因此,本发明的主要目的在于提供一种用于针对递送服务配对交易的系统及其方法,以让发件人、递送者能于在线实时配对,让资源能被有效的应用,且能增加递送者的服务机会,同时缩短递送的时间,达到增加递送者利润以及减少发件人支出的目的。
又,本发明的次一主要目的在于提供一种用于针对递送服务配对交易的系统及其方法,其能有效掌握递送者的行进与收件者的位置,可提高递送效率。
又,本发明的另一主要目的在于提供一种用于针对递送服务配对交易的系统及其方法,能让交易在线完成,并提供定位信息与货物寄送前后状况,且让各方均能获得安全交易,同时可提供履历信息,进一步提高服务质量。
基于此,本发明主要通过下列技术手段具体实现前述目的及功效:该系统至少包含有平台商的一平台装置、至少一发件人的请求设备及至少一递送者的服务设备,该平台装置可通过网络与请求设备、服务设备及电子装置进行通信连接;
所述平台装置至少包含有一供内建程序的处理单元及分别连接该处理单元的一会员管理单元、一设备界面、一配对搜索引擎、一事件管理单元、一或多个数据资料库、一金流单元、一定位地图生成单元与一递送监控单元,其中该会员管理单元用于对作为发件人或收件者的系统会员以及作为递送者的递送会员的各项个人标识信息进行管理,设备界面用于供平台装置与该多个请求设备、该多个服务设备及该电子装置之间进行信息接收或发送,配对搜索引擎用于供发件人搜寻筛选能够提供递送服务的递送者或供递送者搜寻筛选请求递送服务的发件人,该配对搜索引擎进一步供自动筛选配对以生成一至少包含有发件人、递送者、收件者、递送内容、交易金额等信息的递送服务事件,该事件管理单元对该多个递送服务事件进行记录、追踪及信息通知,又该多个数据资料库可以包含有用于储存各会员识别信息、递送服务事件履历的信息或影像的数据库,该金流单元能够依递送服务事件的服务内容进行递送服务金额计算及账户间金额移转,又该定位地图生成单元可用于递送者的服务设备或收件者的电子装置进行定位以得到一地理位置定位信息,进而供电子地图生成一标示有递送者或收件者的地理位置的地图,该递送监控单元用于取得或接收寄件者、递送者或收件者于递送服务过程中货物影像的信息;
所述请求设备内建应用程序并通过网络与平台装置的设备界面联机,以供联机平台装置发出递送请求以及进行浏览、搜寻、配对操作;
至于,所述递送者服务设备内建程序且能通过网络与平台装置的设备界面联机,以供联机平台装置进行递送请求的浏览以及进行搜寻、配对操作,该服务设备包含有一供显示信息的显示元件、一供取得货物影像的影像撷取元件、一供传送与接收数据的传输元件、一供输入指令或信息的输入元件、一供定位地理位置的定位元件及一供产生导航地图的导航元件,又该服务设备进一步包含有一供打印递送传票的打印模块,其中打印模块可以与传输元件连接。
藉此,通过上述技术手段,该系统能应用于一种用于针对递送服务配对交易系统的方法,其应用于至少包含有平台商的一平台装置、至少一发件人的请求设备及至少一递送者的服务设备,该平台装置可通过网络与请求设备、服务设备及电子装置进行通信连接,其包含以下步骤:
步骤101、登入平台装置:发件人与递送者分别利用请求设备、服务设备连接平台装置登入系统,之后执行步骤102;
步骤102、发出一递送请求:该发件人登录所需递送服务内容以形成一递送请求,并将该递送请求分享于系统的平台装置中,之后执行步骤103;
步骤103、进行递送请求的搜寻配对:发件人或递送者可利用该平台装置对递送者或发件人进行搜寻筛选,或者由配对搜索引擎依该递送请求进行自动配对,接着执行步骤105;
步骤105、生成递送服务事件及预扣费用:完成递送请求确认的发件人、递送者可于平台装置生成一递送服务事件,且利用该平台装置依递送内容计算服务金额,之后由发件人的账户预扣服务金额至一担保账户,该平台装置进一步由递送者的账户预扣未履约的补偿金额至担保账户,接着继续执行步骤106;
步骤106、生成识别信息及管理追踪事件进程:平台装置将该递送服务事件的内容储存,并生成相对应的识别信息后发送给发件人及递送者,供相互扫描识别,当需求发生变更时,变更者能够通过事件管理单元向其他方请求更改递送服务事件的内容,如获同意则执行步骤107,如未获同意或取消该递送服务事件则重新执行步骤102;
步骤107、执行实体递送服务事件:递送者依该递送服务事件约定的时间、位置前往该发件人指定位置取件,该递送者利用服务设备扫描发件人的识别信息,以取得递送服务内容及识别数据,并对货物进行实体递送,完成后执行步骤108;
步骤108、交易金额移转:当完成该递送服务事件的服务履约后,发件人、递送者及收件者依流程分别进行服务内容的确认,该平台装置将发件人被预扣于担保账户内的金额移转至递送者的账户内,如发生发件人未提供货物或递送者未完成履约的状况,则将违约方预扣的约定补偿金额移转至未违约方,接着执行步骤109
步骤109、建立事件履历:当该递送服务事件完成或未履约确认后,该平台装置将事件的历史数据建立成一事件履历,进而完成从递送请求至递送服务事件完成整个工作。

本发明提供了一种用于针对递送服务配对交易的系统与方法,以下通过特定的具体实施形态说明本发明的技术内容,使熟悉此技艺的人士可由本说明书所揭示的内容轻易地了解本发明的优点与功效。然本发明亦可通过其他不同的具体实施形态加以施行或应用。因此随附图例的本发明的具体实施例及其构件中,所有关于前与后、左与右、顶部与底部、上部与下部、以及水平与垂直的参考,仅用于方便进行描述,并非限制本发明,亦非将其构件限制于任何位置或空间方向。图式与说明书中所指定的尺寸,当可在不离开本发明的权利要求范围内,根据本发明的具体实施例的设计与需求而进行变化。
本发明提供的用于针对递送服务配对交易的系统的架构如图1所示,该系统至少包含有平台商的一平台装置100、至少一发件人的请求设备20及至少一递送者的服务设备30,且该系统进一步可以包含有至少一收件者的电子装置40,该平台装置100可通过网络(例如无线技术或有线技术)与请求设备20、服务设备30及电子装置40进行通信连接,其中发件人泛指请求递送货物的系统会员,递送货物为如文件、包裹、食材等,递送者泛指可提供取货及送货服务的递送会员,收件者可以是接收货物的系统会员、一般收件人、大楼管理员或保管箱;
所述平台装置100至少包含有一处理单元10、一会员管理单元11、一设备界面12、一配对搜索引擎13、一互动单元14、一事件管理单元15、一或多个数据资料库16、一金流单元17、一定位地图生成单元18及一递送监控单元19。其中处理单元10可以内建作业程序,供处理、运算、比对、分析及传输各单元的数据,该会员管理单元11用于对作 为发件人或收件者的系统会员以及作为递送者的递送会员的注册、登入权限、等级、账户的各项个人标识信息进行管理,设备界面12用于供平台装置100接收前述该多个发件人的请求设备20、递送者的服务设备30及收件者的电子装置40发来的请求信息,且该设备界面12还可向请求设备20、服务设备30及电子装置40提供服务信息,该设备界面12包含有一对应请求设备20的发件人界面121及一对应服务设备30的递送者界面122,该设备界面12进一步包含有一对应电子装置40的收件者界面123;
该平台装置100的配对搜索引擎13用于供发件人搜寻筛选可提供递送服务的递送者或供递送者搜寻筛选请求递送服务的发件人,该配对搜索引擎13进一步可供自动筛选配对以生成一至少包含有发件人、递送者、收件者、递送内容、交易金额等信息的递送服务事件,且该配对搜索引擎13进一步具有一查询子单元131,该查询子单元131可供具相对权限的会员查询任一递送服务事件或历史递送服务事件的信息、履历或评比,该互动单元14供自动配对或自行搜寻筛选的发件人、递送者及收件者进行递送服务内容的互动、选择、变更及再确认,该事件管理单元15用于对前述配对搜索引擎13所完成的该多个递送服务事件进行记录、追踪、信息通知及评比,又该多个数据资料库16可以包含有用于储存各会员的识别信息、账户记录、历史需求、评比等信息或影像的数据库,或用于储存递送服务事件、事件履历的信息或影像的数据库,或用于储存历史递送服务事件的交易金流、安全监控、事件履历的信息或影像的数据库;
该平台装置100的金流单元17依递送服务事件的服务内容(重量、大小)、指定送达时间、路径进行递送服务金额计算及账户间金额移转,该金流单元17由发件人的账户预扣递送服务事件的服务金额至一担保账户内,以确保发件人有足够金额可供支付该递送服务事件的费用,同时金流单元17由递送者的账户预扣一约定补偿金额至该担保账户内,以确保递送者能如约提供该递送服务事件的服务,而在寄送件 与收件者确认完成递送服务事件后,由该担保账户将递送者应得的服务金额拨入相对应的账户内,以确保递送者能提供其完整的服务,反之,如果递送者未能如约提供服务,则由该担保账户拨付约定补偿金额至被失约的发件人或递送者,该金流单元17具有一费用重计子单元171,该费用重计子单元171可于递送者于同一递送任务中接受新的至少一递送服务事件时,依重复递送路径重新计算该多个递送服务事件的递送服务金额,以降低原递送服务事件的服务金额;
又该平台装置100进一步包含的定位地图生成单元18可用于对递送者的服务设备30或收件者的电子装置40进行定位以得到一地理位置定位信息,进而供电子地图生成一标示有递送者或收件者的地理位置的地图,让该递送服务事件中的发件人或收件者可以分别通过具有显示电子地图功能的请求设备20或电子装置40追踪递送者目前位置或到达时间,又或供该递送服务事件的递送者通过具有显示电子地图功能的服务设备30确认收件者的地理位置,且平台装置100可依定位地图生成单元18的路径、位置计算递送者可能延迟的时间,并通过前述事件管理单元15发送催促、警告或通知的信息给递送者、发件人或收件者,该定位地图生成单元18进一步具有一路径重排子单元181,供递送者于递送过程中接受新的递送服务事件时,重新安排递送路径与时间,且通过该事件管理单元15发送通知信息给递送者、发件人或收件者;
且该递送监控单元19用于取得或接收发件人、递送者或收件者的递送服务过程货物影像等信息,以管控递送服务事件的货物完整与安全,并结合递送服务事件形成履历,以在该递送服务事件发生事后争议时进行判读;另外,该平台装置100进一步包含有一评比考核单元,供发件人、递送者及收件者于配对或递送服务事件后,对其他参与方进行寄件请求、递送服务或收件的评比,以作为受评者的会员等级调整参考,另平台商亦可利用该评比考核单元对递送者的递送质量、递送设备进行在线或实地考核,以于调整受评者的会员等级时作为参考;
另所述请求设备20及电子装置40可以是内建应用程序(APP)并能通过网络与平台装置100的设备界面12联机的计算机、笔记本电脑、手持行动装置(如智能手机、个人数字助理、平板计算机)或其它可供于在线进行平台装置100的需求服务浏览、搜寻、配对、互动、评比等操作的电子装置,当该请求设备20或电子装置40为手持行动装置时,进一步可以包含有卫星定位模块(GPS),以供平台装置100的定位地图生成单元18收集所在地理位置,且该手持行动装置的请求设备20及电子装置40进一步具有一影像撷取模块(相机镜头),供于递送者取件或送达时撷取货物外观的影像,用于递送服务事件履历记录或质量监控;
至于,所述递送者服务设备30为可内建程序且能通过网络与平台装置100的设备界面12联机的可携式电子设备,如图2所示,该服务设备30具有一可以内建作业程序的处理元件300,供处理、运算、比对、分析及传输各单元的数据,该服务设备30包含有连接该处理元件300的一供显示信息的显示元件31(可以是触控屏幕)、一供取得货物影像的影像撷取元件32、一供传送与接收数据的传输元件33、一供输入指令或信息的输入元件34(其可以是显示单元的触控屏幕)、一供定位地理位置的定位元件35及一供产生导航地图的导航元件36,该服务设备30可以是智能手机、个人数字助理或平板计算机,又该服务设备30进一步包含有一供测量货物尺寸的激光测量模块37、一供测量货物重量的荷重模块38及一供打印递送传票的打印模块39,其中激光测量模块37、荷重模块38或打印模块39可以利用无线(WiFi或蓝牙技术)方式与服务设备30的传输元件33连接,又或令该荷重模块38、打印模块39及传输元件33其中之一或全部与该服务设备30组成为一体设备。另外,该服务设备30进一步包含有至少一可与传输元件33无线连接的电子式保管设备50,该电子式保管设备50包含具有电子密码启闭功能的电子锁51,该电子锁51可以是以传送或输入或扫描等方式接收电子密码,该电子密码可以是QR Code、二维条形码、流水号 码等型式,供发件人于请求递送服务时指定使用,并通过该事件管理单元15发送专用电子密码至发件人与收件者,由递送者利用影像撷取元件32扫描发件人与收件者的电子密码后启闭该电子式保管设备50,供置入或取出摆置于电子式保管设备50内的货物,可以确保文件机密或食材安全;
藉此,组构成一种用于针对递送服务配对交易的系统。
如图1、图2及图3所示,当利用本发明提供的用于针对递送服务配对交易的系统时,一或一个以上发件人、递送者及收件者预先利用各自的请求设备20、服务设备30及电子装置40,分别连接平台装置100的设备界面12的发件人界面121、递送者界面122及收件者界面123进行会员注册,并建立个人相关的会员识别信息及相关数据(如发件人的取件位置、取件时段、热门收件人、其他特别需求等,或递送者的递送工具、递送服务种类、热门取件区域、热门递送区域等,又或收件者的热门收件位置、收件时段、收件模式等),平台装置100的处理单元10与会员管理单元11依发件人、递送者或收件者的注册条件给予不同的权限、等级,本发明提供的用于针对递送服务配对交易的方法依照下列步骤实施:
步骤101、登入平台装置:发件人、递送者或收件者可以分别利用请求设备20、服务设备30或电子装置40连接平台装置100的设备界面12中的发件人界面121、递送者界面122或收件者界面123登入系统,由该平台装置100的会员管理单元11确认该发件人、递送者或收件者的权限及等级,之后执行步骤102;
步骤102、发出一递送请求:该发件人通过发件人界面121登录所需递送服务的尺寸、重量、取件时间、位置或其他特别要求等内容,从而形成一递送请求,并将该递送请求分享于系统的平台装置10中,之后执行步骤103;
步骤103、进行递送请求的搜寻配对:发件人或递送者可利用该平 台装置100配对搜索引擎13的查询子单元131依填入的递送请求、递送服务的条件字段对适合递送者或发件人进行搜寻筛选,也可以由配对搜索引擎13依该递送请求进行自动配对,从而筛选出符合条件的多个发件人或递送者,之后自行挑选出最符合需要的递送者或递送者,亦可由配对搜索引擎13直接指派递送者,接着执行步骤105;
步骤105、生成递送服务事件及预扣费用:完成递送请求确认的发件人、递送者或收件者,可于平台装置100的事件管理单元15的指定字段登记相关的发件人和递送者与收件者的识别信息、递送内容、递送条件、取件及送件的时间、位置等信息,并生成一递送服务事件,且利用该平台装置100的金流单元17依递送内容计算服务金额,之后金流单元17由发件人的账户预扣服务金额至一担保账户,该金流单元17进一步由递送者的账户预扣未履约的补偿金额至担保账户,当该收件者需付担费用时(如指定租用保管箱、变更送达位置),则该金流单元17进一步由收件者的账户预扣未履约的补偿金额至担保账户,接着继续执行步骤106;
步骤106、生成识别信息及管理追踪事件进程:该事件管理单元15将该递送服务事件的内容储存于对应的数据资料库16中,并生成相对应的识别信息(例如QR Code或二维条形码)发送给发件人、递送者或收件者,供于取件或送件时递送者与发件人或收件者相互扫描识别,并通过该事件管理单元15依进度分别对发件人、递送者及收件者的请求设备20、服务设备30及电子装置40发出确认信息、提醒信息、变更信息。且如发件人、递送者及收件者有变更需求时,如时间、位置、增减内容或取消时,变更者可以通过事件管理单元15向其他方请求更改递送服务事件的内容,如获同意则执行步骤107,反之,如果未获同意或取消该递送服务事件时,则重新执行步骤102;
步骤107、执行实体递送服务事件:递送者依该递送服务事件约定的时间、位置前往该发件人指定位置取件,该递送者利用服务设备30 的影像撷取元件32扫描发件人的识别信息,以取得递送服务内容及识别数据,进一步利用服务设备30的激光测量模块37或荷重模块38重新确认货物规格,并通过打印模块39打印出递送服务的传票(包括但不限定寄件人、收件人的识别信息、货物的相关信息及递送的相关数据),供贴设于欲递送货物的外部,再利用影像撷取元件32取得货物于取件时的状况,供服务设备30通过平台装置100的设备界面12回传,如有使用电子式保管设备50的需求时,亦可于递送者扫描发件人识别信息时开启该电子式保管设备50,供发件人置入货物,递送者于执行该递送服务事件时,该平台装置100可利用定位地图生成单元18接收递送者的服务设备30定位数据(如收件者为移动状况亦可进一步接收收件者的电子装置40的信息),并利用该定位地图生成单元18产生地图,供追踪递送者行进位置及到达收件者位置的时间,可供事件管理单元15进一步发出相对应的通知信息给收件者,且于递送者到达收件者的指定位置后,由收件者于递送者的服务设备30的输入元件34以签名或扫描收件者识别信息方式确认货物送达,如果是使用电子式保管设备50递送,则可于递送者扫描收件者识别信息时开启该电子式保管设备50,供收件者取入货物,进一步可利用影像撷取元件32取得货物于送达件时状况,供回传至平台装置100,以利用递送监控单元19记录递送服务过程,可作为厘清争议的依据及保证递送安全,完成后执行步骤108;
步骤108、交易金额移转:当完成该递送服务事件的服务履约后,发件人、递送者及收件者分别利用请求设备20、服务设备30及电子装置40依流程分别进行服务内容的确认,该平台装置100利用金流单元17将发件人或收件者(收件者有应付款需求时)被预扣于担保账户内金额移转至递送者的账户内。如发生发件人未提供货物或递送者未履约取件、延迟递送、递送遗失及货物受损的状况,则该金流单元17将违约方预扣的约定补偿金额移转至未违约方。接着执行步骤109
步骤109、建立事件履历:当该递送服务事件完成或未履约确认后, 该平台装置100可利用事件管理单元15将事件的历史数据及递送监控单元19的影像等信息建立成一事件履历并储存于相对应的数据资料库16中,且可做为发件人的历史递送请求数据或递送者的参考,方便下次递送请求、配对、互动或考核时参考使用,进而完成递送请求至递送服务事件的工作。
本发明提供的用于针对递送服务配对交易的方法有再一实施例,其在完成步骤103后增加一步骤104;
该步骤104、递送请求的服务互动:由发件人或递送者利用互动单元14邀请符合条件的递送者、发件人或收件者进行递送服务内容的互动,以进一步了解该递送请求的内容、执行方式、取件位置、特别需求或收件者特别指定收件位置,其互动方式可以是文字信息、语音通话或视讯通话等,于相关递送服务内容确认后,继续执行步骤105。
又本发明提供的用于针对递送服务配对交易的方法另有一实施例,其是在完成步骤109的建立事件履历后,进一步可以增加一步骤110;
该步骤110、进行事件评比:让发件人、递送者及收件者可以通过请求设备20、服务设备30及电子装置40联机平台装置100,并由平台装置100的设备界面12相对的发件人界面121、递送者界面122及收件者界面123利用该评比考核单元进行其他方的评比,以作为受评者的权限与等级变更参考。
另外,本发明提供的用于针对递送服务配对交易的方法进一步具有另一实施例,如图4所示,其在执行步骤107时,增加一步骤1071;
该步骤1071、导入新的递送服务事件:当该事件管理单元15将新成立的递送服务事件信息公告后,如递送服务的内容、路径与路上递送者重迭或延伸或该收件者有递送服务请求时,可通知在实体路上执行递送服务的递送者的服务设备30,经该递送者同意后,该事件管理单元15可将新的递送服务事件排列该递送者的行程,如此需要并由平 台装置100定位地图生成单元18的路径重排子单元181生成新的路径,且通过服务设备30的导航元件36产生新的导航路径,以依导航进行递服务,接着执行步骤1081;
该步骤1081、更新分配交易金额:该平台装置100的金流单元17于接收到路径安排子单元181重新安排的路径后,可由费用重计子单元171依路径重迭及递送内容重新计算各发件人的应付服务金额,并提供金流单元17扣款的依据,之后执行步骤108。
通过上述说明可知,本发明提供的用于针对递送服务配对交易的系统及方法,能让发件人自行选择递送模式,也可让递送者分享自己的时间、交通工具,例如上、下班时间或出差,可以顺路提供递送服务,收件者也可以指定收件时间或地点,缩短等待的时间,提高服务质量与能量,增加递送者的收入,并能回馈给发件人或收件者,从而形成一种共享经济,进而增加产品的附加价值,并提升其经济效益。

  1. 一种用于针对递送服务配对交易的系统,其特征在于,该系统至少包含有平台商的一平台装置、至少一发件人的请求设备及至少一递送者的服务设备,该平台装置能够通过网络与请求设备、服务设备及电子装置进行通信连接;
    所述平台装置至少包含有一供内建程序的处理单元及分别连接该处理单元的一会员管理单元、一设备界面、一配对搜索引擎、一事件管理单元、一或多个数据资料库、一金流单元、一定位地图生成单元与一递送监控单元,其中该会员管理单元用于对作为发件人或收件者的系统会员以及作为递送者的递送会员的各项个人标识信息进行管理,设备界面用于供平台装置与该多个请求设备、该多个服务设备及该电子装置之间进行信息接收或发送,配对搜索引擎用于供发件人搜寻筛选能够提供递送服务的递送者或供递送者搜寻筛选请求递送服务的发件人,该配对搜索引擎进一步供自动筛选配对以生成一至少包含有发件人、递送者、收件者、递送内容、交易金额的递送服务事件,该事件管理单元对该多个递送服务事件进行记录、追踪及信息通知,又该多个数据资料库包含用于储存各会员识别信息、递送服务事件履历的信息或影像的数据库,该金流单元能够依递送服务事件的服务内容进行递送服务金额计算及账户间金额移转,又该定位地图生成单元用于对递送者的服务设备或收件者的电子装置进行定位以得到一地理位置定位信息,进而供电子地图生成一标示有递送者或收件者的地理位置的地图,该递送监控单元用于取得或接收寄件者、递送者或收件者于递送服务过程中货物影像的信息;

  2. 根据权利要求1所述的用于针对递送服务配对交易的系统,其特征在于,该平台装置具有一互动单元,该互动单元供配对的发件人、递送者及收件者进行递送服务内容的互动、选择、变更及再确认。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的用于针对递送服务配对交易的系统,其特征在于,该平台装置的配对搜索引擎具有一查询子单元,该查询子单元供具有相对权限的会员查询任一递送服务事件或历史递送服务事件的信息、履历或评比。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的用于针对递送服务配对交易的系统,其特征在于,该平台装置的金流单元具有一费用重计子单元,该费用重计子单元供递送者于递送任务中接受新的至少一递送服务事件时重新计算该多个递送服务事件的递送服务金额。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的用于针对递送服务配对交易的系统,其特征在于,该平台装置的定位地图生成单元具有一路径重排子单元,该路径重排子单元供递送者于递送过程中接受新的递送服务事件时,重新安排递送路径与时间。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的用于针对递送服务配对交易的系统,其特征在于,该平台装置包含有一评比考核单元,该评比考核单元供发件人、递送者及收件者于递送服务事件后对其他参与方进行评比。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的用于针对递送服务配对交易的系统,其 特征在于,该请求设备进一步包含有卫星定位模块,该卫星定位模块用于供平台装置的定位地图生成单元收集所在地理位置,且该请求设备进一步具有一影像撷取模块,该影像撷取模块供递送者取件或送达时撷取货物外观的影像。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的用于针对递送服务配对交易的系统,其特征在于,该系统进一步包含有至少一收件者的电子装置,所述电子装置内建应用程序以通过网络与平台装置的设备界面联机,该电子装置包含有卫星定位模块,以供平台装置的定位地图生成单元收集所在地理位置,且该电子装置具有一影像撷取模块,该影像撷取模供递送者取件或送达时撷取货物外观的影像。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的用于针对递送服务配对交易的系统,其特征在于,该服务设备进一步具有一供测量货物尺寸的激光测量模块及一供测量货物重量的荷重模块。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的用于针对递送服务配对交易的系统,其特征在于,该服务设备进一步包含有至少一能够与传输元件无线连接的电子式保管设备,该电子式保管设备包括具有电子密码启闭功能的电子锁。
  11. 一种用于针对递送服务配对交易系统的方法,其特征在于,其应用于至少包含有平台商的一平台装置、至少一发件人的请求设备及至少一递送者的服务设备之间,该平台装置能够通过网络与请求设备、服务设备及电子装置进行通信连接,其包含以下步骤:
    步骤101、登入平台装置:发件人与递送者分别利用请求设备、服务设备连接平台装置登入系统,之后执行步骤102;
    步骤102、发出一递送请求:该发件人登录所需递送服务内容以形成一递送请求,并将该递送请求分享于系统的平台装置中,之后执行步骤103;
    步骤103、进行递送请求的搜寻配对:发件人或递送者利用该平台装置对递送者或发件人进行搜寻筛选,或者由配对搜索引擎依该递送请求进行自动配对,接着执行步骤105;
    步骤105、生成递送服务事件及预扣费用:完成递送请求确认的发件人、递送者于平台装置生成一递送服务事件,且利用该平台装置依递送内容计算服务金额,之后由发件人的账户预扣服务金额至一担保账户,该平台装置进一步由递送者的账户预扣未履约的补偿金额至担保账户,接着继续执行步骤106;
    步骤106、生成识别信息及管理追踪事件进程:平台装置将该递送服务事件的内容储存,并生成相对应的识别信息后发送给发件人及递送者,供相互扫描识别,当需求发生变更时,变更者能够通过事件管理单元向其他方请求更改递送服务事件的内容,如获同意则执行步骤107,如未获同意或取消该递送服务事件则重新执行步骤102;
    步骤107、执行实体递送服务事件:递送者依该递送服务事件约定的时间、位置前往该发件人指定位置取件,该递送者利用服务设备扫描发件人的识别信息,以取得递送服务内容及识别数据,并对货物进行实体递送,完成后执行步骤108;
    步骤108、交易金额移转:当完成该递送服务事件的服务履约后,发件人、递送者及收件者依流程分别进行服务内容的确认,该平台装置将发件人被预扣于担保账户内的金额移转至递送者的账户内,如发生发件人未提供货物或递送者未完成履约的状况,则将违约方预扣的约定补偿金额移转至未违约方,接着执行步骤109
    步骤109、建立事件履历:当该递送服务事件完成或未履约确认后,该平台装置将事件的历史数据建立成一事件履历,进而完成从递送请求至递送服务事件完成整个工作。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的用于针对递送服务配对交易系统的方法,其特征在于,该步骤103后增加一步骤104;
    该步骤104、递送请求的服务互动:由发件人或递送者邀请符合条件的递送者、发件人或收件者进行递送服务内容的互动,以进一步了解该递送请求的特别需求,之后继续执行步骤105。
  13. 根据权利要求11所述的用于针对递送服务配对交易系统的方法,其特征在于,在执行步骤107时,增加一步骤1071及一步骤1081;
    该步骤1071、导入新的递送服务事件:当新成立的递送服务事件信息公告后,通知在实体路上执行递送服务的递送者的服务设备,经该递送者同意后,将新的递送服务事件排列该递送者的行程,接着执行步骤107,之后再执行步骤1081;
    该步骤1081、更新分配交易金额:该平台装置于接收到重新安排的路径后,依路径重迭及递送内容重新计算各发件人的应付服务金额,之后执行步骤108。
  14. 根据权利要求11~14任一项所述的用于针对递送服务配对交易系统的方法,其特征在于,该步骤109后增加一步骤110;
    该步骤110、进行事件评比:发件人、递送者及收件者与平台装置进行联机,以进行其他方的评比。
