Description

一种轻质量高强度耐压型高压罐 技术领域
本发明涉及高压容器,具体涉及一种轻质量且高强度的耐高压型的高压罐。
背景技术
高压罐用于储运工业用气,传统的高压罐十分笨重,传统的高压罐一旦产生裂痕就有破裂爆炸的危险,这种后果是灾难性的。传统的高压罐存在以下不足:重量大,为了使得高压罐具备良好的耐高压性能和较高的强度,往往通过增加钢瓶的壳壁的厚度来实现,这样就增加了钢瓶高压罐的质量,也就是增加了重量,从而使得运输转移变得相当不便。还有由于采用单个额盖子密封,导致密封性能不好、一旦发生泄漏后果不堪设想。
因此就需要提供一种即能减轻钢瓶的重量又能显著提高钢瓶的强度的技术方案。
发明内容
本发明克服背景技术的不足提供了一种轻质量高强度耐压型高压罐;发明目的:显著的减少了高压罐的重量,另外在减少了高压罐的重量的同时不当没有降低高压罐的强度和耐高压性能,反而增大了高压罐的强度和耐高压性能。
本发明提供了下述技术方案:一种轻质量高强度耐压型高压罐,包括罐体组件、盖组件,所述盖组件将所述罐体组件密封,所述罐体组件包括外壳体部件、内壳体部件,所述外壳体部件通过连接板与所述内壳体部件焊接,所述连接板之间构成连续的三角形腔,所述外壳体部件与所述内壳体部件同心,所述外壳体部件含有第一底板、第一侧板、第一顶板、第一罐嘴、第一盖子;所述内壳体部件含有第二底板、第二侧板、第二顶板、第二罐嘴、第二盖子;所述第一侧板与所述第一底板焊接,所述第一顶板与所述第一侧板焊接,所述第一底板、第一侧板、第一顶板围成外壳体,所述第二侧板与所述第二底板焊接,所述第二顶板与所述第二侧板焊接,所述第二底板、第二侧板、第二顶板围成内壳体,所述第一罐嘴与所述第一顶板焊接,所述第二罐嘴与所述第二顶板焊接,所述第一盖子与所述第一罐嘴密封连接,所述第二盖子与所述第二罐嘴密封连接;所述第一底板、第一侧板、第一顶板、第二底板、第二侧板、第二顶板,的板体设有槽孔,所述连接板的边缘插入槽孔焊接固定。
本发明的有益效果:所述罐体组件包括外壳体部件、内壳体部件,所述外壳体部件通过连接板10与所述内壳体部件焊接,所述连接板11之间构成连续的三角形腔12,根据三角形具有稳定性这一定律知道所述外壳体部件通过连接板10与所述内壳体部件焊接的壳体相当坚固,因为所述外壳体部件与所述内壳体部件之间形成了三角形支撑机构。由于该机构中空而不是 实心的,从而使得高压罐整体的重量减少了,强度明显提高了。另外利用第一盖子5、第二盖子10双盖密封所述罐体,所述第二盖子10置于第一盖子5内部,当第二盖子10发生泄漏的时候,第一盖子5起到再次的保护作用,保护气体不泄漏到外界,非常安全。本装置显著的减少了高压罐的重量,另外在减少了高压罐的重量的同时不当没有降低高压罐的强度和耐高压性能,反而增大了高压罐的强度和耐高压性能。
