[权利要求 1] 一种采用智能机械人控制的淬火系统, 其主要构造有: 支架台 (1) 、 导轨腔 (2) 、 液压泵 a (3) 、 轨槽夹持块 (4) 、 淬火装置架 (5 ) 、 淬火罩 (6) 、 铰链片 (7) 、 液压泵 b (8) 、 限位杆 (9) 、 铁 锤芯 (10) 、 电动伸缩杆 (11) 、 L形握持架 (12) 、 外置激光头 ( 13) , 其特征在于: 支架台 (1) 上固定有导轨腔 (2) , 导轨腔 (2 ) 左侧端末设有液压泵 a (3) , 导轨腔 (2) 的顶端幵有一条槽口, 槽口内嵌有轨槽夹持块 (4) ; 所述的液压泵 a (3) 内的液压油吞吐 驱动轨槽夹持块 (4) 往复移动。 所述的轨槽夹持块 (4) 上通过螺栓 固定有淬火装置架 (5) , 淬火装置架 (5) 底端通过铰链片 (7) 活 动铰接有淬火罩 (6) ; 所述的淬火装置架 (5) 内设有铁锤芯 (10) , 液压泵 b (8) 内设有液压杆, 所述的液压杆延生端与铁锤芯 (10) 相焊接成一个整体; 所述的液压泵 b (8) 顶端设有限位杆 (9) 。 所 述的淬火装置架 (5) 另一侧面固定有电动伸缩杆 (11) 机座部分, 电动伸缩杆 (11) 的伸缩杆部分与 L形握持架 (12) 相固定; 所述的 L形握持架 (12) 外夹持有外置激光头 (13) 。
