本发明的有益效果为:本发明公开一种多功能LED平板灯,在内部的板面印刷有图案层,通过LED的配合,显示出美观明亮的图案,能够作为照明灯使用,同时也可以作为装饰相框使用,在旅游景区,可以给游客拍照并将图案打印在板面上制作成LED发光相框,作为游客的旅游纪念品,形成相框的图案抗性强,老化速度慢,历久弥新,而且设计新奇美观,能够吸引游客眼球。

具体实施方式
为能进一步了解本发明的特征、技术手段以及所达到的具体目的、功能,下面结合附图与具体实施方式对本发明作进一步详细描述。
请参阅图1至图7:
本发明提供一种多功能LED平板灯,包括背板11、面框12,背板11和面框12之间设有扩散板14,优选地,扩散板14采用PP(聚丙烯)、PS(聚苯乙烯系塑料)、PC(聚碳酸酯)等塑料粒子为原料的材料,扩散板14能够打散光通量,让光均匀分布,提高发光效果;扩散板14靠近面框12的一面印刷有图案层20,优选地,采用UV固化的方式印刷图案层20,使形成的图案清晰稳定;光通过扩散板14之后变得更加均匀,再照射到图案层20上,使图案显示更加清晰美观,避免因没有经过处理而均匀度不高的光直接入射到图案层20上,导致图案显示有明显的明暗分区,影响整体美观;为扩大LED平板灯的设置范围,可以设置内部电源,使LED平板灯可任意放置不受电源线控制;为提高LED平板灯整体的发光效果,使其作为装饰相框使用时,具有美观大方、简洁明亮的优点,LED平板灯内部还可以设置反射片 13、导光板15、透明板16。
参考图1,本发明的实施例一,包括背板11、面框12,背板11和面框12之间设有扩散板14,扩散板14靠近面框12的一面印刷有图案层20,印刷方式采用UV固化;扩散板14和背板11之间设有反射片13,光往背板11传播时,在反射片13上反射,能够有效防止光从背板11漏出而导致光的损失,提高LED平板灯的发光亮度和发光效率,从LED光源直接发出的光以及经过反射片13反射出的光入射到扩散板14上,扩散板14能够促使光更均匀地分布,提高发光效果,再将均匀的光照射到图案层20上,形成发光且美观的图案层20。
参考图2,本发明的实施例二,包括背板11、面框12,背板11和面框12之间设有扩散板14,扩散板14靠近面框12的一面印刷有图案层20,印刷方式采用UV固化;为进一步提高图案的显示效果,扩散板14和背板11之间设有反射片13,扩散板14和反射片13之间设有导光板15,导光板15一般采用亚克力、PC(聚碳酸酯)等塑料材料;导光板15和扩散板14之间设有增亮膜17,增亮膜17可采用PC(聚碳酸酯)材料,增亮膜17能够有效提高图案显示的画质以及鲜明度;LED光源为侧入式,光从LED平板灯的内侧两边往中间照射,导光板15将侧光源转换成面光源发射,一部分光通过增亮膜17照射到扩散板14上,另一部分光往背板11传播时,在反射片13上反射,能够有效防止光从背板11漏出而导致光的损失,提高LED平板灯的发光亮度和发光效率;LED光源发出的光全部都入射到扩散板14上,扩散板14融合各种路径传来的光并使其更均匀地分布,进一步提高发光效果,均匀度高且亮度高的光照射到图案层20上,使图案显示更加明亮美观。

本发明提供一种多功能LED平板灯,包括背板11、面框12,背板11和面框12之间设有透明板16,透明板16可采用塑料材料或玻璃材料,透明板16靠近背板11的一面印刷有图案层20,优选地,采用UV固化的方式印刷图案层20,使形成的图案清晰稳定;图案层20设置于透明板16远离面框12的一侧,避免图案层20暴露在空气中,能够有效保护图案层20使其免受腐蚀气体的侵蚀,提高图案层20的稳定性;为扩大LED平板灯的设置范围,可以设置内部电源,使LED平板灯可任意放置不受电源线控制;为提高LED平板灯整体的发光效果,使其作为装饰相框使用时,具有美观大方、简洁明亮的优点,LED平板灯内部还可以设置反射片13、扩散板14、导光板15。

参考图5,本发明的实施例五,包括背板11、面框12,背板11和面框12之间设有导光板15,导光板15一般采用亚克力、PC(聚碳酸酯)等塑料材料,导光板15靠近面框12的一面印刷有图案层20,导光板15和背板11之间设有反射片13,LED光源为侧入式,光从LED平板灯的内侧两边往中间照射,导光板15将侧光源转换成面光源发射,一部分光照射到图案层20上,另一部分光往背板11传播时,在反射片13上反射,能够有效防止光从背板11漏出而导致光的损失,提高LED平板灯的发光亮度和发光效率,LED光源发出的光最后都入射到图案层20上,进一步提高发光效果,均匀度高且亮度高的光照射到图案层20上,使图案显示更加明亮美观。
增量膜17还能设置于透明板16和扩散板14之间,同样能够进一步提高图案的显示效果。
参考图6,本发明的实施例六,包括背板11、面框12,背板11和面框12之间设有扩散板14,扩散板14靠近面框12的一面印刷有图案层20,印刷方式采用UV固化;为进一步提高图案的显示效果,扩散板14和背板11之间设有反射片13,光往背板11传播时,在反射片13上反射,能够有效防止光从背板11漏出而导致光的损失,提高LED平板灯的发光亮度和发光效率,从LED光源直接发出的光以及经过反射片13反射出的光入射到扩散板14上,扩散板14能够促使光更均匀地分布,提高发光效果,再将均匀的光照射到图案层20上;为进一步保护图案层20,扩散板14和面框12之间设有透明板16,透明板16可采用塑料材料或玻璃材料,透明板16能够保护图案层20使其免受空气中腐蚀气体的侵蚀,进一步提高图案层20的稳定性,透明板16和扩散板14之间设有增亮膜17,增亮膜17可采用PC(聚碳酸酯)材料,增亮膜17能够有效提高图案显示的画质以及鲜明度。

本发明制得的LED平板灯,除了用作照明以外,还能用作发光装饰相框,形成的图案清晰细致,且不易老化、历久弥新,相框以及图案本身结构稳定,不易变形,有较强的保真度,同时,本发明设计新奇美观,在旅游景区,给游客拍照并将图案打印到板面上制作成小型的LED发光相框,作为游客的旅游纪念品,能够吸引游客的眼球。
以上所述实施例仅表达了本发明的几种实施方式,其描述较为具体和详细,但并不能因此而理解为对本发明专利范围的限制。应当指出的是,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明构思的前提下,还可以做出若干变形和改进,这些都属于本发明的保护范围。因此,本发明专利的保护范围应以所附权利要求为准。

Claims (12)

  1. 一种多功能LED平板灯,包括背板(11)、面框(12),其特征在于:所述背板(11)和面框(12)之间设有扩散板(14),所述扩散板(14)靠近面框(12)的一面印刷有图案层(20)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种多功能LED平板灯,其特征在于:所述扩散板(14)和背板(11)之间设有反射片(13)。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的一种多功能LED平板灯,其特征在于:所述扩散板(14)和反射片(13)之间设有导光板(15),所述导光板(15)和扩散板(14)之间设有增亮膜(17)。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种多功能LED平板灯,其特征在于:所述扩散板(14)和面框(12)之间设有透明板(16)。
  5. 一种多功能LED平板灯,包括背板(11)、面框(12),其特征在于:所述背板(11)和面框(12)之间设有透明板(16),所述透明板(16)靠近背板(11)的一面印刷有图案层(20)。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的一种多功能LED平板灯,其特征在于:所述透明板(16)和背板(11)之间设有反射片(13),所述反射片(13)和透明板(16)之间设有扩散板(14)。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的一种多功能LED平板灯,其特征在于:所述扩散板(14)和反射片(13)之间设有导光板(15)。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的一种多功能LED平板灯,其特征在于:所述导光板(15)和扩散板(14)之间设有增亮膜(17)。
  9. 一种多功能LED平板灯,包括背板(11)、面框(12),其特征在于:所述背板(11)和面框(12)之间设有导光板(15),所述导光板(15)靠近面框(12)的一面印刷有图案层(20)。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的一种多功能LED平板灯,其特征在于:所述导光板(15)和背板(11)之间设有反射片(13)。
  11. 一种多功能LED平板灯,包括背板(11)、面框(12),其特征在于:所述背板(11)和面框(12)之间设有扩散板(14),所述扩散板(14)靠近面框(12)的一面印刷有图案层(20);所述扩散板(14)和背板(11)之间设有反射片(13),所述扩散板(14)和面框(12)之间设有透明板(16),所述透明板(16)与扩散板(14)之间设有增亮膜(17)。
