发明内容
为了解决现有技术中内衣肩带的透气性和稳定性不能同时兼顾等缺陷,本发明提供一种用作内衣肩带的透气渔网带及其编织方法。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明所采用的技术方案如下:

本申请将渔丝引入内衣的制备,不仅提高了透气散热效果,而且形状稳定、不易变形,为了进一步提高透气渔网带的使用稳定性,渔网带由渔丝编织而成,其中,渔网带的经线所用渔丝的直径为0.08-0.2mm,渔网带的纬线所用渔丝的直径为0.02-0.04mm。进一步优选,渔网带的经线所用渔丝的直径为0.1mm。
这样进一步保障了透气渔网带的使用稳定性,在使用的时候不会出现折叠等现象,形状稳定,不变形。
为了进一步保证产品的稳定性、透气性,同时提高美观性,波浪层由两端交织在弹性织带中的半圆拼接而成。也即半圆的两端是交织在弹性织带中的。波浪层位于渔网带的正上方。

为了进一步提高产品的稳定性,波浪层由直径为0.08-0.2mm的渔丝编织而成。
为了进一步保证产品的透气性和稳定性,半圆的直径为2.5-4.4mm。
进一步优选,半圆的直径为相邻两经线间距的3倍。
为了进一步提高使用的舒适性,同时保证透气散热性,弹性织带的宽度为0.6-0.9cm;渔网带的宽度为0.4-0.8cm。
为了进一步提高产品的实用性能,渔网带的经线与弹性织带夹角的锐角为60°,渔网带的纬线与弹性织带夹角的锐角为60°。
为了进一步更好的保证产品的透气性和使用稳定性,渔网带的相邻两经线之间的间距为1mm,渔网带的相邻两纬线之间的间距为1mm。
为了进一步提高产品的舒适性,渔网带与弹性织带的交织深度小于弹性织带的宽度。这样进一步保证了产品两边的柔软舒适性。
上述用作内衣肩带的透气渔网带的织造方法,可根据上述结构选择合适的现有方法实现。
为了提高生产效率,保障成品率,上述用作内衣肩带的透气渔网带的编织方法,包括顺序相接的如下步骤:
A、穿纱:穿纱时,后梳要与机头针位垂直,后梳的齿间距为0.5±0.1mm;
B、入筘:钢筘密度为12.75±1格/厘米;
C、换纬密:拉紧收带状态下,每1cm打13.7±1纬;
D、排花链:将花链装上机器;
E、机器调试:包括顺序相接的如下步骤:
E1将针座连杆调到第2孔,针座规格为25±5度;
E2将针的行程调到30±5mm,针舌顶部到针座的距离为2±0.5cm;
E3按慢键测试上下纬是否能被上下针钩住,如不能,上下调节纬钩至针能把纬线钩住;
E4调节开口至经线闭合,钢筘回到起点后开口刻度为270±10°;
E5棕框调试:花链走中上层确保上层纱线走到中间时离下纬钩最少有2mm的距离,每个框的纱线在开口最高时,纬钩在中间穿过;
E6棕框第5-12框在上中下走位交织时,走中上时,离下纬钩距离不能少于1mm,走中下时,离上纬钩距离不能少于1mm;
E7给每一层的纱线盘头调节松紧度,纱线盘头加减砝码至10cm胚带拉伸到215±10%为所需标准值,渔丝盘头加减砝码至10cm胚带拉伸到215±10%为所需标准值;
F、编织至所需长度,然后用展平器展平,得用作内衣肩带的透气渔网带。
前述拉紧收带状态指经线拉紧状态,为行内术语。利用上述方法编织,生产稳定性好,成品率达到100%。
为了更好满足需求,上述方法在步骤A前还包括选棕丝选择:棕框数量不小于18框,其中,1-12框为单孔棕丝,13框以后为双孔棕丝,双孔棕丝的上孔和下孔之间的距离为15-16mm。优选为15.5mm。
为了保障所得产品的使用性能,同时防止起毛,优选,步骤A中,穿纱所需纱线包括鱼丝8条、7038N2/2氨纶包覆纱20条、70/24/1SD 110T尼龙加捻20条、40/36/2SD 110T尼龙加捻72条和112028N2/2氨纶包覆纱24条;
排列时,将7038N2/2氨纶包覆纱、70/24/1SD 110T尼龙加捻、40/36/2SD 110T尼龙加捻和112028N2/2氨纶包覆纱随机相间排列即可,并分为两层,所有鱼丝布置在其中一侧的最外侧。这样编织好时,两层经纱经过加纬后形成两层互不相连的两层弹性织带,鱼丝以渔网的形式交织在上下两层弹性织带内、并将两层弹性织带连接在一起,然后通过锥状展平器将两层弹性织带展开压平即得用作内衣肩带的透气渔网带。
为了同时兼顾所得产品的使用性能和生产效率,所用织机为NF6/27-20框,生产机速为1000±100转/分钟;所用纬线为100D/36F尼龙半光。
本发明未提及的技术均参照现有技术。
本发明用作内衣肩带的透气渔网带,结构稳定、不变形、不缩水,抗撕裂,使用寿命长; 可在长度方向上任意拉伸,不受限制;透气性好,在穿戴时能有效及时散热,穿着舒适美观,有效减少人体出汗时不能及时散发而引起的皮肤过敏等问题;使用稳定性强,穿戴时不会出现折叠卷曲等现象;制备方法简单易操作、生产效率高、成品率达100%。

具体实施方式
为了更好地理解本发明,下面结合实施例进一步阐明本发明的内容,但本发明的内容不仅仅局限于下面的实施例。
实施例1
如图所示的,一种用作内衣肩带的透气渔网带,包括长条状的渔网带和交织在渔网带两边的弹性织带,渔网带与弹性织带的交织深度小于弹性织带的宽度;在渔网带的上表面沿渔网带的两边设有两条分别与两条弹性织带交织的波浪层,两波浪层互不交叉;渔网带为经线与纬线以0.18:1.06的交织比例交织形成的渔网结构;渔网带的经线与弹性织带夹角的锐角为60°,渔网带的纬线与弹性织带夹角的锐角为60°;渔网带的相邻两经线之间的间距为1.1mm,渔网带的相邻两纬线之间的间距为1.1mm。
渔网带由渔丝编织而成,其中,渔网带的经线所用渔丝的直径为0.1mm,渔网带的纬线所用渔丝的直径为0.3mm。波浪层由直径为0.1mm的渔丝编织而成。
弹性织带的宽度为0.7cm;渔网带的宽度为0.5cm。
上述用作内衣肩带的透气渔网带优选的编织方法,包括顺序相接的如下步骤:
A1、选棕丝选择:棕框数量18框,其中,第1-12框为单孔棕丝,第13-18框为双孔棕丝,双孔棕丝的上孔和下孔之间的距离为15.5mm;
A2、穿纱:穿纱时,后梳要与机头针位垂直,后梳的齿间距为0.5mm;
B、入筘:钢筘密度为12.75格/厘米;
C、换纬密:拉紧收带状态下,每1cm打13.7纬;
D、排花链:将花链装上机器;
E、机器调试:包括顺序相接的如下步骤:
E1将针座连杆调到第2孔,针座规格为25度;
E2将针的行程调到30mm,针舌顶部到针座的距离为2cm;
E3按慢键测试上下纬是否能被上下针钩住,如不能,上下调节纬钩至针能把纬线钩住;
E4调节开口至经线闭合,钢筘回到起点后开口刻度为270°;
E5棕框调试:花链走中上层确保上层纱线走到中间时离下纬钩最少有2mm的距离,每个框的纱线在开口最高时,纬钩在中间穿过;
E6棕框第5-12框在上中下走位交织时,走中上时,离下纬钩距离不能少于1mm,走中下时,离上纬钩距离不能少于1mm;
E7给每一层的纱线盘头调节松紧度,纱线盘头加减砝码至10cm胚带拉伸到215%为所需标准值,渔丝盘头加减砝码至10cm胚带拉伸到215%为所需标准值;
F、编织至所需长度,然后用展平器展平,得用作内衣肩带的透气渔网带,克重为6.73g/m。
上述步骤A中,穿纱所需纱线包括鱼丝8条、7038N2/2氨纶包覆纱20条、70/24/1 SD 110T尼龙加捻20条、40/36/2 SD 110T尼龙加捻72条和112028N2/2氨纶包覆纱24条,具体排列如图3所示;所用织机为NF6/27-20框,生产机速为1000转/分钟;弹性织带部分所用纬线为100D/36F尼龙半光。
上述纱线排列时,弹性织带的编织分为两层,所有鱼丝布置在其中一侧的最外侧。这样编织好时,两层经纱经过加纬后形成两层互不相连的弹性织带,鱼丝以渔网的形式交织在上下两层弹性织带内、并将两层弹性织带连接在一起,然后通过锥状展平器将两层弹性织带展开压平即得用作内衣肩带的透气渔网带,织造完毕后两层弹性织带是叠合在一起的,两层弹性织带通过展平锥分离后,在渔丝张力的作用下作内衣肩带的透气渔网带会自动呈铺平状态,成品率达到100%。
实施例2
与实施例1基本相同,所不同的是:波浪层由两端交织在弹性织带中的半圆拼接而成,半圆的直径为相邻两经线间距的3倍。
实施例3
与实施例2基本相同,所不同的是:渔网带的经线与弹性织带夹角的锐角为55°,渔网带的纬线与弹性织带夹角的锐角为55°;渔网带的相邻两经线之间的间距和相邻两纬线之间的间距均为0.9mm。渔网带的经线所用渔丝的直径为0.08mm,渔网带的纬线所用渔丝的直径为0.02mm。波浪层由直径为0.08mm的渔丝编织而成。
实施例4
与实施例2基本相同,所不同的是:渔网带的经线与弹性织带夹角的锐角为65°,渔网带的纬线与弹性织带夹角的锐角为65°;渔网带的相邻两经线之间的间距为1.3mm,渔网带的相邻两纬线之间的间距为1.3mm。渔网带的经线所用渔丝的直径为0.2mm,渔网带的纬线所用渔丝的直径为0.04mm。波浪层由直径为0.2mm的渔丝编织而成。弹性织带的宽度为0.8cm;渔网带的宽度为0.7cm。
上述各例中的用作内衣肩带的透气渔网带织造时,弹性织带以上下两层的形式与渔网带同时交织成型,织造完毕后,用分带器分开展平即得用作内衣肩带的透气渔网带,可直接用作内衣肩带。透气散热性好,结构稳定性强,夏天穿着使人感到清爽舒适,不会折叠卷曲,且美观大方、立体效果强。
上述各例所得的用作内衣肩带的透气渔网带,结构稳定、不卷曲、不变形,单层长度方向负载3.6kg连续一周,仍可恢复原始长度,按照国际缩水率测试方法0420测试,缩水率为零,抗撕裂性强,可在长度方向上任意拉伸,不受限制;透气性好,在穿戴时能有效及时散热,穿着舒适美观,有效减少人体出汗时不能及时散发而引起的皮肤过敏等问题。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种用作内衣肩带的透气渔网带,其特征在于:包括长条状的渔网带和交织在渔网带两边的弹性织带;在渔网带的上表面沿渔网带的两边设有两条分别与两条弹性织带交织的波浪层,两波浪层互不交叉;渔网带为经线与纬线以(0.18±0.03):(1.06±0.2)的交织比例交织形成的渔网结构;渔网带的相邻两经线之间的间距为0.9-1.4mm,渔网带的相邻两纬线之间的间距为0.9-1.4mm。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的用作内衣肩带的透气渔网带,其特征在于:渔网带由渔丝编织而成,其中,渔网带的经线所用渔丝的直径为0.08-0.2mm,渔网带的纬线所用渔丝的直径为0.02-0.04mm。
  3. 如权利要求1或2所述的用作内衣肩带的透气渔网带,其特征在于:波浪层由两端交织在弹性织带中的半圆拼接而成。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的用作内衣肩带的透气渔网带,其特征在于:波浪层由直径为0.08-0.2mm的渔丝编织而成。
  5. 如权利要求3所述的用作内衣肩带的透气渔网带,其特征在于:半圆的直径为2.5-4.4mm;弹性织带的宽度为0.6-0.9cm;渔网带的宽度为0.4-0.8cm。
  6. 如权利要求3所述的用作内衣肩带的透气渔网带,其特征在于:半圆的直径为相邻两经线间距的3倍;渔网带与弹性织带的交织深度小于弹性织带的宽度。
  7. 权利要求1-6任意一项所述的用作内衣肩带的透气渔网带的编织方法,其特征在于:包括顺序相接的如下步骤:
    A、穿纱:穿纱时,后梳要与机头针位垂直,后梳的齿间距为0.5±0.1mm;
    B、入筘:钢筘密度为12.75±1格/厘米;
    C、换纬密:拉紧收带状态下,每1cm打13.7±1纬;

  9. 如权利要求7所述的方法,其特征在于:步骤A中,穿纱所需纱线包括鱼丝8条、7038N2/2氨纶包覆纱20条、70/24/1 SD 110T尼龙加捻20条、40/36/2 SD 110T尼龙加捻72条和112028N2/2氨纶包覆纱24条;
  10. 如权利要求7所述的方法,其特征在于:所用织机为NF6/27-20框,生产机速为1000±100转/分钟;所用纬线为100D/36F尼龙半光。
