背景技术

在图1所示的一种基于扬声器的水位告警系统中,水位告警平台在其所在城市的某一水位遥测站的现场水位超过警戒水位的时,可以将该水位遥测站的位置信息以及该水位遥测站周边的街道名称通过物联网发送至户外扬声器监控平台,由户外扬声器监控平台在判断出该街道名称所属的街道上存在处于工作状态的目标扬声器设备时,通过物联网向目标扬声器设备发送包括该水位遥测站的位置信息的水位告警语音,以及水位告警平台通过物联网向防汛中心站上报包括该水位遥测站的位置信息的第二通知消息;目标扬声器设备输出该水位告警语音。本发明实施例能够及时、广泛的进行水位告警,减少给城市造成的灾害和损失。
请参阅图2,图2是本发明实施例公开的一种基于扬声器的水位告警方法的流程示意图。如图2所示,该一种基于扬声器的水位告警方法可以包括:
201、水位告警平台获取其所在城市已登记的各水位遥测站通过物联网上报的所述各水位遥测站上报的现场水位数据。
202、所述水位告警平台针对每一所述水位遥测站,根据所述水位遥测站 上报的现场水位数据判断所述水位遥测站的现场水位是否超过警戒水位,如果是,将第一通知消息通过物联网发送至户外扬声器监控平台;所述第一通知消息包括所述现场水位超过警戒水位的所述水位遥测站的位置信息所述水位遥测站周边的街道名称。
203、所述户外扬声器监控平台根据其监控到的处于工作状态的扬声器设备的位置信息,确定是否存在位于所述街道名称所属街道上的目标扬声器设备,如果存在,通过物联网向所述目标扬声器设备发送水位告警语音,所述水位告警语音包括所述现场水位超过警戒水位的所述水位遥测站的位置信息。
204、所述水位告警平台通过物联网向防汛中心站上报第二通知消息,所述第二通知消息包括所述现场水位超过警戒水位的所述水位遥测站的位置信息。
205、所述目标扬声器设备输出所述水位告警语音。
作为一种可选的实施方式,在图2所示的基于扬声器的水位告警方法中,所述方法还包括:
所述户外扬声器监控平台在判断不存在位于所述街道名称所属街道上的目标扬声器设备时,通过物联网向所述户外扬声器监控平台监控到的所有处于工作状态的扬声器设备发送所述水位告警语音;
所述所有处于工作状态的扬声器设备播放所述水位告警语音。
作为一种可选的实施方式,在图2所示的基于扬声器的水位告警方法中,所述第一通知消息还包括所述现场水位超过警戒水位的所述水位遥测站的现场水位数据;所述水位告警语音还包括所述现场水位超过警戒水位的所述水位遥测站的现场水位数据;所述第二通知消息还包括所述现场水位超过警戒水位的所述水位遥测站的现场水位数据。
作为一种可选的实施方式,在图2所示的基于扬声器的水位告警方法中,所述第一通知消息还包括所述现场水位超过警戒水位的所述水位遥测站的现 场水位数据的上报时间;所述水位告警语音还包括所述现场水位超过警戒水位的所述水位遥测站的现场水位数据的上报时间;所述第二通知消息还包括所述现场水位超过警戒水位的所述水位遥测站的现场水位数据的上报时间。
在图2所示的基于扬声器的水位告警方法中,水位告警平台在其所在城市的某一水位遥测站的现场水位超过警戒水位的时,可以将该水位遥测站的位置信息以及该水位遥测站周边的街道名称通过物联网发送至户外扬声器监控平台,由户外扬声器监控平台在判断出该街道名称所属的街道上存在处于工作状态的目标扬声器设备时,通过物联网向目标扬声器设备发送包括该水位遥测站的位置信息的水位告警语音,以及水位告警平台通过物联网向防汛中心站上报包括该水位遥测站的位置信息的第二通知消息;目标扬声器设备输出该水位告警语音。本发明实施例能够及时、广泛的进行水位告警,减少给城市造成的灾害和损失。

Claims (8)

  1. 一种基于扬声器的水位告警系统,其特征在于,包括:
    水位告警平台,用于获取其所在城市已登记的各水位遥测站通过物联网上报的所述各水位遥测站上报的现场水位数据;
    所述水位告警平台,还用于针对每一所述水位遥测站,根据所述水位遥测站上报的现场水位数据判断所述水位遥测站的现场水位是否超过警戒水位,如果是,将第一通知消息通过物联网发送至户外扬声器监控平台;所述第一通知消息包括所述现场水位超过警戒水位的所述水位遥测站的位置信息以及所述水位遥测站周边的街道名称;
    所述户外扬声器监控平台,用于根据其监控到的处于工作状态的扬声器设备的位置信息,确定是否存在位于所述街道名称所属街道上的目标扬声器设备,如果存在,通过物联网向所述目标扬声器设备发送水位告警语音,所述水位告警语音包括所述现场水位超过警戒水位的所述水位遥测站的位置信息;
    所述水位告警平台通过物联网向防汛中心站上报第二通知消息,所述第二通知消息包括所述现场水位超过警戒水位的所述水位遥测站的位置信息;
    所述目标扬声器设备,用于输出所述水位告警语音。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的基于扬声器的水位告警系统,其特征在于:
    所述户外扬声器监控平台在判断不存在位于所述街道名称所属街道上的目标扬声器设备时,通过物联网向所述户外扬声器监控平台监控到的所有处于工作状态的扬声器设备发送所述水位告警语音;
    所述所有处于工作状态的扬声器设备播放所述水位告警语音。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的基于扬声器的水位告警系统,其特征在于,所述第一通知消息还包括所述现场水位超过警戒水位的所述水位遥测站的现场水位数据;所述水位告警语音还包括所述现场水位超过警戒水位的所述水位遥测站的现场水位数据;所述第二通知消息还包括所述现场水位超过警戒水位 的所述水位遥测站的现场水位数据。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的基于扬声器的水位告警系统,其特征在于,所述第一通知消息还包括所述现场水位超过警戒水位的所述水位遥测站的现场水位数据的上报时间;所述水位告警语音还包括所述现场水位超过警戒水位的所述水位遥测站的现场水位数据的上报时间;所述第二通知消息还包括所述现场水位超过警戒水位的所述水位遥测站的现场水位数据的上报时间。
  5. 一种基于扬声器的水位告警方法,其特征在于,所述方法包括:
    水位告警平台获取其所在城市已登记的各水位遥测站通过物联网上报的所述各水位遥测站上报的现场水位数据;
    所述水位告警平台针对每一所述水位遥测站,根据所述水位遥测站上报的现场水位数据判断所述水位遥测站的现场水位是否超过警戒水位,如果是,将第一通知消息通过物联网发送至户外扬声器监控平台;所述第一通知消息包括所述现场水位超过警戒水位的所述水位遥测站的位置信息以及所述水位遥测站周边的街道名称;
    所述户外扬声器监控平台根据其监控到的处于工作状态的扬声器设备的位置信息,确定是否存在位于所述街道名称所属街道上的目标扬声器设备,如果存在,通过物联网向所述目标扬声器设备发送水位告警语音,所述水位告警语音包括所述现场水位超过警戒水位的所述水位遥测站的位置信息;
    所述水位告警平台通过物联网向防汛中心站上报第二通知消息,所述第二通知消息包括所述现场水位超过警戒水位的所述水位遥测站的位置信息;
    所述目标扬声器设备输出所述水位告警语音。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的基于扬声器的水位告警方法,其特征在于,还包括:
    所述户外扬声器监控平台在判断不存在位于所述街道名称所属街道上的目标扬声器设备时,通过物联网向所述户外扬声器监控平台监控到的所有处于 工作状态的扬声器设备发送所述水位告警语音;
    所述所有处于工作状态的扬声器设备播放所述水位告警语音。
  7. 根据权利要求5或6所述的基于扬声器的水位告警方法,其特征在于,所述第一通知消息还包括所述现场水位超过警戒水位的所述水位遥测站的现场水位数据;所述水位告警语音还包括所述现场水位超过警戒水位的所述水位遥测站的现场水位数据;所述第二通知消息还包括所述现场水位超过警戒水位的所述水位遥测站的现场水位数据。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的基于扬声器的水位告警方法,其特征在于,所述第一通知消息还包括所述现场水位超过警戒水位的所述水位遥测站的现场水位数据的上报时间;所述水位告警语音还包括所述现场水位超过警戒水位的所述水位遥测站的现场水位数据的上报时间;所述第二通知消息还包括所述现场水位超过警戒水位的所述水位遥测站的现场水位数据的上报时间。
