Abstract
Description
- The present disclosure relates to a washing device, in particular to a washing barrel of a washing machine and a washing machine provided with the washing barrel.
- An existing impeller-type washing machine generally includes a washing barrel, an outer barrel, a damping part and a power system. During clothes washing and dehydration, a washing barrel rotates relative to an outer barrel, such that clothes and washing water produce an effect to achieve an object of washing clothes or dehydrating. Wherein an outer barrel is configured to holding water, in a process of washing clothes, the outer barrel is not in contact with clothes, the outer barrel is installed outside the washing barrel, so as to provide support for the washing barrel. For the existing washing machine, the size of the outer barrel is bigger relative to that of the washing barrel, therefore a large amount of washing water is accumulated between the washing barrel and the outer barrel, and cannot be sufficiently utilized, and such a setting not only is not beneficial for water saving, but also causes a big size of the whole washing machine.
- A Chinese patent with an application number of CN99230455.5 discloses a single-barrel water-saving washing machine, wherein a water collecting device is arranged at a barrel opening of a washing barrel, the water collecting opening of a water collecting device is enclosed at a barrel opening along the washing barrel, a water collecting chamber arranged at a barrel opening of a water collecting device is connected with multiple water drainage pipes, and the water drainage pipes are arranged symmetrically from top to bottom along an outer wall of a washing barrel. During spin-drying, the water collecting device collects centrifugal water flow caused by high-speed rotation and leads downwards and discharges the water flow. As to such a structure, although the outer barrel is saved, however, during dehydration of the washing machine, washing water will be concentrated inside a water collecting chamber under an effect of a centrifugal force after entering a water collecting device, and is difficult to flow downwards along a water drainage pipe, then washing water is concentrated at an upper end of the washing barrel, such that an upper end and a lower end of the washing barrel are not balanced, especially when excessive water remains inside the washing barrel, most washing water is concentrated inside a water collecting chamber and cannot be discharged, thereby improving overall gravity of an inner barrel, increasing vibration of an inner barrel, increasing working load of a motor during dehydration, and easily damaging the motor.
