Background
The existing pulsator washing machine generally comprises a washing barrel, an outer barrel, a vibration reduction component and a power system, wherein the washing barrel rotates relative to the outer barrel during washing and dewatering so that clothes and washing water generate effects to achieve the purpose of washing the clothes or dewatering, the outer barrel is used as a water containing barrel and is not contacted with the clothes in the washing process, the outer barrel is arranged outside the washing barrel to provide support for the washing barrel, the volume of the outer barrel of the existing washing machine relative to the washing barrel is large, the quantity of washing water stored between the inner barrel and the outer barrel is large, the washing water cannot be fully utilized, the arrangement is not only not beneficial to water saving, but also the overall volume of the washing machine is large. The Chinese patent No. 99230455.5 discloses a single-tub water-saving washing machine, wherein a water collecting device is arranged at the tub mouth of the washing tub, the water collecting opening of the water collecting device is covered at the tub mouth along the circumference of the washing tub, a water collecting cavity at the tub mouth of the water collecting device is connected with a plurality of water discharging pipes, which are symmetrically arranged from top to bottom along the outer wall of the washing tub, when the washing machine is spin-dried, the water collecting device collects the centrifugal water flow rotating at high speed and guides and discharges the water flow downwards, although the outer tub is omitted, when the washing machine is spin-dried, the washing water enters the water collecting device and then is concentrated in the water collecting cavity under the action of centrifugal force, and is difficult to flow downwards along the water discharging pipes, so that the load of the spin-drying motor is too large, especially when the residual water in the washing tub is more, most of the washing water is concentrated in the water collecting cavity and is not discharged, the total gravity center of the inner tub is improved, the vibration of the inner tub is increased, and the working load of the spin-drying motor is increased, the motor is easily damaged.
The invention is therefore set forth in this light.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to overcome the defects of the prior art and provide a washing machine which can enlarge the volume of a washing barrel and can discharge water in the washing barrel in time during dehydration.
In order to realize the purpose, the invention adopts the following technical scheme:

the washing machine of the invention omits an outer barrel structure, the washing barrel is directly used as a water containing barrel, the utilization rate of the washing water can be improved, the use amount of the washing water is reduced, meanwhile, after the outer barrel is omitted, the volume of the washing barrel can be set to be larger, the amount of clothes to be washed is increased along with the increase of the volume, and the purpose of capacity expansion of the washing machine is achieved.

The following describes embodiments of the present invention in further detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.
As shown in fig. 1 to 3, a washing machine includes a cabinet 1, a washing tub 2 for receiving laundry, a power unit 3 for driving the washing tub 2 to rotate, and a mounting plate 4 mounted at a lower portion of the washing tub 2, and a vibration damping member for connecting the mounting plate 4 to the cabinet 1. The washing tub 2 is rotatably disposed in the cabinet 1, the washing tub 2 is seated on the mounting plate 4 and is rotatable with respect to the mounting plate 4, the washing tub 2 serves as a water tub for containing washing water, the mounting plate 4 is used to support the washing tub 2, and the mounting plate 4 is movably connected with the cabinet 1 through a vibration damping member, so that the washing tub 2 and the mounting plate 4 vibrate during washing or dehydration, and the vibration is absorbed after being transmitted to the vibration damping member.
The washing barrel 2 is of a double-layer barrel structure and comprises an inner-layer barrel body 11 and an outer-layer barrel body 12, the inner-layer barrel body 11 and the outer-layer barrel body 12 are fixedly connected, a gap is reserved between the inner-layer barrel body and the outer-layer barrel body 12, the gap forms a drainage channel 5, the upper end of the drainage channel 5 is communicated with a dewatering hole 8 formed in the top of the inner-layer barrel body 11, and the lower end of the drainage channel is communicated with a drainage pipe 6 of the washing machine. Preferably, the inner barrel body 11 and the outer barrel body 12 are nested structures, the outer barrel body 12 is a non-porous barrel body, and only the upper end of the inner barrel body 11 is provided with the dehydration hole 8.
Preferably, the inner diameter of the inner tub 11 gradually increases from bottom to top, so that water in the inner tub 11 flows upward along the inner tub wall under the action of centrifugal force when the washing tub 2 rotates; the inner diameter of the outer tub body 12 is gradually reduced from bottom to top so that water in the drain passage 5 flows down along the outer tub wall by a centrifugal force when the washing tub 2 is rotated. When the washing machine dehydrates, water in the inner-layer barrel body 11 firstly flows upwards along the inner-layer barrel wall under the action of centrifugal force and enters the drainage channel 5 through the dehydration holes 8, and water flow changes to flow in the drainage channel 5 and falls down and flows downwards, finally enters the drainage pipe 6 of the washing machine and is discharged out of the washing machine.
The top of washing tub 2 is equipped with compensating ring 7, the bottom of compensating ring 7 is connected with the upper end of inlayer staving 11 and outer staving 12, and in order to avoid when the dehydration, washing water overflows from washing tub 2, and the internal diameter of compensating ring is less than inlayer staving 11 upper end open-ended internal diameter to the water that blocks in the inlayer staving 11 upwards flows out washing tub 2. Specifically, the upper end of the inner-layer barrel body 11 and the upper end of the outer-layer barrel body 12 are connected into a whole, an annular bayonet is formed and clamped at the outer side of the bottom of the balance ring 7, when water in the inner-layer barrel body 11 flows upwards to be in contact with the balance ring 7, the bottom of the balance ring 7 blocks water flow to continue flowing upwards, and the effect of collecting the water flow to enter the dewatering holes 8 is achieved.
Preferably, the dewatering holes 8 are plural and uniformly distributed along the circumferential direction of the inner tub 11, and the dewatering holes 8 are provided at the lower side of the bottom of the balancing ring 7.
The bottom of the washing barrel 2 is provided with a water outlet which is positioned below the impeller of the washing machine, and the bottom of the water drainage channel 5 extends to be connected with the water outlet; be equipped with a water retaining ring 13 on the mounting panel 4, water retaining ring 13 is protruding to 2 directions of washtub by the upper surface of mounting panel 4 to extend a take the altitude, form the cavity structure that holds the washing water, the bottom of cavity structure is equipped with the opening and connects washing machine's drain pipe 6, a valve plug 15 is installed in the outlet of 2 bottoms of washtub, the outlet is located water retaining ring 13's inboard, with the internal drainage of cavity structure when valve plug 15 is opened. The valve plug 15 is in a closed state during the washing stage, and the valve plug 15 is in an open state during the dehydrating stage, so that the washing water in the washing tub 2 flows into the cavity structure and is discharged to the outside of the washing machine through the drain pipe 6 after the valve plug 15 is opened.
Preferably, the top of the water retaining ring 13 is higher than the bottom of the washing tub 2, and a certain gap is reserved between the inner circumferential wall of the water retaining ring 13 and the outer circumferential wall of the washing tub 2 to avoid collision when the washing tub 2 rotates.
Preferably, the inner wall of the inner tub 11 is provided with protrusions or lines for contacting and rubbing with the laundry, so that the protrusions or lines can rub with the laundry during the washing process.
The power device is arranged at the bottom of the mounting plate 4 and comprises a motor and a speed reduction clutch, and a rotating shaft of the motor is connected with the bottom of the washing barrel through the speed reduction clutch so as to drive the washing barrel 2 to rotate. The output shaft of the speed reduction clutch penetrates through the mounting plate 4 to be connected with the washing barrel 2, and at least one dynamic seal is arranged between the output shaft and the mounting plate 4. Preferably, the bottom of the mounting plate 4 is provided with a plurality of reinforcing ribs protruding downwards.
The upper surface of mounting panel 4 still is equipped with a locking structure 14, locking mechanism 14 is located the bottom of washtub 2 to with the cooperation of washtub 2, in order to restrict washtub 2 and rotate, locking mechanism 14 can pin washtub 2, prevents that washtub 2 from rotating, and at the washing stage, locking mechanism 14 pins washtub 2, makes it can not rotate, and at the dehydration stage, locking mechanism 14 unblock for washtub 2 can rotate.
The damping part includes jib 9 and jib seat 10, the upper end and the box 1 of jib 9 are connected, and the lower extreme is connected with jib seat 10, be equipped with on the edge of mounting panel 4 with jib seat 10 complex bayonet socket, jib seat 10 card form is in the bayonet socket to be located the downside of mounting panel 4, install the spring in jib seat 10, under mounting panel 4 and washing barrel 2 action of gravity, the spring in jib seat 10 is compressed to play the function of damping when 2 vibrations of washing barrel. The mounting plate 4 is located at the lower part of the washing tub 2, so that the lifting rod seat 10 is located below the washing tub 2, does not occupy the space between the washing tub 2 and the cabinet 1, and is beneficial to expanding the volume of the washing tub 2.
The dehydration process of the invention is that firstly, water in the washing barrel 2 is discharged through a water outlet at the bottom of the washing barrel 2 before dehydration, then the motor drives the washing barrel 2 to rotate at high speed, the residual water in the washing barrel 2 ascends along the inner barrel wall under the action of centrifugal force and enters a water discharge channel, in the water discharge channel, the water flow changes the flow direction, flows downwards, flows out of the washing barrel 2 along the water discharge channel 5, falls into a cavity structure enclosed by a water retaining ring 13, and finally is discharged out of the washing machine through a water discharge pipe 6.
