具体地,S10步骤中,被呼叫用户产生漏话后,主呼叫终端通过主呼叫采集器捕捉到本次拨号未能接通,向提醒中心发送漏话相关信息的步骤中,包括了漏话信息的采集,该采集的方式有两种:
第一种是终端获取,在主叫手机终端安全app应用,只要电话未接通,即可以采集到未接电话;
第二种是网络端获取,在不同的网络情况下不同,以不在服务区PLMN网络为例,如图6所示,对于如上正常的一个呼叫, 被叫端的MSC会对取得路由信息的被叫MS进行N次寻呼, 如果没有响应上报, 则此次呼叫失败;类型为寻呼无响应;对于传统PSTN的网络如图7所示,在SS与LS/GW侧可以看到在REL直接体现的被叫忙的标记。
更进一步的,如图2所示,对于S10步骤,其还具体包括以下步骤:
S101、被呼叫用户产生漏话后,形成漏话标记,并在相关区域存储漏话标记;
S102、主呼叫采集器捕捉到相关区域内更新有本次拨号的漏话标记;
S103、主呼叫采集器采集主呼叫用户的漏话相关信息;
S104、主呼叫采集器发送漏话相关信息至提醒中心。
具体地,S101步骤所形成的漏话标记是指形成带有主呼叫用户在某个时间段拨打被呼叫用户,被呼叫用户无应答的标记文字,这样,“无应答”等关键字体可以供S102步骤中的主呼叫采集器捕捉相关区域内是否有更新的依据。
S102步骤中,主呼叫采集器主要依靠关键词搜索相关区域的更新内容,若搜索到“无应答”,则表明已形成漏话,若没有搜索到“无应答”,则表明未形成漏话。
对于S103步骤,所述主呼叫采集器采集主呼叫用户的漏话相关信息的步骤中,所述漏话相关信息包括主呼叫终端的号码、被呼叫终端的号码以及呼叫的时间,以便后续被呼叫终端的获取。
另外,上述的S11步骤,被呼叫终端连接互联网后,被呼叫终端通过被呼叫采集器向提醒中心发起获取相关信息的请求的步骤中,所述获取相关信息的请求包括被呼叫终端的号码以及查询与被呼叫终端的号码相关的信息。这里的被呼叫终端连接互联网,体现了互联网的联合,便于及时获取漏话信息,并且成本低,响应快。
更进一步的,上述的S11步骤,被呼叫终端连接互联网后,被呼叫终端通过被呼叫采集器向提醒中心发起获取相关信息的请求的步骤中,所述获取相关信息的请求还包括被呼叫终端的ID号。
当然,上述的获取相关信息的请求还可以包括被呼叫终端的SIM卡号或者电话号码。
如图3所示,上述的S12步骤,提醒中心接收并响应被呼叫采集器发送的请求,并返回与之相关的信息至被呼叫采集器的步骤,包括以下具体步骤:
S121、提醒中心接收并响应被呼叫采集器发送的请求,以被呼叫终端的号码作为搜索条件进行信息搜索;
S122、判断是否搜索到相关信息;
S123、若搜索到相关信息,则从关于被呼叫终端的漏话相关信息中提出主呼叫终端的号码以及呼叫的时间,作为漏话信息,发送至被呼叫采集器。
对于上述的S12步骤,还包括S124、若未搜索到相关信息,进入结束步骤;或者,于其他实施例,上述的S12步骤,还包括若未搜索到相关信息,则提醒中心返回通知信息至被呼叫采集器。
具体地,上述的通知信息的内容为该时间段内无漏接电话。
S13步骤,被呼叫终端通过被呼叫采集器收到相关的信息后,以可视UI模式显示漏话信息的步骤,提醒的方式有:短信;用户可以点击短信内的号码,回拨;APP终端消息;用户 可以直接点击APP提供的按钮等UI操作,直接进行回拨;提醒的内容可以是未接的电话号码,来电次数,时间。
上述的一种漏话提醒的方法,通过主呼叫采集器捕捉漏话信息后发送至提醒中心,在被呼叫终端连接互联网后,发送请求至提醒中心获取与之相关的漏话信息,并将该信息以可视化形式呈现,实现利用结合互联网的特点,来达到漏话提醒的功能,响应快。
如图4所示,本实施例还提出了一种漏话提醒的系统,其包括主呼叫采集单元、被呼叫采集单元90、提醒中心单元以及提醒单元80。
主呼叫采集单元,用于被呼叫用户产生漏话后,捕捉到本次拨号未能接通,向提醒中心发送漏话相关信息,与提醒中心单元连接;
被呼叫采集单元90,用于被呼叫终端连接互联网后,向提醒中心发起获取相关信息的请求,与提醒中心单元连接。
提醒中心单元,用于接收主呼叫采集器发送的漏话相关信息,并且接收和响应被呼叫采集器发送的请求,并返回与之相关的信息至被呼叫采集器,分别与主呼叫采集单元以及被呼叫采集单元90连接;
提醒单元80,用于被呼叫终端通过被呼叫采集器收到相关的信息后,以可视UI模式显示漏话信息,与提醒中心单元连接。
上述的一种漏话提醒的系统,通过主呼叫采集器捕捉漏话信息后发送至提醒中心,在被呼叫终端连接互联网后,被呼叫采集单元90发送请求至提醒中心获取与之相关的漏话信息,并由提醒单元80将该信息以可视化形式呈现,实现利用结合互联网的特点,来达到漏话提醒的功能,响应快。
更进一步的,主呼叫采集单元包括标记模块10、捕捉模块20、采集模块30以及发送模块40;
标记模块10,用于被呼叫用户产生漏话后,形成漏话标记,并在相关区域存储漏话标记,与捕捉模块20连接;
捕捉模块20,用于主呼叫采集器捕捉到相关区域内更新有本次拨号的漏话标记,与采集模块30连接;
采集模块30,用于主呼叫采集器采集主呼叫用户的漏话相关信息,与发送模块40连接;
发送模块40,用于主呼叫采集器发送漏话相关信息至提醒中心,分别与被呼叫采集单元90以及提醒中心单元连接。
另外,提醒中心单元包括搜索模块50、判断模块60以及提取发送模块70;
搜索模块50,用于提醒中心接收并响应被呼叫采集器发送的请求,以被呼叫终端的号码作为搜索条件进行信息搜索,分别与发送模块40以及所述被呼叫采集单元90连接;
判断模块60,用于判断是否搜索到相关信息,与所述提取发送模块70连接;
提取发送模块70,用于若搜索到相关信息,则从关于被呼叫终端的漏话相关信息中提出主呼叫终端的号码以及呼叫的时间,作为漏话信息,发送至被呼叫采集器,与所述提醒单元80连接。
如图5所示,是实施例二,该实施例中,一种漏话提醒的方法包括以下步骤:
S20、被呼叫用户产生漏话后,主呼叫终端通过主呼叫采集器捕捉到本次拨号未能接通,向提醒中心发送漏话相关信息;
S21、被呼叫终端连接互联网后,被呼叫终端通过被呼叫采集器向提醒中心发起获取相关信息的请求;
S22、提醒中心接收并响应被呼叫采集器发送的请求,并返回与之相关的信息至被呼叫采集器;
S23、被呼叫终端通过被呼叫采集器收到相关的信息后,以可视UI模式显示漏话信息。
S24、被呼叫终端向提醒中心发送针对主呼叫终端的定位请求;
S25、提醒中心接收定位请求后发送获取定位请求至主呼叫终端,主呼叫终端发送当前定位至提醒中心;
S26、提醒中心发送主呼叫终端的当前定位至被呼叫终端;
S24、被呼叫终端判断是否确认回拨;
S25、若确认回拨,则被呼叫用户确认回拨,向主呼叫用户发起回拨呼叫。
实施例二中的S20、S21、S22、S23以及S25与实施例一的S10、S11、S12、S13、S14步骤一致,此处不再详细阐述。
对于S24、被呼叫终端向提醒中心发送针对主呼叫终端的定位请求;
S25、提醒中心接收定位请求后发送获取定位请求至主呼叫终端,主呼叫终端发送当前定位至提醒中心;
S26、提醒中心发送主呼叫终端的当前定位至被呼叫终端。
这三个步骤,目的在于获取更多有关主呼叫终端的当前信息,判断主呼叫终端当前是否适宜接电话,从而作为S27的判断依据,提高通话的有效率。
以上所述仅为本发明的较佳实施例而已,并不用以限制本发明,凡在本发明的精神和原则之内所作的任何修改、等同替换和改进等,均应包含在本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种漏话提醒的方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
    被呼叫用户产生漏话后,主呼叫终端通过主呼叫采集器捕捉到本次拨号未能接通,向提醒中心发送漏话相关信息;
    被呼叫终端连接互联网后,被呼叫终端通过被呼叫采集器向提醒中心发起获取相关信息的请求;
    提醒中心接收并响应被呼叫采集器发送的请求,并返回与之相关的信息至被呼叫采集器;
    被呼叫终端通过被呼叫采集器收到相关的信息后,以可视UI模式显示漏话信息。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种漏话提醒的方法,其特征在于,所述被呼叫用户产生漏话后,主呼叫终端通过主呼叫采集器捕捉到本次拨号未能接通,向提醒中心发送漏话相关信息的步骤中,具体包括以下步骤:
    被呼叫用户产生漏话后,形成漏话标记,并在相关区域存储漏话标记;
    主呼叫采集器捕捉到相关区域内更新有本次拨号的漏话标记;
    主呼叫采集器采集主呼叫用户的漏话相关信息;
    主呼叫采集器发送漏话相关信息至提醒中心。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的一种漏话提醒的方法,其特征在于,所述主呼叫采集器采集主呼叫用户的漏话相关信息的步骤中,所述漏话相关信息包括主呼叫终端的号码、被呼叫终端的号码以及呼叫的时间。
  4. 根据权利要求1至3任一项所述的一种漏话提醒的方法,其特征在于,所述被呼叫终端连接互联网后,被呼叫终端通过被呼叫采集器向提醒中心发起获取相关信息的请求的步骤中,所述获取相关信息的请求包括被呼叫终端的号码以及查询与被呼叫终端的号码相关的信息。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的一种漏话提醒的方法,其特征在于,所述被呼叫终端连接互联网后,被呼叫终端通过被呼叫采集器向提醒中心发起获取相关信息的请求的步骤中,所述获取相关信息的请求还包括被呼叫终端的ID号。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的一种漏话提醒的方法,其特征在于,所述提醒中心接收并响应被呼叫采集器发送的请求,并返回与之相关的信息至被呼叫采集器的步骤,包括以下具体步骤:
    提醒中心接收并响应被呼叫采集器发送的请求,以被呼叫终端的号码作为搜索条件进行信息搜索;
    判断是否搜索到相关信息;
    若搜索到相关信息,则从关于被呼叫终端的漏话相关信息中提出主呼叫终端的号码以及呼叫的时间,作为漏话信息,发送至被呼叫采集器。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的一种漏话提醒的方法,其特征在于,所述被呼叫终端通过被呼叫采集器收到相关的信息后,以可视UI模式显示漏话信息的步骤之后,还包括被呼叫用户确认回拨,向主呼叫用户发起回拨呼叫。
  8. 一种漏话提醒的系统,其特征在于,包括主呼叫采集单元、被呼叫采集单元、提醒中心单元以及提醒单元;
    所述主呼叫采集单元,用于被呼叫用户产生漏话后,捕捉到本次拨号未能接通,向提醒中心发送漏话相关信息,与所述提醒中心单元连接;
    所述被呼叫采集单元,用于被呼叫终端连接互联网后,向提醒中心发起获取相关信息的请求,与所述提醒中心单元连接;
    所述提醒中心单元,用于接收主呼叫采集器发送的漏话相关信息,并且接收和响应被呼叫采集器发送的请求,并返回与之相关的信息至被呼叫采集器,分别与所述主呼叫采集单元以及所述被呼叫采集单元连接;
    所述提醒单元,用于被呼叫终端通过被呼叫采集器收到相关的信息后,以可视UI模式显示漏话信息,与所述提醒中心单元连接。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的一种漏话提醒的系统,其特征在于,所述主呼叫采集单元包括标记模块、捕捉模块、采集模块以及发送模块;
    所述标记模块,用于被呼叫用户产生漏话后,形成漏话标记,并在相关区域存储漏话标记,与所述捕捉模块连接;
    所述捕捉模块,用于主呼叫采集器捕捉到相关区域内更新有本次拨号的漏话标记,与所述采集模块连接;
    所述采集模块,用于主呼叫采集器采集主呼叫用户的漏话相关信息,与所述发送模块连接;
    所述发送模块,用于主呼叫采集器发送漏话相关信息至提醒中心,分别与所述被呼叫采集单元以及所述提醒中心单元连接。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的一种漏话提醒的系统,其特征在于,所述提醒中心单元包括搜索模块、判断模块以及提取发送模块;
    所述搜索模块,用于提醒中心接收并响应被呼叫采集器发送的请求,以被呼叫终端的号码作为搜索条件进行信息搜索,分别与所述发送模块以及所述被呼叫采集单元连接;
    所述判断模块,用于判断是否搜索到相关信息,与所述提取发送模块连接;
    所述提取发送模块,用于若搜索到相关信息,则从关于被呼叫终端的漏话相关信息中提出主呼叫终端的号码以及呼叫的时间,作为漏话信息,发送至被呼叫采集器,与所述提醒单元连接。
