Description

卷芯管 技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种收卷用具,特别涉及一种卷芯管。
背景技术
卷芯管是用于收集各类薄膜、胶带或纸张等软质长片状物料的部件。在卷芯管收卷物料的过程中,物料起始几圈往往会被其端部垫伤以致物料上出现折痕。在对表面材料要求高的领域如光学膜等,往往导致物料因此而报废。
为改善上述问题,本申请人在申请日为2011年03月21日,申请号为CN201120074757.7的中国实用新型专利中公开了一种卷芯管,其包括管体,用于卷曲待卷曲材料,所述管体的外表面上设置有一道凹槽,所述凹槽具有一个竖直面,其底面与所述管体的外表面平滑连接。
上述结构中通过凹槽的设置以实现待卷曲材料在卷曲的初始几圈内不会产生折痕。但在实际使用中发现由于物料端部的不平整性,使得物料端部无法与凹槽保持平整契合,使得收卷过程中仍存在被其端部与凹槽之间的间隙垫伤的缺陷,有待改进。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种卷芯管,其优点在于降低物料在收卷过程中出现折痕的可能性。
本实用新型的上述技术目的是通过以下技术方案得以实现的:一种卷芯管,包括用于收卷物料的管体,所述管体的外表面沿轴向设置 一台阶部,台阶部的高度等于物料单层厚度,所述台阶部的靠近管体轴心的一端设置有切刀槽。
通过采用上述技术方案,在卷芯管收卷物料时,由切刀槽方便切刀的定位,使得切刀得以方便、准确的裁切物料,保证物料的端部与台阶部对齐。有效避免物料与台阶部因出现间隙而导致物料在后续收卷过程中产生折痕、垫伤,显著提高物料收卷的平整度。
本实用新型进一步设置为:所述切刀槽内固定设有一用于卡紧物料的弹性夹片,所述弹性夹片的上端与切刀槽一侧槽口连接,所述弹性夹片的下端则朝向切刀槽的另一侧倾斜。
通过采用上述技术方案,物料在由切刀裁切时被带入切刀槽并利用弹性夹片卡紧物料,使得物料被固定在切刀槽内。不仅能保证物料与台阶部对齐,同时亦能对物料起到预固定效果。
本实用新型进一步设置为:所述弹性夹片的上端固定在切刀槽远离台阶部的一侧,所述弹性夹片上端朝管体设置有延伸部,所述延伸部嵌设在管体上使延伸部外表面与管体外表面平滑过渡。
通过采用上述技术方案,通过延伸部加强了切刀槽槽口的强度,起保护卷芯管的作用。另外利用延伸部还增加了弹性夹片的体积,方便了弹性夹片的固定。
本实用新型进一步设置为:所述延伸部与弹性夹片之间通过尖折角连接。
通过采用上述技术方案,延伸部与弹性夹片之间的尖折角作为与切刀配合的刀口,加强切刀的裁切效果。
本实用新型进一步设置为:所述延伸部朝向管体的一面设置有凸条,所述管体表面设置有与凸条配合的凹槽,且所述凸条与凹槽紧配。
通过采用上述技术方案,通过插接的方式固定弹性夹片以及延伸部,方便其拆卸、调整、更换。
本实用新型进一步设置为:所述弹性夹片的外侧设置有防滑纹。
通过采用上述技术方案,弹性夹片上的防滑纹与物料接触以增加两者的摩擦力,提高弹性夹片对物料的预固定力。
本实用新型进一步设置为:台阶部上亦设置有防滑纹。
通过采用上述技术方案,同样的,物料被弹性夹片挤压至与台阶部接触,台阶部与弹性夹片上的防滑纹对物料起双重加固,保证物料稳定的固定在切刀槽内,便于后续物料的收卷。
本实用新型进一步设置为:所述切刀槽的宽度为1~1.5mm,深度为2mm。
通过采用上述技术方案,取合适的切刀槽尺寸以保证切槽实现对物料的裁切。
本实用新型进一步设置为:所述弹性夹片的厚度为0.3~0.6mm。
通过采用上述技术方案,取合适的弹性夹片厚度使弹性夹片既有弹性有能满足其对物料的夹紧要求。
本实用新型进一步设置为:所述延伸部的厚度为0.8~1.2mm。
通过采用上述技术方案,通过较弹性夹片更厚的厚度使得延伸部作为弹性夹片的基体,令弹性夹片的安装固定更加牢固。
与现有技术相比,本实用新型所提供的卷芯管具有以下优点:
1、通过增设切刀槽以实现在卷芯管上对切刀进行定位,保证经切刀裁切的物料与台阶部保持抵触,避免物料在收卷过程中出现物料的折叠、垫伤;
2、弹性夹片的设置使得经裁切后的物料被牢固的卡紧在切刀槽内,不仅保证物料与台阶部的拼接,又起到了良好的预固定效果,降低了物料出现垫伤、折痕。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图对本实用新型作进一步详细说明。
实施例1,一种卷芯管,参见说明书附图2,若卷芯管的外表面呈圆柱状平滑过渡,则在卷取如薄膜等物料4时,物料4的起始端铺在卷芯管表面使得后续的物料4卷绕时被该起始端垫伤。
参见说明书附图3,在卷芯管的表面设置一台阶部2,使得台阶部2上方直径大于台阶部2下方直径。台阶部2的高度设置为被卷取 物料4的单层料厚。使得物料4铺在台阶部2下方时,物料4的外表面与台阶部2上方平齐,以此有效消除物料4在卷曲时容易出现的垫伤、折痕缺陷。
参见说明书附图1,台阶部2沿卷芯管的轴向设置在卷芯管的表面。台阶部2的下方向下继续延伸出切刀槽3,并保证切刀槽3的宽度足够供切刀穿过。在卷取物料4前,将物料4起始端覆盖在台阶部2上,并通过切刀与切刀槽3的配合对物料4起始端进行裁切。保证在裁切后,物料4起始端与台阶部2平整拼接,避免起始端与台阶部2出现缝隙。
实施例2,一种卷芯管,参见说明书附图4、5,包括管体1、台阶部2、切刀槽3。切刀槽3的宽度为1~1.5mm,深度为2mm。在切刀槽3内设置有弹性夹片5,弹性夹片5的上方一体设置有延伸部6。弹性夹片5的厚度为0.3~0.6mm,延伸部的厚度为0.8~1.2mm。保证弹性夹片5的厚度小于延伸部6的厚度。使得延伸部6的变形抗力大于弹性夹片5的变形抗力。保证在弹性夹片5变形时,延伸部6保持稳定的固定在管体1上。弹性夹片5与延伸部6大致呈“7”字形设置。延伸部6贴覆在管体1的表面,且延伸部6通过其下方的凸条7与管体1表面的凹槽8插接,其中凸条7与凹槽8保持紧配,通过静摩擦力将延伸部6固定在管体1表面。弹性夹片5与延伸部6通过一尖锐折角连接,使得其还能作为辅助刀口与切刀配合,提高切刀对物料的裁切能力。
弹性夹片5置于切刀槽3内,弹性夹片5的下端倾斜使其靠近台 阶部2。参见说明书附图6,使得物料4在经切刀裁切、带入切刀槽3后,弹性夹片5与台阶部2形成卡扣卡住物料4端部,对物料4起与固定效果。同时利用弹性夹片5的楔形倾斜使其有效固定物料4,避免物料4退出切刀槽3。在弹性夹片5以及台阶部2的相向侧设置防滑纹9,以加强弹性夹片5、台阶部2对物料4的夹持力。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种卷芯管,包括用于收卷物料(4)的管体(1),所述管体(1)的外表面沿轴向设置一台阶部(2),台阶部(2)的高度等于物料(4)单层厚度,其特征在于:所述台阶部(2)的靠近管体(1)轴心的一侧设置有切刀槽(3)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的卷芯管,其特征在于:所述切刀槽(3)内固定设有一用于卡紧物料(4)的弹性夹片(5),所述弹性夹片(5)的上端与切刀槽(3)一侧槽口连接,所述弹性夹片(5)的下端则朝向切刀槽(3)的另一侧倾斜。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的卷芯管,其特征在于:所述弹性夹片(5)的上端固定在切刀槽(3)远离台阶部(2)的一侧,所述弹性夹片(5)上端朝管体(1)设置有延伸部(6),所述延伸部(6)嵌设在管体(1)上使延伸部(6)外表面与管体(1)外表面平滑过渡。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的卷芯管,其特征在于:所述延伸部(6)与弹性夹片(5)之间通过尖折角连接。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的卷芯管,其特征在于:所述延伸部(6)朝向管体(1)的一面设置有凸条(7),所述管体(1)表面设置有与凸条(7)配合的凹槽(8),且所述凸条(7)与凹槽(8)紧配。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的卷芯管,其特征在于:所述弹性夹片(5)的外侧设置有防滑纹(9)。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的卷芯管,其特征在于:台阶部(2)上亦设置有防滑纹(9)。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的卷芯管,其特征在于:所述切刀槽(3)的宽 度为1~1.5mm,深度为2mm。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的卷芯管,其特征在于:所述弹性夹片(5)的厚度为0.3~0.6mm。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的卷芯管,其特征在于:所述延伸部(6)的厚度为0.8~1.2mm。
