目前,装配式的各种桁架支撑体其结构杆件间的连接技术很多,大多数的连接节点技术,包括扣接头连接技术,都需要使用连接螺栓锁紧连接,互相连接的结构杆件之间传递应力时需要连接螺栓直接受拉、受压或受剪切的方式传递,其安全性、可靠性、耐久性不理想,结构杆件的装配施工过程对工人的工艺要求高,劳动强度大,而最新的、无需连接螺栓的连接头为套接头,但是套接头由于是一个完整的圆筒体结构,其装配施工时受很多限制,其必须由要相连接的连通杆件端部套入,且其由于是一个完整的圆筒体,所以其所构成的连接杆件无法实施同级间的延伸连接,套接头的应用及装配施工极不便利。
发明内容

  3. 根据权利要求1所述的自扣紧杆件连接头,其特征在于:所述的短接头(2)包括:短连接部(5)、短扣紧斜面(8)、短扣接部(6)、短连接加强件(10+18);所述的短连接部(5)、短扣紧斜面(8)、短扣接部(6)、短连接加强件(10+18)为同质的一整体构件,所述的短扣接部(6)为有一定厚度,高度与所述的长接头高度同,其水平截面稍小于半个圆的构件,其水平截面的内直径与要连接的连通杆件(14)水平截面的外直径同,短扣接部(6)的两直边的外径方向固定连接两平行的高度与短扣接部(6)高度同的短连接部(5),所述的两个短连接部(5)中间设置短连接加强件(10+18),所述的短连接部(5)远向短扣接部(6)的端面为短扣紧斜面(8),所述的短扣紧斜面(8)上边近向短扣接部(6),下边远向短扣接部(6)倾斜,同时所述的短扣紧斜面(8)的水平截面边由外端远向短扣接部(6)向内端近向短扣接部(6)倾斜;每个短扣紧斜面(8)两方向的倾斜斜率相应的与所述的长扣紧斜面(7)的两个方向的倾斜斜率相一致,尺寸匹配,令完成自扣紧连接后的短扣紧斜面(8)与长扣紧斜面(7)互相完全紧密贴合,并高度端对齐。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的自扣紧杆件连接头,其特征在于:所述的短连接加强件(10+18)包括:短连接加强主件(10)、短连接加强附件(18),所述的短连接加强主件(10)为一小段矩形管材,或是一小段从一端截面为矩形过度到另一端截面为圆形的管材,其壁厚等于或大于需连接的连接杆件杆身(13)壁厚,其截面内表面与连接杆件杆身(13)截面外表面相切或吻合,其一端截面为矩形的端头与短扣接部(6)圆弧外表面固定连接,两侧面与短连接部(5)贴合固定连接,短连接加强主件(10)截面为矩形的四个面中间与轴线平行位置设有预留连接槽孔(12);所述的短连接加强附件(18)为小块矩形体部件,其与短连接加强主件(10)、短连接部(5)、短扣接部(6)固定连接,或一体成形为整体。
  5. 根据权利要求2所述的自扣紧杆件连接头,其特征在于:所述的长连接部(3)设置有定位螺栓孔(11),每边长连接部(3)至少设置有两个定位螺栓孔(11),两边对称成对设置,当所述的长接头(1)与所述的短接头(2)自扣紧连接后,穿越定位螺栓孔(11)的上定位螺栓(16)、下定位螺栓(17)分置于短连接加强主件(10)的上、下。
