Description
- The present disclosure belongs to the field of a washing machine, in particular to an impeller-type washing machine.
- A full-automatic impeller-type washing machine is composed of an inner tub, a bucket and an outer box body, wherein the inner tub can be concentrically sleeved with the bucket in a relatively rotating manner. The bucket is installed in the outer box body actively through a hanger, a bottom of the bucket is installed and connected with a decelerating clutch, configured to drive washing and dehydration of clothes, via a screw. A motor is installed on the decelerating clutch eccentrically. An output shaft of the motor is installed with a belt wheel, and the motor is connected with an input end of the decelerating clutch through a belt. A washing machine of this structure is complex in structure, large in noise, low in efficiency and high in cost. Certain spacing should be reserved between an inner tub and the bucket, and certain spacing should be reserved between a bucket and a box body. Due to existence of such components as a hanger, the spatial size required between the bucket and the box body is relatively large, thereby leading to a relatively small effective washing volume.
- At present, a washing machine which is driven coaxially has been researched in some technologies. A motor, a decelerating clutch structure, a washing dehydration bucket and an impeller are all installed coaxially, so as to save space and materials, and such a structure needs a favorable damping technique. A Chinese patent with an application number of CN201510490741.7 discloses a full-automatic washing machine which is driven coaxially. In this machine, no bucket is available, only a box body which is closed at a bottom serves the task of a bucket. A motor, a decelerating clutch structure, a washing dehydration bucket and an impeller are all installed coaxially. A Chinese patent with an application number of CN201520859714.8 discloses an impeller-type full-automatic washing machine which includes a top cover, a box body and an inner tub, an annular rib is arranged on a bottom surface of the inner tub, the whole inner tub is installed and supported on a decelerating clutch driving device via a bottom of an inner tub, an upper part of the decelerating clutch driving device penetrates through a bottom part of the inner tub and is provided with an impeller in an active manner. A base is connected with a lower part of a box body which has a water accommodation function, The decelerating clutch driving device penetrates through the box body in a sealed manner and is installed on the base through a supporting damping spring. A drainage port is arranged at the bottom of the box body, and the drainage port is communicated with a drainage pipe, which penetrates through the base, via a drainage valve.
- In the above two technologies, a bucket is removed, and a box body is adopted as a bucket, thereby saving a certain space and cost, however, the box body is square, and a washing and dehydration bucket is cylindrical, the space between the two is overlarge, then a large amount of washing water is wasted. Meanwhile, the damping devices in the two solutions are both vertical supporting damping springs which are arranged on the base. It can only slow the vibration in the axial direction of the washing machine and cannot slow the vibration of the left and right of the washing machine.
- In view of this, the present disclosure is hereby proposed.

The damping device is arranged in thebox body 1 below theouter tub 2, and can be directly arranged on an outer bottom wall of theouter tub 2, can also be arranged on the deceleratingclutch device 9, or arranged on themotor 14, or multiple damping devices can be arranged at multiple positions. One or more types of damping devices can be arranged in the present disclosure, for example, a damping spring, adamper 12 or a shock pad, etc. Multiple damping devices play a role of collaborative damping, and achieve a better damping effect. - In a further solution, an upper edge of the
outer tub 2 is fixedly connected with an upper part of thebox body 1, and there is a space between a side wall of theouter tub 2 and an inner wall of thebox body 1. - The upper edge of the
outer tub 2 is fixedly connected with the upper part of thebox body 1, thegap 24 is formed between the side wall of theouter tub 2 and the inner wall of thebox body 1, to reserve a proper anti-hitting space, and avoid theouter tub 2 from hitting against thebox body 1. When a fixed connection mode between the upper edge of theouter tub 2 and the upper part of thebox body 1 is adopted, processing of theouter tub 2 is facilitated, and installation and fixation of theouter tub 2 and thebox body 1 are also facilitated, such that thegap 24 is formed between the side wall of the entireouter tub 2 and the inner wall of thebox body 1, to prevent hitting. An upper edge of theouter tub 2 and an upper part of thebox body 1 can be fixedly connected in multiple manners: for example, the upper edge of theouter tub 2 extends outwards to the upper edge of thebox body 1, and is fixedly connected with the upper edge of thebox body 1; or the upper edge of theouter tub 2 extends outwards and covers the upper part of thebox body 1 and is fixedly connected with the side wall of thebox body 1.
