Meanwhile, in the embodiment, a certain gap is arranged between the upper part of the door cover 4 and the inner cylinder opening 101; one end of the water inlet pipe 17 extends into the inner barrel 1 from a gap between the upper part of the door cover 4 and the barrel opening 101 of the inner barrel, and the other end of the water inlet pipe 17 is communicated with a water inlet structure of the washing machine so as to feed water into the inner barrel of the washing machine. Through the arrangement, the upper part of the opening of the inner barrel of the washing machine is arranged in a clearance manner, so that water in the inner barrel of the washing machine cannot flow out from the clearance or splash due to the rotation of the inner barrel, and the purpose of water inlet from the clearance at the upper part of the inner barrel is realized; meanwhile, the water inlet pipe and the inner drum do not interfere with each other when rotating, so that the purpose that the outer drum is not needed to be arranged outside the inner drum is achieved, and the washing capacity of the washing machine is improved.
Preferably, in the embodiment, the upper part of the door cover 4 is provided with an inclined part 21 which is gradually inclined downwards from outside to inside, and a certain gap is formed between the inner side end of the inclined part 21 and the upper end of the inner cylinder opening 101; one end of the water inlet pipe 17 extends along the inclined part 21 and is inserted into the inner barrel 1 from the gap, and the other end of the water inlet pipe 17 is bent and extends upwards and is communicated with the water inlet structure of the washing machine, so that the inlet water flowing out of the water inlet pipe is guided by the inclined part 21 to flow downwards into the inner barrel 1 through the opening of the inner barrel, and the aim of smoothly feeding water into the washing machine is fulfilled.
EXAMPLE III
In the embodiment of the invention, in order to discharge the water flow after the clothes in the inner drum of the washing machine are separated and realize the normal washing of the inner drum sealed water containing in the working process of the washing machine, the following settings are carried out:
as shown in fig. 1 to 5, in a dewatering structure of a washing machine, an inner drum 1 is installed in a casing 2 of the washing machine, at least one dewatering opening 37 is arranged on the side wall of the inner drum 1, dewatering valves 38 are respectively arranged at the dewatering openings 37, a valve core 25 of each dewatering valve 38 is connected with the inner drum 1 through a limiting spring 26, and the valve core 25 closes the dewatering openings 37 under the action of the limiting spring 26; when the inner cylinder 1 rotates for dehydration, the centrifugal force pushes the valve core 25 to move against the elasticity of the spring 26 and opens the dehydration valve 38 for drainage.
As shown in fig. 5, in the normal operation process of the washing machine, the dewatering valve is closed, the dewatering port is in a closed state, and water in the inner barrel cannot flow out from the dewatering port; as shown in fig. 4, when the washing machine is in a dehydration state, the inner drum of the washing machine rotates at a medium-high speed, water flow separated from the clothes in the inner drum flows to the large opening end by adhering to the inner drum wall under the action of centrifugal force, and the dehydration valve is opened under the action of centrifugal force, so that the water separated from the clothes in the inner drum flows out of the inner drum from the dehydration opening, and the purpose of dehydration and discharge in the inner drum is achieved.
Through the arrangement, the drain valve is in a closed state in the normal state of the washing machine, and the dewatering valve is in an open state under the action of centrifugal force of the high-speed rotating inner cylinder when the washing machine dewaters, so that water contained in the inner cylinder cannot flow out of the dewatering opening when the inner cylinder normally rotates, the effects of sealing the inner cylinder in the washing process of the inner cylinder and opening clothes in the inner cylinder to dewater normally and outwards under the action of the centrifugal force of the dewatering valve when dewatering are realized, and the aim of normally dewatering the washing machine with double effects of rotating the inner cylinder and containing water is fulfilled; meanwhile, the outer barrel does not need to be sleeved outside the inner barrel, the volume of the inner barrel is increased, and the washing capacity of the washing machine is improved.
In this embodiment, the inner cylinder 1 is a tapered cylinder with a small diameter at one end and a large diameter at one end, and the dewatering port 37 is arranged on the side wall of the large opening end of the inner cylinder 1. Preferably, the inner cylinder 1 is a conical cylinder with a small diameter at one end and a large diameter at the other end, and the dewatering port 37 is arranged on the side wall of the cylinder at the large opening end of the inner cylinder 1. The dewatering opening is formed in the large opening end of the conical inner barrel, so that water flow in the inner barrel is converged and flows towards the dewatering opening under the action of centrifugal force, and the purpose that the water flow is separated from clothes in the inner barrel and is completely discharged from the dewatering opening is achieved.
In this embodiment, the rear end of the inner cylinder 1 is formed by an inner cylinder bottom 102, the front end is formed by an inner cylinder opening 101, and the two are connected through the inner cylinder side wall; the side wall of the inner cylinder is a conical surface with the diameter gradually enlarged from the opening 101 of the inner cylinder to the bottom 102 of the inner cylinder, the large opening end of the side wall of the inner cylinder is provided with at least one dewatering opening 37 which radially penetrates through the side wall of the inner cylinder, and each dewatering opening 37 is provided with a dewatering valve 38. The dewatering valve 38 comprises a valve core 25 covering the dewatering port 37, and the valve core 25 is connected with the inner barrel bottom 102 through a limiting spring 26, so that the valve core 25 blocks the dewatering port 3723 from inside to outside under the action of the limiting spring 26. The valve core is connected with the bottom of the inner barrel through the limiting spring, so that the limiting spring provides elastic tension to the valve core in the direction towards the inner part of the inner barrel, the valve core is correspondingly and tightly attached to the bottom of the inner barrel under the action of the elastic force, and the purpose of blocking the dehydration opening and sealing the dehydration opening by the valve core is achieved.
In this embodiment, the dewatering opening 37 of the inner cylinder 1 is set to be a tapered hole gradually widened from inside to outside, the small-opening section of the tapered hole is sealed, the side wall of the tapered hole is provided with a through hole to communicate the inside and the outside of the inner cylinder 1, the valve core 25 is a plate structure covering the large-opening end of the tapered hole, the tapered hole is internally provided with a limiting spring 26 extending along the axis, one end of the limiting spring 26 is connected with the sealing part of the small-opening end of the tapered hole, the other end of the limiting spring is connected with the valve core 25, the limiting spring 26 is in a tensioning state to apply a pulling force to the inner direction of the inner cylinder 1 to the valve core 25, and the dewatering opening 37 is blocked by the valve core 25.
As shown in fig. 3, in this embodiment, a plurality of dewatering ports 37 are disposed on the sidewall of the large opening end of the inner cylinder 1, and each dewatering port 37 is symmetrically arranged with respect to the axis of the inner cylinder 1. The electromagnet fixedly connected with the shell 2 of the washing machine or the inner cylinder supporting piece 3 is arranged outside the inner cylinder 1, so that the electromagnet 39 is electrified to work when the washing machine dehydrates, the electromagnet 39 provides repulsion force towards the outer direction of the inner cylinder 1 for the valve core of the dehydration valve 38, the centrifugal force is assisted, the elastic force is overcome, the valve core 25 of the dehydration valve 38 is driven to move outwards, the dehydration opening 37 is opened, and the purpose that clothes in the inner cylinder are separated from water flow and discharged outwards is achieved.
In this embodiment, the dewatering ports 37 are disposed at the large opening end of the tapered inner cylinder, a circle of electromagnet 39 is disposed at the periphery of the large opening end of the inner cylinder 1, the electromagnet 39 and the dewatering ports 37 are disposed in the same vertical plane, and the electromagnet 39 is fixed to the washing machine housing 2 or the inner cylinder support member 4, so that the valve cores of the dewatering valves 38 at the dewatering ports 37 are driven by the same electromagnet 39 to move outwards, and the purpose that the valve cores of the dewatering valves 38 are driven by the same electromagnet to move outwards and all the drainage ports are opened is achieved.
In this embodiment, the lower portion of the inner tub 1 is provided with a water collecting tank 30, the water collecting tank 30 is disposed vertically below each dewatering opening 37, and the bottom of the water collecting tank 30 is communicated with the drainage pipe 31 of the washing machine, so as to collect and discharge the water flow flowing out of each dewatering opening 37 out of the washing machine; preferably, the bottom of the water collecting tank 30 is a slope gradually inclined downward from the outer circumference to the connection of the water discharging pipe 31.
In the embodiment, the rear end of the inner barrel 1 is provided with an inner barrel supporting piece 3, and the inner barrel supporting piece 3 is arranged in the shell 2 of the washing machine through a damping hanging spring 6 and/or a damping supporting rod 7; the lower part of the inner cylinder supporting piece 3 extends to the lower part of the inner cylinder 1 and bends towards the horizontal direction to form a water collecting tank 30 for collecting the water flowing out of the dewatering port 37; preferably, the front end of the water collecting tank 30 is hermetically connected with the front panel of the washing machine housing 2, so that the water collecting tank 30 is sleeved under the inner tub 1.
As shown in fig. 1 and 3, in the embodiment, a plurality of dewatering ports 37 are arranged on the side wall of the large opening end of the inner cylinder 1 at equal intervals, and a water collecting tank 30 is arranged in the same vertical surface below each dewatering port 37; preferably, the water collection tank 30 is an annular tank structure sleeved at the large opening end of the inner cylinder 1, and the inner side of the annular water collection tank 30 is open and the outer side is closed, so that all drainage thrown from the dewatering opening 37 during rotation of the inner cylinder 1 falls into the water collection tank 30, flows downwards along the water collection tank 30 and converges to the lowest part, and is discharged outside through a drainage pipe 31 communicated with the lowest part of the water collection tank 30.

Claims (11)

1. A washing machine characterized by: the washing machine comprises a shell, wherein an inner barrel is arranged in the shell, the axis of the inner barrel horizontally extends or gradually inclines downwards from front to back, the front end of the inner barrel is an inner barrel opening with an opening, and the rear end of the inner barrel is an inner barrel bottom with a sealing arrangement; the wall of the inner cylinder is not provided with a normally open through hole, so that the inner part of the inner cylinder forms a sealed container only with an opening at the front part; the washing machine shell is provided with a door cover, the inner side of the door cover is provided with a sealing ring which protrudes and extends towards the periphery, and the sealing ring is elastically and hermetically connected with the opening of the inner cylinder so as to realize the sealing of the opening of the inner cylinder when the door cover is buckled on the opening of the inner cylinder;
the door cover and the inner cylinder are coaxially arranged, a bulge part protruding into the opening of the inner cylinder is arranged on the inner side of the door cover, a sealing ring protruding outwards along the radial direction is arranged on the periphery of the bulge part, the sealing ring is made of elastic materials and is in sealing contact with the inner side surface of the opening of the inner cylinder, so that the sealing ring is clamped with the inner side surface of the opening of the inner cylinder after the door cover is closed and the clamping part is sealed;
one side of the sealing ring is correspondingly attached to the inner side of the opening of the inner cylinder, so that the sealing ring is attached to the inner side of the opening of the inner cylinder in a sealing manner after the door cover is closed, and the inner cylinder is sealed; the opening of the inner cylinder is formed by an annular plate, the inner periphery of the annular plate is provided with a circle of profiling protruding towards the door cover, the profiling forms a plane vertical to the axis of the inner cylinder, and the plane is an installation part; the sealing ring is correspondingly attached to the mounting part, so that the sealing ring is correspondingly in sealing contact with the mounting part, and the door cover is in sealing clamping connection with the inner cylinder; the inner side of the mounting part is horizontally bent towards the outer part of the inner cylinder to form a limiting folding edge so as to guide the sealing ring to slide into the inner cylinder.

The washing machine as claimed in claim 1, wherein the gasket is a ring-shaped structure protruding radially outward from the outer circumference of the door, and the gasket is made of an elastically deformable rubber material; the inner circumference diameter of the circle of sealing ring is smaller than the opening diameter of the opening of the inner cylinder opening, the outer circumference diameter of the circle of sealing ring is larger than the opening diameter of the opening of the inner cylinder opening, so that the sealing ring generates elastic deformation in the closing process of the door cover to extend into the inner cylinder from the inner cylinder opening and be in clamping and sealing contact with the inner side of the inner cylinder opening.

A washing machine as claimed in claim 1 wherein the gasket is an arcuate gasket projecting radially outwardly from the periphery of the door, the arcuate gasket being disposed on the periphery of the door below the horizontal central axial surface so that the door seals at least the lower portion of the mouth of the inner drum when the door is closed.
6. The washing machine as claimed in claim 5, wherein a gap is provided between the upper portion of the door cover and the opening of the inner tub; one end of the water inlet pipe extends into the inner barrel from a gap between the upper part of the door cover and the opening of the inner barrel, and the other end of the water inlet pipe is communicated with the water inlet structure of the washing machine so as to feed water into the inner barrel of the washing machine.
7. The washing machine as claimed in claim 6, wherein the upper portion of the door cover is provided with an inclined portion which is gradually inclined downward from the outside to the inside, and an inner side end of the inclined portion is spaced from an upper end of the opening of the inner tub by a gap; one end of the water inlet pipe extends along the inclined part and is inserted into the inner barrel from the gap, and the other end of the water inlet pipe bends and then extends upwards and is communicated with the water inlet structure of the washing machine.
8. A washing machine as claimed in claim 1, wherein the end of the limit flaps is provided with an outwardly turned chamfer.
9. A washing machine as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 8 wherein the gasket has an outer diameter greater than the inner diameter of the mounting portion and less than the outer diameter of the mounting portion so that the gasket sealingly engages the mounting portion when the door is closed.
10. A washing machine as claimed in claim 9 wherein at least one gasket is provided between the corresponding abutment surfaces of the gasket and the mounting portion, the gasket being fixedly connected to the gasket or the mounting portion.
11. A washing machine as claimed in claim 10 wherein the gasket is formed of a resiliently deformable rubber material.
