垂直地设置在蜗轮1414的端面上,且与蜗轮1414的转动中心间隔设置,压板142与驱动柱传动连接,当压票电机1412的输出轴转动时,驱动蜗杆1413和蜗轮1414转动,驱动柱随蜗轮1414绕蜗轮1414的转动中心转动,驱动柱转动时,压板142随驱动柱的转动绕枢接轴1421向靠近刀具21或远离刀具21的方向转动。
当压票电机1412位于第一设定位置时,压板142位于初始位置,当压票电机1412自第一设定位置沿设定方向转动第一角度过程中,压板142逐渐靠近刀具21并到达压票位置,当压票电机1412继续沿设定方向转动第二角度过程中,压板142逐渐远离刀具21并回到初始位置,其中,第一角度与第二角度之和为360°,也即,压票电机1412自第一设定位置转动一周过程中,压板142在初始位置和压票位置之间运动一个行程。在其他实施例中,驱动部件141的压票电机1412可以直接与压板142传动连接,通过控制压票电机1412的输出轴正向或反向转动,以使压板142绕枢接轴1421向靠近刀具21或远离刀具21的方向转动。另外,在其他实施例中,也可以使用电磁铁替代压票电机1412驱动压 板142绕枢接轴1421向靠近刀具21或远离刀具21的方向转动。
第三传感器153与票据分发设备1的机架固定连接,如图4所示,蜗轮1414具有D型端面,当压板142位于初始位置以及由初始位置向压票位置转动时,蜗轮1414的D型端面与第三传感器153配合,第三传感器153输出第三信号,当压板142到达压票位置以及由压票位置向初始位置转动时,蜗轮1414的D型端面与第三传感器153分离,第三传感器153输出第四信号。
图5是根据一实施例的票据分发设备的俯视图,如图所示,刀具21包括第一撕离刃21a和第二撕离刃21b,第一撕离刃21a和第二撕离刃21b呈设定夹角且相交于刀具21的沿箭头22所示的票据带的前进方向的最前端211。沿箭头22所示的票据带的前进方向,第一撕离刃21a和第二撕离刃21b的长度为第二长度L2。沿票据带的前进方向,当待分发票据与相邻的票据之间的分离线位于刀具21的最前端211处,或者,当待分发票据与相邻的票据之间的分离线位于刀具21的最前端211的下游且邻近刀具21的最前端211时,由于待分发票据在压板142的作用力下与相邻的票据之间呈锐角,因此,此时如果驱动票据带24沿与箭头22所示方向相反的后退方向移动,与待分发票据相邻的票据在输送辊组件133的驱动力作用下沿后退方向移动,待分发票据在压板142的抵压作用下不能移动,待分发票据与相邻的票据之间的分离线抵靠在刀具21的最前端211处,由于在刀具21的最前端211处,待分发票据与相邻的票据的受力方向不同,随着票据带24继续沿后退方向移动,刀具21刺破待分发票据与相邻的票据之间的分离线,并且逐渐穿过该分离线,从而使待分发票据与相邻的票据分离,也即,待分发票据与票据带分离。
由于待分发票据在刀具21的最前端211处与票据带分离,因此,刀具21的最前端211处在输送通道中的位置也称为撕割位置,如图所示,撕割位置与票据加载位置(即第二传感器152的检测位置)之间的距离为第三预设距离D3。在其他实施例中,刀具21的撕离刃也可以为其他形式,比如,撕离刃呈锯齿状,且撕离刃的锯齿沿输送通道的宽度方向延伸,当刀具21的撕离刃呈锯齿状时,撕割位置为锯齿的齿尖在输送通道中的位置。
本实施例中,票据分发设备还包括票据拍打部件,票据拍打部件设置为在控制器10的控制下拍打票据。票据拍打部件可以为票据拍打板或票据拍打片,为驱动票据拍打部件工作,票据分发设备还包括与该票据分发设备其他部件连接的拍打驱动部件,如拍打驱动电机等。一种实施例中,票据拍打部件为票据 拍打板,另一种实施例中票据拍打部件为上述的压板142。
图6是根据一实施例的票据分发方法的第一种流程示意图,当票据分发设备接收到票据分发命令时,由控制器10执行该方法。如图所示,该方法包括以下步骤:
步骤210中,控制输送装置驱动票据带沿票据发出方向移动第一预设距离,以使票据带中的待分发票据进入出票通道,并使待分发票据与相邻的票据之间的分离线位于或经过预设的撕割位置。
根据前述装置描述可知,票据带位于票据分发设备内部,包括首尾相连的多张票据。示例性的,沿票据发出方向,第一张票据为待分发票据,与待分发票据相邻的票据为待分发票据后面的一张票据,待分发票据位于与该待分发票据相邻的票据的下游。
以本实施例的票据分发设备为例,等待票据分发命令时,待分发票据的前沿位于票据加载位置,控制器10控制通信装置11接收票据分发请求装置发送的命令,当控制器10判定通信装置11接收到票据分发命令时,控制输送装置13驱动票据带沿箭头22所示的票据发出方向移动,票据带移动过程中,控制器10记录票据带移动的距离,当控制器10记录到票据带移动的距离为第一预设距离D1时,控制输送装置13停止驱动票据带移动,其中,第一预设距离D1的值满足:D1=D3+L1+ΔS1,第三预设距离D3为输送通道中票据加载位置到撕割位置之间的固定距离,第一长度L1为一张票据的长度,偏移量ΔS为驱动票据带沿票据发出方向移动时的偏移值,偏移量ΔS为大于等于零且小于等于设定值S的固定值,可选的,设定值S为0.5厘米。
由于控制器10控制输送装置13驱动票据带开始沿票据发出方向移动时,待分发票据的前沿位于票据加载位置,当票据带移动第三预设距离D3时,待分发票据的前沿到达撕割位置,当票据带继续移动第一长度L1时,待分发票据与相邻的票据之间的分离线到达撕割位置,当票据带继续移动偏移量ΔS时,待分发票据与相邻的票据之间的分离线位于或刚刚经过撕割位置,其中,当偏移量ΔS等于零时,待分发票据与相邻的票据之间的分离线位于撕割位置,当偏移量ΔS大于零时,待分发票据与相邻的票据之间的分离线经过撕割位置且与撕割位置之间的距离为偏移量ΔS。
票据带沿票据发出方向移动时,当待分发票据的前沿经过撕割位置后,逐渐与压板142的导向面1422接触,由于出票通道25与输送通道23呈夹角设置, 因此,在导向面1422的引导下,待分发票据逐渐改变运动方向进入出票通道25。
票据分发设备更换或重新装载票据带时,控制器10控制输送装置13将待分发票据的前沿输送至票据加载位置,包括:控制器10检测第一传感器151输出的信号,并根据第一传感器151输出的信号判断票据带的前沿,也即待分发票据的前沿是否被送入输送通道23的入口,比如,当控制器10检测到第一传感器151输出的信号由第一信号变化为第二信号时,判定待分发票据的前沿被送入输送通道23的入口,此时,控制器10控制输送装置13驱动票据带沿票据发出方向移动,票据带移动过程中,控制器10检测第二传感器152输出的信号,并根据第二传感器152输出的信号判定待分发票据的前沿是否到达票据加载位置,比如,当控制器10检测到第二传感器152输出的信号由第一信号变化为第二信号时,判定待分发票据的前沿到达票据加载位置,此时,控制器10控制输送装置13停止驱动票据带移动。
步骤220中,控制对票据带进行撕割,以使待分发票据脱离票据带。
控制器10控制对票据带进行撕割,以控制票据分发设备内部的其他部件执行票据带撕割,使待分发票据与相邻的票据分离,也即,使待分发票据脱离票据带。
以本实施例的票据分发设备为例,控制对票据带进行撕割包括以下步骤:
(a1)、控制压板运动至预设的压票位置以抵压待分发票据,以使待分发票据与相邻的票据之间呈锐角设置。
控制器10控制压票装置14的驱动部件141驱动压板142沿第一方向转动,以使压板142由初始位置转动至压票位置,其中,压板142转动过程中,控制器10检测第三传感器153输出的信号,并根据第三传感器153输出的信号判断压板142是否到达压票位置,比如,当控制器10检测到第三传感器153输出的信号由第三信号变化为第四信号时,判定压板142到达压票位置,此时,控制器10控制驱动部件141停止驱动压板142转动。由于压板142由初始位置转动至压票位置的过程中逐渐靠近刀具21,待分发票据位于出票通道中,因此,压板142将待分发票据向刀具21方向折弯。当压板142到达压票位置时,待分发票据与相邻的票据之间呈锐角。
(a2)、驱动票据带沿后退方向移动第二预设距离,以使待分发票据被票据分发设备内的刀具从票据带中撕割下来,其中,后退方向与步骤210中的票据发出方向相反,刀具的刀刃位于撕割位置。
控制器10控制输送装置13驱动票据带沿与沿箭头22所示方向相反的后退方向移动,票据带移动过程中,控制器10记录票据带移动的距离,当控制器10记录到票据带移动的距离为第二预设距离D2时,控制器10判定待分发票据与票据带分离,其中,第二预设距离D2的值满足:D2>L2+ΔS,第二长度L2为刀具21的长度,偏移量ΔS为大于等于零的固定值。
由于票据带开始沿后退方向移动时,待分发票据与相邻的票据之间的分离线位于或经过撕割位置(其中,当待分发票据与相邻的票据之间的分离线刚刚经过撕割位置时,待分发票据与相邻的票据之间的分离线与撕割位置之间的距离为偏移量ΔS),待分发票据位于出票通道中且与相邻的票据之间呈锐角,票据带沿后退方向移动时,待分发票据与相邻的票据的受力方向不同,随着票据带沿后退方向移动,刀具21的撕离刃刺破待分发票据与相邻的票据之间的分离线,并且逐渐穿过该分离线,当票据带的移动距离到达第二预设距离D2时,刀具21的撕离刃全部从该分离线穿过,也即,待分发票据与票据带分离。
可选的,当票据带的移动距离到达第二预设距离D2时,控制器10控制输送装置13继续驱动票据带沿后退方向移动,将票据带的前沿输送至票据加载位置,其中,票据带沿后退方向移动过程中,控制器10检测第二传感器152输出的信号,并根据第二传感器152输出的信号判定票据带的前沿是否到达票据加载位置,比如,当控制器10检测到第二传感器152输出的信号由第二信号变化为第一信号时,判定票据带的前沿到达票据加载位置,此时,控制器10控制输送装置13停止驱动票据带移动。
(a3)、控制压板运动至预设的初始位置以脱离待分发票据,其中,初始位置与(a1)中的压票位置之间相距设定距离。
控制器10控制压票装置14的驱动部件141驱动压板142沿第二方向转动,以使压板142由压票位置转动至初始位置,其中,压板142转动过程中,控制器10检测第三传感器153输出的信号,并根据第三传感器153输出的信号判断压板142是否到达初始位置,比如,当控制器10检测到第三传感器153输出的信号由第四信号变化为第三信号时,判定压板142到达初始位置,此时,控制器10控制驱动部件141停止驱动压板142转动。压板142运动至初始位置后,与待分发票据分离。
当刀具是电动式刀具时,控制对票据带进行撕割包括控制可动刀片的驱动机构驱动可动刀片向靠近固定刀片的方向移动,以使可动刀片切割待分发票据 与票据带分离。
步骤230中,控制票据拍打部件拍打待分发票据,以使待分发票据由出票通道排出票据分发设备。
本实施例中,票据拍打部件为上述的压板142,控制对票据带进行撕割后,控制票据拍打部件拍打待分发票据包括:控制压板在初始位置和压票位置之间做往复运动,以拍打待分发票据。
以本实施例的票据分发设备为例,控制压板在初始位置和压票位置之间做一次往返运动的过程包括:
(b1)、控制压板由初始位置转动至压票位置。控制器10控制压票装置14的驱动部件141驱动压板142沿第一方向转动,以使压板142由初始位置转动至压票位置,当待分发票据由于重力太小,或者与出票通道25的通道壁互相干涉而未能由出票通道排出时,压板142由初始位置向压票位置转动过程中,逐渐靠近待分发票据并向待分发票据施加横向的作用力。
(b2)、控制压板由压票位置转动至初始位置。控制器10控制压票装置14的驱动部件141驱动压板142沿第二方向转动,以使压板142由压票位置转动至初始位置,压板142由压票位置向初始位置转动过程中,逐渐远离待分发票据,压板142对待分发票据的作用力逐渐消失。
在一实施例中,可以控制压板在初始位置和压票位置之间做多次往返运动,以拍打待分发票据。
本步骤中,通过控制压板142在初始位置和压票位置之间往返运动,能够使压板142先后对出票通道25中的待分发票据施加作用力和取消作用力,也即,控制压板142对出票通道25中的待分发票据进行了拍打操作,当待分发票据由于重力太小,或者与出票通道25的通道壁互相干涉而未能由出票通道排出时,通过对其进行拍打操作可以使待分发票据在出票通道25中的位置发生变化,从而使待分发票据能够由出票通道25中排出,到达与出票通道25连通的自助售票设备的出口处。
在其他实施例中,票据拍打部件不为压板142,而是另一单独的部件,控制器10控制票据拍打部件拍打出票通道内的待分发票据,从而使带分发票据由出票通道25中排出。
可选地,本步骤中,控制器10控制票据拍打部件按照预设频率拍打待分发票据预设次数,如控制压板142按照预设频率拍打待分发票据预设次数,其中, 预设次数大于一次,可选地,控制器10控制压票装置14的驱动部件141驱动压板142按照预设频率在初始位置和压票位置之间运动预设次数的往返行程,从而使压板142按照预设频率拍打待分发票据预设次数。通过控制票据拍打部件多次拍打待分发票据,可以提高票据由出票通道25中排出的成功率,进而提高票据分发的成功率。
本实施例的票据分发方法中,在待分发票据与票据带分离后,控制票据拍打部件拍打出票通道内的待分发票据,当待分发票据由于重力太小,或者与出票通道的通道壁互相干涉而未能由出票通道排出时,通过拍打待分发票据,可以使待分发票据在出票通道中的位置发生变化,从而使待分发票据能够由出票通道中排出,到达与出票通道连通的自助售票设备的出口处,也即,使待分发票据分发成功,因此,通过本实施例的票据分发方法,可以提高票据分发的成功率,有效解决相关技术中的票据分发设备及票据分发方法出现票据分发失败的问题。
考虑到控制对票据带进行撕割后,若待分发票据已经由出票通道排出,则没有必要再拍打待分发票据,因此本实施例中,控制票据拍打部件拍打待分发票据还可以包括:判断待分发票据是否由出票通道排出票据分发设备,若待分发票据未由出票通道排出票据分发设备,则控制票据拍打部件拍打待分发票据。
基于此,图7是根据一实施例的票据分发方法的第二种流程示意图,如图所示,该方法包括以下步骤:
步骤301中,控制输送装置驱动票据带沿票据发出方向移动第一预设距离,以使票据带中的待分发票据进入出票通道,并使待分发票据与相邻的票据之间的分离线位于或经过预设的撕割位置。
本步骤的执行方法同步骤210,这里不再赘述。
步骤302中,控制对票据带进行撕割,以使待分发票据脱离票据带。
本步骤的执行方法同步骤220,这里不再赘述。
步骤303中,判断待分发票据是否由出票通道排出。
在控制对票据带进行撕割后,判断待分发票据是否由出票通道排出,如果判定待分发票据未能由出票通道排出时,执行步骤304,如果判定待分发票据已经由出票通道排出时,继续执行步骤301,也即,执行下一张票据的分发。
其中,可以通过设置在出票通道中的检测装置检测待分发票据是否由出票通道排出,例如,在其他实施例提供的票据分发设备中,在出票通道中设置有 第四传感器,当待分发票据与票据带分离后,在待分发票据由出票通道排出和待分发票据未能由出票通道排出两种情况时,第四传感器输出不同的信号,比如,当待分发票据由出票通道排出时,第四传感器输出第五信号,当待分发票据未能由出票通道排出时,第四传感器输出第六信号,控制器10通过检测第四传感器输出的信号判断待分发票据是否由出票通道排出,比如,当检测到第四传感器输出第五信号时,判定待分发票据已经由出票通道排出,当检测到第四传感器输出第六信号时,判定待分发票据未能由出票通道排出。
步骤304中,控制票据拍打部件拍打待分发票据,以使待分发票据由出票通道排出票据分发设备。
该步骤的执行方法同步骤230,这里不再赘述。
本实施例中,执行步骤304后,执行步骤303,再次判断待分发票据是否由出票通道排出,从而保证待分发票据由经过拍打后由出票通道排出。
本实施例的票据分发方法中,在控制对票据带进行撕割后,判断待分发票据是否由出票通道排出,当待分发票据未能由出票通道排出时,控制票据拍打部件拍打待分发票据,当待分发票据已经由出票通道排出时,执行下一张票据的分发。通过本实施例的票据分发方法,可以提高票据分发的效率,避免执行多余的票据拍打动作。
对应上述的票据分发方法,本实施例还提供了一种票据分发装置,该装置可以集成在上述的控制器10内部,设置为控制票据分发设备进行票据分发,票据分发设备包括票据拍打部件和出票通道,图8是根据本实施例的票据分发装置的模块组成示意图,如图8所示,该装置包括:
输送模块81,设置为驱动票据带沿票据发出方向移动第一预设距离,以使票据带中的待分发票据进入出票通道,并使待分发票据与相邻的票据之间的分离线位于或经过预设的撕割位置,其中,票据带位于票据分发设备内部,包括首尾相连的多张票据,沿票据发出方向,待分发票据位于相邻的票据的下游;
撕割模块82,设置为控制对票据带进行撕割,以使待分发票据脱离票据带;
拍打模块83,设置为控制票据拍打部件拍打待分发票据,以使待分发票据由出票通道排出票据分发设备。
本实施例中,票据拍打部件为压板;撕割模块82包括:抵压单元,设置为控制压板运动至预设的压票位置以抵压待分发票据,以使待分发票据与相邻的票据之间呈锐角设置;后退单元,设置为驱动票据带沿后退方向移动第二预设 距离,以使待分发票据被票据分发设备内的刀具从票据带中撕割下来,其中,后退方向与票据发出方向相反,刀具的刀刃位于撕割位置;分离单元,设置为控制压板运动至预设的初始位置以脱离待分发票据,其中,初始位置与压票位置之间相距设定距离。
一种实施例中,拍打模块83是设置为:控制压板在初始位置和压票位置之间做往复运动,以拍打待分发票据。
另一种实施例中,拍打模块83是设置为:控制票据拍打部件按照预设频率拍打待分发票据预设次数。
考虑到票据带撕割后,待分发票据直接排出票据分发设备的情况,拍打模块83是设置为:判断待分发票据是否由出票通道排出票据分发设备,若待分发票据未由出票通道排出票据分发设备,则控制票据拍打部件拍打待分发票据。
本实施例的票据分发设备的控制装置中,在待分发票据与票据带分离后,控制票据拍打部件拍打出票通道内的待分发票据,当待分发票据由于重力太小,或者与出票通道的通道壁互相干涉而未能由出票通道排出时,通过拍打待分发票据,可以使待分发票据在出票通道中的位置发生变化,从而使待分发票据能够由出票通道中排出,到达与出票通道连通的自助售票设备的出口处,也即,使待分发票据分发成功,因此,通过本实施例的票据分发设备的控制装置,可以提高票据分发的成功率,有效解决相关技术中的票据分发设备及票据分发方法出现票据分发失败的问题。
本实施例还提供一种计算机可读存储介质,存储有计算机可执行指令,所述计算机可执行指令设置为上述任一种票据分发方法。
本实施例所提供的票据分发装置可以为设备上的特定硬件或者安装于设备上的软件或固件等。本实施例所提供的装置,其实现原理及产生的技术效果和前述方法实施例相同,为简要描述,装置实施例部分未提及之处,可参考前述方法实施例中相应内容。所属领域的技术人员可以清楚地了解到,为描述的方便和简洁,前述描述的系统、装置和单元的具体工作过程,均可以参考上述方法实施例中的对应过程,在此不再赘述。
在上述实施例中,应该理解到,所揭露装置和方法,可以通过其它的方式实现。以上所描述的装置实施例仅仅是示意性的,例如,所述模块或单元的划分,仅仅为一种逻辑功能划分,实际实现时可以有另外的划分方式,又例如,多个模块或单元或组件可以结合或者可以集成到另一个系统,或一些特征可以 忽略,或不执行。
另外,在上述实施例中的多个功能模块或单元可以集成在一个处理单元中,也可以是多个模块或单元单独物理存在,也可以两个或两个以上模块或单元集成在一个单元中。
所述功能如果以软件功能模块或单元的形式实现并作为独立的产品销售或使用时,可以存储在一个计算机可读取存储介质中。上述实施例的技术方案的部分可以以软件产品的形式体现出来,该计算机软件产品存储在一个存储介质中,包括多个指令用以使得一台计算机设备(可以是个人计算机,服务器,或者网络设备等)执行多个实施例所述方法的全部或部分步骤。而前述的存储介质包括:U盘、移动硬盘、只读存储器(ROM,Read-Only Memory)、随机存取存储器(RAM,Random Access Memory)、磁碟或者光盘等多种可以存储程序代码的介质。
应注意到:相似的标号和字母在下面的附图中表示类似项,因此,一旦其中一项在一个附图中被定义,则在随后的附图中不需要对该项进行进一步定义和解释,此外,术语“第一”、“第二”、“第三”等仅用于区分描述,而不能理解为指示或暗示相对重要性。
工业实用性
本公开提供的票据分发方法及装置,可以提高票据分发的成功率,有效解决相关技术中的票据分发设备及票据分发方法出现票据分发失败的问题。

Claims (11)

  1. 一种票据分发方法,包括:
    控制输送装置驱动票据带沿票据发出方向移动第一预设距离,以使所述票据带中的待分发票据进入所述出票通道,并使所述待分发票据与相邻的票据之间的分离线位于或经过预设的撕割位置,其中,所述票据带位于所述票据分发设备内部,包括首尾相连的多张票据,沿所述票据发出方向,所述待分发票据位于相邻的所述票据的下游;
    控制对票据带进行撕割,以使所述待分发票据脱离所述票据带;以及
    控制所述票据拍打部件拍打所述待分发票据,以使所述待分发票据由所述出票通道排出所述票据分发设备;
    其中,所述票据分发设备包括所述输送装置、所述出票通道、所述票据拍打部件以及控制器;所述控制器设置为控制所述输送装置以及所述票据拍打部件。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述方法,其中,所述票据拍打部件包括压板;
    所述控制对票据带进行撕割,以使所述待分发票据脱离所述票据带,包括:
    控制所述压板运动至预设的压票位置以抵压所述待分发票据,以使所述待分发票据与相邻的票据之间呈锐角设置;
    控制所述输送装置驱动所述票据带沿后退方向移动第二预设距离,以使所述待分发票据被所述票据分发设备内的刀具从所述票据带中撕割下来,其中,所述后退方向与所述票据发出方向相反,所述刀具的刀刃位于所述撕割位置;以及
    控制所述压板运动至预设的初始位置以脱离所述待分发票据,其中,所述初始位置与所述压票位置之间相距设定距离。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的方法,其中,所述控制所述票据拍打部件拍打所述待分发票据,包括:
    控制所述压板在所述初始位置和所述压票位置之间做往复运动,以拍打所述待分发票据。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述控制所述票据拍打部件拍打所述待分发票据,包括:
    控制所述票据拍打部件按照预设频率拍打所述待分发票据预设次数。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述控制所述票据拍打部件拍打所述待分发票据,包括:
    判断所述待分发票据是否由所述出票通道排出所述票据分发设备,若所述待 分发票据未由所述出票通道排出所述票据分发设备,则控制所述票据拍打部件拍打所述待分发票据。
  6. 一种票据分发装置,包括:
    输送模块,设置为控制输送装置驱动票据带沿票据发出方向移动第一预设距离,以使所述票据带中的待分发票据进入所述出票通道,并使所述待分发票据与相邻的票据之间的分离线位于或经过预设的撕割位置,其中,所述票据带位于所述票据分发设备内部,包括首尾相连的多张票据,沿所述票据发出方向,所述待分发票据位于相邻的所述票据的下游;
    撕割模块,设置为控制对票据带进行撕割,以使所述待分发票据脱离所述票据带;以及
    拍打模块,设置为控制所述票据拍打部件拍打所述待分发票据,以使所述待分发票据由所述出票通道排出所述票据分发设备;
    其中,所述票据分发设备包括所述输送装置、所述出票通道、所述票据拍打部件以及控制器;所述控制器设置为控制所述输送装置以及所述票据拍打部件。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的装置,其中,所述票据拍打部件为压板;
    所述撕割模块包括:
    抵压单元,设置为控制所述压板运动至预设的压票位置以抵压所述待分发票据,以使所述待分发票据与相邻的票据之间呈锐角设置;
    后退单元,设置为驱动所述票据带沿后退方向移动第二预设距离,以使所述待分发票据被所述票据分发设备内的刀具从所述票据带中撕割下来,其中,所述后退方向与所述票据发出方向相反,所述刀具的刀刃位于所述撕割位置;以及
    分离单元,设置为控制所述压板运动至预设的初始位置以脱离所述待分发票据,其中,所述初始位置与所述压票位置之间相距设定距离。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的装置,其中,所述拍打模块是设置为:
    控制所述压板在所述初始位置和所述压票位置之间做往复运动,以拍打所述待分发票据。
  9. 根据权利要求6所述的装置,其中,所述拍打模块是设置为:
    控制所述票据拍打部件按照预设频率拍打所述待分发票据预设次数。
  10. 根据权利要求6所述的装置,其中,所述拍打模块是设置为:
    判断所述待分发票据是否由所述出票通道排出所述票据分发设备,若所述待 分发票据未由所述出票通道排出所述票据分发设备,则控制所述票据拍打部件拍打所述待分发票据。
  11. 一种计算机可读存储介质,存储有计算机可执行指令,所述计算机可执行指令设置为执行权利要求1-5任一项所述的方法。
