燃气灶安全控制系统 技术领域
本发明实施例涉及智能家居领域,尤其涉及一种燃气灶安全控制系统。
背景技术
现代社会,燃气灶已经成为人们日常生活不可缺少的厨房用具,燃气灶给人们的生活带来了极大的方便。但是,往往由于粗心大意或记性较差等原因,导致忘记关闭燃气灶或者在煮食物过程中忘记关注食物是否溢出,从而产生燃气灶出火口被堵塞等危险情况,容易造成煤气泄漏,甚至发生火灾,存在较大安全隐患。
发明内容
本发明实施例提供一种燃气灶安全控制系统,包括:侦测模块,用于侦测燃气灶出火口周边特定区域的温度下降变化;判断模块,用于在预设时间间隔内判断所述温度下降变化是否落入预设的范围,如果是,则判断燃气灶出火口被异物覆盖,否则,判断燃气灶正常工作;控制模块,用于当判断燃气灶出火口被异物覆盖时,控制燃气灶进行报警提示或关闭燃气灶。
本发明实施例提供的燃气灶安全控制系统,其能够侦测燃气灶出火口附近的温度变化,而判断当前是否有异物落入燃气灶出火口,并根据判断结果进行相应的控制,从而能够避免危险发生。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和具体实施例对本发明的技术方案作进一步更详细的描述。显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明的一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有作出创造性劳动的前提下 所获得的所有其他实施例,都应属于本发明保护的范围。
下面通过附图和实施例,对本发明的技术方案做进一步的详细描述。
图1为本发明一种燃气灶安全控制系统100的系统架构图。如图1所示,本发明一种燃气灶安全控制系统100,至少包括:侦测模块10、判断模块20以及控制模块30。
具体来说,所述侦测模块10用于侦测燃气灶出火口周边特定区域的温度下降变化。更具体的,该侦测模块10包括多个温度传感器,设置在燃气灶出火口周边,能够分别检测燃气灶出火口附近的温度以及温度变化。本实施例中,多个所述温度传感器与一单片机集成,所述单片机能够根据各个温度传感器检测到的温度变化趋势,而输出温度下降变化值。本实施例中,所述温度传感器设置在出火口周边5cm半径距离的圆形范围内。
通常情况下,当有液体等异物溢出并覆盖到出火口时,出火口周边因异物的存在,而使得出火口温度骤降,因此可根据侦测出火口附近温度变化而确定是否有液体等异物溢出到出火口附近。所述判断模块20即用于在预设时间间隔内判断所述温度下降变化是否落入预设的范围,如果是,则判断燃气灶出火口被异物覆盖,否则,判断燃气灶正常工作。本实施例中,所述预设时间间隔是5秒,所述预设的范围是5~20摄氏度,也就是,当判断5秒内温度下降5~20摄氏度时,即可判断燃气灶出火口被异物覆盖,如果5秒内温度下降小于5摄氏度,或超出5秒后才下降到更低的温度,则判断燃气灶正常工作。
所述控制模块30用于当判断燃气灶出火口被异物覆盖时,控制燃气灶进行报警提示或关闭燃气灶。本实施例中,该燃气灶上设置有多个警示灯和/或多个语音提示器,所述警示灯和语音提示器与所述控制模块30连接,并根据所述控制模块30的控制命令,发出对应的警示信号。
请参阅图2,在另一个实施例中,所述燃气灶安全控制系统100进一步包括:摄像装置40以及智能手机端50。
所述摄像装置40用于拍摄燃气灶当前状况,并将拍摄的图片通过无线传输模块传送至智能手机端50以显示给用户。本实施例中,该摄像装置40为设置于该抽油烟机上的微型摄像头。
智能手机端50用于接收摄像装置40拍摄的图片,并将其显示给用户,以便用户对当前的燃气灶工作情况予以了解,并做出反应。具体的,该智能手机 端50包括提示模块、定时控制模块30以及燃气灶关闭控制模块30,该提示模块于接收到摄像装置40传送的图片后,产生提示信息;该定时控制模块30用于发送定时控制信息至第一定时模块,以启动第一定时模块进行定时;该燃气灶关闭控制模块30用于产生燃气灶关闭控制信号至燃气灶开关控制模块30。若等待若干时间,用户未启动该定时控制模块30,则该燃气灶关闭控制模块30自动产生燃气灶关闭控制信号至燃气灶开关控制模块30。
本实施例中,该燃气灶开关控制模块30包括顺序连接的无线接收模块、阀门开关检测单元、中央控制器以及电子阀门开关,该无线接收模块用于接收智能手机端50的燃气灶关闭控制信号,当无线接收模块接收到该燃气灶关闭控制信号,则启动该阀门开关检测单元检测燃气灶上的阀门是否处于开启状态,若处于开启状态,则通过中央控制器自动关闭该电子阀门开关。
本发明提供的燃气灶安全控制系统100,其能够侦测燃气灶出火口附近的温度变化,而判断当前是否有异物落入燃气灶出火口,并根据判断结果进行相应的控制,从而能够避免危险发生。此外,通过定时启动摄像装置40对灶台情况进行拍照,并通过无线发送用户的智能手机,以便用户对灶台情况及时了解,并做出相应反应,进一步降低了危险隐患。
通过以上实施例的描述,本领域的技术人员可以清楚地了解到本发明可借助软件加必需的通用硬件平台的方式来实现,当然也可以通过硬件,但很多情况下前者是更佳的实施方式。基于这样的理解,本发明实施例的技术方案本质上或者说对现有技术做出贡献的部分可以以软件产品的形式体现出来,该软件产品存储在一个存储介质中,包括若干指令用以使得移动设备(可以是手机,个人计算机,媒体播放器等)执行本发明各个实施例所述的方法。这里所称的存储介质,如:ROM/RAM、磁盘、光盘等。
最后应说明的是:以上实施例仅用以说明本发明的技术方案而非对其进行限制,尽管参照较佳实施例对本发明进行了详细的说明,本领域的普通技术人员应当理解:其依然可以对本发明的技术方案进行修改或者等同替换,而这些修改或者等同替换亦不能使修改后的技术方案脱离本发明技术方案的精神和范围。

Claims (8)

  1. 一种燃气灶安全控制系统,包括:
    侦测模块,用于侦测燃气灶出火口周边特定区域的温度下降变化;
    判断模块,用于在预设时间间隔内判断所述温度下降变化是否落入预设的范围,如果是,则判断燃气灶出火口被异物覆盖,否则,判断燃气灶正常工作;
    控制模块,用于当判断燃气灶出火口被异物覆盖时,控制燃气灶进行报警提示或关闭燃气灶。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的燃气灶安全控制系统,进一步包括:
    摄像装置,用于拍摄燃气灶当前状况,并将拍摄的图片通过无线传输模块传送至智能手机端以显示给用户。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的燃气灶安全控制系统,其特征在于:该智能手机端包括提示模块、定时控制模块以及燃气灶关闭控制模块,该提示模块于接收到摄像装置传送的图片后,产生提示信息;该定时控制模块用于发送定时控制信息至第一定时模块,以启动第一定时模块进行定时;该燃气灶关闭控制模块用于产生燃气灶关闭控制信号至燃气灶开关控制模块。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的燃气灶安全控制系统,其特征在于:若等待若干时间,用户未启动该定时控制模块,则该燃气灶关闭控制模块自动产生燃气灶关闭控制信号至燃气灶开关控制模块。
  5. 如权利要求2所述的燃气灶安全控制系统,其特征在于:该燃气灶开关控制模块包括顺序连接的无线接收模块、阀门开关检测单元、中央控制器以及电子阀门开关,该无线接收模块用于接收智能手机端的燃气灶关闭控制信号,当无线接收模块接收到该燃气灶关闭控制信号,则启动该阀门开关检测单元检测燃气灶上的阀门是否处于开启状态,若处于开启状态,则通过中央控制器自动关闭该电子阀门开关。
  6. 如权利要求2所述的燃气灶安全控制系统,其特征在于:该摄像装置为设置于该抽油烟机上的微型摄像头。
  7. 如权利要求1所述的燃气灶安全控制系统,其特征在于:该侦测模块包括多个温度传感器,设置在燃气灶出火口周边。
  8. 如权利要求1所述的燃气灶安全控制系统,其特征在于:该燃气灶上设置有多个警示灯和/或多个语音提示器,所述警示灯和语音提示器与所述控制模 块连接。
