Description
本发明属于洗衣机领域,具体地说,涉及一种波轮洗衣机。
全自动波轮洗衣机,是由一个内桶、一个盛水桶以及外箱体组成,内桶可以相对旋转地和盛水桶同心套装在一起,盛水桶通过吊杆活动地安装在外箱体内,盛水桶底部通过螺钉安装连接有驱动衣物洗涤、脱水的减速离合器,电机偏心地安装在减速离合器上,电机的输出轴上安装有带轮,通过皮带将电机与减速离合器的输入端连接,这种结构的洗衣机结构复杂,噪声大,效率低,成本高。内桶与盛水桶之间要保留一定间距,盛水桶与箱体之间保留一定间距。由于吊杆等组件的存在,盛水桶和箱体之间需要的空间尺寸偏大,导致有效洗涤容积较小。
目前,已经有技术研究同轴驱动的洗衣机,电机和减速离合结构以及洗涤脱水桶、波轮均为同轴安装,用来节省空间、材料,该种结构需要良好的减震技术。其中,申请号为CN201510490741.7的中国专利公开了一种同轴驱动的全自动洗衣机,该机器没有盛水桶,而只有底部封闭的箱体兼顾盛水桶功能。电机和减速离合结构以及洗涤脱水桶、波轮均为同轴安装。申请号为CN201520859714.8的中国专利公开了一种波轮式全自动洗衣机,包括顶盖、箱体和内桶,所述的内桶底底面上设有圆环筋,所述的内桶整体通过内桶底安装支承在减速离合驱动装置上,所述的减速离合驱动装置上部穿过内桶的底部活动地设有波轮,所述的具有盛水功能的箱体下面连接有底座,所述的减速离合驱动装置密封地穿过箱体并通过支撑减震簧安装在底座上,所述的箱体底部设有排水口,所述的排水口通过排水阀与从底座上穿过的排水管相连通。
以上两种技术均去掉了盛水桶,采用箱体作为盛水桶,节省了一定的空间和成本,但箱体为方形,洗涤脱水桶为圆柱型,两者之间的空间过大,会导致大量洗涤水的浪费;同时此两种方案的减震装置均为设置在底座上的竖直的支撑减震簧,只能减缓洗衣机轴向上的震动,并不能减缓洗衣机的左右的震动。
有鉴于此特提出本发明。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题在于克服现有技术的不足,提供一种波轮洗衣机,洗衣机的外桶上边沿与箱体固定连接,减小外桶与箱体之间的空间,从而可以扩大洗衣机的有效洗涤容积;外桶底部的减速离合装置上、电机上设有多重减震装置,可以协同作用减轻洗衣机的震动,达到更好的减震效果。本发明的波轮洗衣机有效洗涤容积大、节能、节水、噪声小、成本低,减震效果好。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用技术方案的基本构思是:
本发明的目的是提供一种波轮洗衣机,包括箱体、外桶和内桶,外桶置于箱体内,内桶安装在外桶中,所述外桶的上部与箱体固定连接,箱体内外桶的下方设置有用于减缓外桶震动的减震装置。
进一步的方案,所述外桶的上边沿与箱体的上部固定连接,外桶的侧壁与箱体的内壁间隔设置。
进一步的方案,所述外桶的上边沿向外翻边形成翻折部,所述翻折部包覆住箱体的上端部并与其固定连接;
优选地,翻折部与箱体固定铆接。
进一步的方案,所述翻折部包括外桶的上边沿向箱体水平延伸形成的、用于使外桶侧壁和箱体内壁间隔设置的水平部。
进一步的方案,所述翻折部还包括水平部延伸至箱体外后向下竖直延伸形成的竖直部;
优选的,所述箱体的上部侧壁上设有向外突出的环形凸筋,所述竖直部的端部抵靠在环形凸筋上。
进一步的方案,波轮洗衣机的盘座固定安装在箱体上,外桶的上边沿固定在盘座与箱体之间;
优选地,盘座的边沿包覆外桶的翻折部并抵靠在箱体的环形凸筋上。
进一步的方案,所述箱体包括用于增加箱体强度的固定支架,所述外桶的上边沿固定在固定支架上;

进一步的方案,箱体内的底部设有电机,减震装置包括设置在电机上的第一减震装置。
进一步的方案,所述第一减震装置为减震弹簧,所述减震弹簧的一端与电机的定子固定连接,另一端固定连接在箱体的底壁上;
优选地,减震弹簧至少设有两个,电机的定子外周上设有环形板,减震弹簧安装在环形板上,并在以电机轴线为中心的同一圆周上均匀分布。
进一步的方案,箱体内的底部设有电机,电机上方设有减速离合装置,所述减震装置还包括设置在减速离合装置或者外桶底部上的第二减震装置。
进一步的方案,所述第二减震装置包括安装板和减震器,安装板与减速离合装置固定连接,所述减震器一端与安装板转动连接,另一端与箱体底部转动连接;
优选的,减震器的两端分别与安装板和箱体底部铰接连接;
优选的,所述减震器至少设有两个,均匀安装在以减速离合装置轴线为中心的圆周上。
采用上述技术方案后,本发明与现有技术相比具有以下有益效果:
1、本发明的波轮洗衣机去除了外桶与箱体之间的吊杆等减震组件,大大节省了外桶与箱体之间的空间。外桶的上边沿向外翻折,翻折部直接或者间接地固定在箱体上,同时在内桶和箱体之间预留出合适的防撞击空间。内桶与箱体采用此方式连接,大大节省了洗衣机内部的空间,留出更多的空间用于增大洗涤容积,又预留了合适的空间防止撞击,同时能够节能节水。
2、本发明的波轮洗衣机的外桶底部和箱体底部之间设有用于驱动内桶洗涤、脱水的电机和减速离合装置,电机和减速离合装置上分别设置有减震装置,并且减震装置与箱体的底部固定连接。减震装置包括第一减震装置和第二减震装置,并且设置在以外桶轴线为中心的圆周上,两者能够协同作用,达到更好的减震效果,噪声小,运行稳定。
3、本发明的波轮洗衣机的内桶采用无孔内桶,仅在内桶上部设置脱水孔,内外桶之间无洗涤水,具有节约用水的特点;排水和/或脱水过程中,第一排水口打开,大部分水及沉积物从下部的第一排水口排出至外桶中,衣物中的水则在内桶高速旋转脱水时由内桶上部的脱水孔排出至外桶中,直接从外桶底的第二排水口、排水管排出洗衣机外,实现了快速排水且排水、排污效果好。
4、本发明的波轮洗衣机的内桶底部设有锁止机构,对内桶进行定位锁止,并通过阀塞的开合进行排水,排水快速,防止漏水。

实施例一
如图1至图3所示,本发明的目的是提供一种波轮洗衣机,包括箱体1、外桶2和内桶3,外桶2置于箱体1内,内桶3安装在外桶2中,所述外桶2的上部与箱体1固定连接,箱体1内外桶2的下方设置有用于减缓外桶2震动的减震装置。
本发明的波轮洗衣机,包括箱体1、外桶2和内桶3,外桶2置于箱体1内,内桶3安装在外桶2中,三者可以同轴线设置。箱体1和外桶2之间去掉了传统的波轮洗衣机上安装的吊杆减震组件,将外桶2的上部与箱体1固定连接,并在外桶2底部下方的箱体1内设置了减震装置,既大大节省了外桶2和箱体1之间的空间,留出更多的空间用于安装内桶3,增大实际洗涤容积,又能够达到减缓外桶2震动的目的。
本发明的箱体1形成波轮洗衣机的外观,可以做成内外均为方形的箱体1,也可以做成外廓为方形,内部为圆柱型的箱体1。外桶2可以设置成圆柱型,也可以做成类椭圆的不规则形,以便尽量减少箱体1与外桶2之间的空隙。波轮洗衣机的内桶3可以为无孔内桶3,也可以为普通的有孔内桶3。当箱体1的内壁和外壁均为方形时,外桶2可以做成尽量靠近箱体1各侧壁的不规则形,当箱体1的内部为圆柱型时,外桶2可以设置成圆柱型。
外桶2的上部可以直接与箱体1固定连接,如外桶2的侧壁或者边沿向外延伸与箱体1固定连接;也可以间接地与箱体1固定连接,如通过固定连接杆或者固定连接板等与箱体1固定连接。箱体1与外桶2之间可以采取多种方式固定连接,如螺栓连接,铆接,焊接等等,只要能够实现外桶2上部与箱体1之间固定连接,并且留有一定的间隙24即可。
外桶2底部下方和箱体1底壁之间设有用于带动洗衣机内桶3和波轮18转动,实现洗涤、脱水等功能的电机14和减速离合装置9。电机14安装在箱体1底部,减速离合装置9安装在电机14上方并与减速离合装置9轴连接。减速离合装置9的输出轴穿过外桶2底部并与内桶3和波轮18连接。减震装置设置在外桶2下方的箱体1内,可以直接设置在外桶2的外底壁上,也可以设置在减速离合装置9上,或者设置在电机14上,或者在多个位置设置多个减震装置。本发明的减震装置可以设置一种,也可以设置多种,如减震弹簧、减震器12、减震垫等,多种减震装置起到协同减震作用,达到更好的减震效果。
进一步的方案,所述外桶2的上边沿与箱体1的上部固定连接,外桶2的侧壁与箱体1的内壁间隔设置。
外桶2的上边沿与箱体1上部固定连接,并使外桶2的侧壁与箱体1的内壁之间形成间 隙24,预留出合适的防撞击空间,避免外桶2撞击箱体1。采用外桶2上边沿与箱体1上部固定连接的方式,便于外桶2的加工,也便于外桶2与箱体1安装和固定,使整个外桶2侧壁和箱体1内壁之间具有间隙24,防止撞击。外桶2的上边沿与箱体1上部固定连接可以采用多种方式:例如,外桶2的上边沿向外延伸至箱体1上边沿,并与箱体1上边沿固定连接;或者,外桶2的上边沿向外延伸并包覆箱体1的上部并与箱体1侧壁固定连接。不论哪种方式,能够实现外桶2上边沿与箱体1的固定且形成可以防止撞击的间隙24即可。
更进一步的方案,所述外桶2的上边沿向外翻边形成翻折部5,所述翻折部5包覆住箱体1的上端部并与其固定连接;优选地,翻折部5与箱体1固定铆接。
本方案的外桶2的上边沿向外翻边形成翻折部5,翻折部5包覆住箱体1的上端部并与箱体1固定连接。此种方式的外桶2在装配时,翻折部5可以挂在箱体1上,翻折部5可以包覆整个箱体1的上端部,也可以包覆箱体1与外桶2相切的位置,然后在水平方向上利用铆钉或者螺栓进行连接,此种外桶2与箱体1的固定方式的受力支撑点多,固定效果好,不易变形,不易损坏,用时便于安装或者拆卸。
实施例二
如图1-3所示,本实施例的外桶2的上边沿向外翻边形成翻折部5,翻折部5包括外桶2的上边沿向箱体1水平延伸形成的、用于使外桶2侧壁和箱体1内壁间隔设置的水平部6。
外桶2设置在箱体1内,外桶2上边沿的水平部6为外桶2的上边沿朝向与之对应的箱体1的方向水平延伸而形成,水平部6则横向置于外桶2和箱体1之间,形成外桶2和箱体1之间的间隙24,从而可以避免外桶2撞击箱体1。
进一步的限定,翻折部5还包括水平部6延伸至箱体1外后向下竖直延伸形成的竖直部7。
外桶2的水平部6水平延伸至对应位置的箱体1外侧,与箱体1的外壁平齐后,竖直向下弯折并延伸,形成竖直部7,如此,水平部6形成可以防撞击的间隙24的同时,竖直部7与水平部6的交接部可以抵靠在箱体1上沿,竖直部7包覆箱体1上端,利用铆钉或者螺栓等将竖直部7和箱体1侧壁固定,可以达到良好的固定效果。
更进一步的限定,箱体1的上部侧壁上设有向外突出的环形凸筋8,所述竖直部7的端部抵靠在环形凸筋8上。
箱体1上部的环形凸筋8可以由箱体1的侧壁向外凸起形成,也可以为固定连接在箱体 1上端的环形凸筋8。外桶2上边沿的竖直部7紧贴箱体1外侧壁,端部抵靠在环形凸筋8的上,一是可以为外桶2固定在箱体1上部提供了另一个支撑点,分散受力,增加稳固的效果,另一个可以使竖直部7和箱体1形成光滑的平面,避免剐蹭,增加美观。
进一步的方案,波轮洗衣机的盘座4固定安装在箱体1上,外桶2的上边沿固定在盘座4与箱体1之间。
装配时,外桶2上置于箱体1内,外桶2的上边沿的翻折部5包覆箱体1上端,此时可以将竖直部7和箱体1铆接固定。然后将洗衣机的盘座4安装在箱体1上部,因此,盘座4的边沿包覆了外桶2上边沿的翻折部5,再将盘座4与箱体1和外桶2铆接固定。如此方式,外桶2的上边沿固定并隐藏在盘座4与箱体1之间,不会脱出,且进一步增强了外桶2与箱体1之间的固定效果。
本方案的进一步限定,盘座4的边沿包覆外桶2的翻折部5并抵靠在箱体1的环形凸筋8上。环形凸筋8的上表面的宽度等于外桶2的竖直部7的厚度和盘座4边沿的厚度之和。盘座4安装在箱体1上后,完全包覆竖直部7并同时抵靠在环形凸筋8上,形成美观的外形,也增加支撑点,增强固定效果。
实施例三
如图1所示,本实施例为实施例一或者实施例二的进一步限定,箱体1内的底部设有电机14,电机14上方设有减速离合装置9,减速离合装置9固定在外桶2的底部。减速离合装置9的输出轴穿过内桶3底部并与洗衣机的波轮18连接。
箱体1内外桶2的下方设置有用于减缓外桶2震动的减震装置。减震装置包括设置在电机14上的第一减震装置10。第一减震装置10为减震弹簧,减震弹簧竖直设置,减震弹簧的一端与电机14的定子15固定连接,另一端固定连接在箱体1的底壁上。
当电机14工作时,减震弹簧可以减缓电机14由于轴的转动带来的震动。优选地,减震弹簧至少设有两个,电机14的定子15外周上设有环形板16,减震弹簧安装在环形板16上,并在以电机14轴线为中心的同一圆周上均匀分布。减震弹簧在同一圆周上对称设置,可以设置四个、六个、八个等,分散受力,达到良好的减震效果。
进一步的方案,减震装置还包括设置在减速离合装置9或者外桶2底部上的第二减震装置13。第二减震装置13包括安装板11和减震器12,安装板11与减速离合装置9固定连接,所述减震器12一端与安装板11转动连接,另一端与箱体1底部转动连接。
减速离合装置9可以为减速离合器。安装板11的中心套设并固定在减速离合器的壳体或者轴承座上,减震器12一端与安装板11铰接连接,另一端与箱体1底部铰接连接,或者与箱体1底部设置的底座铰接连接。
进一步的限定,减震器12至少设有两个,均匀安装在以减速离合装置9或者安装板11的轴线为中心的圆周上。减震器12成对安装,对称设置,均匀分布在安装板11的同一圆周上,可以分散受力,达到良好的减震效果。
本实施例的第一减震装置10和第二减震装置13可以设置在以减速离合装置9或者电机14轴线为中心的相同直径或者不同直径的圆周上,减震器12和减震弹簧可以协同作用,进行多重减震,达到更好的减震效果。优选的,减震器12和减震弹簧设置在不同的圆周上,更大范围地分散受力,达到更好的减振效果。
实施例四
如图1所示,本实施例为实施例一或实施例二或实施例三的进一步限定,本实施例的内桶3为仅上部有一排脱水孔17的无孔内桶3。内桶3上方设置有平衡环。内桶3的底部设有用于排水的第一排水口21和用于锁定内桶3的且与内桶3不连通的锁止孔。外桶2的底部设有锁止机构19、用于排水的第二排水口22和控制第一排水口21打开/关闭的排水控制结构。
排水控制结构包括一可伸缩的阀塞20,阀塞20圆周方向上固定,阀塞20向上运动并覆盖住第一排水口21时,控制第一排水口21关闭,所述阀塞20向下运动脱出第一排水口21时,控制第一排水口21打开。锁止机构19包括一可伸缩的锁止杆,所述锁止杆圆周方向上固定,洗涤、漂洗时,锁止杆向上运动并伸入锁止孔,内桶3被锁定,不能转动,同时第一排水口21关闭;脱水时,所述锁止杆向下运动并脱出锁止孔,内桶3周向可转动,对内部衣物进行脱水。
洗涤时,第一排水口21关闭,只有内桶3中有水,内桶3和外桶2之间无水,洗涤结束后,第一排水口21开启,大部分水从第一排水口21中排走。脱水时,内桶3转动,衣物中脱出的水受离心力的作用沿桶壁上升,通过内桶3上部的脱水孔17排出内桶3到内外桶2之间,再通过外桶2的第二排水口22排出。这样洗涤时洗涤水只保存在内桶3中,内外桶2之间无洗涤水,具有节约用水的特点。排水和/或脱水过程中,第一排水口21打开,大部分水及泥沙、颗粒等沉积物从下部第一排水口21排出至外桶2中,衣物中的水则在内桶3高速旋转脱水时由内桶3上部的脱水孔17排出至外桶2中,直接从外桶2底的第二排水口22、排水管23排出洗衣机外,实现了快速排水且排水、排污效果好。
实施例五
如图3所示,本实施例与实施例二的区别在于,本实施例的波轮18洗衣机的箱体1包括用于增加箱体1强度的固定支架25,箱体1内的外桶2的上边沿固定在固定支架25上。固定支架25的刚度更好,可以更好的承担外桶2及内桶3的重量,固定效果好,不易变形。
固定支架25可以为方形固定支架25,也可以为圆柱型固定支架25。固定支架25位于箱体1内,可以与箱体1一体成型,也可以与箱体1固定连接。当固定支架25为方形固定支架25时,外桶2的上边沿向外翻边形成翻折部5,翻折部5包覆固定支架25与外桶2相切的部位。翻折部5包覆固定支架25后与固定支架25固定铆接。
进一步的方案,固定支架25上设置有与外桶2上边沿相配合的凹槽。外桶2上边沿的翻折部5插入到凹槽中并与固定支架25固定连接。此种方式可将连接处隐藏在洗衣机内部,保证固定连接效果的同时保证美观性。

- 根据权利要求1或2所述的波轮洗衣机,其特征在于,所述外桶的上边沿向外翻边形成翻折部,所述翻折部包覆住箱体的上端部并与其固定连接;优选地,翻折部与箱体固定铆接。
- 根据权利要求3所述的波轮洗衣机,其特征在于,所述翻折部包括外桶的上边沿向箱体水平延伸形成的、用于使外桶侧壁和箱体内壁间隔设置的水平部。
- 根据权利要求4所述的波轮洗衣机,其特征在于,所述翻折部还包括水平部延伸至箱体外后向下竖直延伸形成的竖直部;优选的,所述箱体的上部侧壁上设有向外突出的环形凸筋,所述竖直部的端部抵靠在环形凸筋上。
- 根据权利要求5所述的波轮洗衣机,其特征在于,波轮洗衣机的盘座固定安装在箱体上,外桶的上边沿固定在盘座与箱体之间;优选地,盘座的边沿包覆外桶的翻折部并抵靠在箱体的环形凸筋上。
- 根据权利要求1-6任意一项所述的波轮洗衣机,其特征在于,所述箱体包括用于增加箱体强度的固定支架,所述外桶的上边沿固定在固定支架上;优选的,所述固定支架与外桶相切的部位设置有与外桶上边沿相配合的凹槽。
- 根据权利要求1-7任意一项所述的波轮洗衣机,其特征在于,箱体内的底部设有电机,减震装置包括设置在电机上的第一减震装置。
- 根据权利要求8所述的波轮洗衣机,其特征在于,所述第一减震装置为减震弹簧,所述减震弹簧的一端与电机的定子固定连接,另一端固定连接在箱体的底壁上;优选地,减震弹簧至少设有两个,电机的定子外周上设有环形板,减震弹簧安装在环形板上,并在以电机轴线为中心的同一圆周上均匀分布。
- 根据权利要求1-9任意一项所述的波轮洗衣机,其特征在于,箱体内的底部设有电 机,电机上方设有减速离合装置,所述减震装置还包括设置在减速离合装置或者外桶底部上的第二减震装置。
- 根据权利要求10所述的波轮洗衣机,其特征在于,所述第二减震装置包括安装板和减震器,安装板与减速离合装置固定连接,所述减震器一端与安装板转动连接,另一端与箱体底部转动连接;优选的,减震器的两端分别与安装板和箱体底部铰接连接;优选的,所述减震器至少设有两个,均匀安装在以减速离合装置轴线为中心的圆周上。
