Description

一种平台装置 技术领域
本发明涉及一种施工用平台装置。
背景技术
在建造建筑物或大型设备时,通常需要搭建施工平台。例如,在船舶建造过程中,施工时需要搭设平台,由于船舶需要分段建造,当分段移位翻身时,平台需要拆卸重新安装。现有的施工平台具有以下两种做法:1、采用角钢、三角架焊接于船舶的分段部位上形成支撑架,然后将制作好的平台吊装并焊接于支撑架上,当需要移位至其他分段部位施工时,需要对上述的平台及支撑架进行拆卸,并对焊接部位进行修复工作,此做法不仅成本高、效率低,也具有安全隐患;2、选择长钢管用锁扣连接紧固,再铺上走网板(或者脚手架),由于长管较重在传递过程中容易出现事故,所以一般船厂单位不选用该方案,该方案多适用于工地建筑,而且工地搭设时多使用竹竿代替长钢管来搭设,比较轻便、经济,但也容易造成倒塌事故。
综上所述,现有技术中的施工平台存在以下缺陷:平台的拆装工作效率低、成本高、后期修复工作量大、存在安全隐患。
发明内容
本发明的一个目的是提出一种平台装置,其结构简单、可靠,便于制作。
本发明的另一个目的是提出一种平台装置,其拆装效率高、成本低。
本发明的再一个目的是提出一种平台装置,对被施工区域无损伤,后期无 需修复工作。
本发明的又一个目的是提出一种平台装置,可减小安全隐患。
为达此目的,本发明采用以下技术方案:
提供一种平台装置,包括本体和设置于所述本体上的吸附装置,其中,所述本体提供支撑面以支撑施工者,所述吸附装置提供吸附力以吸附被施工对象。
作为所述的平台装置的一种优选技术方案,所述本体包括框架及设置于所述框架上的网板,所述吸附装置设置于所述框架的下方位置。
作为所述的平台装置的一种优选技术方案,所述吸附装置通过固定板与所述框架连接,其中,所述固定板垂直连接于所述框架的下方,所述吸附装置可拆卸的装于所述固定板上。
作为所述的平台装置的一种优选技术方案,所述固定板与所述框架焊接,和/或,所述吸附装置通过螺栓与所述固定板可拆卸式的连接。
作为所述的平台装置的一种优选技术方案,所述固定板与所述框架之间还设置有加强板,其中,所述固定板、所述框架、所述加强板三者呈三角形布置。
作为所述的平台装置的一种优选技术方案,所述吸附装置设置于靠近所述框架的第一侧边位置,所述加强板的一端连接于所述固定板远离所述框架的一端,所述加强板的另一端连接于所述框架的与所述第一侧边相对设置的第二侧边上。
作为所述的平台装置的一种优选技术方案,所述框架的所述第一侧边上凸出设置有保护组件,所述保护组件至少包括外露的软体部件。
作为所述的平台装置的一种优选技术方案,所述保护组件还包括设置于所述框架的所述第一侧边上的固定槽,所述软体部件固定于所述固定槽内并向外伸出。
作为所述的平台装置的一种优选技术方案,于所述框架的所述第二侧边向上连接有扶手,所述扶手的一端设置安全带挂扣滑道。
作为所述的平台装置的一种优选技术方案,所述吸附装置包括电永磁铁和控制器。
本发明的有益效果:通过采用吸附装置吸附于被施工对象,替代传统的焊接固定方式,结构简单可靠,拆装方式灵活可变,效率高、成本低。

为使本发明解决的技术问题、采用的技术方案和达到的技术效果更加清楚,下面将结合附图对本发明实施例的技术方案作进一步的详细描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域技术人员在没有作出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
图1是本发明一示例提供的平台装置的俯视示意图。图2是图1中A-A向 剖视示意图。图3是图2中B处放大示意图。请参考图1-3所示,本发明的平台装置包括本体和设置于所述本体上的吸附装置4,其中,所述本体提供支撑面以支撑施工者,所述吸附装置4提供吸附力以吸附被施工对象5。本发明通过采用吸附装置4吸附于被施工对象5,替代传统的焊接固定方式,结构简单可靠,拆装方式灵活可变,效率高、成本低。
具体地,本体包括框架1及设置于所述框架1上的网板2,所述吸附装置4设置于所述框架1的下方位置。通过将吸附装置4设置于所述框架1的下方位置,既能很好的将本体连接于被施工对象5,又不影响施工者的行走和施工。优选地,吸附装置4设置于所述框架1的下方靠近边缘的位置。如此设计,可缩短安装距离,更有利于吸附装置4与被施工对象5的吸附。
作为本发明的一个示例,吸附装置4通过固定板3与所述框架1连接,其中,所述固定板3垂直连接于所述框架1的下方,所述吸附装置4可拆卸的装于所述固定板3上。通过所述设计,可以便于吸附装置4的更换工作。优选地,固定板3与框架1焊接,吸附装置4通过螺栓与固定板3可拆卸式的连接。
为了进一步加强平台的结构强度和可靠性,固定板3与框架1之间还设置有加强板6,其中,固定板3、框架1、加强板6三者呈三角形布置。通过所述设计,三角形布置可增强结构的强度。更加优选地,吸附装置4设置于靠近所述框架1的第一侧边11位置,所述加强板6的一端连接于所述固定板3远离所述框架1的一端,所述加强板6的另一端连接于所述框架1的与其第一侧边11相对设置的第二侧边12上。如此设计,可使得在框架1整个受力面上的结构得以加强。
为了在拆装平台装置时更好的保护被施工对象5,于本发明的示例中,所述框架1的第一侧边11上凸出设置有保护组件,所述保护组件至少包括外露的软 体部件7。通过设置带有软体部件7的保护组件,可以在拆装平台装置时,很好的保护被施工对象5的外观面不受破坏和损伤,例如对被施工对象5的面漆层保护。优选地,保护组件还包括设置于所述框架1的第一侧边11上的固定槽8,所述软体部件7固定于所述固定槽8内并向外伸出。本发明的示例中,固定槽8采用燕尾槽,所述软体部件7采用橡胶体,所述软体部件7的一端被压于所述固定槽8内,另一端伸出所述固定槽8,对被施工对象5进行有效保护。优选地,于所述软体部件7上设置粘接胶,可以进一步加强与固定槽8的连接可靠性。
为了进一步提高使用安全性,于框架1的第二侧边12向上连接有扶手9,所述扶手9的一端设置安全带挂扣滑道10。
于本发明示例中,吸附装置4包括电永磁铁和控制器,当需要使用时,控制器控制通电使得电永磁铁吸附被施工对象5。控制器可控制电永磁铁在2秒内吸附被加工对象5,然后便可断开电源,具有快速安装的优点。
本发明的吸附装置4可以有两组或两组以上,根据实际需要分布于所述框架1上。其中,每组吸附装置4可以包括两个或者两个以上的电永磁铁。每个电永磁铁可由一个控制器控制,也可以多个电永磁铁共用一个控制器。
本发明的一示例的平台装置的制作方法:首先采用多个方管组装制作成框架1,然后将固定板3、加强板6分别与框架1焊接,再将扶手9、固定槽8分别与框架1焊接,将网板2铺于所述框架1上并点焊,整个打砂、油漆,于软体部件7上涂覆胶水,然后使用工具将其压入固定槽8内,最后将电永磁铁通过螺栓连接于固定板3上,并接好控制线路即可提交使用。
本发明的示例中,被施工对象5为船舶。当然,本发明对此并不作限制,本发明的方案同样可以适用于高铁建设、桥梁建设等项目。

  1. 一种平台装置,其特征在于,包括本体和设置于所述本体上的吸附装置,其中,所述本体提供支撑面以支撑施工者,所述吸附装置提供吸附力以吸附被施工对象。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的平台装置,其特征在于,所述本体包括框架及设置于所述框架上的网板,所述吸附装置设置于所述框架的下方位置。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的平台装置,其特征在于,所述吸附装置通过固定板与所述框架连接,其中,所述固定板垂直连接于所述框架的下方,所述吸附装置可拆卸的装于所述固定板上。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的平台装置,其特征在于,所述固定板与所述框架焊接,和/或,所述吸附装置通过螺栓与所述固定板可拆卸式的连接。
  5. 根据权利要求3所述的平台装置,其特征在于,所述固定板与所述框架之间还设置有加强板,其中,所述固定板、所述框架、所述加强板三者呈三角形布置。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的平台装置,其特征在于,所述吸附装置设置于靠近所述框架的第一侧边位置,所述加强板的一端连接于所述固定板远离所述框架的一端,所述加强板的另一端连接于所述框架的与所述第一侧边相对设置的第二侧边上。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的平台装置,其特征在于,所述框架的所述第一侧边上凸出设置有保护组件,所述保护组件至少包括外露的软体部件。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的平台装置,其特征在于,所述保护组件还包括设置于所述框架的所述第一侧边上的固定槽,所述软体部件固定于所述固定槽内并向外伸出。
  9. 根据权利要求6所述的平台装置,其特征在于,于所述框架的所述第二 侧边向上连接有扶手,所述扶手的一端设置安全带挂扣滑道。
  10. 根据权利要求1至9之一所述的平台装置,其特征在于,所述吸附装置包括电永磁铁和控制器。
