Description
本发明涉及集装箱领域,特别涉及一种集装箱体组件和集装箱。
目前,由于集装箱的使用方便等特点,其广泛用于物流行业或者临时驻扎等情况中。但是目前对于集装箱的运输多采用整体搬移的方式进行移动和运输,而由于通常集装箱的体积很大,如果采用集体运输的方式会增加运输的难度。而且,现有的集装箱的组装一般需要通过将各面板依次组装在一起,既耗费时间也需要大量的人力。
发明内容
本发明提供了一种方便移动且组装方便的集装箱体组件和集装箱体。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明实施例提供了如下的技术方案:
一种集装箱体组件,其中所述集装箱体组件包括顶板和底板,以及分别铰接于所述顶板的一个对侧上的两个第一侧壁板;其中,所述第一侧壁板的底部与所述底板对应设置有接合部件,以可拆卸地连接所述第一侧壁板和所述底板。
作为优选,所述接合部件包括分别设置在所述底板的侧边框上安装孔以及对应设置在第一侧壁板上的插入销,和/或设置在所述底板的侧边框上的插入销以及对应设置在第一侧壁板上的安装孔。
作为优选,所述接合部件对应设置在所述第一侧壁板和底板的端角处。
作为优选,所述接合部件包括固定于所述底板的侧边框底部并向外延伸的延伸垫板和形成在所述延伸垫板的向上的突起,以及设置在所述第一侧壁板上对应于所述突起的凹槽;和/或固定于所述第一侧壁板的底部并向所述底板面的一侧延伸的延伸垫板和形成在所述延伸垫板的向上的突起,以及设置在所述底板上对应于所述突起的凹槽,通过所述突起伸入所述凹槽固定所述第一侧壁板和所述底板。
作为优选,所述突起和凹槽成对应的三角形形状。
作为优选,所述延伸垫板上设置用于有与所述第一侧壁板固定的固定孔。
作为优选,所述集装箱体还包括相对的设置在所述顶板的另一对侧上的两个第二侧壁板,所述第二侧壁板与所述接合部件连接。
作为优选,所述顶板的顶面上设置有固定钩。
本发明实施例还提供了一种集装箱,其只不过所述集装箱包括由如上实施例所述的集装箱体组件。
作为优选,所述集装箱包括并排设置的多个集装箱体和/或上下设置的多层集装箱体。
与现有技术相比,本发明实施例的有益效果在于:
1、本发明实施例中,顶板与侧壁板构造为铰接方式,在将顶板提起时,侧壁板由于重力作用自然下垂,可以方便的与底板构成连接,组装简单,且操作方便;
2、本发明实施例中的集装箱体组件可以方便的拆卸和组装,方便运输。

下面,结合附图对本发明的具体实施例进行详细的描述说明,但不作为本发明的限定。
本发明实施例提供了一种集装箱体组件和包括所述集装箱组件的集装箱,而且,本发明实施例中的集装箱体组件具有拆装方便,且方便运输的特点。
具体的,如图1、图2和图3所示,其中图1为本发明实施例中的集装箱体组件的结构示意图;图2为本发明实施例中的集装箱体组件的拆分结构示意图;图3为本发明实施例中的集装箱体组件的组装结构示意图。
本发明实施例中的集装箱体组件100可以包括顶板101、底板102,以及相对设置在顶板101的一个对侧面上的两个第一侧壁板103,该第一侧壁板103铰接在顶板101上。而且,该铰接的位置离顶板侧边框的距离应大于第一侧壁板103的厚度,以使得第一侧壁板103处于垂直于顶板101的状态时,第一侧壁板103的顶部与顶板101相抵,以达到固定效果好,且不损坏铰接件的效果。另外,第一侧壁板103和底板102上还对应设置有接合部件104,通过该接合部件104可以实现第一侧壁板103和底板102的可拆卸连接,以及在连接时的稳定连接状态。通过本发明实施例的配置,由于顶板101和第一侧壁板103的铰接设置,在将顶板101被提起时,第一侧壁板103由于重力作用而自然下垂,可以方便的使第一侧壁板103与底板102构成连接,组装简单,且操作方便。
另外,本发明实施例中的集装箱体组件100还可以包括分别设置在顶板101另一对侧上的两个第二侧壁板(图中未示出),该两个第二侧壁板可以构造为分别单独的与顶板101和地板102固定连接,也可以构造为铰接在底板的两个对侧面上,以向上翻转与顶板实现连接。
另外,如图4和5所示,其中,图4为本发明实施例中的底板侧的接合部件的结构示意图;图5为本发明实施例中的第一侧壁板侧的结合部件的结构示意图。
本发明实施例中的接合部件104可以包括分别设置在底板102的侧边框上安装孔1041,以及对应设置在第一侧壁板上的插入销1042,和/或设置在底板102的侧边框上的插入销1042,以及对应设置在第一侧壁板103上的安装孔1041。通过插入销1042接入安装孔1042可以实现第一侧壁板103和底板102的连接。而且在安装过程中,由于第一侧壁板103处于垂直状态,采
用安装孔和插入销的连接方式,可以更加方便简单的操作。优选的,接合部件104可以对应设置在第一侧壁板103和底板102的端角处,以方便设置和连接。
另外,在其他的实施例中,也可以在底板102和第一侧壁板103的对应位置处分别设置有安装孔,以通过其他连接件伸入该对应的安装孔连接,如通过螺钉等连接件连接。
在一优选实施例中,接合部件104还可以包括固定于底板102的侧边框底部并向外延伸的延伸垫板1043和形成在延伸垫1043的向上的突起1044,以及设置在第一侧壁板103上对应于突起1044的凹槽1045,通过突起伸入凹槽内固定所述第一侧壁板和所述底板。优选的,该突起1044底端可以连接弹性连接件,以便方便地连接和拆分第一侧壁板和底板。
在一优选实施例中,为了方便的对准和接合第一侧壁板103和底板,突起1044和凹槽1045可以构造成对应的三角形形状。
在此需要说明的是,延伸垫板1043位于底板102与第二侧壁板对应的一侧上,也可以设置有与第二侧壁板连接的安装孔或插入销,以通过延伸垫片1043同时连接第一侧壁板和第二侧壁板。
另外,为了方便组装的集装箱的运输和移动,在顶板101的顶面上设置有多个固定钩105,从而可以方便的与起重机连接,实现集装箱的运输和移动。
另外,本发明实施例中的集装箱组件中的顶板101、底板102和各侧壁板的材料可以由金属材料,或者其他防火、防水、防高温的材料制成,以增加使用安全性。
另外,本发明实施例还提供了一种集装箱,该集装箱可以包括由上述实施例所描述的集装箱体组件构成的集装箱体。如图6所示为本发明实施例中的集装箱的结构示意图。
其中,该集装箱200可以包括多个集装箱体201,并且该多个集装箱体201可以并排设置,也可以多层的固定连接设置,从而满足使用需求。同时,在侧壁板上还可以设置有通风孔,例如窗户等结构。
综上所述,本发明实施例中的集装箱体组件和集装箱,由于顶板与侧壁板构造为铰接方式,在将顶板提起时,侧壁板由于重力作用自然下垂,可以
方便的与底板构成连接,组装简单,且操作方便;并且还具有拆卸和组装,方便运输的特点。

- 一种集装箱体组件,其特征在于,所述集装箱体组件包括顶板和底板,以及分别铰接于所述顶板的一个对侧上的两个第一侧壁板;其中,所述第一侧壁板的底部与所述底板对应设置有接合部件,以可拆卸地连接所述第一侧壁板和所述底板。
- 根据权利要求1所述的集装箱体组件,其特征在于,所述接合部件包括分别设置在所述底板的侧边框上安装孔以及对应设置在第一侧壁板上的插入销,和/或设置在所述底板的侧边框上的插入销以及对应设置在第一侧壁板上的安装孔。
- 根据权利要求1所述的集装箱体组件,其特征在于,所述接合部件对应设置在所述第一侧壁板和底板的端角处。
- 根据权利要求1所述的集装箱体组件,其特征在于,所述接合部件包括固定于所述底板的侧边框底部并向外延伸的延伸垫板和形成在所述延伸垫板的向上的突起,以及设置在所述第一侧壁板上对应于所述突起的凹槽;和/或固定于所述第一侧壁板的底部并向所述底板面的一侧延伸的延伸垫板和形成在所述延伸垫板的向上的突起,以及设置在所述底板上对应于所述突起的凹槽,通过所述突起伸入所述凹槽固定所述第一侧壁板和所述底板。
- 根据权利要求4所述的集装箱体组件,其特征在于,所述突起和凹槽成对应的三角形形状。
- 根据权利要求4所述的集装箱体组件,其特征在于,所述延伸垫板上设置用于有与所述第一侧壁板固定的固定孔。
- 根据权利要求6所述的集装箱体组件,其特征在于,所述集装箱体还包括相对的设置在所述顶板的另一对侧上的两个第二侧壁板,所述第二侧壁板与所述接合部件连接。
- 根据权利要求1所述的集装箱体组件,其特征在于,所述顶板的顶面上设置有固定钩。
- 一种集装箱,其特征在于,所述集装箱包括由如权利要求1-8中任意一项所述的集装箱体组件。
- 根据权利要求9所述的集装箱,其特征在于,所述集装箱包括并排设置的多个集装箱体和/或上下设置的多层集装箱体。
