Abstract

본 발명의 광-디지털 변환기는 각각이 언바이어스된(unbiased) 포토다이오드로부터 생성된 포토다이오드 전압에 대해서 델타시그마 변환을 수행하여 제1 클록 신호를 생성하고, 상기 제1 클록 신호를 기준 클록 신호인 제2 클록 신호에 동기화한 단위 출력 신호를 출력하는 복수의 광-디지털 변환 유닛; 및 상기 복수의 광-디지털 변환 유닛 각각의 상기 단위 출력 신호를 합산하여 디지털 출력 신호를 출력하는 가산기를 포함한다.
