目前市场上面膜产品众多,但其中大部分都含有化工原料。即便部分产品声称采用天然原料,但仍然无法做到真正的纯天然。因此,对于过敏性肌肤消费者,特别是严重过敏体质的消费者来说,真正可以放心使用的面膜少之又少。
发明内容

一种生物胶原蛋白面膜基材,由如下方法制备:
S1:将生物胶原蛋白置入挤压机,得到管状生物胶原蛋白膜,对管状生物胶原蛋白膜切割,压平;
S2:将压平的胶原蛋白膜延长拉伸到面膜成型切片机的滚轮上,使用定制的模具压在滚轮上,用手轮调整模具与滚轮的最小距离,利用电机旋转带动模具切刀压力把胶原蛋白膜切断,得到胶原蛋白膜片;
其中,步骤(1)中,所述生物胶原蛋白是从动物皮中提取得到的,具体方法为:
(1)将动物皮清洗、分割;
(2)分割的动物皮碱处理后,按动物皮与水重量比1:1加入水,用蛋白酶进行酶处理,所述蛋白酶加入量为动物皮重量的0.5-2%,在25-35℃下处理3-6小时,清洗后进行酸处理;
(3)酸处理后的动物皮冷却至10℃以下,使用切粒、压片、斩拌、研磨方式或其组合方式切碎,碾压成片,通过高压过滤提取丝质纤维;
(4)边搅拌边加入可食纤维素或可食纤维素衍生素、油脂乳液,控制pH值和含水量,混合搅拌均匀,得到生物胶原蛋白。

所述步骤(4)中,所述可食纤维素或可食纤维素衍生素的用量为动物皮重量的1-3%,油脂乳液为动物皮重量的1-5%,控制pH2.5-3.5,含水量为88-94%。
本发明所述面膜基材的形状可根据实际使用需求进行裁剪。例如,直接裁剪成目前市售最常用的整张面膜形状,并在眼、鼻、口相应部位开孔; 或者,将面膜基材裁成多个平面部分形成分段式面膜基材,如上下两部分、左右两部分,或更多部分;或者裁剪成立体3D结构,以方便不同脸部使用者根据脸部不同位置进行更有针对性的面部护理。
作为本发明优选实施方式之一,所述面膜基材为分段式面膜基材,以鼻子下部为分界线,将面部分为上半部分和下半部分,根据面部的上半部分和下半部分调整模具形状,再按照上述面膜基材的制备方法制得各部分面膜基材。具体如图1-4所示。
所述分段式面膜基材具体尺寸如下:面部上半部分面膜基材长度为230±5mm,宽度为102±5mm;其中,所述面部上半部分面膜基材中在眼部相应位置设有眼孔,眼孔为椭圆形,长轴为50±2mm,短轴为20±2mm;在面部上半部分面膜基材的下边缘设有六个开口,其中,两个开口设在下边缘近两端处,距离190±5mm;其余四个开口设在面膜基材鼻子部位的两侧,以方便使用者调整面膜基材使其更加服帖面部;其中设在面膜基材鼻子部位的两侧的开口呈对称布置,最远两个开口距离为60±2mm,中间两个开口距离为40±2mm。
面部下半部分面膜基材长度为230±5mm,宽度为100±5mm;其中对应鼻子部位设一缺口,宽度为45±2mm,避免面膜液影响使用者呼吸;面部下半部分面膜基材中唇部开孔为椭圆形,长轴为63±2mm,短轴为20±2mm,鼻子部位缺口下端距离唇部开孔上端距离为13±2mm;同样,面部下半部分面膜基材的下端也设有四个开口,以面部中轴为中轴线呈对称布置,最两端两个开口距离为125±2mm,中间两个开口距离为63±2mm。
作为本发明优选实施方式之一,所述面膜基材为3D面膜基材,则可依据左脸、右脸及口鼻三角部位调整模具形状,再按照上述方法制得各部分面膜,利用胶原蛋白专用粘合剂将各部分面膜粘合起来,利用模具形状切割四周做成3D圆脸,从而得到3D胶原蛋白面膜基材。具体如图5-10所示。
作为本发明优选的实施方式之一,所述3D面膜基材分为左脸部分、右脸部分及口鼻三角部分三部分;其中,所述3D面膜基材的左脸部分长度为203±5mm,上端宽度为88±5mm,下端宽度为106±5mm;眼部开孔为椭圆形,长轴为46±2mm,短轴为19±2mm;右脸部分与左脸部分为镜像结构;
而所述3D面膜基材的口鼻三角部分呈中间高两边低的立体结构,中间棱长度为109±5mm,左右两端到中间棱的距离为48±2mm;在所述所述3D面膜基材的口鼻三角部分对应鼻尖处和唇部位置设有鼻孔和唇孔,将中间棱分为五段,依次为20±2mm,13±2mm,13±2mm,20±2mm,43±2mm;鼻孔的最远端距离中间棱26±2mm,唇孔的最远端距离中间棱35±2mm.
本发明还提供一种面膜,由上述生物胶原蛋白面膜基材和面膜液组成。
所述面膜液由如下重量份的组分组成:水80.0-90.0份,1,3-丙二醇1.0-5.0份,甘油1.0-5.0份,甲基硅烷醇羟脯氨酸酯天冬氨酸酯0.05-3.0份,水解霍霍巴酯类0.01-1.0份,透明质酸钠0.1-2.0份,母菊(CHAMOMILLARECUTITA)提取物0.1-2.0份,糖蛋白0.1-1.0份,库拉索芦荟(ALOEBARBADENSIS)叶提取物0.2-3.0份,积雪草(CENTELLAASIATICA)提取物0.1-1.0份,粉防己(STEPHANIATETRANDRA)提取物0.1-1.0份,泛醌0.1-0.8份,澳洲坚果(MACADAMIATERNIFOLIA)籽油0.1-0.8份,PEG/PPG/聚丁二醇-8/5/3甘油0.1-1.0份,对羟基苯乙酮0.3-0.6份,丁二醇0.1-3.0份,1,2-己二醇0.4-2.0份,黄原胶0.1-1.0份,玫瑰(ROSARUGOSA)花油0.01-0.05份,PEG-40氢化蓖麻油0.5-0.8份,PPG-26-丁醇聚醚-26 0.5-0.8份。
作为本发明优选的实施方式之一,所述面膜液由如下重量份的组分组成:水85-88份,1,3-丙二醇4-5份,甘油3-5份,甲基硅烷醇羟脯氨酸酯天冬氨酸酯0.1-0.2份,水解霍霍巴酯类0.01-0.02份,透明质酸钠 0.1-0.15份,母菊(CHAMOMILLARECUTITA)提取物0.1-0.15份,糖蛋白0.1-0.15份,库拉索芦荟(ALOEBARBADENSIS)叶提取物0.2-0.25份,积雪草(CENTELLAASIATICA)提取物0.1-0.15份,粉防己(STEPHANIATETRANDRA)提取物0.1-0.15份,泛醌0.1-0.15份,澳洲坚果(MACADAMIATERNIFOLIA)籽油0.1-0.15份,PEG/PPG/聚丁二醇-8/5/3甘油0.4-0.6份,对羟基苯乙酮0.5-0.6份,丁二醇0.1-0.15份,1,2-己二醇0.4-0.5份,黄原胶0.5-0.7份,玫瑰(ROSARUGOSA)花油0.01-0.02份,PEG-40氢化蓖麻油0.7-0.8份,PPG-26-丁醇聚醚-26 0.7-0.8份。
本发明所述技术方案的有益效果:
本发明以生物胶原蛋白为原料,独创性将其制成面膜基材,成功取代现有无纺布类面膜基材存在的过敏等问题。采用本发明所述的面膜基材,渗透性好,天然无刺激,利用其独特的结构特点和与皮肤完美的贴合能力,可将精华液更好的渗入皮肤内,不反吸收,无残留,高效保湿,令面膜护肤精华成分吸收更彻底。

具体实施方式
以下实施例用于说明本发明,但不用来限制本发明的范围。
实施例1:分段式面膜
包括如下步骤:
(一)面膜液的配制:
水15.7212g,1,3-丙二醇0.9g,甘油0.54g,甲基硅烷醇羟脯氨酸酯天冬氨酸酯0.018g,水解霍霍巴酯类0.0018g,透明质酸钠0.0252g,母菊提取物0.018g,糖蛋白0.018g,库拉索芦荟叶提取物0.036g,积雪草提取物0.018g,粉防己提取物0.018g,泛醌0.018g,澳洲坚果籽油0.018g,PEG/PPG/聚丁二醇-8/5/3甘油0.09g,对羟基苯乙酮0.09g,丁二醇0.018g,1,2-己二醇0.072g,黄原胶0.108份,玫瑰花油0.0018g,PEG-40氢化蓖麻油0.135g,PPG-26-丁醇聚醚0.135g。
(二)分段式面膜基材的制备
工作环境要求:在10万级GMP洁净厂房内
温度要求:控制在22-26℃
相对湿度要求:控制在45%-55%
1、长230mm×宽102mm上脸型胶原蛋白膜片的制备步骤:
1)、按照CN100548127C中所述的方法得到生物胶原蛋白,将生物胶原蛋白置入挤压机,得到管状生物胶原蛋白膜,将直径52-54mm管状胶原蛋白膜放置在管状开边机的固定支架的滑轮轴上固定。
2)、用切刀机将管状胶原蛋白膜切割开边,经过褶皱压平轴装置压平。
3)、把压平的胶原蛋白膜延长拉伸到面膜成型切片机的滚轮上,使用定制的上脸的模具压在滚轮上,用手轮调整上脸的模具与滚轮的最小距离,利用电机旋转带动模具切刀压力把胶原蛋白膜切断,得到上脸胶原蛋白膜片。
2、长230mm×宽100mm下脸型胶原蛋白膜片的制备步骤:
4)、将直径52-54mm管状胶原蛋白膜放置在管状开边机的固定支架的滑轮轴上固定。
5)、用切刀机将管状胶原蛋白膜切割开边,经过褶皱压平轴装置压平。
6)、把压平的胶原蛋白膜延长拉伸到面膜成型切片机的滚轮上,使用定制的下脸的模具压在滚轮上,用手轮调整下脸的模具与滚轮的最小距离,利用电机旋转带动模具切刀压力把胶原蛋白膜切断,得到下脸胶原蛋白膜片。
3、生产时上脸、下脸各一片为一套,使用时分别敷贴成脸型即可。
所得面膜如图1-图4所示。
实施例2:3D胶原蛋白面膜
包括如下步骤:
(一)面膜液的配制:同实施例1所述面膜液配方。
(二)3D胶原蛋白面膜制作步骤:
工作环境要求:在10万级GMP洁净厂房内
温度要求:控制在22-26℃
相对湿度要求:控制在45%-55%
1、按照CN100548127C中所述的方法得到生物胶原蛋白,将生物胶原蛋白置入挤压机,得到管状生物胶原蛋白膜,将直径52-54mm管状胶原蛋白膜放置在管状开边机的固定支架的滑轮轴上固定。
2、用切刀机将管状胶原蛋白膜切割开边,经过褶皱压平轴装置压平。
3、把压平的胶原蛋白膜延长拉伸到面膜成型切片机的滚轮上,使用定制的左脸模具压在滚轮上,开好边及压平好的胶原蛋白卷膜夹在中间,用手轮调整上脸的模具与滚轮的最小距离,利用电机旋转带动模具切刀压力把胶原蛋白膜切断,得到左脸胶原蛋白膜片。
4、使用上述方法更换右脸的模具,得到右脸胶原蛋白膜片。
5、使用上述方法更换口鼻三角部位模具,得到口鼻三角部位胶原蛋白膜片。
6、将左脸胶原蛋白膜片、口鼻三角部位胶原蛋白膜片、右脸胶原蛋白膜片,用胶原蛋白专用粘合剂粘合起来,利用模具形状切割四周做成 3D圆脸,得到3D胶原蛋白面膜。
所得3D面膜基材如图5-10所示。
虽然,上文中已经用一般性说明及具体实施方案对本发明作了详尽的描述,但在本发明基础上,可以对之作一些修改或改进,这对本领域技术人员而言是显而易见的。因此,在不偏离本发明精神的基础上所做的这些修改或改进,均属于本发明要求保护的范围。
工业实用性
本发明提供一种生物胶原蛋白面膜基材。本发明所述生物胶原蛋白面膜基材通过以下方法制得:S1:将生物胶原蛋白置入挤压机,得到管状生物胶原蛋白膜,对管状生物胶原蛋白膜切割,压平;S2:将压平的胶原蛋白膜延长拉伸到面膜成型切片机的滚轮上,使用定制的模具压在滚轮上,用手轮调整模具与滚轮的最小距离,利用电机旋转带动模具切刀压力把胶原蛋白膜切断,得到胶原蛋白膜片。本发明提供的生物胶原蛋白面膜基材天然无刺激,渗透性好,使用安全,杜绝化工原料对肌肤的侵害,各类肌肤包括过敏性肌肤均可放心使用;并且该面膜基材利用其独特的结构特点和与皮肤完美的贴合能力,可将精华液更好的渗入皮肤内,不反吸收,无残留,高效保湿,令面膜护肤精华成分吸收更彻底,具有较好的经济价值和应用前景。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种生物胶原蛋白面膜基材,其特征在于,由如下方法制备:
    S1:将生物胶原蛋白置入挤压机,得到管状生物胶原蛋白膜,对管状生物胶原蛋白膜切割,压平;
    S2:将压平的胶原蛋白膜延长拉伸到面膜成型切片机的滚轮上,使用定制的模具压在滚轮上,用手轮调整模具与滚轮的最小距离,利用电机旋转带动模具切刀压力把胶原蛋白膜切断,得到胶原蛋白膜片;
    其中,步骤(1)中,所述生物胶原蛋白是从动物皮中提取得到的,具体方法为:
    (1)将动物皮清洗、分割;
    (2)分割的动物皮碱处理后,按动物皮与水重量比1:1加入水,用蛋白酶进行酶处理,所述蛋白酶加入量为动物皮重量的0.5-2%,在25-35℃下处理3-6小时,清洗后进行酸处理;
    (3)酸处理后的动物皮冷却至10℃以下,使用切粒、压片、斩拌、研磨方式或其组合方式切碎,碾压成片,通过高压过滤提取丝质纤维;
    (4)边搅拌边加入可食纤维素或可食纤维素衍生素、油脂乳液,控制pH值和含水量,混合搅拌均匀,得到生物胶原蛋白。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的生物胶原蛋白面膜基材,其特征在于,所述步骤(2)中,所述蛋白酶为胃蛋白酶、木瓜蛋白酶或胰酶。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的生物胶原蛋白面膜基材,其特征在于,所述步骤(2)中,所述碱处理为石灰乳腌制1-2天后用水冲洗干净;酸处理用0.1-0.5M盐酸或乳酸溶液,浸泡4小时后再用乳酸使动物皮呈现半透明膨胀状,排去酸液,用清水洗涤3-4次。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的生物胶原蛋白面膜基材,其特征在于,所述步骤(4)中,所述可食纤维素或可食纤维素衍生素的用量为动物皮重量的1-3%,油脂乳液为动物皮重量的1-5%,控制pH2.5-3.5,含水量为88-94%。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的生物胶原蛋白面膜基材,其特征在于,所述面膜基材的形状为平面整张面膜基材、分段式面膜基材、立体3D结构面膜基材。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的生物胶原蛋白面膜基材,其特征在于,所述面膜基材为分段式面膜基材,其具体结构为:以鼻子下部为分界线将面部分为上半部分和下半部分;所述面部上半部分长度为230±5mm,宽度为102±5mm;所述面部下半部分面膜基材长度为230±5mm,宽度为100±5mm。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的生物胶原蛋白面膜基材,其特征在于,所述面部上半部分面膜基材中在眼部相应位置设有椭圆形眼孔,其长轴为50±2mm,短轴为20±2mm;
    在面部上半部分面膜基材的下边缘设有六个开口,其中两个开口靠近面膜基材两端,间距为190±5mm,其余四个开口设在面膜基材鼻部两侧,且呈对称布置,最远两个开口距离为60±2mm,中间两个开口距离为40±2mm;
    所述面部下半部分面膜基材中对应鼻部处设一缺口,宽度为45±2mm;在所述面部下半部分面膜基材唇部对应位置开一椭圆形唇孔,长轴为63±2mm,短轴为20±2mm,鼻子部位缺口下端距离唇孔上端13±2mm;
    在面部下半部分面膜基材的下端设有四个以面部中轴为中轴线呈对称布置的开口,其中最两端开口间距为125±2mm,中间两个开口间距为63±2mm。
  8. 根据权利要求5所述的生物胶原蛋白面膜基材,其特征在于,所述面膜基材为3D面膜基材,分为左脸部分、右脸部分及口鼻三角部分三部分;
    其中,所述3D面膜基材的左脸部分长度为203±5mm,上端宽度为88±5mm,下端宽度为106±5mm;眼部开孔为椭圆形,长轴为46±2mm, 短轴为19±2mm;右脸部分与左脸部分为镜像结构;
    所述3D面膜基材的口鼻三角部分呈中间高两边低的立体结构,中间棱长度为109±5mm,左右两端到中间棱的距离为48±2mm;在所述3D面膜基材的口鼻三角部分对应鼻尖处和唇部位置设有鼻孔和唇孔,将中间棱分为五段,依次为20±2mm,13±2mm,13±2mm,20±2mm,43±2mm;鼻孔的最远端距离中间棱26±2mm,唇孔的最远端距离中间棱35±2mm。
  9. 一种面膜,其特征在于,由权利要求1-8任一所述生物胶原蛋白面膜基材和面膜液组成。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的面膜,其特征在于,所述面膜液由如下重量份的组分组成:水80.0-90.0份,1,3-丙二醇1.0-5.0份,甘油1.0-5.0份,甲基硅烷醇羟脯氨酸酯天冬氨酸酯0.05-3.0份,水解霍霍巴酯类0.01-1.0份,透明质酸钠0.1-2.0份,母菊提取物0.1-2.0份,糖蛋白0.1-1.0份,库拉索芦荟叶提取物0.2-3.0份,积雪草提取物0.1-1.0份,粉防己提取物0.1-1.0份,泛醌0.1-0.8份,澳洲坚果籽油0.1-0.8份,PEG/PPG/聚丁二醇-8/5/3甘油0.1-1.0份,对羟基苯乙酮0.3-0.6份,丁二醇0.1-3.0份,1,2-己二醇0.4-2.0份,黄原胶0.1-1.0份,玫瑰花油0.01-0.05份,PEG-40氢化蓖麻油0.5-0.8份,PPG-26-丁醇聚醚-26 0.5-0.8份。
