    所述户外扬声器监控平台根据其监控到的处于工作状态的扬声器设备的位置信息,确定是否存在位于所述街道名称所属街道上的目标扬声器设备,如果存在,通过物联网向所述目标扬声器设备发送水位告警语音,所述水位告警语音包括所述现场水位超过警戒水位的所述水位遥测站的位置信息;
    所述信息发布设备通过物联网向防汛中心站上报第二通知消息,所述第二 通知消息包括所述现场水位超过警戒水位的所述水位遥测站的位置信息;
    所述目标扬声器设备输出所述水位告警语音;
    所述下层服务器计算所述下层服务器监控到的每一机器人的位置信息与所述水位遥测站的位置信息之间的直线距离;所述机器人为交通运输机器人或交通指挥机器人或巡逻机器人;
    所述下层服务器根据所述每一机器人的位置信息与所述水位遥测站的位置信息之间的直线距离,判断是否存在与所述水位遥测站的位置信息之间的直线距离小于第一指定阈值的目标机器人,如果存在,通过物联网向所述目标机器人发送所述水位告警语音;
    所述下层服务器统计所述目标机器人当日行驶的总路程值;
    所述下层服务器判断所述总路程值大于在预设的允许理财的最低路程值,若是,查询出所述总路程值对应的目标日利率加权系数;其中,所述总路程值与所述目标日利率加权系数的大小成正比关系;
    所述下层服务器将所述目标机器人对应的用户标识和所述目标日利率加权系数上报至上层服务器;
    所述上层服务器根据所述用户标识,识别出所述用户标识对应的理财账号;
    所述上层服务器根据所述目标日利率加权系数调整当日的日利率,获得当日的实际日利率,所述当日的实际日利率大于所述当日的日利率;
    所述上层服务器根据所述当日的实际日利率和所述理财账号中的即时金额,计算所述理财账号对应的当日增值金额。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的扬声器与机器人结合的信息发布方法,其特征在于,还包括:
    所述户外扬声器监控平台在判断不存在位于所述街道名称所属街道上的 目标扬声器设备时,通过物联网向所述户外扬声器监控平台监控到的所有处于工作状态的扬声器设备发送所述水位告警语音;
    所述所有处于工作状态的扬声器设备播放所述水位告警语音。
  8. 根据权利要求6或7所述的扬声器与机器人结合的信息发布方法,其特征在于,所述第一通知消息还包括所述现场水位超过警戒水位的所述水位遥测站的现场水位数据;所述水位告警语音还包括所述现场水位超过警戒水位的所述水位遥测站的现场水位数据;所述第二通知消息还包括所述现场水位超过警戒水位的所述水位遥测站的现场水位数据。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的扬声器与机器人结合的信息发布方法,其特征在于,所述第一通知消息还包括所述现场水位超过警戒水位的所述水位遥测站的现场水位数据的上报时间;所述水位告警语音还包括所述现场水位超过警戒水位的所述水位遥测站的现场水位数据的上报时间;所述第二通知消息还包括所述现场水位超过警戒水位的所述水位遥测站的现场水位数据的上报时间。
  10. 根据权利要求6~9任一项所述的扬声器与机器人结合的信息发布方法,其特征在于,所述上层服务器根据所述用户标识,识别出所述用户标识对应的理财账号之后,以及所述上层服务器根据所述目标日利率加权系数调整当日的日利率,获得当日的实际日利率之前,所述方法还包括:
    所述上层服务器判断所述理财账号中的即时金额是否超过预设的允许额外增值的最小金额阈值,如果超过,执行所述的根据所述目标日利率加权系数调整当日的日利率,获得当日的实际日利率的步骤;如果未超过,根据所述当日的日利率和所述理财账号中的即时金额,计算所述理财账号对应的当日增值金额。
