Claims (8)
- 냉각수가 유입 및 토출되는 유입구 및 토출구가 형성된 하우징과, 상기 하우징 내부에 수용되며 회전에 의해 냉각수를 유입 및 토출시키는 임펠러와, 상기 임펠러에 결합하며 외부 구동력을 전달받아 상기 임펠러를 회전시키는 회전축과, 상기 임펠러의 상측에 배치되며 상기 토출구를 선택적으로 개폐하도록 작동하는 냉각수유량제어수단을 포함하는 본체부;상기 냉각수유량제어수단의 상측에 형성되어, 상기 냉각수유량제어수단에 압력을 가하는 냉각수를 수용하는 유압공간이 내부에 형성된 실린더부;상기 유압공간 내부에 위치하며, 상기 유압공간 내부에 존재하는 냉각수에 압력을 가하는 피스톤;상기 실린더부의 측면에 결합하며, 상기 피스톤을 전후진시키는 구동부; 및상기 피스톤의 전면 또는 후면과 대향하는 상기 실린더부의 내측 면에 위치하며, 탄성 소재로 이루어지는 잠김방지부재를 포함하는 워터펌프.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 구동부는,상기 피스톤과 결합하며, 상기 피스톤을 상기 유압공간 내에서 이동시키는 리니어샤프트와,상기 리니어샤프트의 외면에 형성된 나사산에 결합하며, 회전에 의해 상기 리니어샤프트를 전후로 이동시키는 회전자와,상기 회전자를 감싸도록 배치되며, 상기 회전자를 회전시키는 고정자와,상기 리니어샤프트, 회전자 및 고정자를 내부에 수용하는 모터케이싱을 포함하는 워터펌프.
- 청구항 2에 있어서,상기 고정자는 영구자석이며,상기 회전자는 코일이 감겨진 슬롯으로 이루어져 상기 고정자와의 자기작용에 의해 회전하는 워터펌프.
- 청구항 2에 있어서,상기 고정자는 코일이 감겨진 슬롯으로 이루어지며,상기 회전자는 영구자석으로 이루어져 상기 고정자와의 자기작용에 의해 회전하는 워터펌프.
- 청구항 1 내지 청구항 4 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 냉각수유량제어수단은,상기 임펠러의 상측에 배치되며, 상기 임펠러와 대향하는 단부가 개방된 실린더 형상으로 형성되고, 측면이 상기 토출구를 선택적으로 개폐하도록 작동하는 임펠러커버와,상기 임펠러커버의 상부에 배치되며, 상기 유압공간과 연통하는 가압공간이 내부에 형성되고, 상기 가압공간으로 유입된 냉각수를 통해 상기 임펠러커버에 압력을 가하는 챔버커버와,상기 임펠러커버와 챔버커버 사이의 가압공간에 개재되어 상기 임펠러커버와 챔버커버 사이의 틈새를 씰링하며, 상기 가압공간으로 유입된 냉각수에 의해 가해지는 압력을 상기 임펠러커버로 전달하는 가압부재를 포함하는 워터펌프.
- 청구항 5에 있어서,상기 냉각수유량제어수단은,상기 임펠러커버와 임펠러 사이에 개재되며, 상기 임펠러커버에 대해 가압공간 측으로 탄성복원력을 가하는 탄성부재를 더 포함하는 워터펌프.
- 청구항 5에 있어서,상기 본체부는,일단이 상기 실린더부와 연결되고 타단이 상기 임펠러커버에 형성된 냉각수유동홀과 대향하도록 상기 하우징의 내부에 수용되며, 상기 피스톤이 상기 본체부 측 방향으로 이동 시 폐쇄되어 상기 실린더부로부터 본체부로 냉각수가 유입되는 것을 방지하는 체크밸브를 더 포함하는 워터펌프.
- 청구항 7에 있어서,상기 체크밸브는,상기 본체부와 실린더부를 연통시키는 유로가 내부에 형성된 밸브실린더와,상기 밸브실린더의 내측면에서 돌출 형성된 걸림단과,상기 유로에 위치하며, 상기 실린더부로부터 본체부로 유동하는 냉각수에 의해 걸림단에 걸리게 되어, 상기 유로를 폐쇄하는 씰링볼을 포함하는 워터펌프.
