屏幕装置及其纱网结构 技术领域
本发明与屏幕装置有关,特别是指一种能将透光或不透光、通风及不通风等特性的屏幕组配在一纱网结构上之屏幕装置。
背景技术
目前居家或办公的场合为了达到遮阳或遮蔽的隐私效果,许多的建物门窗会在不影响通风的情况下增设一屏幕装置,但目前的建物门窗却只能选择不透光的屏幕装置或具有通风效果的屏幕装置其中之一来安装使用,因而造成使用的不便;是以,为了改善前述的问题,一中华民国发明专利第I312026号公开了一种折迭式纱窗,其主要于一窗框中设有两折帘模块,且两折帘模块中各设有一活动框及一折帘,而两折帘模块的折帘则分别具有通风及不透光遮阳的作用;因此,藉由前述的结构配置,令使用者能够依通风或遮阳不同的需求来拉动其中一活动框,藉以展开折帘模块中的折帘,而令此一习用技术能够在同一窗框中备具有通风及遮阳两种不同的使用模式。
惟上述的习用技术虽能在同一窗框中达到通风及遮阳两种不同的功能,但仍有下列缺点。
一、习用技术的每一模块中均设有一用来拉动展开折帘的活动框,而两活动框的设置却造成构件及成本的增加。
二、习用技术中为了增加折帘的防掀离能力,均会在两折帘模块中各设置一组网线,惟此两组网线的配置,不仅造成安装的复杂度增加,且同时增添了日后维修的困难与不便。
三、再者,习用技术中的两活动框一旦采上、下配置时,折帘常会因两活动框的重量而自动下滑。
发明内容
本发明的主要的目的提供一种能将通风、遮阳或不透光等多种不同使用特性的屏幕组配在同一纱网结构上,令一活动框的操控,使本发明的纱网结构能够具有通风、蔽阳或不透光等预期的效果外,亦具简化构件及降低成本等多重效益。
本发明的又一主要目的提供一种仅需一组网线即可提供纱网结构足够防掀离能力的屏幕 装置,藉此改善习用技术因多组网线的配置,造成安装的复杂度增加及日后维修困难等问题。
本发明的再一主要目的提供一种屏幕不受活动框重量而下滑的屏幕装置。
本发明的技术方案:一种屏幕装置之纱网结构,其至少具有两屏幕,而该两屏幕间形成至少有一迭接部,而一挠性件穿设过该迭接部。其中位于该迭接部的该两屏幕上均设有复数个通孔,而该挠性件穿过前述复数个该通孔。其中一屏幕为一透明膜、一浅色纸材、一透光之平面纱网或一透光之折迭式纱网的其中一种。其中一屏幕为一不织布、一塑料、一复合材料、一深色纸材、一不透光之平面纱网或一不透光之折迭式纱网的其中一种。其中一屏幕为一经纬交织疏松而具通风效果之折迭式纱网,而另一屏幕则为一经纬交织紧密而不具通风效果之折迭式纱网或折迭式布体之其中一种。其中该两屏幕为相同材质的布体或相同材质的网体之其中一种。其中该挠性件为一线材或一绳体之其中一种。
屏幕装置包括:一固定件、一拉杆及一纱网结构,其中该纱网结构设于该固定件及该拉杆之间,且该纱网结构上设有至少一网线。其中该挠性件为该网线。其中该固定件为一盒体,而该盒体内置有一滚动条,且该滚动条供该纱网结构卷绕于其上。
本发明的有益效果为:提供一种能将通风、遮阳或不透光等多种不同使用特性的屏幕组配在同一纱网结构上,令一活动框的操控,使本发明的纱网结构能够具有通风、蔽阳或不透光等预期的效果外,亦具简化构件及降低成本等多重效益。另外,本发明提供一种仅需一组网线即可提供纱网结构足够防掀离能力的屏幕装置,藉此改善习用技术因多组网线的配置,造成安装的复杂度增加及日后维修困难等问题。最后,本发明提供一种屏幕不受活动框重量而下滑的屏幕装置。

具体实施方式
请参阅第1图及第2图所示,为本发明一种屏幕装置之第一较佳实施例,其包括:一固定件(1)、一拉杆(2)及一纱网结构(3);其中该固定件(1)供固定在一外框(4)的内缘(42)上,而该固定件(1)可为一框料或一板件的其中一种,而在本实施例中,该固定件(1)为一框料;又该拉杆(2)供设在该外框(4)所框围的开口(41)内并滑移于其中,另该纱网结构(3)设于该固定件(1)及该拉杆(2)之间,令该拉杆(2)在滑移的过程中,可拉动该纱网结构(3)行展开或收纳等作动,进而开启或关闭该外框(4)的开口(41);另该外框(4)为一门窗外框或屏幕装置之外框的其中一种。

再请参阅第3图及第4图所示,其中在本实施例中,该挠性件(34)可用该网线(35)来取代,令该网线(35)的路径可穿过设过该第一屏幕(31)及该第二屏幕(32)的该通孔(311)、(321),并利用该网线(35)将该第一屏幕(31)及该第二屏幕(32)串接成一体,令本实施例之屏幕装置可不因为该挠性件(35)的设置,而有构件增加的问题外,且本实施例仅需一组网线(35)即可 提供该纱网结构(3)足够的防掀离能力,因而能改善习用技术因多组网线的配置,而有安装复杂度增加及日后维修困难等问题;再者,由于本实施例的该第一屏幕(31)及该第二屏幕(32)可采用经纬交织疏松及经纬交织紧密的折迭式纱网,致本实施例的该第一屏幕(31)及该第二屏幕(32)同时亦具有通风及不通风不同的功能。
