LED发光体之出光中心朝向出光面, 由于受 LED发光体自身发光角度的限制, 往 往造成 LED发光体周围很亮, 无法使发出的光线均匀柔和; 另一方面发出的光线 带有眩光, 不符合人们的视觉要求; 另外, 这种直下式的 LED灯比较厚, 无法满 足人们对超薄化的要求。

[9] 如图 1所示, 本发明实施例提供的超薄 LED面板灯, 包括一釆用金属或塑胶材 料制成的外壳 1, 所述外壳 1内设有一导光板 2, 所述导光板 2下表面加工有网纹 结构 21, 所述导光板 2下方设有一反射板 3, 所述导光板 2两侧设有若干 LED 4, 所述 LED 4分别固设于所述导光板 2两侧的 PCB板 5上。
[10] 本发明提供的超薄 LED面板灯工作吋, LED 4发出的光线, 从导光板 2两侧进入 , 然后被导光板 2下表面的网纹结构 21吸收, 再经由导光板 2下方的反射板 3 (或 者导光板 2下表面涂覆的反射物质) 反射, 从而使光线沿着垂直于导光板 2的方 向射出。 与现有的直下式 LED面板灯相比, 本发明通过将 LED设于导光板 2的两 侧, 在保证照明效果的前提下, 显著降低了 LED面板灯的厚度, 实现了 LED面板 灯超薄化, 便于人们安装和使用, 扩大了其应用领域。
[11] 进一步地, 所述 PCB板 5及其上的 LED 4设于一反射罩 6内, 所述反射罩 6 固设于所述外壳 1上, 其具有一呈平板状的底盘 (图中未标示) 以及由底盘周 缘倾斜向上延伸而出的反射壁 (图中未标示) , PCB板 5及 LED4设于底盘上 。 所述 LED 4发出的光线一部分直接照射到导光板 2内, 另一部分光线照射到 反光罩 6的反射壁上, 经反射罩 6的反射壁反射后, 光线再进入导光板 2内, 这样, 减少了 LED 4的光损失, 提高了光线利用率, 增加了导光板 2的照明亮 度。
[12] 更进一步地, 所述导光板 2上方设有一扩散板 7, 经导光板 2发出的光线进入扩 散板 7后, 扩散板 7使发出的光线具有朦胧的雾状效果, 光线柔和、 均匀、 不刺 目艮、 照射面积大。 [13] 另外, 所述扩散板 7上方设有一透光面板 8, 所述透光面板 8—般釆用透明的有 机玻璃制成, 起到防尘、 保护内部元件的作用。
