Description

半导体芯片模组及增强图案层视觉效果的制作方法 技术领域
本申请公开的技术方案涉及半导体技术领域,尤其涉及半导体芯片模组及增强图案层视觉效果的制作方法。
背景技术
目前,许多半导体芯片模组的生产厂家为了让自己的产品与市场上其他生产厂家的产品区分开来,通常会在生产的半导体芯片模组上制作具有标识作用的图案层(例如商标)。
发明内容
本申请公开的技术方案至少能够解决以下技术问题:半导体芯片模组上的图案层着色不牢、效果单一。
本申请的一个或者多个实施例公开了一种半导体芯片模组,包括:柔性电路板【FPC(Flexible Printed Circuit)】、传感器层、颜色层、图案层以及覆盖层;所述传感器层设置在所述柔性电路板上方,所述传感器层包含至少一个传感器;所述颜色层设置在所述传感器层上方;所述覆盖层设置在所述颜色层上方;所述图案层被所述覆盖层或所述颜色层覆盖。
在本申请的一个或者多个实施例中,所述图案层的厚度小于20um;所述图案层的材质为油墨。
在本申请的一个或者多个实施例中,所述传感器为指纹识别传感器。
在本申请的一个或者多个实施例中,所述覆盖层为具有透明效果的硬化层;所述硬化层的材质为油漆。
在本申请的一个或者多个实施例中,所述覆盖层为具有透明效果的盖板;所述盖板的材质为玻璃。
在本申请的一个或者多个实施例中,所述半导体芯片模组还包括:粘结层,用于粘结所述传感器层和所述颜色层;所述粘结层为胶膜或者胶水。
本申请的一个或者多个实施例公开了一种增强图案层视觉效果的制作方法,包括:在传感器层上涂布颜色层;在所述颜色层上丝印图案层;在所述图案层上涂布硬化层。
在本申请的一个或者多个实施例中,在所述颜色层上丝印图案层之前,所述方法还包括烘烤所述颜色层;在所述图案层上涂布硬化层之前,所述方法还包括烘烤所述图案层。
本申请的一个或者多个实施例还公开了一种增强图案层视觉效果的制作方法,包括:在盖板上丝印图案层;在所述图案层上涂布颜色层;将所述盖板上有所述颜色层的一面贴合在所述传感器层上。
在本申请的一个或者多个实施例中,在所述图案层上涂布颜色层之前,所述方法还包括烘烤所述图案层;在将所述盖板上有所述颜色层的一面贴合在所述传感器层上之前,所述方法还包括烘烤所述颜色层。
在本申请的一个或者多个实施例中,使用胶膜或者胶水将所述盖板上有所述颜色层的一面贴合在所述传感器层上。
与现有技术相比,本申请公开的技术方案主要有以下有益效果:
在本申请的实施例中,所述半导体芯片模组的所述图案层被所述覆盖层覆 盖,且所述覆盖层具有透明效果。由于所述颜色层与所述图案层的色彩相区分,而所述覆盖层具有透明效果,所以所述图案层能够明晰地显示出来,并增强了图案层的视觉效果。此外,所述覆盖层能够对所述颜色层与所述图案层起到保护作用,并在一定程度上起到增强视觉效果的作用。通过所述增强图案层视觉效果的制作方法获得的半导体芯片模组,图案层着色牢固,显示效果多样。此外,所述增强图案层视觉效果的制作方法工艺简单,且不与现有的工艺相冲突,生产投入兼容性好。

参考图1,为本申请的一实施例中半导体芯片模组的结构示意图。所述半导体芯片模组包括:柔性电路板1、传感器层2、颜色层3、图案层4以及覆盖层5。其中,所述颜色层3与所述图案层4的色彩相区分。所述颜色层3与所述图案层4的色彩根据需要设定。
所述传感器层2设置在所述柔性电路板1上方,所述传感器层2包含至少一个传感器。所述颜色层3设置在所述传感器层2上方。所述覆盖层5设置在所述颜色层3上方。所述图案层4被所述覆盖层5覆盖。
在本申请的一些实施例中,所述图案层4的厚度小于20um。所述图案层4的材质为油墨。
在本申请的一些实施例中,所述传感器为指纹识别传感器。
在本申请的一些实施例中,所述覆盖层5为具有透明效果的硬化层。所述硬化层的材质为油漆。

在本申请的一个或者多个实施例中,在所述颜色层3上丝印图案层4之前,所述方法还包括烘烤所述颜色层3;在所述图案层4上涂布硬化层5之前,所述方法还包括烘烤所述图案层4。通过烘烤所述颜色层3以及所述图案层4,使得所述颜色层3以及所述图案层4尽快凝固与贴合。
上述实施例中的增强图案层视觉效果的制作方法,有利于在所述半导体芯片模组上制作着色牢固、显示效果多样的图案层4(例如商标)。此外,上述实施例中的增强图案层视觉效果的制作方法工艺简单,且不与现有的工艺相冲突,生产投入兼容性好。
参考图2,为本申请的又一实施例中半导体芯片模组的结构示意图。所述半导体芯片模组包括:柔性电路板10、传感器层20、颜色层30、图案层40、覆盖层50以及粘结层60。其中,所述颜色层30与所述图案层40的色彩相区分。所述颜色层30与所述图案层40的色彩根据需要设定。
所述传感器层20设置在所述柔性电路板10上方,所述传感器层20包含至少一个传感器。所述粘结层60位于所述颜色层30与所述传感器层20之间。所述覆盖层50设置在所述颜色层30上方。所述图案层40位于所述颜色层30和所述覆盖层50之间。
在本申请的一些实施例中,所述覆盖层50为具有透明效果的盖板。所述盖板的材质为玻璃。
在本申请的一些实施例中,所述粘结所述传感器层20和颜色层30的粘结层60为胶膜或者胶水。

在本申请的一个或者多个实施例中,在所述图案层40上涂布颜色层30之前,所述方法还包括烘烤所述图案层40;在将所述盖板上有所述颜色层40的一面贴合在所述传感器层20上之前,所述方法还包括烘烤所述颜色层30。通过烘烤所述图案层40以及所述颜色层30,使得所述图案层40以及所述颜色层30能够尽快凝固和贴合。
在本申请的一个或者多个实施例中,使用胶膜或者胶水将所述盖板上有所述颜色层30的一面贴合在所述传感器层40上。
使用上述增强图案层视觉效果的制作方法得到的半导体芯片模组,图案层40着色牢固,显示效果多样。此外,上述实施例中的增强图案层视觉效果的制作方法工艺简单,且不与现有的工艺相冲突,生产投入兼容性好。

    柔性电路板、传感器层、颜色层、图案层以及覆盖层;
    所述传感器层设置在所述柔性电路板上方,所述传感器层包含至少一个传感器;
    所述颜色层设置在所述传感器层上方;
    所述覆盖层设置在所述颜色层上方;
    所述图案层被所述覆盖层或所述颜色层覆盖。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的半导体芯片模组,其特征在于,所述图案层的厚度小于20um;
    所述图案层的材质为油墨。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的半导体芯片模组,其特征在于,所述传感器为指纹识别传感器。
  4. 根据权利要求1-3任意一项所述的半导体芯片模组,其特征在于,所述覆盖层为具有透明效果的硬化层;
    所述硬化层的材质为油漆。
  5. 根据权利要求1-3任意一项所述的半导体芯片模组,其特征在于,所述覆盖层为具有透明效果的盖板;
    所述盖板的材质为玻璃。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的半导体芯片模组,其特征在于,所述半导体芯片模组还包括:
    粘结层,用于粘结所述传感器层和所述颜色层;
    所述粘结层为胶膜或者胶水。
  7. 一种增强图案层视觉效果的制作方法,其特征在于,包括:
    在传感器层上涂布颜色层;
    在所述颜色层上丝印图案层;
    在所述图案层上涂布硬化层。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述增强图案层视觉效果的制作方法,其特征在于,在所述颜色层上丝印图案层之前,所述方法还包括烘烤所述颜色层;
    在所述图案层上涂布硬化层之前,所述方法还包括烘烤所述图案层。
  9. 一种增强图案层视觉效果的制作方法,其特征在于,包括:
    在盖板上丝印图案层;
    在所述图案层上涂布颜色层;
    将所述盖板上有所述颜色层的一面贴合在所述传感器层上。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述增强图案层视觉效果的制作方法,其特征在于,在所述图案层上涂布颜色层之前,所述方法还包括烘烤所述图案层;
