Description

一种车用投影膜的使用方法 技术领域
本发明涉及汽车电子光学领域,具体地,涉及一种车用投影膜的使用方法。
背景技术
随着汽车行业的发展,汽车的使用越来越普及,汽车周边产品的研发和应用越来越受到人们重视,汽车广告的需求也越来越大,目前国内市场上的广告还集中在PET膜或者粘纸等粘贴在汽车后车窗玻璃或者粘贴到汽车外壳上,此类广告是无法实时更新,材料也无法重复利用,每次更换需要耗费大量人力、物力、时间。车载电子屏广告可以实时更换、重复利用,但传统的LED屏功耗大、分辨率低、成像粗糙,并且屏幕均为不透材质,对司机视线也有一定影响,过于集中的传统LED灯广告也是城市光污染的主要原因之一。车窗广告的智能化、柔和化是户外流动媒体发展的大势所趋。
现有的投影膜成像系统,一般利用电脑、传统投影机及全息投影膜等设备来实现,但易受环境光影响,因此,一般需要较高亮度的投影机,且需要光线较暗的场合使用,才能获得较佳的效果。由此,极大限制了投影膜的成像应用方式。
传统投影膜,从未在汽车这样的载体上使用过,所以传统投影膜未考虑过高低温、震动、高湿度、高灰尘度等营运车辆环境下的设计和使用。
发明内容
本发明提供了一种既不影响汽车车窗的正常功能,又能将投影设备投射的图像显现出来的膜,通过膜与汽车车窗的贴合,将汽车车窗变成一个投影幕布, 投影设备可以在车窗上投射图像。
本发明提供的一种车用投影膜的使用方法,其特征在于:将车用投影膜贴附于车窗玻璃上,投影设备(该投影设备可安装于车内的任一位置,一般安装于投影膜对向的位置)向上述车用投影膜投射影像后,上述车用投影膜通过将图像反射到车窗玻璃的表面,从而在车窗玻璃上成像;
其中,上述车用投影膜,以透明材质的投影膜作为底膜,在其上设置平面和/或立体图案。
即、在本发明中,通过将投影机投射出的光成像的膜贴在车窗上,再用投影机照射这张膜,使得投影机要投射的图像在膜上成像,由于膜与车窗紧密的贴合在一起,所以,使得车窗也具备了成像功能。
该透明材质的投影膜可选用市售的任意具有柔韧性,且透明度佳的投影膜,如:全息投影膜,全息透明背投自粘膜等。
该图案可以为任一几何图形或非几何图形的图案,其覆盖的面积和每个图案的大小均可根据使用的需要进行调整。
通过膜上图案排布及间距,图案涂料颜色和透光度的不同,来实现在车窗上驻留光。
进一步地,本发明提供的一种车用投影膜的使用方法,还具有这样的特点:即、以微型印刷工艺,在投影膜上印刷上,非透明的平面图案。
由于此类图案非完全透光的设置,当其印刷于透明底膜上后,可通过色彩对光吸收和反射的差异,使投影于其上的图像出现驻留效果,从而实现图像的延时;同时,由于此时的底膜并非全透明的结构,使其受环境光的影响变小,由此,可降低投影机的投影亮度,且在阳光强烈的白天也可正常使用投影成像的效果。
进一步地,本发明提供的一种车用投影膜的使用方法,还具有这样的特点:即、以微型造型工艺,在投影膜上雕刻出立体图案。
由于此类图案由于其立体的特性,可在透明底膜上呈现凹凸的效果,进而在光照的情况下,形成明暗交替的视觉效果,由此,可延长图像的滞留时间,同时,通过底膜的凹凸造型,在投影机进行一定角度投影的基础上,所形成的图像还可实现悬浮于空中的立体感。
如:选用与投影膜呈15-60°角、25-100cm距离进行投影的情况下,可呈现立体的效果。当然,根据车型和投影距离的不同,上述角度还可随环境的差异进行调整。
进一步地,本发明提供的一种车用投影膜的使用方法,还具有这样的特点:即、上述图案以矩阵的方式均布于投影膜上。
进一步地,本发明提供的一种车用投影膜的使用方法,还具有这样的特点:即、上述图案与图案之间的间距为0.1-5厘米。

本发明的作用和效果:
本发明提供了一种投影膜的使用方法,在本发明的方法中,选用透明材质的、有一定韧性的柔软的膜,该膜可以贴合在汽车车窗的内侧,与车窗结合成一体;该膜透明,不影响司机通过贴有该膜的车窗观察车外情况;该膜具有一定的防紫外线和隔热防爆功能,且可以滤过部分光线,直接在上面进行成像。在本发明的方法中,对上述膜的表面进行了微型印刷或微型造型处理,使车内或车外的投影设备投射的大部分光能够停留在膜的表面,并且使投影设备投射的像在膜上显现,由于膜贴合在汽车车窗上,进而使得投影设备投射的像在车窗上显现,进而将汽车车窗变成一块投影幕布。
此外,在本发明中,通过投影成像膜与车窗的结合,借助具备3/4G数据功能与云端管理的智能投影设备的投放,将汽车车窗变成一块广告屏,进而讲汽车变成一个流动的广告屏载体,可以实现广告的云端实时投放、地理位置的自动投放等功能。这种膜和投影设备与汽车和汽车车窗的结合可以长期使用,不需要经常更换,维护简单、管理便捷。
此外,该双向可视膜的至少一个表面设有透明保护膜,能通过接收外界光的表面设置来降低外界光干扰的投影膜,过滤至少部分外界光。

具体实施方式
实施例一、
本实施例一提供了一种车用投影膜的使用方法,以市售的透明材质的全息透明投影膜作为底膜,以微型印刷工艺,在投影膜上印刷上,色彩透明度为小于55%的白色圆形图案,如图1所示。
各圆形图案之间的间距为5cm,每个圆形的直径为5cm,(根据使用需求的不同,该图案可进行变化,间距和图形的长度宽度均为任一的调节)所有的圆形以矩阵的方式均布的印刷于投影膜上后,将该投影膜贴附于本车的后车窗上,将投影仪如图2所示的方向进行安装投影。
如图5所示,当服务器/云端对投影设备进行定位后,确定投影设备所在的 区域,进行播放视频的选择,完成选择后通过3G/4G网络将视频传送至投影设备,投影设备就该视频进行投影。
如图2所示,由于膜为双面透明膜,在本车后方的行人或司机可通过观察本车的后车窗来观看广告等投影视频。
实施例二、
本实施例二提供了一种车用投影膜的使用方法,以市售的透明材质的全息透明投影膜作为底膜,以微型造型工艺,在投影膜上雕刻出立体圆形图案,如图3所示。
各圆形图案之间的间距为5cm,每个圆形的直径为5cm,所有的圆形以矩阵的方式均布的微雕刻于投影膜上后,将该投影膜贴附于本车的后车窗上,将投影仪如图4所示的方向进行安装投影。
如图5所示,当服务器/云端对投影设备进行定位后,确定投影设备所在的区域,进行播放视频的选择,完成选择后通过3G/4G网络将视频传送至投影设备,投影设备就该视频进行投影。
如图4所示,由于膜上的图案为立体造型,当将投影仪安装于夹角为45°的位置时,呈现出类似于悬浮于玻璃外的立体图像视感,基于该底膜为双面透明膜的特点,在本车后方的行人或司机可通过观察本车的后车窗来观看广告等投影视频。

  1. 一种车用投影膜的使用方法,其特征在于:将车用投影膜贴附于车窗玻璃上,投影设备向所述车用投影膜投射影像后,所述车用投影膜通过将图像反射到车窗玻璃的表面,从而在车窗玻璃上成像;
    其中,所述车用投影膜,以透明材质的投影膜作为底膜,在其上设置平面和/或立体图案。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的一种车用投影膜的使用方法,其特征在于:
    以微型印刷工艺,在投影膜上印刷上,非透明的平面图案。
