具体实施方式
下面结合附图并通过具体实施方式来进一步说明本实用新型的技术方案。
如图1和2所示,本实用新型的实施例提供一种书写装置,包括书写板1、电子平板4和摄像装置2,书写板1用于供使用者书写并呈现书写内容,书写板1上设置第一底座5,电子平板4上设置第二底座8,摄像装置2通过支架6选择性安装在第一底座5或第二底座8上,摄像装置2用于拍摄电子平板4上的显示内容或书写内容,摄像装置2包括摄像头和主控单元,摄像头可实时地对显示内容和书写内容进行拍摄,主控单元用于控制摄像头对显示内容和书写内容进行拍摄和存储,主控单元与电子平板4通信连接。本实用新型通过在书写板1上设置摄像装置2,可以对书写板1上书写的内容进行实时拍摄,以将书写板1上书写的内容自动进行记录形成电子笔记,并对拍摄内容进行存储和信息传输,以便于在外部的显示设备上再现拍摄内容,摄像装置2自带主控单元,主控单元与电子平板4连接,既可以实现直接处理拍摄内容、传输数据、拍摄控制等操作,也可以通过电子平板4实现上述操作,即摄像装置2可独立运作,也可通过电子平板4进行控制,便于操作。另外,由于在电子平板4和书写板1上均设置底座,摄像装置2可通过支架6安装到任意一个底座上,选择性对电子平板4上的显示内容或者书写板1上的书写内容进行拍摄。
书写板1可以为黑板或白板,或者任意可以书写以呈现书写内容的平面板体。
摄像装置2在开启后,与电子平板4连通时,即可将摄像头拍摄的内容实时展现在电子平板4上,当需要对书写内容以电子笔记的方式进行储存时,将摄像装置2安装在第一底座5上,按压摄像装置2上的操作按钮,主控单元控 制摄像头对书写内容进行拍摄,或按压电子平板4上的操作按钮,电子平板4控制主控单元,主控单元再控制摄像头对书写内容进行拍摄,并形成图片、录像等形式的电子笔记储存在主控单元或电子平板4内,当需要拷贝电子笔记时,可以将U盘等设备插入到摄像装置2上的数据接口上;当需要拍摄电子平板4上的显示内容时,将摄像装置2安装在第二底座8上,按压摄像装置2上的操作按钮,主控单元控制摄像头对书写内容进行拍摄,或按压电子平板4上的操作按钮,电子平板4控制主控单元,主控单元再控制摄像头对书写内容进行拍摄,并形成图片、录像等形式的电子笔记储存在主控单元内。
在本实用新型的一个优选的实施例中,参照图1,书写板1包括第一本体11和设置在第一本体11周部的第一边框12,第一底座5可拆卸设置在第一边框12上。电子平板4包括第二本体41和设置在第二本体41周部的第二边框42,第二底座8可拆卸设置在第二边框42上。
第一底座5和第二底座8的可拆卸设置,可以降低两个底座的拆装难度。
第一底座5和第二底座8的结构和尺寸相同。在本实施例中,如图3至10所示,以第一底座5的结构为例进行说明,第一底座5包括底座基板52,底座基板52通过螺钉固定在第一边框12上,底座基板52上开设有第一卡槽53;支架6远离摄像装置2的一端凸出设置有第一卡勾63,第一卡勾63卡设于第一卡槽53中。
所述底座基板52设置在所述第一边框12的顶部,且由所述第一边框12的顶部延伸至所述第一边框12的外位于所述书写板1远离用于书写的一侧面,第一底座5还包括底座侧架51,底座侧架51设置在第一边框12位于书写板1远离用于书写的一侧面,且底座侧架51的顶部与底座基板52连接。
支架6包括竖直支杆61和倾斜支杆64,竖直支杆61固定于底座基板52上, 倾斜支杆64的一端与竖直支杆61远离底座基板52的一端连接,另一端朝向书写板1用于书写的一侧面延伸,摄像装置2安装于倾斜支杆64远离竖直支杆61的一端。此外,竖直支杆61可与倾斜支杆64转动连接,使倾斜支杆64及摄像装置2可沿竖直支杆61转动,则可以调整摄像装置2的位置。而且,还可以将倾斜支杆64设置为可伸缩结构,可将倾斜支杆64拉长或缩短,便于调节摄像装置2与书写板1之间的间距,也便于对摄像装置2进行收纳。
竖直支杆61的底部设置有支杆安装板62,竖直支杆61通过此支杆安装板62与底座基板52连接。支杆安装板62具有较大的安装面积,便于与底座基板52安装固定,还能够对支架6提供更稳定的支持。
第一卡勾63凸设在此支杆安装板62的端部,第一卡勾63卡设于第一卡槽53中。通过将第一卡勾63卡装于第一卡槽53中,可以快速实现对支架6及摄像装置2的初步定位,然后利用螺丝将支杆安装板62固定到底座基板52上,安装快速稳定可靠。
此外,还可以在摄像装置2上附装录音装置,可以对教师的讲课内容进行录音。通过配合摄像装置2,可以同时对教师的讲课内容进行录像和录音,更便于学习者进行课后复习。而且,录音装置也同时与电子平板4连接,能够通过电子平板4同时实现声音和图像的播放和演示。而且,录音装置可以设置在支架6上,或者设置在摄像装置2上。
在本实用新型的其他实施例中,第一底座5上开设有容纳支架6的端部的凹槽,支架6远离摄像装置2的一端插接在凹槽内。优选的,支架6与凹槽之间过盈配合。通过将底座与支架6采用插接配合的方式,可以简化支架6的拆装,且将支架6和凹槽之间设置为过盈配合,可以保证支架6在插入到凹槽内后不发生晃动。
在本实用新型的另一个优选的实施例中,如图1至10所示,书写装置还包括控制盒3,控制盒3分别与摄像装置2的主控单元和电子平板4通信连接。控制盒3也可直接操作摄像装置2,在本实施例中,摄像装置2可以独立控制拍摄,也可以通过控制盒3或者电子平板4控制拍摄。
在本实用新型的又一个实施例中,如图3至10所示,控制盒3可以设置在书写板1的第一边框12上,控制盒3分别与摄像装置2和电子平板4连接。控制盒3可以为多功能笔盒,即可以放置书写笔(如粉笔、油墨笔等),还可以对摄像装置2和电子平板4进行连接和控制,方便简单。此外,控制盒3可以设置于书写板1的下部的第一边框12上,便于进行操作,也不影响书写装置的整体结构美观性。
在本实施例中,控制盒3包括设置于第一边框12上的笔盒连接座31,以及安装于笔盒连接座31上并开设有卡笔槽的笔盒主体32,摄像装置2和电子平板4通过笔盒主体32连接。通过笔盒连接座31将控制盒3安装固定于第一边框12上,稳定牢固。此外,通过笔盒主体32对摄像装置2和电子平板4进行控制,简单方便。
进一步地,笔盒连接座31包括设置于第一边框12远离书写板1用于书写的一侧面的L形支撑板311,以及开设于第一边框12的底部上的第二卡槽312。笔盒主体32顶部设置有笔盒固定板,笔盒固定板固定于支撑板311上;笔盒固定板上还凸出设置有第二卡勾321,第二卡勾321卡设于第二卡槽312中。利用笔盒主体32顶部设置的第二卡勾321,可以快速将笔盒主体32卡接于第二卡槽312中,对笔盒主体32进行快速定位,然后利用螺丝可以将笔盒主体32顶部的笔盒固定板固定于笔盒连接座31的支撑板311上,安装快速而且牢固稳定。
此外,摄像装置2的支架6的倾斜支杆64和竖直支杆61中设置有线槽, 线槽中设置有与摄像装置2连接的摄像导线。竖直支杆61上还设置有出线口,摄像导线从出线口穿出并与笔盒主体32连接。笔盒主体32通过摄像导线可以对摄像头进行控制,便于对书写板1进行拍摄,同时将拍摄的影像传输给电子平板4。此外,线槽中还设置有与录音装置连接的音频导线,音频导线也与笔盒主体32连接,方便将录音装置录取的音频信息传输给电子平板4。
此外,笔盒主体32中设置有控制电路,笔盒主体32上设置有与控制电路连接的影像输入接口和影像输出接口,影像输入接口与摄像装置2连接,影像输出接口与电子平板4连接。通过影像输入接口可以将摄像装置2所摄取的影像资料传送到控制电路,并通过影像输出接口将影像资料(以及音频资料)传送到电子平板4。进一步地,影像输出接口包括设置于笔盒主体32后侧的第一影像输出接口323,第一影像输出接口323与电子平板4连接;还包括设置于笔盒主体32前侧的第二影像输出接口325,第二影像输出接口325为USB接口。通过第一影像输出接口323可将影像资料(以及音频资料)传送到电子平板4,通过第二影像输出接口325可将影像资料(以及音频资料)传送到外部存储装置,以供教师或学习者进行存储和拷贝。
此外,笔盒主体32后侧还设置有电源接口324,笔盒主体32前侧设置有电源开关322和状态指示灯。通过电源接口324可以与电源连接,可为控制盒3和电子平板4供电。而通过电源开关322可对摄像装置2(和电子平板4)进行开关机,而状态指示灯可以显示摄像装置2(和电子平板4)的开关机状态。此外,还可以在笔盒主体32中设置无线连接模块(如WIFI模块、蓝牙模块等),并在电子平板4中设置对应的无线连接模块,可以实现控制盒3与电子平板4的无线连接,可以进行无线信号传输。此外,通过无线连接模块,学习者还可以与控制盒3连接,可以无线传输摄像装置2获取的影像资料(以及录音装置 获取的音频资料),方便简单。
在本实用新型的又一个优选的实施例中,如图11至14所示,第一底座5可滑动地设置在书写板1上;第二底座8可滑动地设置在电子平板4上。滑动设置的底座可以将支架6和摄像装置2一起移动至需要拍摄的位置,这样即使书写板1的尺寸较大,也不会出现无法拍摄到的区域,即可实现无死角拍摄。
以下以书写板1上的第一底座5为例说明底座可滑动的结构,第一底座5滑动设置在第一边框12,支架6插接在第一底座5上,摄像装置2设置在支架6远离第一底座5的一端。
第一底座5通过滑块组件7可滑动地设置在第一边框12上。滑块组件7包括滑轨71和滑动设置在滑轨71上的滑轨托架72,滑轨71设置在第一边框12上,第一底座5设置在滑轨托架72上。滑轨托架72上设置有将其锁定在滑轨71上的锁定机构,锁定机构包括定位销73、定位孔74和弹性部件75,定位孔74开设在滑轨71上,定位销73通过弹性部件75设置在滑轨托架72靠近滑轨71的一侧,且弹性部件75使定位销73始终具有朝向滑轨71运动的趋势,当滑轨托架72移动并驱动定位销73移动至定位孔74处时,定位销73与定位孔74插接。
锁定机构还包括用于推动定位销73脱离定位孔74的限位开关76。定位销73设置在滑轨托架72内,滑轨托架72上开设限位孔77,限位孔77为沿竖直方向开设的长孔,限位开关76的一端设置在滑轨托架72的外侧,另一端穿过限位孔77与位于滑轨托架72内的定位销73连接。
滑轨71包括与第一边框12连接的第一滑轨板711、与第一滑轨板711平行的第二滑轨板712以及垂直连接在第一滑轨板711与第二滑轨板712之间的连接滑轨板713;
滑轨托架72包括平行于第一滑轨板711的托架板721,托架板721靠近第一滑轨板711的一侧开设T型滑槽722,第一滑轨板711设置在T型滑槽722内,连接滑轨板713一端与第一滑轨板711连接,另一端贯穿T型滑槽722的槽口与位于T型滑槽722外的第二滑轨板712连接。
在本实施例中,滑轨71采用塑料一体挤出成型。
在其他实施例中,一个书写板1上设置多个滑轨71,相邻两个滑轨71采用连接部连接,每个滑轨71的长度方向的一端朝向远离滑轨71的方向凸设有插接部,每个滑轨71的长度方向的另一端朝向滑轨71内凹设有与插接部插接配合的凹槽,相邻两个滑轨71的插接部和凹槽共同构成连接部。
需要声明的是,上述具体实施方式仅仅为本实用新型的较佳实施例及所运用技术原理,在本实用新型所公开的技术范围内,任何熟悉本技术领域的技术人员所容易想到的变化或替换,都应涵盖在本实用新型的保护范围内。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种书写装置,其特征在于,包括:
    书写板,用于供使用者书写并呈现书写内容,所述书写板上设置第一底座;
    电子平板,所述电子平板上设置第二底座;
    摄像装置,所述摄像装置通过支架选择性安装在所述第一底座或所述第二底座上,所述摄像装置用于拍摄所述电子平板上的显示内容或所述书写内容,所述摄像装置包括摄像头和主控单元,所述摄像头可实时地对所述显示内容和所述书写内容进行拍摄,所述主控单元用于控制所述摄像头对所述显示内容和所述书写内容进行拍摄和存储,所述主控单元与所述电子平板通信连接。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的书写装置,其特征在于,所述书写板包括第一本体和设置在所述第一本体周部的第一边框,所述第一底座可拆卸设置在所述第一边框上。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的书写装置,其特征在于,所述电子平板包括第二本体和设置在所述第二本体周部的第二边框,所述第二底座可拆卸设置在所述第二边框上。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的书写装置,其特征在于,所述第一底座包括底座基板,所述底座基板通过螺钉固定在所述第一边框上,所述底座基板上开设有第一卡槽;
    所述支架远离所述摄像装置的一端凸出设置有第一卡勾,所述第一卡勾卡设于所述第一卡槽中。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的书写装置,其特征在于,所述底座基板设置在所述第一边框的顶部,且由所述第一边框的顶部延伸至所述第一边框的外位于所述书写板远离用于书写的一侧面,所述第一底座还包括底座侧架,所述底座侧架设置在所述第一边框位于所述书写板远离用于书写的一侧面,且所述底座侧 架的顶部与所述底座基板连接。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的书写装置,其特征在于,所述第一底座上开设有容纳所述支架的端部的凹槽,所述支架远离所述摄像装置的一端插接在所述凹槽内。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的书写装置,其特征在于,所述支架与所述凹槽之间过盈配合。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的书写装置,其特征在于,所述第一底座可滑动地设置在所述书写板上。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的书写装置,其特征在于,所述第二底座可滑动地设置在所述电子平板上。
  10. 根据权利要求1至9任一项所述的书写装置,其特征在于,还包括控制盒,所述控制盒分别与所述主控单元和所述电子平板通信连接。
