一种雕刻及印刷二合一导光板及其制作方法、 照明灯具
技术领域
本发明涉及导光板, 尤其是涉及一种适用于各类照明、 艺术照明及装饰照明、 装饰材料、 橱窗、 橱拒、 展示台照明等方面的导光板及其制作方法和具有该导光板的照明灯具。
背景技术
在液晶显示屏制造领域, 导光板用于将荧光灯、 CCFL、 LED 等光源发出的光透过按光 学原理设计的导光点或导光槽, 在反光膜(反射板)和扩散膜作用下, 将线光源或点光源转 变为面光源。 为使导光板能均匀发光, 必须通过各种疏密、 大小不一的导光点, 以保证光线 往各个方向反射的效率基本相同。 但是, 现有的液晶显示屏制造领域的导光板的导光网点设 计都是采用满版布点, 单调无变化, 外形也变化不大, 因而限制了导光板在某些方面的应用, 如应用于电视机背光源、 照明、 装饰、 广告、 指示标示牌等。
发明内容
本发明为了解决现有技术导光板导光网点设计单调、 限制了其应用范围的技术问题, 提 供了一种雕刻及印刷二合一导光板及其制作方法和具有该导光板的照明灯具。
为解决上述技术问题, 本发明采用的技术方案为设计一种雕刻及印刷二合一导光板, 所 述导光板的导光面上设置有导光网点, 所述导光网点包括凹入所述导光面的第一导光网点和 凸出所述导光面的第二导光网点。 所述第一导光网点为在所述导光面雕刻而成, 所述第二导光网点为在所述导光面印刷而 成。 所述导光板上印刷有染色材料或自发光材料。 所述第一导光网点和第二导光网点构成发光图案。 本发明还一种制作上述雕刻及印刷二合一导光板的方法, 所述方法包括: 根据设计好的 图案在导光板的导光面制作凹入所述导光面的第一导光网点和凸出所述导光面的第二导光网
所述第一导光网点为在所述导光面雕刻而成, 所述第二导光网点为在所述导光面印刷而
成。 本发明还提供了一种照明灯具, 包括光源和导光板, 所述导光板的导光面上设置有导光 网点,所述导光网点包括凹入所述导光面的第一导光网点和凸出所述导光面的第二导光网点。 所述第一导光网点为在所述导光面雕刻而成, 所述笫二导光网点为在所述导光面印刷而 成。— 所述光源设置在导光板的侧面。
本发明通过在导光板的导光面制作由凹入所述导光面的第一导光网点和凸出所述导光面 的第二导光网点, 从而使第一导光网点和第二导光网点的构成明暗不同的图案, 相比现有技 术导光板的导光网点设计更加灵活适用, 应用范围更广, 如可广泛应用于美术照明、 工艺照 明、 装饰照明等方面。

请参见图 1和图 2, 本发明雕刻及印刷二合一导光板 1包括一导光面 11、 第一导光网点 12和第二导光网点 13。 其中, 第一导光网点 12凹入所述导光面 11 , 第二导光网点 13凸出 所述导光面 11 , 第一导光网点 12可以采用雕刻、 腐蚀等方式制作, 第二导光网点 13采用印 刷的方式制作。 第一导光网点 12和第二导光网点 13构成各种发光图案, 包括汉字、 字母或 图形的任一种或汉字 、 图形、 字母的任意组合。 由于雕刻的第一导光网点 12是凹入导^ 的导光面, 而印刷的第二导光网点 13是凸出导光板的导光面, 因而第一导光网点 12导出的 光比较亮丽而形成明显的图案。 导光网点可以是任何形状的, 如圆型、一字型、 十字型和星 型等形状。 这些不同形状、 不同大小或不同密度分布的导光网点组合构成各种发光图案。 还可在导光板的导光网点上印刷有染色材料或自发光材料, 形成染色材料或自发光材料 网点, 以构建各种颜色的发光图案或不需要光源照明而显示各种发光图案。 导光板可以根据需要设置成不同形状, 如平板状、 圆柱体、 多边形柱体等。 不同形状、 不同大小或不同密度分布的导光网点设置于各种形状的导光板的表面。 本发明雕刻及印刷二合一导光板的制作方法如下:
前期先设计好需要的发光图案, 根据该图案的妻求进行导光网点的美术设计制版及其分 色处理, 分色指的是需要对雕刻与印刷分开进行处理。 然后再才艮据要求先在亚克力的一面印 刷第二导光点, 印刷后再在印刷有第二导光点的面雕刻第一导光点, 直至完成整个发光图案。 当然, 雕刻也可以采用腐蚀、 模型等方式取代。 当然, 也可以采用印刷在导光板的一侧面进行印刷形成第二导光网点, 等待印刷品完全 干透后再在该面雕刻第一导光网点, 从而由于第一道光网点凹入所述导光面, 第二导光网点 凸出所述导光面而构成不同明暗度的图案。 雕刻工艺也可以用腐蚀、 模型等取代。 本发明雕刻及印刷二合一导光板可以用于各种照明灯具。 该种灯具包括光源和导光板, 所述导光板的导光面上设置有导光网点, 所述导光网点包括凹入所述导光面的第一导光网点 和凸出所述导光面的第二导光网点。 所述第一导光网点为在所述导光面雕刻而成, 所述第二 导光网点为在所述导光面印刷而成。 所述第一导光网点和第二导光网点构成发光图案。 所述 光源优选设置在导光板的侧面。 本发明通过不同导光网点生成各类图案, 则可在各种形状和不同尺寸的导光板上形成不 同的图案, 可以通过各种不同密度、 导光网点的形状、 不同发光区域要求等进行设计。 当输 入各种不同光源的时候, 由于射入的光和导光网点不同, 导光板表面会产生各种发光图案。 发光图案可以是单面发光、 也可以是双面发光, 使用雕刻及印刷二合一导光板使图案形成明 暗不同亮度的发光图案。 雕刻的导光点越深发光越亮及越感立体, 当输入不同光源的时候, 整个发光区域形成不同明暗的发光, 从而产生具有各种不同的立体和平面的发光图案。 与现有技术相比, 本专利具有以下优点:
( 1 )现有的导光板应用范围比较窄, 在设计方面也限制很多, 材料使用方面必须配合有 扩散材料、 反射材料等才能解决各类眩光的问题。 本发明可以完全不使用扩散、 反射材料而 解决眩光问题, 并且取消扩散材料后, 光线可由导光板直接射出, 减少能耗, 提高光效, 光 通量一般可以提高 15%以上, 降低成本, 减少光源及扩散等材料成本;
( 2 )本发明应用更广泛, 具有艺术欣赏价值, 不但可以用于照明、 也可以用于装饰品、 工艺品等。 其光线均匀柔和、 外形生动美观、 形状千变万化、 立体感更强、 延长了导光板照 明产品线、 节能环保。 产品广泛应用于各类照明、 艺术照明、 装饰照明、 工艺品、 艺术品、 家具照明、 装饰材料、 橱窗、 橱拒、 展示台、 出路牌、 导向牌、 广告灯箱等领域。
Claims
1、一种雕刻及印刷二合一导光板,所述导光板的导光面上设置有导光网点,其特征在于: 所迷导光网点包括凹入所述导光面的第一导光网点和凸出所述导光面的第二导光网点。
2、根据权利要求 1所述的雕刻及印刷二合一导光板, 其特征在于: 所述第一导光网点为 在所述导光面雕刻而成, 所述第二导光网点为在所述导光面印刷而成。
3、根据权利要求 1所述的雕刻及印刷二合一导光板, 其特征在于: 所迷导光板上印刷有 染色材料或自发光材料网点。
4、根据权利要求 1所迷的雕刻及印刷二合一导光板, 其特征在于: 所迷第一导光网点和 第二导光网点构成发光图案。
5、 一种制作权利要求 1所述雕刻及印刷二合一导光板的方法, 其特征在于: 所迷方法包 括: 在导光板的导光面制作凹入所述导光面的第一导光网点和凸出所述导光面的第二导光网

8、一种照明灯具, 包括光源和导光板, 其特征在于: 所迷导光板的导光面上设置有导光 网点,所述导光网点包括凹入所述导光面的第一导光网点和凸出所述导光面的第二导光网点。
9、根据权利要求 8所迷的照明灯具, 其特征在于: 所述第一导光网点为在所述导光面雕 刻而成, 所述第二导光网点为在所述导光面印刷而成。
10、 根据权利要求 8所述的照明灯具, 其特征在于: 所述光源设置在导光板的侧面。
