进一步地,所述安装支架包括设置于所述黑板200侧边上的安装底座410,连接于所述安装底座410上的支架杆420,所述支架杆420突出于所述黑板200外侧,所述摄像头430安装于所述支架杆420的端部并面对所述黑板200。通过安装底座410将所述摄像装置400固定于所述黑板200上,便于对所述摄像装置进行安装和拆卸。此外,通过设置突出的支架杆420,可以使安装于所述支架杆420端部的摄像头430与黑板200保持合适的距离,使摄像头430的摄像效果更佳。
而且,所述安装底座410包括固定于所述黑板200侧面上的底座侧架412,以及设置于所述底座侧架412上并固定于所述黑板200顶面的底座基板414。通过安装于所述黑板200侧面和顶面的安装底座410,使安装底座410更加牢固稳定,从而能够为整个摄像装置400提供更稳定的支撑。此外,所述支架杆420包括固定于所述底座基板414上的竖直支杆422,以及与所述竖直支杆422连接并向所述黑板200外侧倾斜延伸的倾斜支杆424,所述摄像头430安装于所述倾斜支杆424端部。此外,所述竖直支杆422可与所述倾斜支杆424转动连接,使所述倾斜支杆424及摄像头430可沿着所述竖直支杆422转动,则可以调整摄像头430的位置。而且,还可以将所述倾斜支杆424设置为可伸缩结构,可将所述倾斜支杆424拉长或缩短,便于调节摄像头430与黑板100之间的间距,也便于对摄像装置400进行收纳。
而且,所述竖直支杆422底部设置有支杆安装板4222,所述支杆安装板4222固定于所述底座基板414上。所述支杆安装板4222具有较大的安装面积,便于与所述底座基板414安装固定,还能够对支架杆420提供更稳定的支持。此外,所述支杆安装板4222端部突出设置有第一卡勾4224(所述第一卡勾4224位于所述支杆安装板4222端部远离所述摄像头的一侧),所述底座基板414上开设有第一卡槽416(所述第一卡槽416位于所述底座基板414远离所述摄像 头的一端),所述第一卡勾4224卡设于所述第一卡槽414中。通过将所述第一卡勾4224卡装于所述第一卡槽414中,可以利用摄像装置400的重力卡装于所述底座基板414上(即利用安装支架自身的重力进行锁紧),可以快速实现对支架杆420及摄像头430的初步定位,然后利用螺丝将支杆安装板422固定到所述底座基板414上,方便摄像装置400的安装固定,而且安装快速稳定可靠。
此外,还可以在所述摄像装置400上附装录音装置,可以对教师的讲课内容进行录音。通过配合摄像装置400,可以同时对教师的讲课内容进行录像和录音,更便于学习者进行课后复习。而且,所述录音装置也同时与所述智能笔盒500连接,能够通过所述智能笔盒500同时对声音和图像文件进行存储和传输给外部设备。而且,所述录音装置也可以设置在所述支架杆420上,或者设置在所述摄像头430上,与所述摄像头430共用支撑结构。
此外,如图1至图4所示,所述智能记忆黑板还包括智能平板300,所述智能平板300通过所述智能笔盒500与所述摄像装置400连接。通过所述智能笔盒500可以对所述智能平板300和摄像装置400进行连接和控制。而且,所述摄像装置400获取的黑板200上的电子笔记可以传输并存储到所述智能笔盒500中,并通过所述智能笔盒500将电子笔记传输给所述智能平板300,从而使教师可以利用智能平板300对知识点进行重复讲解和演示,解决了传统黑板檫除书写内容后要重新书写而引起不必要的麻烦和负担,也可以使学习者能够利用智能平板300对讲解过的知识点进行重复观看和学习。
此外,还可以设置一个安装框架,将所述黑板200和智能平板300分别安装于所述安装框架的左右两侧,也可以将所述黑板200和智能平板300分别安装于所述安装框架的上下两侧。此外,也可设置单独的安装架对所述智能平板300进行安装支撑。而且,所述安装框架或安装架可以设置为长方形,便于安装所述黑板200或/和智能平板300,也便于加工制作。而且,还可以在所述安装框架或安装架后面设置壁挂结构,方便通过壁挂结构将所述黑板200和智能平板300挂装到墙壁上。此外,也可以在所述黑板200和智能平板300下安装 支脚架,可以直接将其放置在地面上,并利用支脚架进行支撑,方便进行移动和收纳。此外,所述安装框架可为所述黑板200自身的边框,也可以是另外设置的框架结构。此外,可以将所述摄像装置400安装于所述黑板200的上侧,也可安装于所述黑板200的左侧或右侧。
此外,如图5至图8所示,所述智能笔盒500包括设置于所述黑板200侧边上的笔盒连接座510,以及安装于所述笔盒连接座510上并开设有卡笔槽521的笔盒主体520,所述摄像装置400通过所述笔盒主体520与所述智能平板200连接。而且,通过所述笔盒连接座510将所述智能笔盒500安装固定于所述黑板200侧边上,稳定牢固。此外,通过笔盒主体520对摄像装置400和智能平板300进行控制,简单方便。
进一步地,所述笔盒连接座510包括设置于所述黑板200底部后侧的L形支撑板512,以及开设于所述黑板200底部上的第二卡槽514。所述笔盒主体520顶部设置有笔盒固定板,所述笔盒固定板固定于所述支撑板512上;所述笔盒固定板上还突出设置有第二卡勾524,所述第二卡勾524卡设于所述第二卡槽514中。利用所述笔盒固主体520顶部设置的第二卡勾524,可以快速将所述笔盒主体520快速卡接于所述第二卡槽514中,对所述笔盒主体520进行快速定位(通过笔盒主体520上设置的卡勾结构,可以利用笔盒主体520的自重对自己进行锁紧),然后利用螺丝可以将所述笔盒主体520顶部的笔盒固定板固定于所述笔盒连接座510的支持板512上,安装快速而且牢固稳定。
此外,所述摄像装置400的支架杆420的倾斜支杆424和竖直支杆422中设置有线槽,所述线槽中设置有与所述摄像头430连接的摄像导线。所述竖直支杆422上还设置有出线口,所述摄像导线从所述出线口穿出并与所述笔盒主体520连接。所述笔盒主体520通过所述摄像导线可以对摄像头进行控制,便于对黑板进行拍摄,同时还可将拍摄的影像传输给所述智能平板300。此外,所述线槽中还设置有与录音装置连接的音频导线,所述音频导线也与所述笔盒主体520连接,方便将录音装置录取的音频信息传输给所述智能平板300。
此外,所述笔盒主体520中设置有控制电路,所述笔盒主体520上设置有 与所述控制电路连接的影像输入接口526和影像输出接口,所述影像输入接口与所述摄像头430连接,所述影像输出接口与所述智能平板300连接。通过影像输入接口526可以将所述摄像装置400所摄取的影像资料传送到所述控制电路,并通过所述影像输出接口将所述影像资料(以及音频资料)传送到所述智能平板300。进一步地,所述影像输出接口包括设置于所述笔盒主体520后侧的第一影像输出接口527,所述第一影像输出接口527与所述智能平板300连接;还包括设置于所述笔盒主体520前侧的第二影像输出接口523,所述第二影像输出接口523设置为USB接口。通过所述第一影像输出接口527可将所述影像资料(以及音频资料)传送到所述智能平板300,通过所述第二影像输出接口523可将所述影像资料(以及音频资料)传送到外部存储装置,以供教师或学习者进行存储和拷贝。
此外,所述笔盒主体520后侧还设置有电源接口525,所述笔盒主体520前侧设置有电源开关522和状态指示灯。通过所述电源接口525可以与电源连接,可为所述智能笔盒500和智能平板300供电。而通过所述电源开关522可对摄像装置500(和智能平板)进行开关机,而状态指示灯可以显示摄像装置500(和智能平板300)的开关机状态。此外,还可以在所述笔盒主体520中设置无线连接模块(如WIFI模块、蓝牙模块等),并在所述智能平板300中设置对应的无线连接模块,可以实现所述智能笔盒与智能平板300的无线连接,可以进行无线信号传输。此外,通过所述无线连接模块,学习者还可以与所述智能笔盒500连接,可以无线传输所述摄像装置获取的影像资料(以及录音装置获取的音频资料),方便简单。
本发明提供的智能记忆黑板,能够利用延伸到黑板200前方摄像装置400对黑板上的书写内容自动进行记录形成电子笔记,并将电子笔记存储在智能笔盒500中;还可以将电子笔记输出到智能平板300上或/和外部存储装置上,学习者可以对存储到外部存储装置上的电子笔记进行拷贝,避免了学习者做笔记的负担,还方便学习者课后复习;而且,当教师在讲解黑板200上已经擦除的内容时,可以通过传输到智能平板300上的电子笔记进行翻查和演示,减轻 了教师的负担。
以上所述实施例的各技术特征可以进行任意的组合,为使描述简洁,未对所述实施例中的各个技术特征所有可能的组合都进行描述,然而,只要这些技术特征的组合不存在矛盾,都应当认为是本说明书记载的范围。
以上所述实施例仅表达了本发明的几种实施方式,其描述较为具体和详细,但并不能因此而理解为对发明专利范围的限制。应当指出的是,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明构思的前提下,还可以做出若干变形和改进,这些都属于本发明的保护范围。因此,本发明专利的保护范围应以所附权利要求为准。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种智能记忆黑板,其特征在于,包括黑板,设置于所述黑板上的智能笔盒及摄像装置,且所述摄像装置与所述黑板对应,所述摄像装置与所述智能笔盒相连接;
    所述摄像装置包括设置于所述黑板侧边上的安装支架,以及设置于所述安装支架上的摄像头,所述摄像头与所述智能笔盒相连接;所述安装支架突出于所述黑板上方,且所述摄像头与所述黑板的表面面对。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的智能记忆黑板,其特征在于,所述安装支架包括设置于所述黑板侧边上的安装底座,所述安装底座远离所述摄像头的一端开设有第一卡槽;
    连接于所述安装底座上的支架杆,所述支架杆突出于所述黑板外侧,所述摄像头安装于所述支架杆的一端部并面对所述黑板;且所述支架杆的另一端部远离所述摄像头的一侧设置有第一卡勾,所述第一卡勾与所述第一卡槽对应配合。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的智能记忆黑板,其特征在于,所述安装底座包括固定于所述黑板侧面上的底座侧架,以及设置于所述底座侧架上并固定于所述黑板顶面的底座基板;
    所述支架杆包括固定于所述底座基板上的竖直支杆,以及与所述竖直支杆连接并向所述黑板外侧倾斜延伸的倾斜支杆,所述摄像头安装于所述倾斜支杆端部。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的智能记忆黑板,其特征在于,所述竖直支杆底部设置有支杆安装板,所述支杆安装板固定于所述底座基板上;
    所述支杆安装板端部突出设置有所述第一卡勾,所述底座基板上开设有所述第一卡槽,所述第一卡勾卡设于所述第一卡槽中。
  5. 根据权利要求1-4任意一项所述的智能记忆黑板,其特征在于,还包括智能平板,所述智能平板通过所述智能笔盒与所述摄像装置连接;
    所述智能笔盒包括设置于所述黑板侧边的笔盒连接座,以及安装于所述笔 盒连接座上并开设有卡笔槽的笔盒主体,所述摄像装置通过所述笔盒主体与所述智能平板连接。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的智能记忆黑板,其特征在于,所述笔盒连接座包括设置于所述黑板底部后侧的L形支撑板,以及开设于所述黑板底部上的第二卡槽;
    所述笔盒主体顶部设置有笔盒固定板,所述笔盒固定板固定于所述支撑板上;所述笔盒固定板上还突出设置有第二卡勾,所述第二卡勾卡设于所述第二卡槽中。
  7. 根据权利要求5所述的智能记忆黑板,其特征在于,所述倾斜支杆和竖直支杆中设置有线槽,所述线槽中设置有与所述摄像头连接的摄像导线;
    所述竖直支杆上还设置有出线口,所述摄像导线从所述出线口穿出并与所述笔盒主体连接。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的智能记忆黑板,其特征在于,所述笔盒主体中设置有控制电路,所述笔盒主体上设置有与所述控制电路连接的影像输入接口和影像输出接口,所述影像输入接口与所述摄像头连接,所述影像输出接口与所述智能平板连接。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的智能记忆黑板,其特征在于,所述影像输出接口包括设置于所述笔盒主体后侧的第一影像输出接口,所述第一影像输出接口与所述智能平板连接;
    还包括设置于所述笔盒主体前侧的第二影像输出接口,所述第二影像输出接口设置为USB接口。
  10. 根据权利要求8所述的智能记忆黑板,其特征在于,所述笔盒主体后侧还设置有电源接口,所述笔盒主体前侧设置有电源开关和状态指示灯。
