具体实施方式
为了使本发明的目的、技术方案及优点更加清楚明白,以下结合附图及实施例,对本发明进行进一步详细说明。应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用以解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
以下结合具体实施例对本发明的实现进行详细的描述。
参照图1~7,为本发明提供的较佳实施例。
本实施例提供的一种联合团购下单的方法,可以运用在同一位置的点餐过程中,实现各自点餐,同时与点同一餐馆的人进行团购组合下单,便于商家的配餐,也减少点餐人员的费用。
如图1所示,是本发明提出的实施例一,在本实施例中,一种联合团购下单的方法,包括以下步骤:
S10、多个用户终端与点餐服务器进行电信通讯下单。
S11、点餐服务器汇总相同地址的点餐信息,并发送至商家服务器。
S12、商家服务器根据接收到的点餐信息,将优惠信息返回给点餐服务器或用户终端。
S13、点餐服务器根据订单信息和对应的优惠信息,将各个用户终端订单对应的优惠信息返回对应的用户终端。
S14、商家配齐点餐的内容并进行配送。
上述的用户终端由就餐人员使用与订餐服务器或商家进行通话下单,在这里可以用就餐人员代替描述。
上述的S10步骤,所述就餐人员各自点餐的步骤,这里可以通过拨号的方式进行各自点餐,保留了各自点餐的方法,保证了点餐的隐蔽性。
更近一步的,如图2所示,所述S11步骤,汇总同一位置的就餐人员的点餐信息的步骤,包括以下具体步骤:
S111、点餐服务器接收就餐人员的点餐信息;
S112、点餐服务器对就餐人员的地址进行归类;
S113、点餐服务器对同一位置的就餐人员的点餐信息进行分类;
S114、点餐服务器对同一类点餐信息进行汇总。
上述的S112步骤,对就餐人员的地址进行归类,是为了对同一位置的就餐人员的点餐信息进行归类,以便商家的配送以及组合成优惠套餐。
所述S113的步骤,对同一位置的就餐人员的点餐信息进行分类的步骤,具体是采用就餐信息中的餐馆种类进行分类,归类呈各个餐馆的点餐信息,以便同个餐馆的同一位 置的点餐信息进行汇总。
如图3所示,对于上述的S12步骤,发送至对应的商家,获取优惠点餐信息的步骤, 包括以下具体步骤:
S121、判断同一位置的就餐人员的同一类点餐信息中是否能组成现有的优惠套 餐;
S122、若同一位置的就餐人员的同一类点餐信息中能组成现有的优惠套餐,则以 优惠套餐的内容发送至点餐服务器;
S123、或者,若同一位置的就餐人员的同一类点餐信息中不能组成现有的优惠套餐,则将未能组成优惠套餐的信息通知点餐服务器,并在就餐人员的点餐界面呈现拨号按键,由就餐人员与对应商家进行电话沟通,获取优惠信息;
S124、判断沟通的结果是否有优惠信息;
S125、若没有,则通知选择该商家的就餐人员,转换其他商家进行点餐;
或者,若有,则进入所述S13点餐服务器根据订单信息和对应的优惠信息,将各个 用户终端订单对应的优惠信息返回对应的用户终端步骤。
上述的S121步骤,判断同一位置的就餐人员的同一类点餐信息中是否能组成现有 的优惠套餐的步骤中,所述现有的优惠套餐包括优惠搭配的套餐。
另外,S122步骤,这里的以优惠套餐的内容发送至对应的商家,具体是为了便于商 家将优惠的金额退还给参加优惠套餐的人。
另外,S125步骤,若没有,则通知选择该商家的就餐人员,转换其他商家进行点餐 的步骤,转换其他商家进行点餐时,也是按照上述的步骤进行优惠套餐的组合。
当然,于其他实施例,所述现有的优惠套餐包括自由优惠搭配的套餐。商家服务器根据接收到的点餐信息,也可以直接将优惠信息返回给用户终端。
更进一步的,如图4所示,S13步骤,返回参加优惠点餐的人员对应的金额的步骤, 包括以下具体步骤:
S131、点餐服务器计算参加优惠点餐的人员优惠的总金额;
S132、点餐服务器按照参加优惠点餐的人员点餐的原本消费金额作为比值,将总金额按照总比值分为若干份;
S133、点餐服务器合算参加优惠点餐的人员的优惠金额;
S134、点餐服务器返回参加优惠点餐的人员的优惠金额。
具体地,S13步骤,返回参加优惠点餐的人员对应的金额的步骤是为了将优惠的金 额进行退还,比如有一个点餐人员点餐的金额为15元,另外一个点餐人员点餐的金额为30元,若优惠的金额为4.5元,则第一个点餐人员退还1.5元,第二个点餐人员退还的金额为3 元。
上述一种联合团购下单的方法的电信交互方式如图7所示,具体如下:
对于,同一个相近时间(如10分钟)内,多个用户拨打同一电话,交互服务器通过监 测PLMN网络的A接口的信令,可以得知这批用户的小区位置;交互服务器分析这批用户的位置后,挑出相近位置的用户分组,如A/B/C在同一组,对A/B/C发起团购推荐;
上述的一种联合团购下单的方法的电信交互方式,判断用户是否符合团购条件可 以通过以下两种方式:
a.安装在用户终端软件上报位置;
b.网络信令监测两种方式得到。
同时分析用户的WWW(WHO(所订商家)/WHEN(订餐)/WHERE位置))属性,分析是否满 足团购条件。
上述的一种联合团购下单的方法,通过独自点餐后,将同一位置的以及同一个餐 所的点餐信息汇总后,组成优惠套餐,同时返回优惠的金额至参与优惠的人员,实现各自点餐,隐蔽性强,同时与点同一餐馆的人进行团购组合下单,便于商家的配餐,也减少点餐人 员的费用。
如图5所示,是本实施例一提供的一种联合团购下单的系统,包括点餐单元10、汇总单元、获取单元、返回金额单元以及配送单元50;
点餐单元10,用于多个用户终端与点餐服务器进行电信通讯下单,与所述汇总单元连接。
汇总单元,用于点餐服务器汇总相同地址的点餐信息,并发送至商家服务器,与所述获取单元连接。
获取单元,用于商家服务器根据接收到的点餐信息,将优惠信息返回给点餐服务器,与所述返回金额单元连接。
返回金额单元,用于点餐服务器根据订单信息和对应的优惠信息,将各个用户终 端订单对应的优惠信息返回对应的用户终端与所述配送单元50连接。
配送单元50,用于商家配齐点餐的内容并进行配送。
更进一步的,汇总单元包括接送模块20、归类模块21、分类模块22以及信息汇总模 块23;
接送模块20,用于接收就餐人员的点餐信息,分别与所述归类模块21以及点餐单元10连接;
归类模块21,用于对就餐人员的地址进行归类,与所述分类模块22连接;
分类模块22,用于对同一位置的就餐人员的点餐信息进行分类,与所述信息汇总模块23连接;
信息汇总模块23,用于对同一类点餐信息进行汇总,与所述获取单元连接。
另外,所述获取单元包括判断模块30、发送优惠套餐模块31、拨号模块32、优惠判 断模块33以及转换模块34;
判断模块30,用于判断同一位置的就餐人员的同一类点餐信息中是否能组成现有的优惠套餐,与所述信息汇总模块23连接;
发送优惠套餐模块31,用于以优惠套餐的内容发送至点餐服务器,分别与所述判断模块30以及所述返回金额单元连接;
拨号模块32,用于将未能组成优惠套餐的信息通知点餐服务器,并在就餐人员的点餐界面呈现拨号按键,由就餐人员与对应商家进行电话沟通,获取优惠信息,分别与所述 判断模块30以及所述优惠判断模块33连接;
优惠判断模块33,用于判断沟通的结果是否有优惠信息,分别与所述转换模块34 以及所述返回金额单元连接;
转换模块34,用于通知选择该商家的就餐人员,转换其他商家进行点餐。
更进一步的,所述返回金额单元包括计算模块40、分割模块41、合算模块42以及返回模块43;
计算模块40,用于计算参加优惠点餐的人员优惠的总金额,分别与所述分割模块 41、所述优惠判断模块33以及所述发送优惠套餐模块31连接;
分割模块41,用于按照参加优惠点餐的人员点餐的原本消费金额作为比值,将总金额按照总比值分为若干份,与所述计算模块40连接;
合算模块42,用于合算参加优惠点餐的人员的优惠金额,与所述返回模块43连接;
返回模块43,用于返回参加优惠点餐的人员的优惠金额,与所述配送单元50连接。
上述的一种联合团购下单的系统,通过点餐单元10供人们独自点餐后,汇总单元 将同一位置的以及同一个餐所的点餐信息汇总后,组成优惠套餐,同时返回金额单元返回 优惠的金额至参与优惠的人员,实现各自点餐,隐蔽性强,同时与点同一餐馆的人进行团购 组合下单,便于商家的配餐,也减少点餐人员的费用。
如图6所示,是本发明提出的实施例二,在本实施例中,一种联合团购下单的方法, 包括以下步骤:
S20、就餐人员各自点餐;
S21、判断是否需要进行优惠点餐,若需要,则进行S22步骤,或者,若不需要,则进行S26步骤;
S22、汇总同一位置的就餐人员的点餐信息;
S22、发送至对应的商家,获取优惠点餐信息;
S23、发送商家符合当前点餐信息的优惠策略至点餐人员;
S24、判断点餐人员是否自主选择参与优惠;若选择参与,则进行S25步骤,若选择不参与,则进行S26步骤;
S25、返回参加优惠点餐的人员对应的金额;
S26、商家配齐点餐的内容并进行配送。
上述的S20、S22、S23、S25、S26步骤与实施例一的S10、S11、S12、S13、S14步骤具体内容相同,此处不再详细阐述。
对于S21以及S24步骤,主要是为点餐人员提供自主选择权利,更加人性化。
以上所述仅为本发明的较佳实施例而已,并不用以限制本发明,凡在本发明的精 神和原则之内所作的任何修改、等同替换和改进等,均应包含在本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种联合团购下单的方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
    多个用户终端与点餐服务器进行电信通讯下单;
    点餐服务器汇总相同地址的点餐信息,并发送至商家服务器;
    商家服务器根据接收到的点餐信息,将优惠信息返回给点餐服务器或用户终端;
    点餐服务器根据订单信息和对应的优惠信息,将各个用户终端订单对应的优惠信息返 回对应的用户终端。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种联合团购下单的方法,其特征在于,所述点餐服务器汇总 相同地址的点餐信息,并发送至商家服务器步骤,包括以下具体步骤:
    点餐服务器接收用户终端通过电信通讯下单的点餐信息;
    点餐服务器对用户终端的下单地址进行归类;
    点餐服务器对同一位置的点餐信息进行分类;
    点餐服务器对同一类点餐信息进行汇总。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的一种联合团购下单的方法,其特征在于,所述点餐服务器对同一位置的用户终端的点餐信息进行分类的步骤,具体是采用点餐信息中的餐馆种类进行分类。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种联合团购下单的方法,其特征在于,所述商家服务器根据接收到的点餐信息,将优惠信息返回给点餐服务器的步骤,包括以下具体步骤:
    判断同一位置的用户终端的同一类点餐信息中是否能组成现有的优惠套餐;
    若同一位置的用户终端的同一类点餐信息中能组成现有的优惠套餐,则以优惠套餐的内容发送至点餐服务器;
    或者,若同一位置的用户终端的同一类点餐信息中不能组成现有的优惠套餐,则将未能组成优惠套餐的信息通知点餐服务器,并在用户终端的点餐界面呈现拨号按键,由用户 终端与对应商家进行电话沟通,获取优惠信息;
    判断沟通的结果是否有优惠信息;
    若没有,则通知选择该商家的用户终端,转换其他商家进行点餐;
    或者,若有,则进入所述点餐服务器根据订单信息和对应的优惠信息,将各个用户终端订单对应的优惠信息返回对应的用户终端步骤。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的一种联合团购下单的方法,其特征在于,所述判断同一位置的用户终端的同一类点餐信息中是否能组成现有的优惠套餐的步骤中,所述现有的优惠套餐包括优惠搭配的套餐。
  6. 根据权利要求1至5任一项所述的一种联合团购下单的方法,其特征在于,所述点餐服务器根据订单信息和对应的优惠信息,将各个用户终端订单对应的优惠信息返回对应的用户终端步骤,包括以下具体步骤:
    点餐服务器计算参加优惠点餐的用户终端优惠的总金额;
    点餐服务器按照参加优惠点餐的用户终端点餐的原本消费金额作为比值,将总金额按照总比值分为若干份;
    点餐服务器合算参加优惠点餐的用户终端的优惠金额;
    点餐服务器返回参加优惠点餐的用户终端的优惠金额。
  7. 一种联合团购下单的系统,其特征在于,包括点餐单元、汇总单元、获取单元、返回金额单元以及配送单元;
    所述点餐单元,用于多个用户终端与点餐服务器进行电信通讯下单,与所述汇总单元连接;
    所述汇总单元,用于点餐服务器汇总相同地址的点餐信息,并发送至商家服务器,与所述获取单元连接;
    所述获取单元,用于商家服务器根据接收到的点餐信息,将优惠信息返回给点餐服务器或用户终端,与所述返回金额单元连接;
    所述返回金额单元,用于点餐服务器根据订单信息和对应的优惠信息,将各个用户终端订单对应的优惠信息返回对应的用户终端。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的一种联合团购下单的系统,其特征在于,所述汇总单元包括接送模块、归类模块、分类模块以及信息汇总模块;
    所述接送模块,用于接收用户终端通过电信通讯下单的点餐信息,分别与所述归类模块以及点餐单元连接;
    所述归类模块,用于对用户终端的下单地址进行归类,与所述分类模块连接;
    所述分类模块,用于对同一位置的点餐信息进行分类,与所述信息汇总模块连接;
    所述信息汇总模块,用于对同一类点餐信息进行汇总,与所述获取单元连接。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的一种联合团购下单的系统,其特征在于,所述获取单元包括判断模块、发送优惠套餐模块、拨号模块、优惠判断模块以及转换模块;
    所述判断模块,用于判断同一位置的用户终端的同一类点餐信息中是否能组成现有的优惠套餐,与所述信息汇总模块连接;
    所述发送优惠套餐模块,用于以优惠套餐的内容发送至对应的商家,分别与所述判断模块以及所述返回金额单元连接;
    所述拨号模块,用于将未能组成优惠套餐的信息通知点餐服务器,并在用户终端的点餐界面呈现拨号按键,由用户终端与对应商家进行电话沟通,获取优惠信息,分别与所述判断模块以及所述优惠判断模块连接;
    所述优惠判断模块,用于判断沟通的结果是否有优惠信息,分别与所述转换模块以及 所述返回金额单元连接;
    所述转换模块,用于通知选择该商家的用户终端,转换其他商家进行点餐。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的一种联合团购下单的系统,其特征在于,所述返回金额单元 包括计算模块、分割模块、合算模块以及返回模块;
    所述计算模块,用于计算参加优惠点餐的用户终端优惠的总金额,分别与所述分割模块、所述优惠判断模块以及所述发送优惠套餐模块连接;
    所述分割模块,用于按照参加优惠点餐的用户终端点餐的原本消费金额作为比值,将总金额按照总比值分为若干份,与所述计算模块连接;
    所述合算模块,用于合算参加优惠点餐的用户终端的优惠金额,与所述返回模块连接;
    所述返回模块,用于返回参加优惠点餐的用户终端的优惠金额,与所述配送单元连接。
