The side wall 103 of the inner cylinder is provided with a washing normally closed hole 6 communicated with the water guide channel 10, and the washing normally closed hole 6 is positioned in the middle of the inner cylinder 1 or close to the side of the cylinder opening 101 of the inner cylinder. The side of the water guide channel 10 far away from the inner cylinder 1 is spaced from the annular folded edge 14 of the water collecting tray 7 by a certain gap, so that the water guide channel 10 cannot interfere with the water collecting tray 7 in the rotation process of the inner cylinder 1.
As shown in fig. 8, in this embodiment, the water guide channel 10 may also be disposed on the inner wall of the inner cylinder sidewall 103, and the water guide channel 10 is disposed to protrude from the inner wall of the inner cylinder sidewall 103, so that the water guide channel 10 is located inside the inner cylinder 1. In this embodiment, the water guide channel 10 can be disposed inside the inner cylinder sidewall 103 by utilizing the wall thickness of the inner cylinder sidewall 103, and the purpose that the drainage at the inner cylinder washing normally closed hole 6 flows into the water collection tray 7 along the water guide channel 10 can also be achieved.

As shown in fig. 7, in the present embodiment, the water outlet end of the water guide channel 10 is provided with an outward flange 16 that protrudes and extends radially toward the outer periphery of the inner cylinder 1, so that the water jet flowing out from the water guide channel 10 is blocked by the outward flange 16 and flows downward; meanwhile, the outward turned edge 16 extends for a certain length along the vertical direction, so that the outward turned edge 16 can shield the water flowing into the water collecting tray 7, and the water at the lower end of the water collecting tray 7 is prevented from flowing out from the opening of the water collecting tray 7.
In this embodiment, the water guide channel 10 is disposed on the outer wall of the inner cylinder sidewall 103, and a circle of outward flanges 16 extending along the radial direction of the inner cylinder 1 and in the direction away from the axis of the inner cylinder is disposed at the water outlet end of the water guide channel 10. Preferably, the water outlet end of the water guide channel 10 is provided with a water outlet for water flow, and the outward flange 16 extends to the outside of the water guide channel along the radial direction of the water outlet. The extending end of the flange 16 is attached to or close to the inner wall of the annular flange 14 of the water collection tray 7 to ensure that water flowing into the water collection tray 7 is blocked by the flange and does not flow out of the open side of the water collection tray 7.

As shown in fig. 5 and 6, in the present embodiment, one side of the water guiding channel 10 away from the axis of the inner barrel 1 is an inclined surface gradually outward away from the axis of the inner barrel from the normally closed washing hole 6 toward the water collecting tray 7, so as to ensure that the drainage water flowing into the water guiding channel 10 flows into the water collecting tray 7 along the inclined surface. The water guide channel is arranged to be the inclined plane inclined towards the direction of the water collecting tray, so that water flow flowing into the water guide channel smoothly flows into the water collecting tray along the water guide channel under the action of the rotating centrifugal force of the inner barrel, and the purpose of improving the drainage efficiency is achieved.
In this embodiment, the water guide channel 10 is disposed at the outer wall of the inner cylinder sidewall 103. The outer wall of the inner cylinder side wall 103 extends outwards to form extension ribs, the extension ribs extend along the parallel direction of the axis of the inner cylinder 1, the left side and the right side of each extension rib are respectively in sealing connection with the inner cylinder side wall 103, one end of each extension rib close to the inner cylinder opening 101 is in sealing connection with the inner cylinder side wall 103, one end of each extension rib close to the inner cylinder bottom 102 is arranged at intervals with the inner cylinder side wall 103, and therefore the extension ribs and the inner cylinder side wall 103 jointly form a water guide channel 10.
In this embodiment, the inner wall surface of the water guide channel 10 on the side far from the axis of the inner cylinder 1 is an inclined surface gradually inclined downwards from the cylinder opening 101 of the inner cylinder to the cylinder bottom 102, so as to guide the washing water flowing into the water guide channel 10 to flow along the inclined surface to the water outlet end of the water guide channel 10 under the action of centrifugal force.
Similarly, when the water guide channel 10 is located on the inner wall surface of the inner cylinder sidewall 103, an extension rib extends inwards from the inner wall of the inner cylinder sidewall 103, the extension rib extends along the axis of the inner cylinder 1 in a parallel direction, the left side and the right side of the extension rib are respectively connected with the inner cylinder sidewall 103 in a sealing manner, one end of the extension rib close to the inner cylinder opening 101 is connected with the inner cylinder sidewall 103 in a sealing manner, and one end of the extension rib close to the inner cylinder bottom 102 is arranged at an interval with the inner cylinder sidewall 103, so that the extension rib and the inner cylinder sidewall 103 jointly enclose the water guide channel 10. In this embodiment, one side away from the axis of the inner cylinder 1 may be partially, partially or wholly inclined from the washing normally closed hole 6 to the water collecting tray 7, and the purpose of smoothly discharging the water flowing into the water guide channel to the outside can be achieved.

As shown in fig. 12 and 13, in the present embodiment, the washing normally closed hole 6 is directly disposed at the inner cylinder bottom 102, and the water outlet end of the washing normally closed hole 6 is directly communicated with the water collecting tray 7, so as to directly flow the drain water into the water collecting tray 7.
In the embodiment, the washing normally closed holes 6 are arranged at the periphery of the inner cylinder bottom 102, the washing normally closed holes 6 are arranged towards the disc-shaped structures 13 of the water collecting disc 7, and preferably, the axes of the washing normally closed holes 6 are arranged in parallel with the axis of the inner cylinder 1, so that the washing water flowing out of the washing normally closed holes 6 directly sprays the disc-shaped structures 13 of the water collecting disc 7 and flows downwards along the disc-shaped structures 13 to flow through the drain pipe 11 for being discharged outwards.
In this embodiment, the diameter of the sidewall 103 of the inner cylinder of the washing normally closed hole 6 is gradually increased from the two ends to the direction of the washing normally closed hole 6, so that the washing water contained in the inner cylinder 1 is converged to the cross section where the washing normally closed hole 6 is located under the action of the centrifugal force in the rotation process of the inner cylinder, and the purpose that the washing water in the inner cylinder 1 can be completely discharged from the washing normally closed hole 6 is ensured. Preferably, the normally closed washing hole 6 is formed in the inner cylinder bottom 102, and the diameter of the inner cylinder sidewall 103 gradually increases from the inner cylinder opening 101 to the inner cylinder bottom 102, so that the washing water in the inner cylinder 1 is guided to flow in a converging manner along the inner cylinder sidewall 103 to the inner cylinder bottom 102 during the rotation of the inner cylinder 1, and further, the washing water in the inner cylinder 1 can be completely discharged from the normally closed washing hole 6.
Similarly, in the present embodiment, the normally closed washing hole 6 may also be disposed on the inner cylinder opening 101 side of the inner cylinder 1, the normally closed washing hole 6 is disposed on the outer periphery of the inner cylinder opening 101 side, and the inner cylinder 1 is configured as a tapered cylinder gradually increasing from the inner cylinder bottom 102 to the inner cylinder opening 101 side; the water collecting disc 7 is arranged at the side of the opening 101 of the inner cylinder, and the aim of smoothly discharging the washing water in the inner cylinder can be achieved.
EXAMPLE six
As shown in fig. 10 and 11, in the present embodiment, the washing normally closed hole 6 is directly disposed on the inner cylinder sidewall 103 near the inner cylinder bottom 102, and the water outlet end of the washing normally closed hole 6 is directly communicated with the water collecting tray 7, so as to directly flow the drain water into the water collecting tray 7.
In this embodiment, the normally closed washing hole 6 is disposed on the side of the inner cylinder sidewall 103 close to the inner cylinder bottom 102, the water collection tray 7 is disposed at the inner cylinder bottom 102, the axis of the normally closed washing hole 6 extends along the inner cylinder radial direction, and the normally closed washing hole 6 and the annular folded edge 14 of the water collection tray 7 are disposed in a mutually overlapped manner in the horizontal direction, so as to ensure that the water flow flowing out of the normally closed washing hole 6 can directly flow into the water collection tray 7.
In this embodiment, the diameter of the inner cylinder sidewall 103 gradually increases from both ends to the direction of the normally closed washing hole 6, so that the washing water contained in the inner cylinder 1 converges toward the cross section where the normally closed washing hole 6 is located under the action of the centrifugal force during the rotation of the inner cylinder, thereby ensuring the purpose that the washing water in the inner cylinder 1 can be completely discharged from the normally closed washing hole 6. Preferably, the normally closed washing hole 6 is formed in the side wall 103 of the inner cylinder close to the inner cylinder bottom 102, and the diameter of the side wall 103 of the inner cylinder is gradually increased from the opening 101 of the inner cylinder to the inner cylinder bottom 102, so that the washing water in the inner cylinder 1 is guided to flow in a converging manner along the side wall 103 of the inner cylinder towards the inner cylinder bottom 102 during the rotation of the inner cylinder 1, and the washing water in the inner cylinder 1 is ensured to be completely discharged from the normally closed washing hole 6.
Similarly, in the embodiment, the normally closed washing hole 6 can also be arranged on the inner cylinder opening 101 side of the inner cylinder, the normally closed washing hole 6 is arranged on the inner cylinder sidewall 103 close to the inner cylinder opening 101 side, and the inner cylinder 1 is arranged as a tapered cylinder gradually increasing from the inner cylinder bottom 102 to the inner cylinder opening 101 side; the water collecting disc 7 is arranged at the side of the inner cylinder opening 101, and the aim of smoothly discharging the washing water in the inner cylinder 1 can be achieved.
Of course, in this embodiment, the normally closed washing hole 6 may be disposed at any position of the sidewall 103 of the inner cylinder, the water collecting tray 7 is correspondingly disposed at the vertical cross section corresponding to the normally closed washing hole 6, and the inner cylinder 1 is disposed as a rhombic cylinder with a diameter gradually increasing from two ends to the normally closed washing hole 6, so that the purpose of smoothly discharging the washing water in the inner cylinder can still be achieved.
EXAMPLE seven
As shown in fig. 3, in this embodiment, the end of the annular folded edge 14 of the water collecting tray 7 is provided with a ring of inward turned edges 15 extending towards the axial direction of the inner barrel 1, and the inward turned edges 15 are in contact with or close to the outer wall surface of the side wall 103 of the inner barrel to ensure the sealing performance of the chamber surrounded by the water collecting tray 7, thereby avoiding the problem that water flowing into the water collecting tray 7 flows out from the opening.
In this embodiment, the water guiding channel 10 may be disposed on the outer wall surface of the inner cylinder sidewall 103, and at least a portion of the water guiding channel 10 is overlapped with the annular folded edge 14 of the water collecting tray 7 in the vertical direction, so that the water outlet end of the water guiding channel 10 extends into the water collecting tray 7. The annular flanging 14 of the water collecting tray 7 is provided with an inner flanging which extends along the radial direction of the inner cylinder 1 and towards the axial direction of the inner cylinder 1 at the side close to the opening 101 of the inner cylinder, and the extending end of the inner flanging 15 and one side of the water guide channel 10 far away from the inner cylinder 1 are close to each other or are in contact with each other, so that the water flow flowing into the water collecting tray 7 cannot flow out from the side of the water collecting tray 7 close to the opening 101 of the inner cylinder.
In this embodiment, the water guiding channel 10 may also be disposed at the inner side of the inner cylinder sidewall 103 or inside the inner cylinder sidewall 103, the end of the annular folded edge 14 of the water collecting tray 7 near the inner cylinder opening 101 is disposed with an inner folded edge 15, and the extending end of the inner folded edge 15 is disposed near or in contact with the outer wall of the inner cylinder sidewall 103, so as to ensure that the water flowing into the water collecting tray 7 does not flow out from the inner cylinder opening side of the water collecting tray 7.
As shown in fig. 8, in order to further improve the sealing performance of the water collecting tray 7, a circle of dynamic seal 17 is arranged between the inward flange 15 and the inner cylinder sidewall 103 to seal the joint of the inward flange 15 and the inner cylinder sidewall 103, so as to realize the sealing treatment of the chamber enclosed inside the water collecting tray 7, and further ensure that the water flowing into the water collecting tray 7 does not leak.
Of course, in order to achieve the sealing performance of the water collecting tray 7 of the washing machine, the following arrangement may be made: a circle of dynamic seal 17 is arranged between the annular folded edge 14 of the water collecting tray 7 and the outer wall of the inner cylinder 1, the dynamic seal 17 replaces the inner folded edge 15, the joint of the water collecting tray 7 and the inner cylinder 1 is directly sealed by the dynamic seal 17, and the phenomenon of leakage of water flowing into the water collecting tray 7 can be avoided.
Example eight
As shown in fig. 1 to 6, in the present embodiment, a driving motor 5 formed by a direct-drive motor is installed on the water collection tray 7; the direct drive motor and the inner cylinder 1 are coaxially arranged. The direct drive motor comprises a rotor and a stator which are coaxially arranged, and the rotor and the stator are coaxially arranged with the inner barrel 1 so as to ensure that the gravity center of the direct drive motor is positioned on the axis of the inner barrel 1 and further ensure the stability of the washing machine in the operation process.
Or, the water collecting tray 7 is provided with a motor 20 connected with a transmission device, and the transmission device can be: a pulley, a gear set, etc. of any conventional transmission structure. 5. A washing machine as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 4 wherein the water outlet end of the water conduit is arranged towards the disc-like structure of the water collection tray and is provided with a flange extending in a direction towards the annular flange of the water collection tray;
preferably, the outward flanging is arranged at the end part of the water guide channel extending into the gap between the water collecting tray and the outer wall of the inner cylinder.
6. A washing machine as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 4 wherein, in the washing machine in the washing condition, the normally closed cells are in the closed condition; when the washing machine is in a dehydration state, the normally closed washing hole is in an open state;
preferably, the washing normally closed hole comprises a hole arranged on the inner cylinder wall, and a sealing valve structure is arranged at the hole;
the sealing valve structure comprises a valve core, a valve body and a sealing valve body, wherein the valve core can movably seal or open a hole;
the centrifugal device is connected with the valve core, and the valve core is pulled to open the hole under the action of centrifugal force when the inner cylinder rotates at high speed;
and the elastic element is connected with the valve core and overcomes the centrifugal force to push the valve core to close the hole when the inner cylinder rotates at a low speed.

A washing machine as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 4 wherein the water conducting passage is provided in the inner wall, or outer wall, or interior of the inner tub wall, the water inlet end of the water conducting passage being connected to the interior of the inner tub through the normally closed washing hole, and the water outlet end being provided with a water outlet connected to the water collection tray.

A washing machine as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein an opening is provided at one end of the inner tub, and the water collection tray is provided at the other end of the inner tub opposite to the opening; the rear side of the water collecting tray is provided with a motor, the center of the bottom of the inner cylinder is provided with an inner cylinder shaft which is coaxially arranged, the inner cylinder shaft passes through the water collecting tray, and the penetrating end of the inner cylinder shaft is connected with the motor directly or through a transmission device; the inner barrel shaft is arranged in a hollow manner, so that the hollow portion forms a flow channel, one end of the flow channel is connected with the inner barrel, and the other end of the flow channel is connected with a water inlet structure of the washing machine.
