有鉴于此,本发明针对现有技术存在之缺失,其主要目的是提供一种伸缩管式车载后背支架,其其通过将安装杆设计为可弹性伸缩结构,其装设应用变得极其简单,同时,安装杆整体结构简单、紧凑,稳定性佳。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用如下之技术方案:
一种伸缩管式车载后背支架,包括有安装杆和装设于安装杆上以用于固定移动终端的的安装部;其中,所述安装杆包括有连接头和分别连接于连接头左、右端的两个连接管,两个连接管的外端均连接有卡持部,至少一个连接管内部装设有伸缩弹簧,相应的卡持部则受伸缩弹簧作用而相对连接管可左右位移式设置。
作为一种优选方案,所述伸缩弹簧为压力弹簧,所述卡持部具有向外开口的U形夹。

请参照图1至图4所示,其显示出了本发明之实施例的具体结构;所述伸缩管式车载后背支架,包括有安装杆和装设于安装杆上以用于固定移动终端的的安装部。
其中,所述安装杆包括有连接头10和分别连接于连接头10左、右端的两个连接管(分别如图示20、30),两个连接管的外端均连接有卡持部(分别如图示41、42),至少一个连接管30内部装设有伸缩弹簧,相应的卡持部42则受伸缩弹簧作用而相对连接管30可左右位移式设置。本实施例中,所述伸缩弹簧为压力弹簧50,所述卡持部42具有向外开口的U形夹401,所述U形夹401覆设有U形硅胶扣403。
所述卡持部41、卡持部42的内侧均连接有插接段402,所述插接段402伸入相应连接管的外端内部。所述插接段402的外表面、连接管的内表面,两者中其一设置有凸肋61,另一设置有凹槽62,所述凸肋61适配于凹槽62内,所述凸肋61、凹槽62均与连接管同轴向延伸设置。
所述安装部包括有装设于安装杆上的转动杆件70、安装于转动杆件70上的360度转动球头组件80及装设于360度转动球头组件80上的夹头90;其中,所述转动杆件70具有中空杆体段71和连接于中空杆体段71一侧的枢接口72,中空杆体段71套接于安装杆上,枢接口72的上、下侧均设置有锁固壁73,锁固壁73上开设有第一连接孔731,前述360度转动球头组件80具有枢接座81,其枢接座81上开设有第二连接孔811,枢接座81伸入枢接口72内,通过螺丝701依次穿过上侧的第一连接孔731、第二连接孔811及下侧的第一连接孔731,螺丝701的下端适配有调节螺母702,此处的螺丝701设置有调节柄部以方便手动调节。
所述连接头10具有中间限位台11和自中间限位台11两侧分别往外延伸的两个连接轴段(如图示连接轴段12、连接轴段13);一个连接管20套设于其中一个连接轴段12的外围,另一个连接管30套设于中间限位台11的外围,伸缩弹簧(图示:压力弹簧50)一端套设于另一个连接轴段13的外围,伸缩弹簧另一端连接于相应的卡持部42;前述中空杆体段71的一端往内径向延伸形成有环形止挡部74,中空杆体段71套设于前述另一个连接管30的外围,环形止挡部74限位于前述另一个连接管30的内侧端。
当然,所述伸缩弹簧也可以设计为拉力弹簧,这样,将前述卡持部设计为具有向内开口的勾部,在使用时,将其中一个或两个卡持部往外拉,使两个卡持部分别勾于两个金属杆的外侧,利用弹簧拉力形成安装杆于车座头枕金属杆上的定位。这种勾部式设计相比前述U形夹结构设计而言,安装杆的整体体积会稍大一些,因此,在实际设计应用时可以依据实际需优选前述如图1至图4所示的实施方案。
综上所述,本发明的设计重点在于,其主要是通过将安装杆设计为可弹性伸缩结构,其装设应用变得极其简单,直接将安装杆卡持于车座头枕金属杆100上即可,拆卸时将一卡持部42沿内侧移动(或将卡持部41、卡持部42同时往内移)即可将整个安装杆取出;同时,安装杆整体结构简单、紧凑,稳定性佳。
以上所述,仅是本发明的较佳实施例而已,并非对本发明的技术范围作任何限制,故凡是依据本发明的技术实质对以上实施例所作的任何细微修改、等同变化与修饰,均仍属于本发明技术方案的范围内。

Claims (8)

  1. 一种伸缩管式车载后背支架,其特征在于:包括有安装杆和装设于安装杆上以用于固定移动终端的的安装部;其中,所述安装杆包括有连接头和分别连接于连接头左、右端的两个连接管,两个连接管的外端均连接有卡持部,至少一个连接管内部装设有伸缩弹簧,相应的卡持部则受伸缩弹簧作用而相对连接管可左右位移式设置。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的伸缩管式车载后背支架,其特征在于:所述伸缩弹簧为压力弹簧,所述卡持部具有向外开口的U形夹。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的伸缩管式车载后背支架,其特征在于:所述U形夹覆设有U形硅胶扣。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的伸缩管式车载后背支架,其特征在于:所述卡持部的内侧连接有插接段,所述插接段伸入相应连接管的外端内部。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的伸缩管式车载后背支架,其特征在于:所述插接段的外表面、连接管的内表面,两者中其一设置有凸肋,另一设置有凹槽,所述凸肋适配于凹槽内,所述凸肋、凹槽均与连接管同轴向延伸设置。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的伸缩管式车载后背支架,其特征在于:所述安装部包括有装设于安装杆上的转动杆件、安装于转动杆件上的360度转动球头组件及装设于360度转动球头组件上的夹头;其中,所述转动杆件具有中空杆体段和连接于中空杆体段一侧的枢接口,中空杆体段套接于安装杆上,枢接口的上、下侧均设置有锁固壁,锁固壁上开设有第一连接孔,前述360度转动球头组件具有枢接座,其枢接座上开设有第二连接孔,枢接座伸入枢接口内,通过螺丝依次穿过上侧的第一连接孔、第二连接孔及下侧的第一连接孔,螺丝的下端适配有调节螺母。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的伸缩管式车载后背支架,其特征在于:所述连接头具有中间限位台和自中间限位台两侧分别往外延伸的两个连接轴段;一个连接管套设于其中一个连接轴段的外围,另一个连接管套设于中间限位台的外围,伸缩弹簧一端套设于另一个连接轴段的外围,伸缩弹簧另一端连接于相应的卡持部;前述中空杆体段的一端往内径向延伸形成有环形止挡部,中空杆体段套设于前述另一个连接管的外围,环形止挡部限位于前述另一个连接管的内侧端。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的伸缩管式车载后背支架,其特征在于:所述伸缩弹簧为拉力弹簧,所述卡持部具有向内开口的勾部。
