本发明涉及一种机械加工设备，具体是一种排气管铣大面夹具。
背景技术
    目前，在现有技术中，对排气管进行加工的夹具普偏存在加工困难，效率低下等技术难题，原因在于，排气管的外形复杂，而且在对排气管进行加工时，都为毛坯件，很难夹紧，若想夹紧必须采用设置多个夹紧点进行夹紧，添加更多的辅助的工件，但这样又会存在夹紧点太多，导致排气管被夹变形而达不到工艺需要。
发明内容
    本发明提供一种使用简单、降低劳动强度的排气管铣大面夹具。
本发明解决技术问题提供如下方案：
一种排气管铣大面夹具，包括夹具体，其特征在于：所述夹具体的一侧具有垂直立板，所述立板的上端设有多个顶杆，所述立板的右侧夹具体上设有薄壁气缸，所述薄壁气缸的左侧设有支撑板，所述支撑板的上端铰接有压板，所述薄壁气缸的顶端设有顶推杆，所述顶推杆的上端顶在压板的一端，所述压板的另一端设有水平顶杆。
所述立板与支撑板之间的夹具体上设有支板，所述支板向右倾斜，所述支板的上端设有顶推螺栓。
本发明夹具充分利用待加工工件本身的结构特征，在夹具体上设置与待加工工件的位置相对应的顶杆以及支板，所述的夹具体的底板上安装的气缸控制压板上下移动，使工件上大面与钻模板贴合，对工件进行固定，以免出现铣加工时发生位置错误。

1.一种排气管铣大面夹具，包括夹具体，其特征在于：所述夹具体的一侧具有垂直立板，所述立板的上端设有多个顶杆，所述立板的右侧夹具体上设有薄壁气缸，所述薄壁气缸的左侧设有支撑板，所述支撑板的上端铰接有压板，所述薄壁气缸的顶端设有顶推杆，所述顶推杆的上端顶在压板的一端，所述压板的另一端设有水平顶杆；
所述立板与支撑板之间的夹具体上设有支板，所述支板向右倾斜，所述支板的上端设有顶推螺栓。
