本公开的实施例涉及一种易撕贴以及保护膜组件。
随着科学技术的不断发展,电子设备在日常生活中的应用日渐广泛。在电子设备的制造或出货过程中,为防止屏幕表面被污染或划伤等,需要在电子设备的屏幕上设置一层保护膜。当需要将保护膜从屏幕上分离时,需要采用易撕贴将保护膜撕除。易撕贴一般采用矩形结构设计。然而,当保护膜采用回字形设计时,矩形结构的易撕贴无法有效剥离回字形保护膜的内圈保护膜,甚至出现剥离失败的现象,导致产品性能下降或者产生废品。
发明内容
本公开至少一实施例提供一种易撕贴,该易撕贴包括:主体层和第一粘胶层,主体层包括贴附部和撕手部,第一粘胶层设置在贴附部上。贴附部包括第一贴附区和第二贴附区,第一贴附区为直角三角形,第二贴附区为条形;撕手部通过直角三角形的第一直角边与贴附部相连接,且该撕手部被配置为沿第一直角边向贴附部弯折以覆盖在贴附部背离第一粘胶层的表面上。
例如,在本公开的实施例提供的易撕贴中,条形的延伸方向与直角三角形的直角的角平分线的延伸方向相同。

例如,如图2a至2d所示,易撕保护膜可以包括易撕贴7和保护膜8,易撕贴7可以通过粘胶70贴附在保护膜8上。在剥离保护膜8时,用户手持撕手区T1,从撕手区T1和贴附区T2的交界处向保护膜8施加力,从而剥离保护膜8。
例如,易撕贴7可以采用两种贴附方式贴附在保护膜8上。图2a和2b示出了第一种贴附方式。第一种贴附方式为易撕贴7的贴附区T2贴附在保护膜8的边缘上,在剥离保护膜8时,保护膜8的受力点位于撕手区T1和贴附区T2的交界处,即在保护膜8的膜面中部,从而第一种贴附方式不利于保护膜8的边缘起角剥离;另一方面,在剥离保护膜8时,保护膜8的受力方向沿X方向,即沿保护膜8的外侧方向受力,因此无法有效剥离保护膜8;又例如,图2c和2d示出了第二种贴附方式。第二种贴附方式为易撕贴7的贴附区T2贴附在保护膜8的膜面中部,撕手区T1位于保护膜8的边缘,在剥离保护膜8时,贴附区T2与保护膜8的边缘存在间隙,因此,第二种贴附方式也不利于保护膜8从边缘起角剥离,无法有效剥离保护膜8。

下面对本公开的几个实施例进行详细说明,但是本公开并不限于这些具体的实施例。
在本公开实施例的以下说明中,“展开状态”指的是撕手部未粘附在贴附部上的状态;“折叠状态”指的是撕手部覆盖在贴附部背离第一粘胶层的表面上的状态,例如,可以为撕手部通过第二粘胶层粘附在在贴附部背离第一粘胶层的表面上的状态。
在本公开实施例的以下说明中,“方向相同”是指两个延伸方向大致相同。例如,两个方向完全平行;或者两个方向近似平行。
本公开实施例提供一种易撕贴。图3a示出了本公开实施例提供的一种易撕贴的平面结构示意图,图3b示出了图3a所示的易撕贴的截面结构示意图。

本公开实施例提供的易撕贴的第一贴附区可以粘附在保护膜的直角区且与直角区的两直角边的边缘平齐,在剥离保护膜时,使保护膜的受力位置可以从其直角顶点延伸至两直角边,保护膜的受力方向可大致沿其直角的角平分线的延伸方向,从而使保护膜的受力方向、位置等更加科学有效;第二贴附区可以增大粘附面积,从而增大易撕贴与保护膜之间的粘附力,在剥离保护膜时,防止易撕贴从保护膜上脱离,提高保护膜被剥离的成功率。
例如,本公开实施例提供的易撕贴100可以应用于各种类型的保护膜上。保护膜可以为功能型保护膜,也可以为非功能型保护膜。功能型保护膜可以包括防反射保护膜、防反光保护膜、防窥保护膜膜、高清防刮保护膜等,本公开实施例对此不作限制。例如,在保护膜上可以形成防反射层,防反射层可以为由高折射率层和低折射率层组成的多层薄膜,从而保护膜可以具有防反射的功能。
例如,主体层10的材料可以为聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET)基材、聚乙烯(PE)基材或聚氯乙烯(PVC)基材等。
例如,直角三角形的第一直角边101和第二直角边102相互垂直,垂直包括严格垂直,或近似垂直。直角三角形的直角例如可以为圆角直角,从而易撕贴100可以适用于圆角型保护膜的剥离。
例如,直角三角形可以为等腰直角三角形,条形可以为矩形,且条形的延伸方向的中心线与直角三角形的斜边103的垂直平分线重合,也就是说,条形的延伸方向的中心线与直角三角形的直角的角平分线重合,从而贴附部R1的形状为对称的五边形,在剥离保护膜时,对称的结构可以使保护膜的受力方向更加均匀。需要说明的是,在本公开实施例中,“重合”表示大致重合或严格重合。
例如,第二贴附区R12的在与延伸方向垂直的方向上彼此相对的两个侧边可以为直线形、弧形、折线形或其他规则或不规则形状,从而第二贴附区R12的形状可以为多边形、半椭圆形或弓形等,多边形可以包括四边形(例如矩形、梯形)等。
例如,第一粘胶层11可以完全覆盖贴附部R1的其中一个表面,从而使贴附部R1可以完全粘附在保护膜上,防止贴附部R1产生翻折、翘起等变形。
例如,第一粘胶层11的材料可以为有机粘胶剂,有机粘胶剂例如可以包
括天然高分子、有机硅胶、环氧树脂、聚氨酯、聚酯纤维、聚丙烯树脂、聚乙烯树脂或丙烯酸树脂等。第一粘胶层11的材料还可以包括无机粘胶剂,无机粘胶剂例如可以包括水玻璃、磷酸盐胶粘剂、硅酸盐胶粘剂、硫酸盐胶粘剂或硼酸盐胶粘剂等。
例如,如图3a所示,撕手部R2可以包括与直角三角形的第一直角边101相连的第一撕手区R21,在撕手部R2覆盖在贴附部R1背离第一粘胶层11的表面上的状态下,第一撕手区R21的边缘不超过直角三角形的第二直角边102。例如,在易撕贴100处于折叠状态下,撕手部R2的第一撕手区R21完全落入贴附部R1的第一贴附区R11的区域内。
例如,第一撕手区R21和第一贴附区R11可以相对于第一直角边101对称,从而第一撕手区R21的形状与第一贴附区R11相同,即第一撕手区R21也为直角三角形,在撕手部R2覆盖在贴附部R1背离第一粘胶层11的表面上的状态下,第一撕手区R21和第一贴附区R11完全重叠。需要说明的是,第一撕手区R21的形状还可以与第一贴附区R11不同,例如第一撕手区R21的形状还可以为锐角三角形、矩形等。
例如,撕手部R2还可以包括第二撕手区R22,在撕手部R2覆盖在贴附部R1背离第一粘胶层11的表面上的状态下,第二撕手区R22可以至少部分覆盖在第二贴附区R12上。当剥离保护膜时,操作人员可以握持第二撕手区R22,以方便地控制保护膜的受力方向和位置。
例如,第二撕手区R22和第二贴附区R12也可以相对于第一直角边101对称,从而第二撕手区R22的形状和第二贴附区R12相同。第二撕手区R22的形状和第二贴附区R12也可以不同。例如,第二撕手区R22可以为T字形状,其远离第一撕手区R21的一侧的横截面积大于靠近第一撕手区R21一侧的横截面积,从而增大操作人员握持易撕贴100的面积,方便操作人员握持易撕贴100,进而提高撕膜的效率。
例如,第一撕手区R21和第一贴附区R11相对于第一直角边101对称,第二撕手区R22和第二贴附区R12也相对于第一直角边101对称,从而贴附部R1和撕手部R2相对第一直角边101对称,即撕手部R2可以沿第一直角边101向贴附部R1弯折从而与贴附部R1完全重叠。
例如,撕手部R2和贴附部R1的颜色可以相同,也可以不相同。例如,贴附部R1可以无色透明,撕手部R2可以为红色,从而提高撕手部R2的辨识
度,使操作人员快速准确的找出撕手部R2,提高工作效率。需要说明的是,贴附部R1和撕手部R2的颜色可以根据实际情况具体设置,本公开实施例对此不作限制。
例如,如图3b所示,该易撕贴100还包括第二粘胶层12。第二粘胶层12可以设置在撕手部R2和贴附部R1至少之一上。当主体层10处于展开状态下,第一粘胶层11与第二粘胶层12设置在主体层10彼此相对的两个表面上。
例如,在撕手部R2覆盖在贴附部R1上的状态下,第二粘胶层12可以位于撕手部R2和贴附部R1之间,第二粘胶层12可以将撕手部R2固定在贴附部R1上,防止撕手部R2产生翘起、弯折等变形。
例如,第二粘胶层12仅覆盖撕手部R2和/或贴附部R1靠近第一直角边101的一部分。当撕手部R2通过第二粘胶层12粘附在贴附部R1上时,撕手部R2可以留下未被第二粘胶层12固定的一部分,进而方便操作人员握持该未被第二粘胶层12固定的一部分以分离撕手部R2和贴附部R1。
例如,第二粘胶层12可以覆盖第二撕手区R22和/或第二贴附区R12靠近第一直角边101的一部分。如图3a所示,第二粘胶层12可以设置在第二撕手区R22靠近第一撕手区R21的一侧。当主体层10处于折叠状态下,第二撕手区R22远离第一撕手区R21的一部分未通过第二粘胶层22固定在贴附部R1上,因此,操作人员可以握持第二撕手区R22远离第一撕手区R21的一部分,以分离撕手部R2和贴附部R1。
例如,第一粘胶层11的粘附力大于第二粘胶层12的粘附力。撕手部R2通过第二粘胶层12粘附在贴附部R1上,易撕贴100通过第一粘胶层11贴附在保护膜上,从而当分离撕手部R2和贴附部R1时,易撕贴100可以牢固地粘附在保护膜上。
例如,第二粘胶层12的材料可以与第一粘胶层11相同,也可以不相同。当第二粘胶层12的材料与第一粘胶层11相同时,可以通过控制材料的参数,从而保证第一粘胶层11的粘附力大于第二粘胶层12的粘附力。例如,对于聚合物材料,材料的参数例如可以包括分子表面的极性、分子的聚合度、分子的结晶性或填料等。例如,当第一粘胶层11和第二粘胶层12都为聚乙烯树脂时,可以对第一粘胶层11的聚乙烯树脂的表面进行等离子处理,在其表面上产生极性基团(例如羟基、羰基或羧基等),从而提高聚乙烯树脂的粘接强度,进而可以提高第一粘胶层11的粘附力。
例如,如图3b所示,该易撕贴100还包括:离型膜13。离型膜13可以完全覆盖在第一粘胶层11上且与第一粘胶层11的边缘平齐,从而隔离并保护第一粘胶层11,防止第一粘胶层11被异物污染而失去粘附性。
例如,离型膜13可以为PE离型膜等,离型膜13可以设置不同的颜色(例如黄色等)。在贴附易撕贴100时,操作人员可以快速准确地找出第一粘胶层11的位置,提高工作效率。
例如,离型膜13还可以设置在第二粘胶层12上,从而隔离并保护第二粘胶层12,防止第二粘胶层12被污染。需要说明的是,在出货时,易撕贴100可以处于展开状态或折叠状态,当易撕贴100处于折叠状态下,第二粘胶层12可以设置在撕手部R2和贴附部R1之间,以将撕手部R2固定在贴附部R1上,因此,在第二粘胶层12上不需要设置离型膜13。但是,如图3a和3b所示,当易撕贴100处于展开状态下,在第二粘胶层12上则需要设置离型膜13,以保护第二粘胶层12。
本公开实施例还提供一种保护膜组件,该保护膜组件结构简单、操作方便、易于撕除。图4a示出了本公开实施例提供的一种保护膜组件的平面结构示意图,图4b示出了沿图4a中线C-C'方向该保护膜组件的截面结构示意图。
例如,如图4a和4b所示,该保护膜组件包括:上述实施例提供的易撕贴100,以及保护膜200。保护膜200包括一直角区;易撕贴100粘附在直角区内,且其直角三角形的两直角边与保护膜200的直角区的两直角边的边缘平齐。易撕贴100的条形的延伸方向与直角三角形的直角的角平分线的延伸方向相同。
例如,保护膜200的形状可以为矩形、扇形或回字形等。
例如,保护膜200的直角区的直角的角平分线的延伸方向可以与易撕贴100的直角三角形的直角的角平分线的延伸方向相同,从而易撕贴100的第二贴附区可沿保护膜200的直角区的直角的角平分线的延伸方向贴附。在剥离保护膜200时,保护膜200的受力方向可从其直角区的直角顶点延伸至两直角边,保护膜的受力方向可大致沿其直角区的直角平分线的延伸方向,保护膜的直角区的两直角边可以受力更加均匀、平衡,受力方向、位置等均更加有利于保护膜的剥离,提高保护膜被剥离的成功率,提升工作效率。
例如,保护膜200的材料可以为聚丙烯(PP)、聚氯乙烯(PVC)、聚乙烯(PE)、聚酯(PET)、邻苯基苯酚(OPP)或光学胶(OCA)等。
例如,保护膜200可以采用吹塑法、流延法或压延法等方法制备。
例如,保护膜200包括第三粘胶层。保护膜200可以通过第三粘胶层贴附在面板上,从而保护面板。例如,第一粘胶层11的粘附力需要大于第三粘胶层的粘附力,从而在剥离保护膜200时,易撕贴100可以牢固地粘附在保护膜200上,防止易撕贴100从保护膜200上脱落,提高保护膜200被剥离的成功率。
例如,贴附部粘附在保护膜200的边缘内侧。如图4a所示,在撕手部覆盖在贴附部背离第一粘胶层11的表面上的状态下,撕手部可以位于保护膜200的边缘内侧,从而易撕贴100不影响保护膜200外围的工艺处理。
例如,如图4b所示,撕手部可以通过第二粘胶层12粘附在贴附部背离第一粘胶层11的表面上,从而防止撕手部产生翘起、弯折等变形。需要说明的是,在产品制作过程中,因产品表面各区域的功能不同,从而需要对不同的区域进行不同的工艺处理,因此需要不同类型的保护膜,以对不同的区域进行阶段性保护,例如可以采用回字型保护膜等。回字型保护膜可以包括内圈保护膜和围绕内圈保护膜的外圈保护膜,外圈保护膜和内圈保护膜之间相互分离设置,本公开实施例提供的保护膜组件中的保护膜200可以为内圈保护膜,易撕贴100的贴附部和撕手部都可以位于内圈保护膜的边缘内侧,且其撕手部可通过第二粘胶层12粘附在贴附部上,以防止撕手部产生翘起、弯折等变形,从而避免撕手部位于内圈保护膜所限定的区域以外的空间,因此易撕贴100可以不影响外圈保护膜的剥离;另一方面,在对外圈保护膜对应的区域进行工艺处理时,易撕贴100也可以不影响其工艺操作。
例如,该保护膜组件可以为塑胶保护膜,电子产品保护膜或汽车保护膜等。电子产品可以包括电视、数码相机、手机、手表、平板电脑、笔记本电脑、导航仪等。
本公开实施例还提供一种保护膜组件。
例如,该保护膜组件包括:保护膜和易撕贴。该保护膜包括一直角区。该易撕贴包括主体层和第一粘胶层,主体层包括贴附部和撕手部,第一粘胶层设置在贴附部上,贴附部包括第一贴附区和第二贴附区,第一贴附区为直角三角形,第二贴附区为条形;撕手部通过直角三角形的第一直角边与贴附部相连接,且被配置为沿第一直角边向贴附部弯折以覆盖在贴附部背离第一粘胶层的表面上。易撕贴贴附在直角区上,且其直角三角形的两直角边与保护膜的直角区的两直角边的边缘平齐。易撕贴的条形的延伸方向与保护膜的对角线的延伸方
向相同;或者,其条形的延伸方向与保护膜的直角区的直角的角平分线的延伸方向相同。
与上述实施例所述的保护膜组件不同,本实施例中,易撕贴的条形的延伸方向还可以与保护膜的对角线的延伸方向相同。
例如,当保护膜为矩形时,易撕贴的条形的延伸方向可以与保护膜的对角线的延伸方向相同,从而易撕贴的第二贴附区可沿保护膜的对角线的延伸方向贴附。在剥离保护膜时,保护膜的受力方向可沿其对角线方向。
例如,保护膜的对角线的延伸方向或直角区的直角的角平分线的延伸方向可以与直角三角形的直角的角平分线的延伸方向不同。例如,保护膜的直角区的直角的角平分线的延伸方向与直角三角形的直角的角平分线的延伸方向相同,而保护膜的对角线的延伸方向与直角三角形的斜边的垂线的延伸方向相同。
需要说明的是,本公开实施例中,当保护膜为扇形时,“对角线”可以为从直角区的直角顶点延伸到直角区对应的圆弧的中点的直线;“对角线”还可以为由该直角区的两直角边所限定的矩形的对角线。
在本公开实施例中,保护膜的类型、制作方法以及保护膜与易撕贴的设置关系等可参考上述保护膜组件的实施例中的相关描述,易撕贴的详细说明可以参考上述易撕贴的实施例中相关描述。重复之处不再赘述。
本公开实施例还提供一种剥离上述保护膜组件的实施例提供的保护膜组件的操作方法。图5示出了本公开实施提供的一种剥离保护膜的操作方法的流程图;图6a至6c示出了本公开实施提供的一种剥离保护膜的操作方法的工艺流程图。
例如,如图5所示,本公开实施例的操作方法包括如下步骤:
S1、分离贴附部和撕手部;
S2、剥离保护膜。
下面以保护膜为矩形结构为例对本公开实施例的操作方法进行详细说明。
例如,如图6a所示,该保护膜组件可以设置在面板300上。易撕贴100贴附在保护膜200的直角区,且易撕贴100的撕手部通过第二粘胶层粘附在贴附部上,例如撕手部和贴附部可以呈镜像对称,从而撕手部与贴附部完全重叠。
例如,易撕贴100可以沿保护膜200的对角线的延伸方向或直角区的直角的角平分线的延伸方向贴附在保护膜200上。
例如,面板300可以为金属面板或非金属面板,非金属面板例如可以为玻璃面板、石英面板、陶瓷面板、塑料面板或硅胶面板等,又例如可以为形成有功能部件的面板,例如液晶显示面板、有机发光二极管显示面板等;金属面板例如可以为电镀锌钢板、热浸锌钢板、镀铝锌钢板或紫铜板等。
例如,如图6b所示,握持撕手部沿第一方向拉扯撕手部,以分离撕手部和贴附部。
例如,如图6c所示,握持撕手部沿第二方向拉扯撕手部,使撕手部从保护膜200的直角顶点开始对保护膜200施加力,保护膜200的受力位置从直角顶点延伸至两直角边,从而将保护膜200从面板300上剥离。
例如,第二方向可以为保护膜200的对角线的延伸方向,第二方向还可以为保护膜200的直角区的直角的角平分线的延伸方向。
需要说明的是,在上述保护膜组件的实施例中,保护膜组件中的易撕贴100与保护膜200为一体结构。当易撕贴100与保护膜200不为一体结构时,该操作方法还可以包括贴附易撕贴。例如,当易撕贴100处于折叠状态下,首先撕除第一粘胶层上的离型膜,将直角三角形的两直角边与保护膜200的直角区的两直角边的边缘对齐,然后将贴附部贴附在直角区上,从而形成保护膜组件;又例如,当易撕贴100处于展开状态下,首先撕除第一粘胶层上的离型膜,将直角三角形的两直角边与保护膜200的直角区的两直角边的边缘对齐,然后将贴附部贴附在直角区上;接着撕除第二粘胶层上的离型膜,将撕手部沿第一直角边向贴附部弯折以覆盖在贴附部上,最后通过第二粘胶层将撕手部和贴附部粘附在一起,形成保护膜组件。
对于本公开,还有以下几点需要说明:
(1)本公开实施例附图只涉及到与本公开实施例涉及到的结构,其他结构可参考通常设计。
(2)为了清晰起见,在用于描述本公开的实施例的附图中,层或区域的厚度被放大或缩小,即这些附图并非按照实际的比例绘制。
(3)在不冲突的情况下,本公开的实施例及实施例中的特征可以相互组合以得到新的实施例。
以上所述仅为本公开的具体实施方式,但本公开的保护范围并不局限于此,本公开的保护范围应以所述权利要求的保护范围为准。
Claims (17)
- 一种易撕贴,包括:主体层和第一粘胶层,所述主体层包括贴附部和撕手部,所述第一粘胶层设置在所述贴附部上,其中,所述贴附部包括第一贴附区和第二贴附区,所述第一贴附区为直角三角形,所述第二贴附区为条形;所述撕手部通过所述直角三角形的第一直角边与所述贴附部相连接,且被配置为沿所述第一直角边向所述贴附部弯折以覆盖在所述贴附部背离所述第一粘胶层的表面上。
- 根据权利要求1所述的易撕贴,其中,所述条形的延伸方向与所述直角三角形的直角的角平分线的延伸方向相同。
- 根据权利要求1或2所述的易撕贴,其中,所述直角三角形为等腰直角三角形,所述条形的延伸方向的中心线与所述直角三角形的斜边的垂直平分线重合。
- 根据权利要求1-3任一项所述的易撕贴,其中,所述撕手部包括与所述直角三角形的第一直角边相连的第一撕手区,在所述撕手部覆盖在所述贴附部背离所述第一粘胶层的表面上的状态下,所述第一撕手区的边缘不超过所述直角三角形的第二直角边。
- 根据权利要求4所述的易撕贴,其中,所述第一撕手区和所述第一贴附区相对于所述第一直角边对称。
- 根据权利要求4或5所述的易撕贴,其中,所述撕手部还包括第二撕手区,在所述撕手部覆盖在所述贴附部背离所述第一粘胶层的表面上的状态下,所述第二撕手区至少部分覆盖在所述第二贴附区上。
- 根据权利要求6所述的易撕贴,其中,所述第二撕手区和所述第二贴附区相对于所述第一直角边对称。
- 根据权利要求1-7任一项所述的易撕贴,还包括:第二粘胶层,其中,所述第二粘胶层设置在所述撕手部和所述贴附部至少之一上,且所述第一粘胶层与所述第二粘胶层分别设置在所述主体层在展开状态下彼此相对的两个表面上。
- 根据权利要求8所述的易撕贴,其中,在所述撕手部覆盖在所述贴附部背离所述第一粘胶层的表面上的状态下,所述第二粘胶层位于所述撕手部和所述贴附部之间。
- 根据权利要求8或9所述的易撕贴,其中,所述第二粘胶层覆盖所述撕手部和/或所述贴附部靠近所述第一直角边的一部分。
- 根据权利要求8-10任一项所述的易撕贴,其中,所述第二粘胶层覆盖所述第二贴附区靠近所述第一直角边的一部分。
- 根据权利要求8-11任一项所述的易撕贴,其中,所述第一粘胶层的粘附力大于所述第二粘胶层的粘附力。
- 一种保护膜组件,包括:权利要求1-12任一项所述的易撕贴;保护膜,所述保护膜包括一直角区;其中,所述易撕贴粘附在所述直角区上,且所述直角三角形的两直角边与所述直角区的两直角边的边缘平齐。
- 根据权利要求13所述的保护膜组件,其中,所述条形的延伸方向与所述直角三角形的直角的角平分线的延伸方向相同。
- 根据权利要求13所述的保护膜组件,其中,所述条形的延伸方向与所述保护膜的对角线的延伸方向相同。
- 根据权利要求13-15任一项所述的保护膜组件,其中,所述贴附部粘附在所述保护膜的边缘内侧。
- 根据权利要求13-16任一项所述的保护膜组件,其中,在所述撕手部覆盖在所述贴附部背离所述第一粘胶层的表面上的状态下,所述撕手部位于所述保护膜的边缘内侧。
