The wax motor is arranged on the door cover, and the telescopic end of the wax motor is fixedly connected with the outer cover of the inner barrel, so that the wax motor drives the outer cover of the inner barrel to generate displacement far away from or close to the opening of the inner barrel, the purpose of blocking, sealing or far away from and opening the water outlet arranged at the opening of the inner barrel is realized, and the double effects of water storage and washing in the inner barrel and water discharge in the inner barrel are further achieved.
In the embodiment, when the washing machine is in a washing state, a clothes feeding opening formed in the inner cylinder opening 101 is sealed by the inner cylinder inner cover 6, the wax motor 9 pushes the inner cylinder outer cover 5 to move towards the direction close to the inner cylinder opening 101, the inner cylinder outer cover 5 is in contact with the inner cylinder opening 101 in a fit manner, the inner cylinder outer cover 5 blocks the water outlet 7, water inlet in the inner cylinder 1 is contained in the inner cylinder 1, the inner cylinder rotates, and clothes are washed by utilizing water stored in the inner cylinder; when the washing machine is in a drainage state, the wax motor 9 pulls the inner cylinder outer cover 5 to move towards the direction away from the inner cylinder opening 101, the inner cylinder outer cover 5 is separated from the inner cylinder opening 101, a drainage opening 7 arranged at the inner cylinder opening 101 is opened, the inner cylinder 1 rotates, and water contained in the inner cylinder 1 flows towards the drainage opening 7 by utilizing the centrifugal force in the rotation process of the inner cylinder 1 and is drained from the opened drainage opening 7.
Example two
As shown in fig. 1, in this embodiment, the door cover 4 is further provided with an inner drum inner cover 6, the inner drum inner cover 6 is connected to the door cover 4 through an elastic mechanism, so that the elastic mechanism applies an elastic force to the inner drum inner cover 6 after the door cover 4 is closed, and drives the inner drum inner cover 6 to be fastened at the clothes throwing-in opening of the inner drum nozzle 101, so that the clothes throwing-in opening of the inner drum nozzle 101 is hermetically fastened by the inner drum inner cover 6, thereby realizing inner sealing of the inner drum, allowing water to be fed for containing, and driving the inner drum to rotate to utilize the water to wash clothes.
In this embodiment, the inner cylinder outer cover 5 and the inner cylinder inner cover 6 are sequentially installed on the inner side of the door cover 4 through the rotating shaft 8, one end of the rotating shaft 8 is fixed with the center of the inner side of the door cover, and after the rotating shaft 8 penetrates through the inner cylinder outer cover 5, the other end is rotatably hinged with the center of the inner cylinder inner cover 6, so that the inner cylinder inner cover 6 is hermetically buckled on the inner cylinder opening 101 and can rotate together with the inner cylinder 1.
In the embodiment, the end part of the rotating shaft 8 is fixedly connected with the door cover 4 through a spring, the inner cover of the inner cylinder is in contact with the outer side wall of the opening 101 of the inner cylinder after the door cover 4 is buckled, and the spring is in a compressed state; the spring in a compressed state exerts an elastic force on the rotating shaft 8, and the elastic force is transmitted by the rotating shaft 8 to push the inner cylinder inner cover 6 to move towards the inner cylinder opening 101, so that the inner cylinder inner cover 6 is correspondingly and tightly attached to the inner cylinder opening 101, and the purpose of sealing and attaching the inner cylinder inner cover 6 to the inner cylinder opening 101 is realized; meanwhile, the inner cylinder inner cover 6 covers the clothes throwing-in opening arranged on the inner cylinder opening 101, so that the clothes throwing-in opening is sealed when the inner cylinder inner cover 6 is tightly attached to the outer wall of the inner cylinder opening 101. Preferably, the inner cylinder inner cover 6 is coaxially arranged with the inner cylinder opening 101, and the diameter of the outer periphery of the inner cylinder inner cover 6 is larger than that of a clothes throwing opening arranged on the inner cylinder opening 101.
EXAMPLE III
As shown in fig. 1 and 4, in the present embodiment, the center of the inner cylinder bottom 102 is installed on the inner cylinder support 3 through the rotating shaft 10, so that the inner cylinder 1 can rotate around the axis of the inner cylinder 1 under the action of the driving motor installed at the end of the rotating shaft 10; the rotating shaft 10 is hollow, one end of the hollow part is communicated with the inner cylinder 1 of the washing machine, and the other end of the hollow part is communicated with the water inlet pipe of the washing machine, so that water can enter the inner cylinder 1 of the washing machine from the hollow part of the rotating shaft 10.
In this embodiment, the rotating shaft 10 is composed of three layers of sleeves sleeved from inside to outside in sequence, a water inlet 14 communicated with a water inlet pipe of the washing machine and forming an inner cylinder is formed inside the inner sleeve 11, a flow passage between the inner sleeve 11 and the middle sleeve 12 forms an air inlet 15 of the inner cylinder, and a flow passage between the middle sleeve 12 and the outer sleeve 13 forms an air outlet 16 of the inner cylinder.
The rotating shaft at the rear part of the inner barrel is provided with the three layers of sleeves, so that the rotating shaft at the center of the rear part of the washing machine integrates the triple functions of water inlet, air inlet and air outlet, the structure of the washing machine is more compact, and the internal part is more reasonably optimized.
Example four
The present embodiment is different from the first embodiment in that: the driving mechanism comprises an electromagnet arranged on the door cover, the outer cover of the inner cylinder is provided with a magnet, the magnet and the electromagnet are arranged correspondingly, and the magnetic driving force generated by the electromagnet drives the outer cover of the inner cylinder to stretch and move by changing the power-on and power-off states of the electromagnet, so that the water outlet is blocked or opened by the outer cover of the inner cylinder (not shown in the attached drawing).
In the embodiment, the electromagnet can apply repulsion force towards the inner cylinder direction to the inner cylinder outer cover so as to push the inner cylinder outer cover to be attached to the opening of the inner cylinder, so that a water outlet arranged at the opening of the inner cylinder is blocked by the inner cylinder outer cover; the electromagnet can also apply a suction force to the outer cover of the inner cylinder in the opposite direction of the inner cylinder so as to pull the outer cover of the inner cylinder to be separated from the opening of the inner cylinder and open the water outlet arranged at the opening of the inner cylinder.
The electromagnet is arranged on the door cover of the washing machine to apply magnetic driving acting force with changeable directions to the inner cylinder outer cover, so that the inner cylinder outer cover moves away from or close to the cylinder opening of the inner cylinder, the purpose of telescopic displacement of the inner cylinder outer cover along the axial direction of the inner cylinder is achieved, and the effect of correspondingly opening or closing the water outlet arranged at the cylinder opening of the inner cylinder can be achieved.
Although the present invention has been described with reference to a preferred embodiment, it should be understood that various changes, substitutions and alterations can be made herein without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention as defined by the appended claims.

Claims (14)

1. A washing machine characterized by: the washing machine shell is provided with a door cover, the inner side of the door cover is provided with an inner cylinder outer cover which can stretch towards the inner cylinder direction, the opening of the inner cylinder is provided with a water outlet communicated with the inside of the inner cylinder, and the inner cylinder outer cover can stretch under the action of a driving mechanism to block or open the water outlet so that water contained in the inner cylinder is discharged from the water outlet.
2. The washing machine as claimed in claim 1, wherein the inner tub is a tapered tub having a diameter gradually narrowing from a tub opening of the inner tub toward a bottom of the inner tub, and a plurality of drain ports are formed at an outer circumference of the tub opening of the inner tub; the inner cylinder outer cover is arranged corresponding to the outer wall of the opening of the inner cylinder, so that when the inner cylinder outer cover extends and moves towards the inner cylinder direction, the inner cylinder outer cover is correspondingly attached to the outer wall of the opening of the inner cylinder with the water outlet, and the water outlet is sealed.
3. The washing machine as claimed in claim 2, wherein the water discharge ports are arranged at equal angular intervals on the outer peripheral portion of the cylindrical opening of the inner cylinder.
4. The washing machine as claimed in claim 2, wherein the opening of the inner tub is provided in a tapered structure having a diameter gradually reduced from the front to the rear of the washing machine, the opening of the middle portion of the tapered structure forms a laundry input opening of the inner tub, and the outer circumference of the tapered structure is connected to the sidewall of the inner tub; the water outlet is arranged on the cone and penetrates through the cone.
5. A washing machine as claimed in claim 4 wherein the outlets are symmetrically spaced about the centre at the periphery of the cone.
6. A washing machine as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 5 wherein the centre of the inner side of the door is connected to an outer cover of the inner drum via a drive mechanism, the outer cover of the inner drum being arranged coaxially with the inner drum, the outer cover of the inner drum including a sealing portion in locating contact with the mouth of the inner drum and a mounting portion connecting the sealing portion to the drive mechanism.
7. The washing machine as claimed in claim 6, wherein the sealing part is a tapered plate, and an inner wall of the tapered plate is correspondingly attached to an outer wall of a tapered structure forming the opening of the inner cylinder, so that when the sealing part is fastened at the opening of the inner cylinder, the sealing part blocks a water outlet arranged at the opening of the inner cylinder.

A washing machine as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 5 wherein the drive means is a wax motor mounted centrally on the inside of the door, the output of the wax motor extending axially of the inner drum and being connected to the outer cover of the inner drum such that the telescopically movable output of the wax motor causes the outer cover of the inner drum to telescopically move towards the mouth of the inner drum to allow the outlet to be blocked or unblocked by the outer cover of the inner drum.
9. A washing machine as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 5 wherein the drive mechanism includes an electromagnet mounted on the door, and a magnet is provided on the outer cover of the inner drum, the magnet being arranged in correspondence with the electromagnet such that the magnetic drive force generated by the electromagnet drives the outer cover of the inner drum to move telescopically by changing the on/off state of the electromagnet, thereby causing the water outlet to be blocked or unblocked by the outer cover of the inner drum.
10. The washing machine as claimed in claim 9, wherein the electromagnet is capable of applying a repulsive force to the inner drum outer cover to push the inner drum outer cover to be attached to the opening of the inner drum, so that the water outlet provided at the opening of the inner drum is blocked by the inner drum outer cover; the electromagnet can also apply a suction force to the outer cover of the inner cylinder in the opposite direction of the inner cylinder so as to pull the outer cover of the inner cylinder to be separated from the opening of the inner cylinder and open the water outlet arranged at the opening of the inner cylinder.
11. The washing machine as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 5, wherein the door further comprises an inner cover, the inner cover is connected to the door via a resilient mechanism, so that when the door is closed, a resilient force is applied to the inner cover to drive the inner cover to be locked to the opening of the inner tub opening, so that the opening of the inner tub opening is sealed and locked by the inner cover.
12. The washing machine as claimed in claim 11, wherein the outer cover of the inner tub and the inner cover of the inner tub are sequentially installed inside the door cover through a rotation shaft, one end of the rotation shaft is fixed to the door cover, and the other end of the rotation shaft is rotatably hinged to the center of the inner cover of the inner tub after passing through the outer cover of the inner tub, so that the inner cover of the inner tub is hermetically fastened to the mouth of the inner tub and then can rotate together with the inner tub.
13. A washing machine as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 5 wherein the centre of the base of the inner drum is mounted via a shaft to a support for the inner drum so that the inner drum can be rotated about the axis of the inner drum by a drive motor mounted at the end of the shaft; the rotating shaft is hollow, one end of the hollow part is communicated with the inner barrel of the washing machine, and the other end of the hollow part is communicated with the water inlet pipe of the washing machine, so that water can enter the inner barrel of the washing machine from the hollow rotating shaft.
14. The washing machine as claimed in claim 13, wherein the rotary shaft is formed of three layers of sleeves sequentially fitted from inside to outside, the inner layer of sleeves is formed with an inlet hole communicating with an inlet pipe of the washing machine and forming the inner cylinder, the flow passage between the inner layer of sleeves and the middle layer of sleeves forms an inlet hole of the inner cylinder, and the flow passage between the middle layer of sleeves and the outer layer of sleeves forms an outlet hole of the inner cylinder.
