- the installation information used for the installation work can be displayed on the display screen 95 of the tablet terminal 90 according to the installation program 92b. it can. As a result, the man-hours required for installing the plurality of indoor units 20b are reduced.
- the building ID Since the building ID is already recorded on the plurality of stickers 40 at the time of shipment, the building ID can be obtained from the sticker 40 after the shipment and the building 112 in which the indoor unit 20b is installed can be confirmed during delivery and / or after delivery. it can. As a result, it is possible to simplify the confirmation work at the time of delivery of the indoor unit 20b, reduce the erroneous delivery, and reduce the work man-hours until the indoor unit 20b is installed.
- the device ID can be read from the seal 40 and referred to the installation database 36 by the tablet terminal 90 which is an inquiry device, the installation information of the indoor unit 20b can be obtained at the site using the tablet terminal 90.
- the tablet terminal 90 it is possible to reduce the number of work steps for obtaining installation information and instructing work procedures at the site.
- the building ID and the device ID can be easily read from the sticker 40 that is a display object given to the indoor unit 20b by the reading device 96 of the tablet terminal 90, the building ID can be obtained by pointing the tablet terminal 90 toward the sticker 40 of the indoor unit 20b. And installation information associated with the device ID can be obtained immediately. As a result, the work of searching for installation information from the building ID and the device ID can be omitted.
- the storage device is a device that stores data used by the CPU, such as a read-only memory.
- the short-range wireless communication unit includes a CPU.
- the CPU of the short-range wireless communication unit reads the building ID (example of first identification information) and the device ID (example of second identification information) stored in the storage device so as to perform the short-range wireless communication. It is configured.
- An example of the short-range wireless communication unit is an IC card (integrated circuit card).
- the device installation support system 1 transmits the first transmitted from the short-range wireless communication unit.
- An inquiry device having a receiving unit for receiving the identification information and the second identification information is provided.
- This inquiry device is, for example, a tablet terminal or a smartphone.

Abstract
