在图1所示的一种应用于户外显示屏的水位示警系统中,水位示警平台在其所在城市的某一水位遥测站的场水位超过警戒水位时,可以将现场水位超过警戒水位的该水位遥测站的位置信息以及现场水位超过警戒水位的该水位遥 测站周边的街道名称通过物联网发送至户外显示屏监控平台,由户外显示屏监控平台在判断出该街道名称所属的街道上存在处于工作状态的目标户外显示屏时,通过物联网向目标户外显示屏发送包括现场水位超过警戒水位的该水位遥测站的位置信息的水位示警信息;目标户外显示屏输出该水位示警信息。本发明实施例能够及时、广泛的进行水位告警,减少给城市造成的灾害和损失。
请参阅图2,图2是本发明实施例公开的一种应用于户外显示屏的水位示警方法的流程示意图。如图2所示,该一种应用于户外显示屏的水位示警方法可以包括:
201、水位示警平台获取其所在城市已登记的各水位遥测站通过物联网上报的所述各水位遥测站上报的现场水位数据。
202、所述水位示警平台针对每一所述水位遥测站,根据所述水位遥测站上报的现场水位数据判断所述水位遥测站的现场水位是否超过警戒水位,如果是,将通知消息通过物联网发送至户外显示屏监控平台;所述通知消息包括现场水位超过警戒水位的所述水位遥测站的位置信息以及现场水位超过警戒水位的所述水位遥测站周边的街道名称。
203、所述户外显示屏监控平台根据其监控到的处于工作状态的户外显示屏的位置信息,确定是否存在位于所述街道名称所属街道上的目标户外显示屏,如果存在,通过物联网向所述目标户外显示屏发送水位示警信息,所述水位示警信息包括现场水位超过警戒水位的所述水位遥测站的位置信息。
204、所述目标户外显示屏输出所述水位示警信息。
作为一种可选的实施方式,在图2所示的应用于户外显示屏的水位示警方法中,所述方法还包括:
所述户外显示屏监控平台在判断不存在位于所述街道名称所属街道上的目标户外显示屏时,计算所述城市已登记的各个扬声器设备的位置信息与所述水位遥测站的位置信息之间的直线距离;
所述户外显示屏监控平台根据所述每一所述扬声器设备的位置信息与所述水位遥测站的位置信息之间的直线距离,判断是否存在与所述水位遥测站的位置信息之间的直线距离小于指定阈值的目标扬声器设备,如果存在,通过物联网向所述目标扬声器设备发送水位示警语音,所述水位示警语音包括现场水位超过警戒水位的所述水位遥测站的位置信息;
所述目标扬声器播放所述水位示警语音。
作为一种可选的实施方式,在图2所示的应用于户外显示屏的水位示警方法中,所述通知消息还包括所述现场水位超过警戒水位的所述水位遥测站的现场水位数据;所述水位示警信息还包括所述现场水位超过警戒水位的所述水位遥测站的现场水位数据;所述水位示警语音还包括所述现场水位超过警戒水位的所述水位遥测站的现场水位数据。

在图2所示的应用于户外显示屏的水位示警方法中,水位示警平台在其所在城市的某一水位遥测站的场水位超过警戒水位时,可以将现场水位超过警戒水位的该水位遥测站的位置信息以及现场水位超过警戒水位的该水位遥测站周边的街道名称通过物联网发送至户外显示屏监控平台,由户外显示屏监控平台在判断出该街道名称所属的街道上存在处于工作状态的目标户外显示屏时,通过物联网向目标户外显示屏发送包括现场水位超过警戒水位的该水位遥测站的位置信息的水位示警信息;目标户外显示屏输出该水位示警信息。本发明实施例能够及时、广泛的进行水位告警,减少给城市造成的灾害和损失。

Claims (8)

  1. 一种应用于户外显示屏的水位示警系统,其特征在于,包括:
    水位示警平台,用于获取其所在城市已登记的各水位遥测站通过物联网上报的所述各水位遥测站上报的现场水位数据;
    所述水位示警平台,还用于针对每一所述水位遥测站,根据所述水位遥测站上报的现场水位数据判断所述水位遥测站的现场水位是否超过警戒水位,如果是,将通知消息通过物联网发送至户外显示屏监控平台;所述通知消息包括现场水位超过警戒水位的所述水位遥测站的位置信息以及现场水位超过警戒水位的所述水位遥测站周边的街道名称;
    所述户外显示屏监控平台,用于根据其监控到的处于工作状态的户外显示屏的位置信息,确定是否存在位于所述街道名称所属街道上的目标户外显示屏,如果存在,通过物联网向所述目标户外显示屏发送水位示警信息,所述水位示警信息包括现场水位超过警戒水位的所述水位遥测站的位置信息;
    所述目标户外显示屏,用于输出所述水位示警信息。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的应用于户外显示屏的水位示警系统,其特征在于:
    所述户外显示屏监控平台,还用于在判断不存在位于所述街道名称所属街道上的目标户外显示屏时,计算所述城市已登记的各个扬声器设备的位置信息与所述水位遥测站的位置信息之间的直线距离;
    所述户外显示屏监控平台,还用于根据所述每一所述扬声器设备的位置信息与所述水位遥测站的位置信息之间的直线距离,判断是否存在与所述水位遥测站的位置信息之间的直线距离小于指定阈值的目标扬声器设备,如果存在,通过物联网向所述目标扬声器设备发送水位示警语音,所述水位示警语音包括现场水位超过警戒水位的所述水位遥测站的位置信息和建筑名称;
    所述目标扬声器设备,用于播放所述水位示警语音。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的应用于户外显示屏的水位示警系统,其特征在于,所述通知消息还包括所述现场水位超过警戒水位的所述水位遥测站的现场水位数据;所述水位示警信息还包括所述现场水位超过警戒水位的所述水位遥测站的现场水位数据;所述水位示警语音还包括所述现场水位超过警戒水位的所述水位遥测站的现场水位数据。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的应用于户外显示屏的水位示警系统,其特征在于,所述通知消息还包括所述现场水位超过警戒水位的所述水位遥测站的现场水位数据的上报时间;所述水位示警信息还包括所述现场水位超过警戒水位的所述水位遥测站的现场水位数据的上报时间;所述水位示警语音还包括所述现场水位超过警戒水位的所述水位遥测站的现场水位数据的上报时间。
  5. 一种应用于户外显示屏的水位示警方法,其特征在于,所述方法包括:
    水位示警平台获取其所在城市已登记的各水位遥测站通过物联网上报的所述各水位遥测站上报的现场水位数据;
    所述水位示警平台针对每一所述水位遥测站,根据所述水位遥测站上报的现场水位数据判断所述水位遥测站的现场水位是否超过警戒水位,如果是,将通知消息通过物联网发送至户外显示屏监控平台;所述通知消息包括现场水位超过警戒水位的所述水位遥测站的位置信息以及现场水位超过警戒水位的所述水位遥测站周边的街道名称;
    所述户外显示屏监控平台根据其监控到的处于工作状态的户外显示屏的位置信息,确定是否存在位于所述街道名称所属街道上的目标户外显示屏,如果存在,通过物联网向所述目标户外显示屏发送水位示警信息,所述水位示警信息包括现场水位超过警戒水位的所述水位遥测站的位置信息;
    所述目标户外显示屏输出所述水位示警信息。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的应用于户外显示屏的水位示警方法,其特征在于:
    所述户外显示屏监控平台在判断不存在位于所述街道名称所属街道上的目标户外显示屏时,计算所述城市已登记的各个扬声器设备的位置信息与所述水位遥测站的位置信息之间的直线距离;
    所述户外显示屏监控平台根据所述每一所述扬声器设备的位置信息与所述水位遥测站的位置信息之间的直线距离,判断是否存在与所述水位遥测站的位置信息之间的直线距离小于指定阈值的目标扬声器设备,如果存在,通过物联网向所述目标扬声器设备发送水位示警语音,所述水位示警语音包括现场水位超过警戒水位的所述水位遥测站的位置信息;
    所述目标扬声器设备播放所述水位示警语音。
  7. 根据权利要求5或6所述的应用于户外显示屏的水位示警方法,其特征在于,所述通知消息还包括所述现场水位超过警戒水位的所述水位遥测站的现场水位数据;所述水位示警信息还包括所述现场水位超过警戒水位的所述水位遥测站的现场水位数据;所述水位示警语音还包括所述现场水位超过警戒水位的所述水位遥测站的现场水位数据。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的应用于户外显示屏的水位示警方法,其特征在于,所述通知消息还包括所述现场水位超过警戒水位的所述水位遥测站的现场水位数据的上报时间;所述水位示警信息还包括所述现场水位超过警戒水位的所述水位遥测站的现场水位数据的上报时间;所述水位示警语音还包括所述现场水位超过警戒水位的所述水位遥测站的现场水位数据的上报时间。
